rk:  James/Terry,  I have no illusions about what I'm doing and its  ultimate outcome or disposition.  I have been dealing with the corruption of Bureacracies and courts, both inside and outside the system going back to the 1960's  in my days as a Police Sergeant with the Pacifica California PD.

rk:  If one is a 14th Amendment Citizen, they are subjects of the existing,  power-wielding Defacto Corporate Government, not the lawful DeJure Government which has been hijacked by our present form of government. Therefore one such 14th Amendment citizen is owned body and soul (By contract). 

rk:  The courts operate on legal presumptions, not law, and thus regard such "person" (not to be confused with a "man or woman") as a "Ward of the State", that is, an Infant in the eyes of the law and thus incapable of handling their own legal affairs.  The prima facie evidence of such lesser legal status of the average American is clearly brought to light when one is represented by an attorney, an officer of the Court, whose primary allegiance rests with the courts and secondarily to their paying client.  It is all scripted, hypnotic theater for a gullible jury, and an ignorant populace.

rk:  With those who stand Sui Juris that is, under their own Sovereign Jurisdiction and therefore are operating at full legal capacity) the system"s only defense is that of Stonewalling, discrediting, denying, misdirecting, and outright libelous campaigns as they control the release of information to the media which subsequently communicates slanted reports of events concerning the issue before the court. 

rk:  The courts do everything, but do not, will not FOLLOW THEIR OWN LAW and rebut questions submitted to the courts under Oath or Affidavit.  They violate their own Corporate Public policies which masquerade as "Color of Law at every turn

rk:  It was that point which is credited with this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man  when he was brought forcibly before the bar yet had the audacity to reject their offer of sentencing of the Juristic Person, NOT THIS LIVING MAN.  The Courts were cornered by his Questions of whether a fictional court had JURISDICTION over any Living, Breath, Flesh-and Blood, Sentient, natural Man who does not consent to doing business with the courts nor are subject to the Courts Jurisdiction proven in writing by the courts.  (that, and two combined hunger stikes of 55 days, leaving me near death)

rk:  The STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE COURTs and government were instrumental in the death of my wife.  Through the stress they unrelentingly applied to both my wife and I, they took away my wife and companion of 49 years and that I cannot let that go, I will not let that go. 

rk:  By my actions over the last 9 years, I have shared my experiences with the STATE OF OREGON AND JOSEPHINE COUNTY  with the computer using Sovereign People of Oregon and Josephine County, but unfortunately, THEY ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION.

rk:  Tyranny exists only with a slumbering populace who does not want to be disturbed from their illusory dreams.  They are addicted to sleeping their lives away, thereby allowing Satanic Tyranny to be the reality they support with their own consent and monetary support. 

rk:  The root of Tyranny always lies with the people's extracted energy via everincreasing taxes and psychological support, then ideas are formed and moulded into consentual slavery via policies legislated by their own public servants. Hence the SERVANT becomes the MASTER through lawyerly and bureacratic trickery, deceit, and intimidation.

rk:  That is where the Average American Man or Woman lives their life.  Through separation and isolation, the fear which arises in them, manifests itself as BELIEF, BELIEF  that they are slaves, not the Master of their government servants.  It was the understanding of who I was (a Man of the Sovereign People) that the STATE OF OREGON AND JOSEPHINE COUNTY could not overturn, could not make me doubt.  Hence they Collectively went into Commercial Default when I stood up to them, and they have been on the run ever since. 

rk:  One man, took them down to their knees, yet they still controlled the court records via their lawyerly chicanery and satanically sold out media.  As a result, an entire population can, and is being controlled in their thoughts and actions and NEVER realize they've been schnookered by the very people in which they have invested their trust.

rk:  We the People ARE THE TRUE GOVERNMENT.  Our public servants are just that, SERVANTS, hired to carry out the WILL OF THE PEOPLE.  Why is it that one man understands that, and PROVES THAT through his court experiences, yet THOUSANDS continue to live in fear and trepidation of their public servants?

rk:  There is no question that I, this Living Man have the TRUE LAW on my side, but the "fictional" government, the courts, and enforcers we have created HAVE THE GUNS, THE HANDCUFFS, AND THE JAILS along with an open license to kill, assault, and infringe upon your Unalienable Rghts and mine?    

rk:  Should the general public grasp the importance of what has been said in this commentary, they would SHED their 14th Amendment Slave Status, and return to their God-Given Status of Sovereign men and women.  Slave are debtors, whose lives, freedom, and death is owned outright and controlled by their Creditor government. 

rk:  In True Law, Sovereigns are the Creditors, and their fictional government takes the position of debtor.  How?  Clearly, can it not be seen that government produces NOTHING of its own.  Do they not secure their funding, their sustenance, their reason for existence from the people they have enslaved?  The average American, ignorant of his True Status, is the Source of funding his own destruction.  How Smart is that?

rk:  This has gone on long enough. Surely, even the most dull of intellects should have gotten my point by now. YOU, EACH OF YOU WHO CONTINUE TO LIVE IN FEAR OF YOUR GOVERNMENT HAVE BROUGHT IT UPON YOURSELVES, NO OTHER. 

rk:  Mine has been a spiritual experience, unseen and unrecognizeable by most. Satanic intimidation has no POWER in that spiritual realm.  For you Christians out there, check out the bible's illustration of Satan's Temptation on the mount of a Sovereign man of His Time, Jesus of Nazareth.  Satan, (the intellect) tempted Jesus to bow down before it, his own intellect subject to remote control by outside suggestion with promises of wealth, power etc.  Did not the illusion of intellectual power disintigrate when the Holistic consciousness would not sell itself out for such paltry worldly perks, tell his dualistic, opposing intellect (Satan) to TAKE A HIKE, for Jesus was the controller of thought, not the controllee by outer remote  hypnotically suggestive authorities.

rk:  Look at the headlines going on in this modern day society.  Each of your are responsible for that, no other.  Without your support, such satanic systems cannot continue to wield such tyranny.  When are you folks gonna WAKE UP AND LEARN THE LESSON THAT HAS ELUDED YOU FOR YOUR ENTIRE LIVES.

rk: Well,  two days before the first of two trials, I was offered a Plea Bargain which would reduce the sentence to time served while awaiting trial and 2 years probation,  Lets see 35 years in prison to ZERO. What to do?  What to do? Well, I knew better.  I was not going to voluntarily contract my way into the system by consenting to such a contract offer which would hang over my head like a shroud for the rest of my life. SO I REJECTED THE OFFER! Why?  Because I committed NO Crimes, nor, as a man of the Sovereign People, was I even SUBJECT TO the Juristiction of the Phoney Defacto Corporation NOW masquerading as Government and its courts, for I follow God's Law -- DO NO HARM.  Satanic law is for the SLAVERY CONDITIONED DUMMIES, not the SPIRITUALLY ENLIGHTENED.

rk:  I stood Sui Juris (standing in my own jurisdiction as a sovereign) went through two KANGAROO COURT TRIALS, unable to shake the court imposed lawyers upon me who unlawfully spoke for me in my absence and without my permission. (That's how they railroad thousands of  Wards of the Court.) but I persevered anyway.  Result:  The Government created fictional entity, the STRAWMAN JURISTIC PERSON on the criminal complaint  whose name resembled mine but was spelled in ALL CAPITAL letters was convicted in both Trials but the courts operating on presumption that I,  the Living Breathing Man was linked to the fictional government created entity as a surety for the debts of the defendant.  In more than 20 plus court appearances and two trials, I demanded the judges of the  fictional Courts PROVE JURISDICTION over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, which they refused to do and have not done so to this very day, some nine years later. When time for sentencing arrived, I REFUSED to accept their OFFER OF SENTENCING, on the basis they had not PROVEN JURISDICTION.  What did the corrupt courts of Josephine County Oregon Do?  They THREW ME OUT OF JAIL, NOT IN JAIL. To this day, I, this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man HAVE NO CHARGES HANGING OVER MY HEAD and I CHALLENGE ANYONE IN THIS WORLD TO PROVER OTHERWISE.  Its all fiction, all satanic theater, and BILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF PEOPLE throughout the world are a CAPTIVE AUDIENCE to such FRAUD.

rk:  The showdown between God's Law and its Protection, and Man's Law and its satanic conditioned Tyranny finally answered the question of the superiority of God's Law over man's law, once and for all.  It was clear, direct, immediate, Inarguable and indisputable ,yet MILLIONS of computer using, onlooking ignorant Americans continue to remain blind and bound to the hypnotic spell breaking outcome of my two cases (02CR0617 and 03CR 0170) which bare enormous consequences to the freedom and quality of their lives.  These unaware, dutiful, but  robotic individuals are the "Living Dead" and the "Spiritually Blind" who have lived their lives throughout millenia, who still quiver in fear at the images their Satanically Conditioned Intellect tortures them with when they think of or look at  their own  government and its enforcers

Raymond Karczewski: The Unauthorized Mini-Biography

Raymond Karczewski was born in Chicago Illinois, an illegitimate child to a couple of Jewish alcoholic parents who immigrated from Warsaw, Poland. Ray was brother to three siblings, his brother Abraham, 4 years his senior, his brother Desmond, 2 years his junior, and his sister Gretchen, 5 years his junior.

Ray began molesting his sister Gretchen when she was 6, was caught by his brother Abraham who beat him and was consequently sent to reform school. With Abraham out of the way, Ray continued to molest his sister Gretchen and began molesting his brother Desmond. It was during this period of his life that Ray developed his Christhood complex and began forcing his brother Desmond and sister Gretchen to consume his vomit, urine, and feces, as his flesh, blood, and spirit.

It was also during his teen years that Ray developed a taste for consuming his own vomit, urine, and feces. It was after being treated for an overdose of morphine sulphate and fecal poisoning that he explained to a doctor that he was Jesus Christ and that his consumption of morphine and feces helped him to arrive at this conclusion.

Ray was then sent to a mental hospital, detoxified (tested positive for alcohol, opiates, and amphetamines) and was diagnosed as Schizophrenic and Manic Depressive. After a week of molesting younger male patients, he promptly escaped and was caught a month later having "relations" with hens at a nearby farm. Upon closer examination, it was determined that Ray was also allowing donkeys, mules, and horses to penetrate his rectum and took 17 stitches.

Ray was then given a choice by a local judge: Get medicated and join the army or go to prison. Ray opted for the army although he remained in trouble from the time he enlisted to the time he was medically discharged for shooting himself in the foot to get out of service in the Korean War. Ray made a deal with his bunkmate (and lover according to later investigations) that they would shoot each other in the foot to escape being forced into battle. After practice on some mannequins, his bunkmate (and lover) shot Ray in the foot, Ray, having terrible aim, then shot his bunkmate (and lover) in the knee, groin, pelvis, and shin.

Ray discharged to San Francisco, California where he applied to the police academy repeatedly and was rejected repeatedly due to Ray's mental illness. Ray finally settled for a job as a night watchman at a discount clothing store where he eventually reported for work drunk and shot a mannequin, mistaking it for a burglar. After a number of brushes with the law, Ray was kicked out of California and moved to Nevada. After several legal problems there, he fled to Washington State, got into trouble there, and fled to Oregon where he lived for a while in a trailer park and eventually became the homeless loonie he is today who still denies being a multiply convicted felon who killed his drug addicted wife and attempted to kill his scarred for life daughter Kasia.

Ray killed his drug addicted wife slowly by forcing her to breath poisonous wood stove smoke from a poorly installed wood stove in the family trailer. This, in addition to enabling her drug addiction, administration of regular beatings, and chronic neglect, finally put his wife into the ground. A pattern of molestation similar to what he subjected his sister Gretchen and brother Desmond was inflicted upon his daughter Kasia who eventually fled the family trailer when Ray demanded she consume a plate of his excrement and worship him as Jesus Christ.

His daughter Kasia eventually tried to reconcile with Ray, but after her marriage to a Jewish immigrant from Sweden, he became even more rabidly racist than before, became a member in the Oregon Ku Klux Klan, and was eventually kicked out of the klavern after being caught wearing a skull cap while having relations with a donkey belonging to his Grand Wizard.

Ray has been treated for various mental illnesses, various sexually transmitted diseases, is a drug addict and alcoholic, a racist and anti-semite, a scat fetishist, has served time in mental homes, jails, and prisons, has killed several people (at least) and shot several mannequins. He thinks he is Jesus Christ and has inflicted staggering amounts of abuse upon everyone in his life. Ray has rarely worked, spent most of his life on welfare and a social security check for mental illness, and is now homeless and on the loose in Cave Junction Oregon.

When you read Ray's rants, remember who and what he is, remember what he has done to the people in his life.
