  They, the FICTIONAL Court and its FICTIONAL Judges had FAILED to prove Its Lawful Jurisdiction over this non-consenting, non-member of the Corporations which call itself the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE.

  I this living man, this simple man of Truth, this Christ, continue today,  to do the very same things for which the government tried to send me to prison for 35 years for SIMULATION OF LEGAL PROCESS, but they WILL NOT arrest me now, nor will they take me before a court, as they would first have to answer the question of JURISDICTION which they and every official of the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE  has refused to do for the last 11 years.  Don't any one of you find that to be curious?

Robin Williams did not go to Hell when he died, he has been living it for most of his life.

Much is being said about the passing of Robin Williams. It is a display of mass reactionary Mind Controlled Intellects, merely reacting to the lesson that Life has for each of us.

Robin Williams was just a man, a talented man, but one who was enslaved to his intellect which provided him with wealth, fame, fortune along with his Satanic conditioned Intellect's inherent opposite traits of depression, confusion, and addiction.

It ought to be clear to all that what Robin Williams lacked in his life was peace, balance, and the ability to meet the temptations of a hellish cocooned life in an holistic fashion. In other words what he lacked was resonance with Truth, as do most of you.

He served as an icon to all similarly afflicted satanically conditioned Intellects who also, have unwittingly sold their souls for the petty perks of the satanic rewards promised to all unbalanced civilized human beings. A Christ Exposes the Delicate Balance of Sanity Under Attack

After 19 years on the Internet, the US Government Intelligence Community has attempted to destroy this Christ's credibility through its usual Internet Disinformation campaigns. They have failed with their usual tactics of libelous attacks against this Christ and creating forgeries under my name.

All they can do now is promote the BIG LIE that I am dead. This has been their tactic on Internet newsgroups for the past several months now.  They have now resorted to, and are forced use the Hitler tactic of TELL A BIG LIE and repeat it often and it will be believed by undiscerning "sheeple."

Dear Ray,

   Its been awhile, for which I apologize. Just lazy, I Guess.

   Life goes on, and one either grows along the way or stifles.  This experience has changed me so much, I can only thank God for putting me where such growth can occur.   Spiritually, I am so much more fulfilled, so much at peace.

  This doesn't mean I am content to sit here forever.  I continue to file motions. Procedure is tough  to get through, though.

  New laws, and court (especially Supreme Court) decisions are in my favor, and so I pray to get the big charge dismissed -the one with the 30 year sentence.

  Hopefully, when I get out I can serve in some manner, I don't yet know how.  God has a plan for each one of us and I look forward to mine. 

  Three months ago, I fell and fractured my pelvis.  Finally, healing is occuring.  I am walking with a cane and hope to get rid of it soon.

  During these three months, I have been the recipient of such kindness, consideration, and help from inmates here.   I cannot fully explain.  Even women I don't know help me.  I must say as I have said for some years, some of the best people I know I have met in prison.

  My feeling towards prisoners have changed radically, needless to say.  There is much suffering from injustice in the prison and "justice" systems.  We pray for changes, we pray for our lawmakers and all in authority that kindness, rason, and charity will reign.

  I pray all is well with you, my friend.  May we meet soon.

   Here it is August 25th, and I finally got your mail of  July 7th.  The problem is you sent the mail to a former mail box of mine which is no longer valid.  Please send all mail to C/O General Delivery, Cave Junction Oregon, [97523]  otherwise we will have these problems. 

   I am sorry to hear of your accident.  Sometimes such events are spiritually designed to slow one down, to be more introspective with one's time, to reflect upon the events of ones life and its influence upon ones mental and spiritual makeup. 

  Such convalesence is part of the healing process of a spirit badly damaged by the events of a hellish society.  If one does not react with resentment at such events, one becomes intimate with the Truth of oneself, which is avoided in times of youth and frivolous thoughts and actions.

  The spirit is eternal, the body, merely a temporal vessel.  Elaine, you are not your body, you are not your mind.  I perceive you have come to that realization on your own.  You are indeed blessed, regardless of what others may perceive of your predicament.   I think you know that now.  I only hope Ed has learned as much through his experiences. 

  With your incarceration, you have expedited your spiritual growth.  You have personally come to know the injustices of Man made laws and the real satanic spirit behind them.  

  Look at the world on the outside of prison and you will see that most people of our society are also in prison, but have no physical bars to remind them.  

  They have not been taken to task, as you and Ed have been, and so, they drift along in ignorance, while they tighten the noose around their neck as everything they have worked for, live for, is being systematically stripped from them until they are out on the streets.

  That is the natural outcome of the Satanic Conditioning that I speak of.  Every ounce of decency, of hope, of love, is slowly stripped away from them, until they become little more than bitter slaves.

  You have seen both sides of the spectrum.  You had it all in societies eyes, but you knew better what was missing in all that.  You have come to a point of clarity in your life through your prison experience, and that is something that NO ONE can take away from you.

  I know it may sound silly to most, but your experience has been a blessing.  You, Elaine, are an eternal being,  you shall not need the lessons you have gone through to be repeated.  That, Elaine, is TRUE PEACE.

  Hang in there Elaine, heal up, and I too hope that someday before this life experience has ended that we meet.   If you have an attorney representing your issues, perhaps a Internet campaign of letter writing might assist you and Ed in hastening your release. 

  Regardless, your energy bespeaks freedom of Spirit which no man or institution can take away from you.  They may have your body incarcerated, but they can never incarcerate the Real YOU!

PLEA BARGAIN OFFER

This offer was presented to Ray by Deputy District Attorney CHRIS MECCA on September 1, 2003.
Anita Karczewski (Anita erred here. Attorney MECCA was not a DDA. He was a court appointed attorney forcefully imposed upon me by the court rk: )

Attorney CHRIS MECCA has been assigned to the case by the court. The Plea Bargain was typed on the Josephine County District Attorney's stationery and dated August 8, 2003. It came from the Department of Justice.

The STATE OF OREGON offered to drop five (5) counts of "Simulating Legal Process," and to prosecute only two (2) out of the seven (7) original charges.

The STATE OF OREGON is willing to go from the thirty-five (35) years possible sentencing on the seven (7) original Class C Felony charges down to ten (10) days on each of the two remaining charges -- a total of twenty (20) days on the condition that Ray agree to twenty-four (24) months probation and that he pay monetary obligations. No amount was specified.

It specified that Ray agree to have "no contact" with ALLAN H. COON, CLAY THOMPSON; NEIL MOREY, LISA TURNER, MICHAEL BURKE, DAVE DANIEL, JOHN JUSTEMA; and that:

"defendant may not submit any documents to any person, court or other Federal or state government agency that purports to exercise jurisdiction, represents a claim against a person or property, directs a person to appear before a court or tribunal, or directs a person to perform or refrain from performing a specified act without the express approval of a member in good standing of the Oregon State Bar. Gives a full, complete and truthful (to be determined by the Department of Justice) interview with Oregon Department of Justice investigators."

Ray will reject the offer as simply being another way for the court to gain "consent, a contract, an agreement, and then they've got jurisdiction. He feels that "they're looking for an out, and this is the way they're trying to do it."

ITS TIME FOR A PEACEFUL REVOLUTION:  OREGON DMV Engaged in Commercial Fraud.

   September 8th, 2014,  While Americans are waiting for some False Flag event to touch off Martial Law in America in the approach of 911,  the OREGON State Department of Motor Vehicles has been busily  continuating the multi-billion dollar driver licensing scam  that DMVs throughout the country have employed while bilking unaware American travellers.

  No government fictional agency has JURISDICTION over any Living, Breathing, Flesh-and -Blood, Sentient, Natural man who lives by Natural Law, and has not consented to "citizenship" to a private corporate federal government and subsidiary STATE CORPORATE GOVERNMENTS, along with their corporate rules, regulations and legislative policies which are called laws, but are not law.

  My name is Raymond Ronald karczewski©  In the last decade, since Sept. 5th, 2002, I have proven that no fictional government has power, authority, and/or jurisdiction over any living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient natural man of the Sovereign People, who lives by Gods Law, "DO NO HARM," unless such man has given his consent to it.  Satan operates by invitation, seduction, temptation. SO DOES THE GOVERNMENT.

  In 1999, I, an honorably retired Police Officer from Pacifica California PD, who retired here in Southern Oregon, changed my status from that of a 14th Amendment citizen and removed myself from the status of Citizen, Ward of the State, an "Infant in the eyes of the law",  and restored myself to full legal capacity.  I further rescinded my OREGON DRIVER LICENSE which till that time had never been suspended. 

  In two thousand two, of the 5th of September, I was arrested for a High Beam Violation and No license.  Spent 128 days confined to the JOSEPHINE COUNTY JAIL awaiting trial.  121 days in solitary confinement and 7 days, general population. 

  What was my crime?  Attempting to hold my public officials and police accountable for their crimes and misconduct through the UCC Lien Process. 

   Two jail hunger strikes amounting to 55 days leaving me near death, and my refusal to accept the sentencing of the two BOGUS convictions which threatened me with 35 years in prison, caused  the JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND ITS UNDERSHERIFF, to throw me out of Jail and dump me off at the curb of the local emergency room of the hospital telling me I was on my own when it came to paying for any medical bills due to my "near death" condition. 

  Since that time, I continue to travel in my private conveyances and do the same thing for which I was jailed.  However, they now refuse to arrest me, take me before a judge, for every judge in JOSEPHINE COUNTY and one from JACKSON COUNTY , along with every policy making public official in the STATE OF OREGON have REFUSED to answer the questions of JURISDICTION, which has left them in commercial dishonor, in breach of the public Oath of Office, and liable for multiple COMMERCIAL DEFAULTS, and damages against this Living Man, approximating some $80,000.000.00 (Eighty Million Dollars).

  However, they STEAL my cars and motorcycles AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY. 

  Its time for a REVOLUTION.  A peaceful REVOLUTION.  I have shown all how it is done.  They can STONEWALL one man, but they cannot STEM THE RISING TIDE of a nation of sovereign people who are sick and tired of being beaten and killed at the hands of corporate enforcers who call themselves Police.

Raymond it is not just Oregon, all states are involved in this fraud. We simply do not need to enter into these agreements. They may only regulate commerce. So we merely remove our property from the trust created by them and gain our MSO/MCO and the certificate of title. We have a right to unlimited contract, just as we have a right not to contract/agree. I have too rescinded my DL. I am sorry for your stay in the pokey. All the best to you Raymond. Such limited perceptions are intellectual in nature and therefore limited. Such limitation is the very nature of IGNORANCE. When you are able to break through such imprisoned consciousness, come back and talk to a Christ. One whose consciousness is not tethered by beliefs and which lies beyond your present capacity to comprehend.

You may find yourselves surrounded by a legion of like minded others but then again, look at the present state of the world created by such ignorance. Hell, isn’t it??
