ORS 193.080 Filing affidavit of publication reads as follows.; original or copy as evidence. If an affidavit of publication is made in an action, suit or proceeding pending in a court, it may be filed with the clerk thereof; if not so made, it may be filed with the county clerk of the county where the newspaper is printed. In either case, the original affidavit, or if the same is filed with the clerk, a copy thereof, duly certified, is primary evidence of the facts stated therein. [Amended by 1993 c.223 §6]

Armed with an Affidavit of Publication from the Illinois Valley News  Legal Notices my NOTICE OF CONDITION PRECEDENT, I was once again "Kissed off" by employees of the JOSEPHINE COUNTY RECORDER'S office.  I have attempted to file the following Legal Notices and refused,each time by hostile clerks. 

Here are just some of my personal experiences with the Josephine County Recorder/Clerks Office, Risk Manager, and County Attorney.

In the last 9 years, previous, County Recorder GEORGETTE BROWN, and present Recorder ART HARVEY personally and through their employees have refused to file a single document I have brought to their office.  I received a phone call on my answering machine  from COUNTY RECORDER HARVEY, today, the 10th of June.. Do you want to know the reason he gave for not filing the LEGAL NOTICE OF CONDITION PRECEDENCE I brought in on June, 9th.  Are you ready for this?  I certainly wasn't.  He said " "We've Got No Place To Put It."  A County Agency charged with filing legal documents does not have a  place to put legal documents.

This inanity is where your tax money goes to support.  As usual, I was not thwarted by such nonsense.  I went up to the Criminal Court Clerks office and filed the documents under my nine year old criminal case 02CR0617.

There currently is a Courthouse conspiracy to cover up the fact that Sheriff GIL GILBERTSON, and Chief Financial Officer/Risk Manager ROSEMARY DE LASHMUTT are holding their offices unlawfully, as both have had their respective Oaths of Office Challenged and each as defaulted, and are in present commercial dishonor. By Law, that means they can no longer hold public office and forfeit their Bond/Insurance Coverage to the Claimant who accepted and challenged their Oath, this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man Raymond Ronald Karczewski©. 

In Commerce Such court certified documents as the Public Notice of Conditioned Precedence, published in the General Circulation newspaper, unrebutted after multiple weeks, stands as IRREFUTABLE PROOF of the Truth of my position with the many false arrests, kidnapping, held hostage, victim of Roberry, etc. controversies I have undergone with the JOSEPHINE COUNTY COURT SYSTEM, DISTRICT ATTORNEY, SHERIFF, AND RECORDERS OFFICE. 

They have been controlling the information coming out of the courthouse and STONEWALLING MY QUESTIONS accompanied by my affidavit for nine years. By Law, they stand in Commercial Default to the tune of Millions of Taxpayers dollars and THEY DON'T SEEM GIVE A DAMN as they are able to control the news that reaches the public.

God allows this to occur as a means of Testing one's Spiritual mettle. Satans power IS COMPLETELY ANTITHETICAL AND BASSACKWARDS to the Truth of one's actual existence. 

Most people are trying to resolve their problems from a slave mindset standpoint. They come "hat in hand" and beg their masters to give them justice, and if not, at least to be lenient with them. Everyone can see that doesn't work, yet their heavily sedated consciousness through Satanic conditioning via schools government and media  does no accept what they see in my demonstrations of Divine Awareness. As such they remain inert and self-defensive when they observe their own spiritual and intellectual limitations mirrored by the actions of a spiritual man.


They react to evil rather than rise above it and mirror the negative energy back to its source.  A spiritual man, standing in truth, holds his ground and reflects such negative energies, thereby returning it to its sources, in other words "bouncing back the curses' as you so well put it.

The average man has'nt got a clue of what I am doing. Yet they attack it believing it will earn them favors from their satanic masters.  I am showing each of them that THEY HAVE THE POWER to dispel evil in their own lives. Yet they take the part of the evildoer, because they doubt themselves. Hell, isn't it?

I've been this spiritual mirroring process now for fifteen years, for all to see.  What I have done, each of you can do in your own lives. We are all Children of God, potentially possessed of Christ Consciousness, but You suffer from Amnesia, I do not!  Is anyone getting the message that my words are directed to those who have the "eyes to see and ears to hear?"

To all others, all I can say is WAKE THE HELL UP, SNAP OUT OF YOUR TRANCE. This life has meaning and your are missing it.

If you want to participate in a Mass Awakening, keep your eyes on what is unfolding presently in the State of Oregon and County of Josephine.  When you see what one man can do and is doing, you may see the solution to your personal problems.  All without firing a single shot in angry revolution.  Those people are your servants not your masters, they just need a spiritual Adjustment.  If not, you rise up and remove them out of their offices all with the intention of DO NO HARM. That by the way does not preclude Self-Defense, for you have the Unalienable Right to Life, gifted you by God.

  It is so common, that people, sedated in their consciousness via neverending media conditioning DO NOT PAY ATTENTION to it anymore.  They just react to the images, the words and then act "politically correct."  That is how they lose control over their lives, give up their energy via taxes and tithing, sell their souls for the promise of security to the one who cursed them 

     Some of these Satanic neer-do-wells are called, Cops, some Judges, some Prosecutors, some lawyers, some bankers, some Politicians,some teachers, some parents who pass on their cursed existence to their children.  That which does harm to another via words is a curse.  It is no mystery to the clear eyed.  It is made to appear mystical and foreboding to the hypnotically entranced.

    For any curse to be effective however, the one cursed must be in a confused, unbalanced but receptive mode and "invite the curse" into one's life.  One invites Satan into one's life and displaces Divine Awareness.  How BASSACKWARD IS THAT???

Ed, Elaine. I notice our communications have broken off, our bond has been broken. I perceive it is traced to our state of consciousness. With an open mind, look at your incarceration. Both of you were "cursed" harm was inflicted upon you by the courts. You accepted the curse as indicated by your reaction, and your continued reactions, even to this day. In my case, my freedom can be traced in the fact that I did not react, I mirrored the curse back to its source and it never touched me. That is why I am free.  God works in mysterious ways. Ray

I am not understanding what you are saying here. By refusing to volunteer ourselves into prison, by refusing attorneys at our tax trial, by filing the notices (not motions) that we did, proclaiming the truth, we did, in essence, boycott the system.

I am certainly not "judging either you or Ed. It was your political status as 14th Amendment subjects of the Corporation which left you and Ed as Wards of the State that did you in. You were presumed by the courts as not operating in Full legal capacity that made the difference. Lacking full legal capacity, the courts would not recognize your motions and notice. They did the same thing with me, but I had already laid the foundation of my, living man separation made from my Juristic Person (STRAWMAN) and they could not shake me from my stance. Having lacked that proof the courts released me when I refused to accept their offer of sentencing That posed the difference in our cases. Sovereign act, unfree men react. Ed is still reacting to the system and playing to an audience of reactionary "Wards of the State" who are all show and no go. Hence Ed is standing in a tarpit and with each step he takes, is sinking deeper and deeper in the Morass. That is why I could not assist him any further in his approach.

I perceive it was my comments about the bible that caused our separation. Elaine, there is much yet to understand which cannot be arrived at via thought belief, and/or indoctrination. To do that one must go against the grain of what is considered "common knowledge."

This message comes to you from a Living, Christ, a Simple Man of Truth.  Before you come unglued with emotional reaction to such a statement, I suggest each of you search your conscience and memory to determine the origin of the word "Christ" and how it arose in your personal consciousness.  Nah! most of you are too damned inert to possess the capacity to do that, so I will tell you.  You were trained , conditioned to believe in the present Idea you hold surrounding the word "Christ."

Belief is a "Lazy Man's Truth."  It is shallow, lacking in substance but allows one to carry within one's superficial consciousness, his Intellect, a false sense of hope, of false promise, of false deliverence, of false salvation.  Belief is the satanic tool which transforms and renders Sovereign Men and Women, Children of God into Satanic servitude, Ninnies, robotic shells of human beings, trained to mindlessly react to psychological Stimulus and Response, Reward and Punishment, not unlike Pavlov's Dog.

Have I offended your sensibilities?  How could I?  Are not Ninnies, devoid of Sensibility by definition?  Who would be so dumb as to sell their souls for the promise of security in this world?  Look around you. The answer is simple.  It is you and damned near everyone you know.

Is that a harsh statement?  Lets look into it, shall we?

First of all get used to the fact that we are all Children of God, Sons and Daughters, Holistic Human beings born into this world with Unalienable Rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness (Property)  These are Rights that cannot be changed, stripped away or converted by organizations based in government and/or religion. We are all potential Christs, that is Holistic human beings, but you, each of you suffer from Spiritual Amnesia of that fact.  I do not.  Jesus of Nazareth did not?

Look at how you doubt yourselves.  Look at how you grovel before your satanic mind controllers.  Look at the quality of your lives.  Look and weep at the God-given gift of Sovereignty you have voluntarily given up for the Satanic promise of Security, the security of kept slaves, owned by other men who have blinded you through your own self-doubt.  Look at how you have been made to doubt yourselves. Look at where that doubt has taken you.  Endless wars, killing, robbery of other Sovereign Nations natural resources for corporate profit.  Rising Crime in the inner cities traced to the unbalanced transfer and redistribution of wealth from the HAVE NOTS to the HAVES purposely kept in a state of poverty throught the acts and legislation of third party Legislators and "Money Handlers."

Who the hell do you think Jesus lit into in the temple.  The Bankers of His Time.  Thats what led to his death.  It was the same relationship which took away the life of John F Kennedy.  His return to Government printing of its own money.  Money is the symbol of human energy. Your energy, my energy, our energy.  We are the creators, government and banks are merely the managers.  THEY CREATE NOTHING.

We, as co-creators with God HAVE THE POWER over our lives for we have the UNALIENABLE RIGHT to live that life as we see fit so long as we DO NO HARM to another or to another's Property without some uniformed Yahoo representing satanic corporate interests enforcing corporate policies which masquearade as law backed up by a gun and badge.

Have we lost our true estate as Children of God, our freedom, our wealth, our self-determination, our sensibilities.  Is not such loss the very definition of a NINNIE?

Pull yourselves together.  WAKE UP AND TRANSCEND (TRANCE END) the satanic spell which has made your lives Hell on Earth. 

There is no need for a violent shooting revolution to take back our country.  Do it the Nonviolent way.  BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, government.  Throw the rascals out.  Let them get a real job in this job market they have created for each of you.
