  Wow!  Did you Try to send me a file in a cake?  I got notice of 2 such rejections today .I believe the other one was one of the 3 young men who were hiking in Europe, Asia and accidentally stepped into Iran and were held there for two years. 

  He originally wrote me that he was perusing the Internet for political prisoners and came across our case so would like to correspond with me.  I wrote him Yes, and would like that.  So much for the 1st Amendment.

  Anyway, I'm glad you wrote me, which I hope means you weren't offended by my last letter.

Dear Elaine,

    It would seem that the US Federal Prison System, frown on communications to its prisoners originating a simple man of Truth, A Christ.  The letter which was rejected contained comments I had published on the Internet.

   My works are being censored, misdirected   and hidden from public view at the level of those who own, control, and moderate Internet forums and groups.   This has been going on for the last 18 years, but they have kicked up their campaign considerably recently.

  The public is still spell-bound to their societal conditioning, and it has been a "tough nut to crack."  Many whom I touch are good people at heart, but cannot see beyond their present, political and religious conditioning.

  Elaine, your belief in Christianity has not offended me.  I accept that such world view goes with the territory of most people who are at a point in their lives when their beliefs meet and are tested by the simple unadorned  truth/

  One must inevitably come to the point of asking themselves, Am I a good man or woman at the core of my being, per se, or Am I good only because living out my conditioned beliefs?

  No one can answer that question but oneself.  If they rely upon others for confirmation of their goodness, they are mere mind controlled believers, those who make up the bulk of Civilized humanity.

  The real test of goodness comes from the resonance of love in one's heart,  expressed in the holistic, (holy) nondualistic energy of Truth.  All else is illusion and deception, satanic deception at that, which emanates in the divisive, opposing realm of the conditionable Intellect. 

  That, Elaine, is where most people live their lives.  That is where they find themselves Trapped in the neverending conflict and confusion which colors everything they perceive.   They have given up their God Given Gift of Direct Perception of Truth, in return for the Satanic promise of worshipping their own self-projected images of Graven Images (beliefs) they mistake for Truth.

  The effect that I have on people is due to my direct insight into one, to the very core of their being, bypassing all of the peripheral barriers of intellectual, egoistic illusions from which most hide behind, the image of a conditioned man or woman, the "civilized" man or woman.

  If one lives in their mind, their intellect, they live in HELL.   END OF STORY!

  One comes to understand all that through their own experience and integrity.  One must be True to themselves before they can be True to the World. 

  That is something that is 'EASIER SAID THAN DONE."

  That is why there are so very few Christs, and SO MANY CHRISTIANS, followers, believers in concepts which have been conditioned and reinforced into them through a lifetime of outer directed thoughtl.

  The Christian way, the Buddhist, Way,  the Hindu way, are all societally , institutionally conditioned programs of thought, based on the simple Truth which is at the very core of its teachings.  They become divided in their thought and such division becomes a habit. 

  Such habits are then given a name which one identifies with and worships as the Truth, but all they are worshipping are their own peripheral ideas of such Truth.   One must return to that primitive core of Truth that is the resonant source of their being, and resurrect their consciousness from the dualistic arena of Intellectualism which binds them to their everlasting Hell.

  Your's and Ed's present incarceration is a result of the very punitive nature of the Conditioned system of thought that all are bound to through their own consent and contract (in their bargain for security with the Devil, with Satan and its varied systems of control).

  You and Ed stood up to the system, yet had not yet fully given up many of your false beliefs,  hence it was your inability to state clearly your position to the satanic courts which overruled your many objections. (After all, those fictional entities  who make the rules WIN THE GAME.)   You and Ed were made examples of to other aspiring freedom lovers who had not yet reached the level of understanding the Truth of their conditioning. 

   Where does that leave the vast majority of People who sincerely desire freedom and Truth in their lives, but have not yet paid the price "to the last farthing"?

  It can only lead to death and destruction, and the New World Order is priming us for it because the average man/woman cannot transcend (trance end)  the divisive and opposing, conflicted mindsets which they presently hold sacred.

  FREEDOM (Nonduality) begins when BELIEF (Duality) ends.

  Elaine, I share this with you, and all others who are ready for the Transition from the state of satanic Belief to  Divine Truth, in their lives.

Petition to Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber to Initiate an Investigation into Widespread Corruption and Criminality In our Oregon Courts System and STATE and COUNTY Police Agencies.

We, the Sovereign People of Oregon, and of these united states of America, the creators of government, raise our voices in unison to the increasing indifference shown to “We, the Sovereign People” by our Public Servants, Judges and law enforcement personnel in their execution of unlawful enforcement of corporate policies which infringe upon the People's Unalienable Rights granted us by our creator. Those Rights being the Right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness which include the Right to Travel upon public roads for noncommercial purposes without seeking permission or license from Government.

Present law : Corporate administrative rules, regulations, and legislation do not apply to non-corporate natural people who stand in Common Law and in full legal capacity as one of the sovereign people. CRUDEN v NEALE, 2 N.C. 338 (1796) 2 S.E. 70. The law states: "There, every man is independent of all laws, except those prescribed by nature. He is not bound by any institutions formed by his fellowmen without his consent."

A much simpler question has been asked and has remained unanswered during the time of prosecution/persecution over the last 11 years of Raymond Ronald Karczewski©, a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural man of the Sovereign people, one who is not subject to corporate policies through his non-consent or contract to the Fictional Government and its courts.

The question is very simple when asked repeatedly of the JOSEPHINE COUNTY COURTS in some 22 hearings and two trials, in which all judges
refused to answer the fundamental question. "Does this fictional government have JURISIDICTION over this, or any other Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man who does not belong to the Corporate Government either through his consent or contract?”

Threatened with 35 to 40 years in prison, incarcerated 121 days in Solitary Confinement, of 128 days awaiting Trial, this living man remained in custody of the JOSEPHINE COUNTY JAIL and although the JURISTIC PERSON/DEFENDANT, created by government through birth certification was convicted in both trials, when the ritual of  sentencing came, Raymond Ronald Karczewski© , near death from 2 combined jail protest hunger strikes of 55 days refused to accept the courts offer of sentencing, as the court had not proven JURISDICTION, nor had linked the convicted fictional defendant to this living man. The Convictions Stood, but the living man was thrown out of jail instead of into prison, with NO CHARGES HANGING OVER HIS HEAD.

As a result of the two Fraudulent Trials, COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE Lien # 624711 filed June 18th 2003 and the STATE OF OREGON Lien # #627068 filed July 10th, 2003 remained valid in the UCC Records section of the Oregon Secretary of States Office for some time, and had NO RELEVANCE whatsoever to the two bogus trials. Both valid liens were ordered removed along with the actual relevant liens which were the STATE'S case for prosecuting the bogus charges of "Simulation of Legal  Process." by Jackson County Judge WILLIAM PURDY who directed the Secretary of States office, UCC Division to UNLAWFULLY REMOVE such liens without cause. Jackson County Judge William Purdy committed a Crime when doing so.

For the last 11 years, the statewide government cover-up has remained intact, and I have been STONEWALLED in attempting to secure an answer to the question of JURISDICTION over non-consensual, non contracting living men and women, along with a demand that government show cause for such unlawful removal of established liens.

  Both valid liens which were on the records of the UCC Office for some time, were stricken from the records WITHOUT CAUSE, along with a host of other liens tied to two bogus court trials, where the defendant STRAWMAN RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKI was convicted in both trials, but this Living Man Raymond Ronald Karczewski© of the Sovereign People, this simple Christ was thrown out of jail with no charges hanging over his head as the court could not, would not prove JURISDICTION over the living man.

The Citation Date was Feb 11, 2014    The Proof of Claim  document was sent to JOSEPHINE COUNTY TRAFFIC COURT JUDGE, Judge JOHN E. DAVIS, District Attorney STEPHEN DAVID CAMPBELL, and JOSEPHINE COUNTY DEPUTY SHERIFF  JOEL HELLER  on 2-13-14,  and, according to the Laws of Commerce which trumps corporate statutory color of Law,  were given  10 days to rebut my position point by point, accompanied by their affidavits, upon their personal unlimited commercial liability. 

All three refused to respond to my sworn affidavit and therefore, by their defaults,  declared by the Maxims of Commerce that my position stands as Truth and Judgement.  See Commercial Maxims below.

It was received by all recipients and Post office and the Certified Receipt was signed for on  3-6-14, 

As you can see by the dates of mailing, all three government officials were given ample opportunity prior to the Court case, to rebut the facts and had, as countless others Oregon State and County Officials  before them Commercially Defaulted in their Refusal to rebut, point by point my position accompanied by their Sworn Affidavit, upon their Unlimited Commercial Liability.   Such is the nature of the corruption which runs rampant in JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON COURTS AND SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

All such documents were sent to all three individuals,  prior to the Traffic Court case set for March 19, 2014

Judge JOHN E. DAVIS committed a crime when he persisted in trying a bogus charge via his previous default thereby acknowledging that my position stood as Truth and Judgment even whilste levying of fine of $2438.00

It is time these criminals be put behind bars , not lawful travelers on the Oregon Roadways.

This peaceful overture is necessary to derail the present violent path  which shall culminate in massive death and destruction in a violent revolution keyed to  Government Policy and Decision Makers of the State Of OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY who have lost sight of  the purpose of their existence and Oath of Office.

I am a simple man of Truth, a Christ.  I resonate in God's Law, "DO NO HARM".  I resonate in Truth and therefore dispel illusions such as satanic power, control, manipulation, and dominance as manifested in the relationship of government to its Sovereign Masters, the PEOPLE who presently live under the hypnotic spell they are slaves.

As such, I have no desire to destroy the lives of  robotic "corporate order takers," those whom have been sicced upon the public like attack dogs  to carry out satanic founded agendas.  That is why I have not sought to destroy the lives of such individual State and County employees who excuse their behavior by wielding the excuse that  they "are just doing their jobs". 

Presently, there are UCC LIens which are completed and in various stages of Completion which approximate some $60,000,000.00 Dollars should I have pursued the destruction of individual lives of Judges, Law Enforcement and bureaucratic personnel.  That has never been my intention.  My intention was to stop the insanity, which has gripped human consciousness.

I speak for all men who claim and stand upon their God Given Unalienable Rights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, and exercize the Freedom of Sovereignty in their lives.  Those who wish to live in Peace, but those who will not take any crap from satanic enforcers who overstep their bounds.

I, as a living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient Natural man of the Sovereign People a status which has been established in law by the many  COMMERCIAL DEFAULTS committed by fictional OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY policy makers who were subsequently contracted with.

Here are my terms for resolution. 
1. A Public Apology
2.  Removal of all bogus convictions of the FICTIONAL JURISTIC PERSON from public records to restore the reputation of this living man, smeared by the criminal prosecution of the Fictional man created by government.
3.  A negotiable Settlement based upon the existing valid UCC LIENS as Stated Above.

This faceless,  illusion based institution of government is responsible for the death of Anita, my wife of 49 years via the stress placed upon her through the extended pressure placed upon her.  I cannot let that go, and is dominant in my motives to both expose the criminal activity of certain government employees, and yet establish efforts to bring this issue to a peaceful and clear resolution.
