A Letter to Senator Ron Wyden Regarding the FBI Investigation into Internet Mind Control

First of 10 Communications with Senator Wyden's Office from November 7th 1998 to July 14th, 1999. None of which were answered by either Senator Wyden or his staff.

Subject: FBI Investigation

Dear Sir

The following newsgroup post is self-explanatory. I filed a complaint with the FBI a year ago. Called to confirm they have received the complaint. Agent Gray confirmed they had and would put their computer people on it.. Called back the Medford office 2 months later, was told by the agent who answered the call that the agent handling the case had stepped out and would return my call. No further word was received by anyone from the FBI as to disposition This has become a rather high-profile matter on the internet Newsgroups. Any assistance you may render in this matter would be appreciated

d: Fuck that right! I'm guilty! ...

rk: What is this piece of advice? "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say may be used against you in a court of Law....etc, etc, etc."

rk: Not only have the bullies not heeded this advice in the ensuing months since the case was referred to the FBI, they trip over each other in putting their damning statements in writing.

rk: What does it say about a predatory group which relies upon outside intercessors to plead on their behalf to stop the present Conspiracy to Libel investigation by the FBI when they themselves spur each other on to increase the momentum and intensity of their self-incriminating behavior?

rk: Considering the consequences which will result from their prideful, irresponsible, and reprehensible behavior in this matter, such continual "pushing the envelope" makes them downright STUPID.

d: Ray! When you sent off for that matchbook-cover cluelessness course, did you remember not to mail the matches?

d: I, for one, have already tried to turn myself in to the FBI. As you recall, I called the Medford Resident Agency, and offered to assist them in their investigation. Not only did they not want to hear my confession, but they weren't interested in questioning me, nor even in talking to me! After a month, no Special Agent has shown up at my door!

d: Now look, I have waived all my 5th amendment rights!

d: I confess!

d: I have ridiculed you, blocked your posts, libeled you, called you a fucking liar repeatedly, denied you your freedom of speech, and conspired with others to do all the above!

d: Is there anything else?

d: I confess to everything!

d: I admit I'm guilty as a cat with canary feathers all over its puss!

d: What more do you possibly need, bRaaay?

d: Now, where's my everluvven FBI agent, you bottom-feeding motherfucker?

rk: ATTN: FBI This post by digger constitutes a clear, unambiguous, and freely rendered public CONFESSION to the above charges, including the admission that he "conspired with others to do all the above!" (See above charges.) Such an unambiguous and direct admission of participation involving the "other members of the AFAB Bully group" in a CONSPIRACY TO LIBEL is an unquestionable FELONY which falls within your agency's investigative jurisdiction.

rk: FAILURE TO ACT UPON THIS CONFESSION OPENS THE FBI TO CHARGES OF CORRUPTION, INCOMPETENCE, AND/OR MALFEASANCE. What could possibly be the political circumstances by which you place the reputation of your agency in jeopardy by such a failure to act on this timely Constitutional FREE SPEECH issue? Why is the agency so deliberately bent on opening itself to PUBLIC SCANDAL AND RIDICULE through such a blatant demonstration of its failure to act in the performance of its sworn duties?

rk: As a retired police sergeant living on a pension from a California police agency, I find your agency's conduct in this matter to be unconscionable. It is as mind boggling to one interested in justice as it would be to perceive a murderer walk into your office, openly confess to a murder he has just committed only to be "kissed off" by the intake screening agent telling him "Don't bother me, can't you see I'm eating a "doughnut?" Is this laughingstock image really desired by any responsible law enforcement agency?

rk: A copy of this article is being posted to ALL appropriate political and general newsgroup including CONGRESS.

rk: We shall see how long a public agency can persist in avoiding the responsibility of performing its sworn duty! Perhaps it is time to INVESTIGATE the INVESTIGATORS!

rk: I encourage all who are concerned with the quality of service now being provided by publicly funded governmental agencies which do not perform their sworn duties to contact their State Congressmen and Representatives, along with their local FBI office. INSIST upon a full accounting of FBI actions taken in the current open case of CONSPIRACY TO LIBEL submitted to the Medford, Oregon office of the FBI in November of last year (1997) by Raymond Karczewski.

rk: Perhaps it is time for CONGRESS to INVESTIGATE the INVESTIGATORS!!

Dear Senator Wyden,

This is in response to your request for information at today's Cave Junction Town Meeting regarding the Medford, Oregon FBI investigation into the Conspiracy to Libel complaint by Raymond Karczewski on November 2, 1997 and government/media supported mind control experiments being conducted on unwary users of the Internet. In order to avoid an unwieldy amount of disk space, I am only listing the URLs of posts by some of those anonymous persons involved. These posts may be found in the Internet DejaNews archives. The Medford office of the FBI has much additional material in their hands, and the Washington D.C. office of Director of the FBI Louis Freeh has my own personal complaint which contains URLs listed in this letter.

This libel, harrassment, stalking and defamation has been going on for over four years without letup, in fact it has accelerated due to the fact that there has been no timely action taken by either the Washington D.C. or the Medford, Oregon offices of the FBI in this matter. It began as anonymous attacks upon my husband, forgeries posted on Internet usenet newsgroups under his name, and then extended to libelous reviews of his book at Amazon.com. My husband requested the removal of our book from their online catalog due to these invalid, libelous, so-called reviews.

Those persons involved then turned their attacks toward me. I am 62 years old, in precarious health at best, and the ongoing stress of this situation has taken an additional toll on my health. The Internet has so much information of benefit to offer to the people of this world. That it can be so easily and arrogantly corrupted and used for unabating abuse of those same people is horrendous to me. At the meeting you spoke of it's being against the law to as a hoax yell "Fire" in a theatre in order to protect those patrons whose lives might be endangered by a stampede toward the exits by panicky people fearing for their lives. Is not the danger just as great when lives and health can be destroyed by malicious, anonymous persons who are able to evade responsibility for and the consequences of their actions.

One of these attackers who calls himself "Tim Hill", in addition to using a host of other aliases (the apparent leader of the group), posted that he would be absent from the Internet for awhile due to his new job. In the past he has admitted to serving as a PR consultant for election campaigns. Recently other anonymous attackers have claimed that they have nothing to fear from the FBI due to the statute of limitations having run out although, as my husband pointed out to them, each new libelous attack extends the timeline.

I cannot stress enough that what I have sent you is merely the "tip of the iceberg." This is a unique experience and will probably change the history of jurisprudence in our country, and in how our courts operate in that all evidence is recorded in black and white. There are literally thousands of posts (written by this same conspiratorial, anonymous group of individuals operating with a recognizeable and distinct agenda) of this libelous nature to be found in the DejaNews archives, defaming not only my husband and myself but other authors and innocent usenet users. Although these individuals post anonymously, in the past they have revealed personal and career/business ties to the U.S. Intelligence community, government and media.

I repeat that the Internet is a marvelous tool for communication amongst people, a sort of "chatting over the back fence" tool that can bring the people of the world together as brothers and sisters, that may have the power to instill the sense of unity of our common humanity and the urgency of bringing about peace among us. As it is being used now, it breeds fear and furthers the divisiveness that leads to war and has already made a shambles of our world. My own daughter is afraid to use the Internet due to the rabid attacks that have made on me and my husband.

Make no mistake, Senator Wyden, I do not advocate censorship. What I do advocate is the responsible use of our First Ammendment Right to Free Speech by each of us being held responsible for the content and consequences of our free speech.

Again I repeat: I am a 62-year-old woman of limited financial means. This four-year-long campaign of libel, stalking, and defamation has taken its toll on my already precarious health. We, my husband and I, have gone to our government for assistance and thus far our government has failed us. I am counting on you to do what you publicly declared in our Town Meeting that you would do: "personally follow up" and "get an answer" from the FBI regarding the Conspiracy to Libel and Government/media supported mind control experiments being conducted on unwary users of the Internet.

By the way, Senator Wyden, I will post this on the public newsgroups and on our Web site. We, our nation and an on-looking world await your action in this matter.

Yours truly,

Anita Karczewski

rk: No, neither Mr. Freeh nor those under his charge are foolish people!! The only option open to them under the present circumstances is to STONEWALL the issue and hope it'll go away. kc: >no one has defamed your husband. please take a moment to learn the english language before you bother to post again. i have never posted anonymously, and i would love to hear your theory on my ties to the us intellignece community/gov/media. this could really be worth reading.

kc: ak: >> I repeat that the Internet is a marvelous tool for communication amongst people, a sort of "chatting over the back fence" tool blah, blah, botherhood of man, blah blah blah...

kc: >you and you moronic husband have no interest in chatting over the back fence....(god forbid i should have you for neighbors!) you both are interested in berating the usenet with your pathetic agenda and bashing folks over the head with bRay's insipid psuedoreligious babble. and if anyone disgarees with either of you, or challenges bRay's assertions that he is jesus, he immediately starts screaming (erroneously) libel and conspriracy.

kc: >your husband posts outrageous theories about how mcveigh was innocent/framed/had no choice (take your pick) and the 168 innocents murdered (including more than 30 toddlers) were really getting what they had coming. when i and others are outraged, your husband claims he is being silenced. for someone who is being silenced...he sure is loud...and long-winded.

ak: >>My own daughter is afraid to use the Internet due to the rabid attacks that have made on me and my husband.

kc: >poor baby. the mean ole 'puter scares her?

kc: >but really, thank god. just what we don't need, another spawn of bRay cluttering up the usenet with useless and witless posts.

ak: >> Make no mistake, Senator Wyden, I do not advocate censorship.

kc: >bullshit. you dress it up to look like something else, but the bottom line is that you want to censor anyone who doesn't worship at the temple of bRay. all hail his Kookiness! hail! hail! bwahahahahahahahahahah

ak: >>What I do advocate is the responsible use of our First Ammendment Right to Free Speech by each of us being held responsible for the content and consequences of our free speech.

kc: >anita, you stupid bitch. who exactly should determine what is responsible use? free speech means exactly that...free speech...seems like you understand the first admendant about as well as you grasp the concepts of libel and defamation.

rk: >> Do you consider yelling fire in a crowded theater and promoting, without regards to proof or truth, libelous comments about another RESPONSIBLE free speech?

kc: >holy cow, bRay...you are really starting to meltdown. listen up:

kc: >yelling fire in a crowded theater IS NOT LIBEL. the reason people don't yell fire in crowds is not because they can't prove a fire. it is because one might endanger lives by causing an unnecessary stampede.

kc: >calling you a fucking weasel or writing a critical review of your pathetic books IS NOT LIBEL. you are only showing how truly ignorant you are when you persist in this fantasy.

ak: >> Again I repeat: I am a 62-year-old woman of limited financial means. kc: >poor baby. boo hoo.

kc: >get a fucking job, and quit posting on the usenet. and for chrissakes, stop yer fucking whining! migod, you whine more than any other person i have ever known! you give us chicks a bad name. "i don't feel good, i am broke, my daughter is afraid to access the internet, the sekkrit police is persecuting my husband..." sheesh. shut up already.

ak: >>This four-year-long campaign of libel, stalking, and defamation has taken its toll on my already precarious health.

kc: >poor baby. boo hoo.

kc: >again with the health? enuff already!

kc: >here's a thought: stop posting. stop reading posts. get a job. volunteer. start seeing a therapist. learn a couple of correct definitions to words you use incorrectly (i.e. defamation, libel). get a hobby that doesn't involve spending six hours of the day composing posts for the usenet.

kc: >if you stopped acting so kooky, people would stop calling you kooky and laughing at you...see? cause and effect. it is simple really.

ak: >>We, my husband and I, have gone to our government for assistance and thus far our government has failed us.

kc: >gee...who'da thought? and since you two are such good citizens...you know, obeying all laws, paying fines and tickets...all that stuff...it's really incrediable that the fbi doesn't believe your paranoid rants.

kc: >making fun of your idiotic husband isn't really a federal offense. prolly not even a misdemeanor...but i guess you two really wouldn't know the law...its not like bRay was a cop or anything.

kc: >but just imagine what the two of you could accomplish if you put this much energy into something worthwhile...something outside yourselves. if you two ego maniacs could spend one-tenth of the time you spend posting on helping others, migod, you could change the world.

kc: >but i guess you would rather spend your golden years reading awful reviews of your husband's published bizarre theories, reading posts on the usenet ridiculing you and your husband and making fools of yourselves in government offices.

ak: >> By the way, Senator Wyden, I will post this on the public newsgroups and on our Web site. We, our nation and an on-looking world await your action in this matter. kc: >yeah sure. whatever.

kc: >kristine - waiting patiently for my summons to appear in fed court for libel in the case of bRay v. the internet bwhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
