Here it is May 7th, 2000, 547
days since Oregon Senator Ron Wyden was first contacted by Raymond
Karczewski regarding the FBI investigation into government/media
sponsored/supported mind control on the Internet. A simple
request was made of him to contact the FBI on behalf of a citizen
in his district and secure a status check on the criminal complaint
filed with the FBI Medford office on November 2nd, 1997. Nothing
more, nothing less. Simple, eh?
After all this time and repeated
requests, there is STILL NO RESPONSE to the matter from Senator Wyden's
office!!
THE STONE WALL OF SILENCE REGARDING
THIS MATTER REMAINS INTACT.

Below is the last communication sent
to Senator Wyden's office on April 30th, 2000.

ps: As of this date, May 7th,
2000, no response has been received from Ms Rubenstein, Senator Wyden's
Oregon Field Representative acknowledging receipt of a number of emails
sent around the same time as the email below. I assume it is
easier for government offices to "Lose" the communications that
way. (See White House email scandal.)
I will, however, be sending a copy of
this entire post to her on this date and again ask that she send an
email reply acknowledging her receipt of this communication.

Rubenstein states below: "I have forwarded your information to
the Medford FBI and asked them to respond to you. Please do not
send me any more e-mails relating to this case; I am not an
investigator and cannot respond directly to those concerns. If
you continue to have problems after the FBI has reviewed your case, you
can contact me then."
rk: Note Ms. Rubenstein's
language. In effect, what Ms. Rubenstein has done is to pass the
responsibility on to the FBI to contact me regarding this issue. Had
the FBI handled this matter as a responsible Law Enforcement Agency
over the last 2 and a half years, this issue would not exist.
rk: In essence she ended Senator
Wyden's part in following up on the matter. How does that stack
up with Senator Wyden's public statement at a public meeting
promising that he ". . .would follow it up himself and get an answer"
from the FBI. In other words, now 14 days later, the case
has been redeposited back in "bureaucratic limbo." Keep in
mind, this issue with Senator Wydens office goes back to Nov. 7th, 1998
where they claim they have no trace of 10 emails previously sent them
by me regarding the FBI issue which goes back to November 2nd,
1997.
rk: This is an actual
demonstration of your Federal government in operation folks. It
is not theoretical as public rhetoric of Congressional Representatives
mouthed at town hall meetings would have a gullible public
believe. This is what you get in return for your tax
dollar. It can only operate this way because YOU, who
support such agencies with your hard earned tax money, allow it to
operate that way.

Ray and I have just
returned from the Town Hall Meeting with Oregon Senator Ron Wyden held
at noon today, April 16, 2000, at the Cave Junction County Building.
Approximately 250 people
from Cave Junction, Grants Pass, Selma, and other Josephine County
environs along with the press and members of the sheriff's department
were in attendance.
Early in the meeting Ray
addressed Senator Wyden regarding the role of government and its
relationship to its citizens, government/ media mind control
experiments being conducted on unwary users of the Internet, and the
criminal conspiracy to libel complaint Ray filed with the Medford,
Oregon FBI office on November 2, 1997.
He reiterated to Senator
Wyden the fact that out of 10 E-mails sent to Wyden's office over the
past 13 months, only 5 had gotten a response (autoresponder), which, of
course, did not address the issues. Ray told him that in response
to an outside inquiry, one of his staff had denyed receiving any
e-mails from Ray and claimed there was no record of such although
the autoresponder messages clearly speak for themselves.
Senator Wyden was
strongly apologetic regarding the failure of his staff to record the
receipt of Ray's E-mails and for the nonresponse from him and his
office. He instructed his aide to give us a card listing
addresses and phone numbers to ensure that he received and was privy to
our correspondence.
Ray publicly asked
Senator Wyden if he would commit to getting a status report on the
investigation from the FBI and to making that information
public.
Senator Wyden affirmed
that he would do so and requested the information be sent to him once
again, that he "would follow it up himself and get an answer" from the
FBI.
After the meeting Ray
drove me in our "private automobile" to the store and then home.

This is in response to
your request for information at today's Cave Junction Town Meeting
regarding the Medford, Oregon FBI investigation into the Conspiracy to
Libel complaint by Raymond Karczewski on November 2, 1997 and
government/media supported
mind control experiments being
conducted on unwary users of the Internet. In order to avoid an
unwieldy amount of disk space, I am only listing the URLs of posts by
some of those anonymous persons involved. These posts may be
found in the Internet DejaNews archives. The Medford office of
the FBI has much additional material in their hands, and the Washington
D.C. office of Director of the FBI Louis Freeh has my own personal
complaint which contains URLs listed in this letter.
This libel, harrassment,
stalking and defamation has been going on for over four years without
letup, in fact it has accelerated due to the fact that there has been
no timely action taken by either the Washington D.C. or the Medford,
Oregon offices of the FBI in this matter. It began as anonymous
attacks upon my husband, forgeries posted on Internet
usenet newsgroups under his name, and then extended to libelous reviews
of his book at Amazon.com. My husband requested the removal of
our book from their online catalog due to these invalid, libelous,
so-called reviews.
Those persons involved
then turned their attacks toward me. I am 62 years old, in
precarious health at best, and the ongoing stress of this situation has
taken an additional toll on my health. The Internet has so much
information of benefit to offer to the people of this world. That
it can be so easily and arrogantly corrupted and used for unabating
abuse of those same people is horrendous to me. At the meeting
you spoke of it's
being against the law to as a hoax
yell "Fire" in a theatre in order to protect those patrons whose lives
might be endangered by a stampede toward the exits by panicky people
fearing for their lives. Is not the danger just as great when
lives and health can be destroyed by malicious, anonymous persons who
are able to evade responsibility for and the consequences of their
actions.
One of these attackers
who calls himself "Tim Hill", in addition to using a host of
other aliases (the apparent leader of the group), posted that he would
be absent from the Internet for awhile due to his new job. In the past
he has admitted to serving as a PR consultant for election
campaigns. Recently other anonymous attackers have claimed that
they have nothing to fear from the FBI due to the statute of
limitations having run
out although, as my husband pointed
out to them, each new libelous attack extends the
timeline.
I cannot stress enough
that what I have sent you is merely the "tip of the iceberg."
This is a unique experience and will probably change the history of
jurisprudence in our country, and in how our courts operate in that all
evidence is recorded in black and white. There are literally
thousands of posts (written by this same conspiratorial, anonymous
group of individuals operating with a recognizable and distinct agenda)
of this
libelous nature to be found in the
DejaNews archives, defaming not only my husband and myself but
other authors and innocent usenet users. Although these
individuals post anonymously, in the past they have revealed personal
and career/business ties to the U.S. Intelligence community, government
and media.
I repeat that the
Internet is a marvelous tool for communication amongst people, a sort
of "chatting over the back fence" tool that can bring the people of the
world together as brothers and sisters, that may have the power to
instill the sense of unity of our common humanity and the urgency
of bringing about peace among
us. As it is being used now, it breeds fear and furthers the
divisiveness that leads to war and has already made a shambles of our
world. My own daughter is afraid to use the Internet due to the
rabid attacks that have made on me and my husband.
Make no mistake, Senator
Wyden, I do not advocate censorship. What I do advocate is the
responsible use of our First Ammendment Right to Free Speech by each of
us being held responsible for the content and consequences of our free
speech.
Again I repeat: I am a
62-year-old woman of limited financial means. This four-year-long
campaign of libel, stalking, and defamation has taken its toll on my
already precarious health. We, my husband and I, have gone to our
government for assistance
and thus far our government has failed
us. I am counting on you to do what you publicly declared in our
Town Meeting that you would do: "personally follow up" and "get an
answer" from the FBI regarding the Conspiracy to Libel and
Government/media supported mind control experiments being conducted on
unwary users of the Internet.
By the way, Senator

Just to clarify this
issue. I sent your office the information in writing which was
requested by Senator Wyden at the Cave Junction Town Hall Meeting.
As you recall, it was you who
personally gave me your business card and asked me to send it to your
office so that the matter may be expedited and not lost as had the
prior 10 emails sent to the Senator.
I am assuming that
Senator Wyden has viewed the materials I sent you and the request
being sent to the FBI is under his signature?
I am not interested in a
"review" of my case. I am interested in a status report of the
investigation along with a case number by which the investigation may
be obtained through the Freedom of Information process.
In addition to keeping
the world Internet community apprised of the status of this case, it is
my intention to make all communications regarding this matter public so
that all are held accountable.
This is an issue of
National importance, and one that will not go away through a
bureaucratic shuffle. Of that you and Senator Wyden may be
assured.
Please acknowledge that
