18th, 2011. titled, "Sarasota detective fired for trying to secede from
U.S" along with my commentary -- Along with My commentary
ac: > SARASOTA - Last April, a veteran Sarasota Police
homicide detective went to the courthouse and tried to secede from the
United States of America.
rk: Be very wary of Media spin for a man of the Sovereign People
does not secede from the united states of America but removes himself
from the entanglement of the 14th Amendment Citizenship which
subjugates him to the UNITED STATES CORPORATION which now calls itself
government..
ac: > The detective, Tom Laughlin, filed a convoluted document
declaring himself a "sovereign citizen." The filing included a thumb
print on each page and a photocopy of 21 silver pieces — the price to
become a "freeman."
ac: > In doing so, Laughlin, 42, joined a small but growing
group of U.S. citizens who claim they are not subject to federal law,
that they no longer have to pay taxes and that their homes are their
embassies.
ac: > In what department insiders are calling one of the
strangest internal affairs cases in recent memory, Laughlin has gone
from a decorated and respected investigator to the subject of office
jokes.
rk: Is that not the nature of all excommunications when the
AWARE, or nearly AWARE and the UNAWARE are viewed in their fictional
reality under the spotlight of Truth?
ac: > Laughlin has handled some of the area's highest profile
cases in recent years. His work led to the conviction of Deandre
Tunstall for gang-related murders. He solved the cold-case killing of
John Allaman, Jr. on Bird Key, and he teamed with U.S. Marshals to
track down Willie James Kimble, a Sarasota man accused of beating a
woman to death in New York nearly 40 years ago.
ac: > In his personal life, though, Laughlin was growing
increasingly frustrated with the direction of the city and the country.
He privately worried that "Obamacare" was bad for his family, that
Sarasota leaders planned to lay off police officers, and that the city
might take his pension.
ac: > His brother, also a "sovereign citizen" who recently was
charged in St. Johns County with trying to extort two Florida Highway
Patrol troopers and later with bilking a Sarasota bank of $50,000,
convinced Laughlin that he could declare himself a "freeman."
rk: Sounds like his brother filed some UCC Liens against "two
Florida Highway Patrol Troopers. Why is it that when the IRS and
BANKS place liens and forecloses upon homes of American
Taxpayers, it is under the "Color of Law." When men
and women of the Sovereign People, the Creator of Government use the
same legal processes as their servant government and its
collectors do, its call "Extortion". See what I mean about
different lexicons for government and the People?
ac: > So Laughlin headed to the courthouse in April to legally
renounce his citizenship, telling local, state and federal officials
that he would only communicate with them in writing.
rk: Which is the only way to go, for the written word cannot
easily be changed, distorted, and/or forged without consequences.
It makes for an even playing field between government and their Creator
the Sovereign People. A playing field where "All men are created
equal" unlike the unlevel playing field of "persons" composed of
Masters and Slaves.
ac: > "What the paperwork was done for, was basically to get
back to the roots," Laughlin told internal affairs investigators. "The
Constitution. You know. And under God and back to the meat of what it
really is."
ac: > About the same time, investigative reports show,
Laughlin's colleagues saw his behavior change around the office. He
talked increasingly of a "straw man account" that allowed government to
hide millions of dollars from citizens.
rk: See Treasury Direct Account, assigned to every JURISTIC
PERSON and goverment corporations and their COMPREHENSIVE,
FINANCIAL, ANNUAL REPORT (C.A.F.R) accounts concerning
investments made via public money? If not, inquire into it.
ac: > Colleagues told internal affairs that Laughlin wanted to
pay off personal debts through the straw man account and that he made
strange statements about a global financial conspiracy.
rk: Are all of you out there blind to its unfoldment going
on right now. If not, tell me how is it that you've lost your
homes. your jobs, your freedom?
ac: > According to internal affairs documents, Laughlin
believed freeman-based ideas that the red numbers on a Social Security
card were clues to finding the account, and that birth certificates
were related to secret ships berthed in a port that held access to
millions of straw man dollars.
rk: Is it not through debt instruments call Federal Reserve Notes
issued by a privately own bank authorized by a Bankrupt Government
which have no value but for the misguided public trust --, i.e, money
and institution.
ac: > "It was one of those things where, as he's trying to
explain it to me, I'm looking at him thinking, 'You're crazy,'"
Detective Charles Riffe said in a statement to investigators. "I mean,
what the hell? It didn't make any sense to me."
rk: Such statements play hell with one's life-long Political and
Religious, Satanic Conditioning, do they not?
ac: > Colleagues soon discovered Laughlin had declared himself
a freeman — many officers viewed the public records on the court's
website — and concerns grew that his status could jeopardize criminal
cases he worked because he felt he was no longer a citizen, reports
state.
rk: And rightfully so, for the government's house of cards scam
would come tumbling down.
ac: > Laughlin's beliefs put him directly at odds with his
superiors, who had begun to watch out for sovereign citizens.
rk: Again, and rightfully so, for the Jig is about to be UP

ac: > The FBI listed those calling themselves sovereign as a
domestic terror threat following a series of violent attacks by
members, including Terry Nichols of the Oklahoma City bombing, Joe
Stack, who flew his plane into an IRS building in Austin, Texas, and
Jerry and Joseph Kane, the father and son who fatally shot two Arkansas
police officers last May.
rk: Those who make the rules and control the news, usually
win the game, that is, until TRUTH is discovered and grows in the
hearts and minds of Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood,Sentient,
Natural Men and Women.
ac: > The Southern Poverty Law Center estimates there are
about 300,000 sovereign citizens in the U.S., and the radical movement
has a huge presence online — from websites that provide the documents
to file for sovereign status in court, to YouTube videos in which
members openly threaten law enforcement officers.
rk: And who is the "Southern Poverty Law Center" and what is
their motive, their role in authorizing such statements. Are they
spokes persons for our Government?
rk: When Truth becomes THREATENING, one must ask who is being
threatened and why? The answer is quite simple. It is
SATANIC ILLUSION which cannot stand up to the light of Truth, and so
rolls out the "Propaganda wagon."
ac: > The movement came to the Sarasota Police Department's
attention last year, when an intelligence officer sent a bulletin
warning officers to be wary of their interactions with "sovereign
citizens."
rk: And so they should pay attention to the "Sovereign
People." There is no such thing as "sovereign citizens".Its an
Oxymoron. That's one of the phrases created by government mind
controllers to obfuscate the truth of how the American Sovereign People
have been turned into Slaves.

have second thoughts about the movement in June, during a vacation with
his brother.
ac: > The two were pulled over on a North Florida interstate
and Laughlin's brother, James, berated a trooper, saying state laws did
not apply to him.
ac: > James Laughlin later mailed documents to the trooper
saying he should drop the citation and pay him $150,000 for violating
his rights or he would sue for $32 million.
rk: Ah!, that must be the "extortion" referred to earlier in the
article. I, this living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient,

jail. I guess their Crime of EXTORTION only works on JURISTIC
PERSONS, EH, , NOT living men and women who stand in God's Law, Common
Law and use the Constitution to Keep their errant public servants in
line via their OATH OF OFFICE. So you folks out there tell me,
How much power did those two convictions have over this Living,
Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient natural Man who backed them down
for the black-robed deceivers they are.

documents without really reading them. All I wanted to do was make a
political statement about the way things are going in this country. I

July. Prosecutors determined that Laughlin had not broken any laws, but
city attorneys openly fretted he may have violated his oath of office.

ac: > By then, Laughlin says, he had already taken steps to
make the court records invalid. While the paperwork has no legal value,
Laughlin found that they cannot be redacted and cannot be removed from
a public website.
rk: When the Sovereign People, the True Law Makers Awaken to the
Government scams which have enslaved them, such paperwork shall
mysteriously regain "legal value." It all depends on
whose telling the story, does it not?
ac: > After a lengthy internal inquiry, supervisors accused
Laughlin of associating with a hate group that advocates violence, not
answering questions honestly, and using department computers to search
websites on straw man accounts and sovereign citizens.
rk: See how its done folks. Those who set the momentum
usually win the game. That is, until the game playing stops and
everyone takes their position as gameplaying ignoramuses or Sovereign
Men and Women, the Creator of Government.
ac: > A review board recommended he be suspended for four
weeks and transferred out of the criminal investigative division. The
suspension would have cost him about $6,000.
ac: > But he was fired instead by Chief Mikel Hollaway, who
was on vacation this week and could not be reached for comment. City
Manager Bob Bartolotta said Hollaway conferred with him before the
decision.
rk: Once again, One cannot serve Two Masters. Our
"half-a-backbone" cop just learned that lesson.
ac: > "The honesty issue was very, very important to the
chief," Bartolotta said. "He has to rely on his officers to be honest
at all times, and I think that was the biggest factor in his decision."
rk: Any man/woman standing in Truth is NOT CONCERNED with the
appearance of honesty. Only the DISHONEST ARE.
ac: > Laughlin has hired a private attorney and plans to
appeal the firing. Laughlin now says he made clear that the freeman
paperwork was a mistake and that he realizes there should be
consequences.
rk: Laughlin learned a valuable lesson in this. He learned
whether he was Truly a Sovereign, or just disgruntled Slave.
ac: > "I screwed up and I deserve to take my lumps," he said.
"I know what I did was stupid. But I don't think I deserve to lose my
job over it. I have been a police officer since I was 19 years old.
This is all I know."
rk: In other words he was stupid to play on both sides and expect
to get away with it. There are NO TWO SIDES TO TRUTH.
rk: TRUTH is the NONDUALISTIC WHAT IS, and the Satanic Illusion

The first step in how to deal with the New World Order is for us to
understand that it is the OLD WORLD ORDER WITH A NEW FACE.

masquerades as a lawful government while it is tied to the money

solving and communication with other intellects. In all other
nontechnical matters of life, the intellect IS DESTRUCTIVE. One

though they speak the same language, the spirit of their communications

FROM oneself, the Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood,
Sentient, Natural Man.
2. . Rescind one's 14th Amendment Citizen Status and all other
adhesion contracts presumed to exist with the federal, state, and local
corporate private governments which applies to, and were
imposed upon the JURISTIC PERSON BY GOVERNMENT on the basis that there
existed no full disclosure of all the terms of the Adhesion
Contracts that were imposed upon the American People.
3. DEMAND THEY FOLLOW THE LAW. CRUDEN v
NEALE, 2 N.C. 338 (1796) 2 S.E. 70.which focuses upon Natural Law
and trumps Corporate administrative rules, regulations, and legislation
which do not apply to non-corporate natural people who stand in Common
Law and in full legal capacity as one of the sovereign people.
CRUDEN V. NEALE states: "There, every man is independent of all laws,
except those prescribed by nature. He is not bound by any
institutions formed by his fellowmen without his consent."
rk: Therein lies the present tyrannical Government
Con. They operate on the Legal presumption that All Living,

underwriter of all debts incurred by the JURISTIC PERSON.

JURISTIC over whom the government DOES HAVE JURISDICTION, and the
Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, OVER WHOM
the Government DOES NOT have JURISDICTI0N over, unless the latter
consents to GRANT JURISDICTION to the government by not REBUTTING the
Courts Legal Presumption of 14 th Amendment status, or unconscious
consent to belong to the Corporate Government and their corporate

rk: Demand the Fictional Court which is asserting
JURISDICTION over you, PROVE IN WRITING as their own law requires that
they have JURISDICTION over you, the Living, Breathing,

They WILL NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION, as they have not answered it in my
two cases for the last 8 years. Even though the courts CONVICTED
the JURISTIC PERSON in both cases, after first threatening me with 35
to 40 years in prison, they THREW ME OUT OF JAIL when I refused to
accept their OFFER OF CONTRACT at the time of Sentencing.
The Basis for such refusal, They FAILED TO PROVE JURISDICTION OVER THIS
LIVNG, BREATHING, FLESH-AND-BLOOD, SENTIENT, NATURAL MAN.
Face it folks, the tradition of the present day Judiciary is descendant
from the Sons of Satan, Jesus referred to as the lawyers, judges, and
money changers of his time, those responsible for "Stringing Him Up."
Isn't it time, We got beyond the Satanic Spells they have cast upon,
Blind-Believing, undiscerning Sheeple?
To all those whom I have met in my lifetime and who function at
a variety of levels of Consciousness, To each and every one of you I
say that I must heartily disagree with any collective
consciousness promoted as a solution to world problems.
Can it not be seen that all World problems are the out come of
such remote controlled outer directed Collective Consciousness?.

Mankind is not a Hive of Bees which exists to serve a queen
bee. Mankind is not a Colony of Ants. a mindless striving swarm

agenda. Or Is He? No, not at all, Man is born onto this
earth to discover who he is spiritually. He must walk the walk of
confusion born of adherance to not understood collective thought to be
freed from such Satanic bondage.
Life on earth is a spiritual Training ground, a Spiritual Reform
School that some may call the "School of Hard Knocks." The
teacher is Experience. There is pain, there is suffering.
Conflict and confusion and dualistic isolation abound, yet there
also is peace, there is love, the nondualistic at-one-ment with
Truth, which is all there is.. All of this must be experienced
for the son of man to graduate to the higher realms of Spiritual
Understanding and return to his lost state of Christhood..
True Freedom, Peace, Love, arise when the Conflict of
Satanically ruled Intellect is understood and transcended. It is
a fearful journey for most. It is a gauntlet that one must walk
and survive the assaults which are inflicted upon him/her by those who
are ignorant of their True Estate as Children of God, Those who chose
to remain ignorant and finally die by their own hand or the hand of
their equally ignorant neighbor, family member, business associate,
neighborhood group, political clique, national and international
collective thought based organizations called Nations.
Do you not see this Truth every day of your life? Why do you
ignore such Truth? Why has civilized man remained blind to such
horror which is supported by him/her through their satanic
agenda-driven collective thought.
No Indeed., Peace on earth shall not come to the the Collective,
but to the One who see, acts, and lives in the state of Divine
Awareness, the nondualistic direct perception of Truth. Such
love. Such Peace comes to those who have learned their lesson well, and
have returned to their Rightful state of Christ Consciousness, Simple
Men and Women of Truth. Those who are unconflicted in
Consciousness and who walk amid the struggle and strife of their fellow
man as a light to the darkness which rages in such collective ignorance.
Such a man or woman serves as a Spiritual Lightning Rod which
absorbes the hatred, confusion, attacks of his/her fellow man who lash
out at such a man/woman who clearly does not fit in to their familiar
collective yet divisive thought,
It is only when quietness of mind is achieved, when the mind
dies and Divine Awareness is reborn, that the collective hell-bound
begin their spiritual restoration. But not before they have
slings and arrows and clubbing they have endured from their personal
gauntlet.
That is what is in store for all Christs who suffer from Amnesia
of their True Spiritual Estate. The Sovereign Men and Women who dream
they are Slaves.

office..

to the Oregon Attorney General's office and the Secretary of States
Office, now under new leadership. No help there. So far the
coverup of the corruption in OREGON regarding Criminal conduct of its
Public Officials is seamless throughout the State. I

FOLLOWS THE LAW.

For those of you who listened to Celebrity Charley Sheen
on hypocrite Talk Show Host Alex Jones, you were treated to the
observing the effects that Celebrity has upon the souls of certain men
and women.
Celebrity is a Satanic Formula which makes some people
wealthy, famous, and held up as seemingly wise as they are are paraded
before the public as role models for the youth of our country to
emulate.
Did Charlie hold up as a model for our children to follow?
I leave that to you to determine. Did Charley Speak some
Truth. Yes. Did charlie speak a lot of gibberish.
Indeed.
Until today, I, like most of you were held by the image
portrayed by the Hollywood interference running, image
makers. Today, all images were set aside, as Charlie spoke
directly of who and what he is. Charlies confused.
Jones on the other hand is not confused. He blew his
sanctimonius position of berating and banning others who use off color
language , as Sheen repeatedly used language that would get the average
man
cut off immediately. Why, Because Jones would have risked his
tenuous hero worship relationships with hollywood celebrities.
By all means, todays interview was an education for all who live
in Satanic LaLa Land, trapped by their own conditioned images of whom
they perceive others to be.
Truth exposed Jones and Sheen for the spirit of that which
exists behind their PR images.
Such is the nature of outcome for all who sell one's
soul for Worldly perks. There comes a time when the compact with
Satan and its promises are reneged upon, pulled away leaving only the
imbalance of one's being exposed for all to see.
In a spiritual way, the Interview on the Alex Jones Show with
Charlie Sheen today, Feb. 24, 2011, shall live in Satanic
Infamy. despite years of carefully image building.

First let me begin by saying that not many of you will get the
meaning of this message, even though it is a simple message based in
Truth. Why? Because most of you have been psychologically
wired to perceive only Illusion through your public school and cultural
indoctrination.
You may not grasp the truth of what I communicate, because most
of you prefer to worship and entertain the satanically conditioned
dualistic Illusion of truth, the "Graven Image" of Truth,
rather than live with the inarguable "hard to swallow" actual pill
of non-dualistic Truth.
Such is the source of your eternal pain and confusion
which consumes you. It is that gut level pain of discontent
that dwells deep within your core of being which gnaws at you and is
the source of your fundamental Uncertainty. You were not meant to
live this way.
You've done so by choice, by your own consent. You've
given up your right to Self-determination in favor of seeking experts
and saviors in secular and religious illusion based worlds to bind
yourself to in return for their promise to solve problems in your
personal world that only you can solve.
Look around you. Who do you see to be actually free
living their lives as Sovereign Children of God? I mean actually
look around and be honest with yourselves. Rather bleak, is it
not?
You folks have taken the Satanic Way out. You
succumbed to seductive promises which never are delivered, but what
they do do, is extracts your very life force, leaving you helpless,
hopeless and spiritually diminished. You've been schnookered,
lied to, deceived, by mind controlling minions, those who make the
rules, manage the money, and employ armed thugs in uniform to
make sure you go along with their corporate policies masquerading as
Law or face prison, and even death.
That scenario is playing out in Egypt, this
very moment, along other Middle Eastern countries, whose people
are waking up to their satanic power of rebelling against
Corporate elitists and their government and banks. Rebellion is
the Way of Death. BOYCOTT is the Nonviolent way of restoring ones
Sovereignty.
