I have enclosed the following entries which have recently appeared on the Internet Newsgroups. They show (1) the elements of LIBEL AND (2) admitted contact and collusion made by the anonymous perpetrator with several others of the Government/Media/ sponsored/supported disinformation Agents involved who've been actively engaged in nearly a decade of a conspiracy to libel/smear campaign to destroy my reputation and that of my family members, and their increased issuance of death threats toward me. Such elements clearly constitute the criminal act of Felony Conspiracy. A crime has been committed. It has been going of for years, yet government has turned their backs on their Oaths of Office and refuse to do the jobs they are publicly paid to do.
Just what does it take for JOSEPHINE COUNTY OFFICIALS entrusted with law enforcement and prosecution to do their jobs?
Sheriff Daniel has refused to act on this criminal complaint on "countless occasions" and is complicit in the on-going conspiracy through his providing a platform for libel via his Department's Bulletin Board "Ask a Cop" (Since Removed) after he was notified of the libel campaign. Sheriff Daniel is reported to have had a few laughs with one of the perpetrators as stated by the one who calls himself "widdershins." Widdershins says: " Oh, yeah? I forwarded one of your more entertaining posts to Dave Daniels. He said he laughed his ass off. It made his whole morning."

Yet, to my knowledge nothing is done to investigate the crime. This issue is a Scandal of National importance and goes to the highest levels of government which has spent nearly 8 years STONE WALLING my request for an investigation.
Enough is Enough. I demand an answer of you District Attorney CAMPBELL to the question of WHY WILL JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF DAVE H. DANIEL NOT INVESTIGATE A CRIME REPORTED TO HIS OFFICE, and I would like it in writing.
If Government can't do the job it is supposed to do, WHAT THE HELL DO THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE NEED GOVERNMENT FOR??
Once again, I am posting this on the Internet and encouraging others to call you and the officials below to insure that SOMEBODY in JOSEPHINE COUNTY GOVERNMENT DOES THEIR JOB.
Attention all Freedom Loving PATRIOT and NONPATRIOTS ALIKE.
It is time to hold our public official accountable.
Contact the official below: Tell them to do the jobs for which they were placed into office or vacate their office so someone else will do the job.

As a reader and not a writer, I followed with interest the ramblings of this so called "Christ." Not having much time in the past year to sit down in my office and cruise the net, so to say, I had fallen behind in the recent tirades of this sad, weak idiot. Much to my surprise, the words and subject matter have not changed one iota. Mr. Karczewski is copying and pasting the exact same things, word for word, that he did one year ago. I would find humor in this aspect of his personality if what he was writing was true, but I know firsthand what he is writing
is nothing but the delusional rantings of a sick, fat old man. Now normally there is always one town idiot, if not more, in all communities. I am positive, although I do not live near this man, that he must qualify as the county idiot and not just the town idiot. I have no idea if he packs heat, or has shot up manequins as stated, but he is dangerous none the less. His danger lies in the fact that he is fixated on certain people, and the fixation has remained glued to his braincells for years now. The people do not differ, and his threats against them do not change.
Over one year ago I corresponded with several of the gentleman that throw wise-ass remarks back at this dangerous person. Yes, I believe he should be safely behind bars and not out free in society. I do not think that the people that respond to him are aware of the danger a person such as this poses. I have studied criminal behaviour, and in fact could be considered an expert in the field, and Karczewski's fixation on certain people is dangerous, and not something to be made fun of. The students at schools in the USA make fun of others who do not fit into the norm of society. This man does not fit into the norm of society, yet no one is reading the signals, just as the students and teachers ignored clear signals coming from school students that eventually killed their friends in a rampage of violence.
I don't know these people he speaks of, or at least have never met them face-to-face. But I did correspond with some, and also researched the activity of your community just out of curiosity over a year ago. It seems as if most of the crimes originate from the town Raymond lives in, Cave Junction. Statistically it has a very high crime rate compared to the population. Even the young chap who killed the chicken that Raymond seems so obsessed with lives in that town. It seems as if the majority of the crimes for Josephine County originate from that little burg on Interstate 199 running to the beautiful California coastline. Such violence among such beauty of the sea and redwood trees. I read that it is a very depressed economy due to the loss of logging jobs, so that might lead to the discontent of the community.
I have drifted away from my original train of thought, so please pardon me. If I had read different people's names in R K's recent tirade, I would not be concerned. But his fixation remains the same. His lies remain the same. His hatred for the same people remain the same. I did some research since I followed the Speckles story with great interest, along with everyone else. The DA dropped all charges against the man who was arrested for stealing the chicken when the new County DA realized the County had made a mistake. The market had never pressed charges and it was the old DA and the State of Oregon who were pressing charges. Absolutely no monetary settlement came of this action, so R K outright lied to again stir up trouble. If I were this Kathy Lynn Dean, who just happens to be married to the man who was falsly arrested for stealing the chicken, I would fear for my life. Mr. Karczewski has been obsessed with her, and has been stalking her for several years now. Why he even connects her with the acts of her
husband shows the sickness of a demented and criminal mind.
If I were Dave Daniel, or any County official, I would be very wary of this misfit of society. I would have him behind bars for any infraction of the law. R K does not even make any sense in any of his accusations against these individuals. This Ed Wilkerson person should be just as wary as Kathy Lynn Dean should be. I sense a lack of caring, a loss of fear, or maybe they have heard it so much they no longer care. But I warn caution of all parties, because I see the danger in this man, and his obsession is not normal. Plus, if what he says id true, he has nothing to lose. His wife is dying, and he is old, flatulant, fat and delusional. He sees "things" around his abode. He imagines people are stalking him. He makes very dangerous threats.
Good people of Josephine County, and especially the Civil Servants and the woman and man he hates so much, please show caution and common sense. This is not a person to ignore. I do not want to read in the paper or watch on TV someday that Ed Wilkerson, Dave Daniel, the District Attorney and Kathy Lynn Dean have been found dead and the killer has committed suicide. You have a time bomb on your hands, and it is ready to explode. Please mark my words and show extreme caution.

The book is poorly written by an author who appears to be more
interested in promoting the number of "big words" in his vocabulary than providing any insight into giving oneself a mental overhaul. I'll give him this much, he seems interested in the subject matter, but he isn't sufficiently well read to offer his own rendering.
My advice to this author is to first learn about the material before writing about it and second, find a publisher who provides professional editing services prior to release.

The author, Raymond Ronald Karczewski, who has copyrighted his own name and believes he is a christ with amnesia (he thinks we all are, but I tried a miracle on my credit card balance and it didn't work), could make a Borg blush telling you how your life is futile, or that you just might already be a servant of satan, but that message is hard to extract with high explosives from this majestic illucid linguistic tsunami. If you want to get addicted to migraine painkillers and don't have a decent regard for your sanity, buy this book.

The author has taken great pains to use a dictionary and thesaurus to locate an abundance of large words, I suppose to make the book more appealing to the intellectually oriented. All he has managed to compose is a book largely unfathomable by those possessed of even the most massive vocabularies.
The message: Deeply buried beneath the obfuscation of a typical
argument one might find on alt.fan.art-bell, there is no spirituality to be found. The very message is condescending, essentially instructing it's target readership as to their "inertness" and "ignorance" as they manuveur down the road of life. He offers to his patron, the assertion that "thought is satanic" and all that kept this reader going, was the promise of some profound spirtual climax. For my efforts, all I received was a migraine.
The author: It is important to look at the background of the author, so that one can judge for themselves if he is qualified to advise others of how to seek spiritual enlightenment. A man who is in and out of jail is not someone to teach spiritual growth. He either needs to practice what he preaches, or if he already does, the sermon is not one that I recommend.
Anyone wanting a sample of his "message" should google for him in the google archives. This should give you a far more accurate appraisal than any critique an indivual could ever write.

A difficult read, April 4, 2003

I was interested in a book on spiritual enlightenment, but the author seems more concerned with advertising his large vocabulary, than he does providing any true insight to anyone.
Considering that this book is only 80 some pages long, it took a week and 6 sessions with a dictionary to complete, and I found myself toward the end, forcing myself to read it, just on principal. I'm afraid that I cannot recommend this book to anyone, it will only serve to confuse those seeking the human truth.

The mangled meanderings of the author are so verbally confused as to loose all meaning within the excess verbage. The abuse and over use of adjectives and adverbs would leave a college linguistics professor, dizzied from the experience and the only thing to be gained from this piece of 'literature' is a migraine. What little discernable information is present, is 'borrowed' from popular literature, and is simply an overworded version of something you might find on a religious pamphlet.
Whoever this publisher is, Ark Enterprises, they did a terrible
disservice to the author by not hiring a qualified editor or literary consultant to screen the text prior to press.

Beyond the reductive and strict repetition of Art Bell, Roy Masters, and Krisnamurti, Mr. Karczewski's remarks are disconnected, incoherent, and suggest little understanding of what it is to write an effective essay. Even the most basic structures of competent writing are wholly missing from this attempt,
and demonstrate a total lack of commitment to excellence and original thinking. "Ark" Enterprises...has done Mr. Karczewski a serious disservice by having the text printed without having it edited and reviewed by people experienced in writing and publishing. ....

Reviewer: A reader Raymonds literary style is full of the turgid overblown prose that marks the pseudo-intellectual ramblings of the latter part of the 19th century. The book left me feeling less like I'd taken a journey, and had just read a badly written travel brochure. The writing is verbose to the point that were it tightened just a little, the book would be shortened by about a third. If you are thinking of taking this particular journey, stay home, find a library copy of Norman Vincent Peale, and spend the money on a take-out pizza

Reviewer: A reader I borrowed this book from a friend and I must say this book is unequaled in astute commentary of the human condition and a pointer to a clear way of improving and sanitizing our "dirty" thought processes. The author has a most enlightening and refreshing view of our civilizational, hypnotic and judgmental origins. This enchanting author gives clear and direct techniques that one can use to elevate oneself out of the "comfortable ditch" in which we often find ourselves trapped. This is truly a work of prophetic porportions.

"Journey Beyond Thought" is Mr. Karczewski's inquiry into the human thought process and the power of truth. He examines the roles and influence of government and religious authority, mass and individual hypnosis, and the ego upon the conditioning of the human mind and the ways in which a conditioned mind thinks. Truth is identified as the only real power that can break the psychological bonds that tie a conditioned mind to Hell, to insanity, to a mechanical way of being wherein the ability to examine one's self is largely lost. According to the author, the ability to recognize truth, to perceive it directly, can trigger a self-observing mode within us. By reading Karczewski's words, one is more or less psychologically exposed in relation and proportion to the emotional reaction(s) and thought(s) that arise within the reader. One key to reading this book is that one must agree, a priori, to observe one's self while reading it. If this process is pursued with integrity, the reader will come face-to-face with certain decisions that create forks in one's path, one path leading to potential enlightenment and one towards continued ignorance of the dualistic hell of conditioned, human thought.

COUNTY, OREGON, has joined the ranks of other stonewalling, nonresponsive Agents
for the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE by his refusal to respond
to the issues contained in Affidavit of Acceptance of Oath of Office and Demand for
Investigation/Proof of Jurisdiction, dated June 9, 2005 and sent via USPS Registered Mail.
SHERIFF DANIEL has refused to carry out the duties required by his Oath of Office and
has placed himself and the STATE OF OREGON/JOSEPHINE COUNTY in
financial jeopardy via default of the commercial instrument.
Oregon Constitution states: ARTICLE XV Section 3. Oaths of office. Every person
elected or appointed to any office under this Constitution, shall, before entering on the
duties thereof, take an oath or affirmation to support the Constitution of the United States,
and of this State, and also an oath of office.—
To OREGON ATTONEY GENERAL HARDY MYERS, and GOVERNOR TED
KULONGOSKI, I accept your Oaths of Office and now make the same request,
accompanied by affidavit, of each of you to honor your oaths by investigating fully and
bringing to a close, the unlawful and criminal conduct of multiple Agents for the STATE

GOVERNMENT CRIME by OREGON PUBLIC OFFICIALS against the People of the
STATE OF OREGON.
Following are the voluminous documents sent to Officials of Oregon and their agents in an
attempt to hold our government accountable. Read them. None of them, accompanied by
affidavit, have EVER been answered, NOT A ONE. This places the STATE OF
OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE in indisputable commercial dishonor and
default.
By reading the files which expose to all the futility of going through the established
official government channels to seek remedy or redress, one will see that the STATE OF
OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY do not follow their own rules, and by their
actions, invite anarchy. The files expose the daily FRAUD our government officials
perpetrate against the People of Oregon and elsewhere in these united states of America.

Judgement now stands, is due and payable in the the total amount of Twenty Seven
Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($27,180,000.00), a judgment the

None of these specific liens were relevant to the two FRAUDULENT trials, Case Number

to prove their jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, sentient, natural

To all Government officials concerned in this matter: I, this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-
Blood, Sentient, Natural Man have followed all of the channels provided by government for redress of grievances, and have, for my efforts, received a UNIFIED STONE WALL OF SILENCE from my public servants.
ATTORNEY GENERAL HARDY MYERS, this document constitutes an Affidavit of
Acceptance of Oath of Office and Demand for Investigation into the Unlawful conduct of
JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF, JUDGES, DISTRICT ATTORNEYS by you as
CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER for the CORPORATE STATE OF OREGON accompanied
by your sworn affidavit upon your own personal, unlimited, commercial liability under
Common Law within 20 days of receipt of this Demand sent via REGISTERED MAIL.
Failure to do so shall constitute your agreement to permit a UCC lien to be filed against
you in the amount of One Million United States Dollars ($1,000.000.00) for said dishonor
by silence and default.
GOVERNOR TED KULONGOSKI, this document constitutes an Affidavit of
Acceptance of Oath of Office and Demand for Investigation into the Unlawful conduct of
