Dear Mr. Snow,


     Enclosed are documents from my examination of my Commercial Agreements, which are
listed on the enclosed with receipts and other evidence which I accept for value, with all related
endorsements to include those in accord with UCC 3-419.  The total amount of the NON-
NEGOTIABLE CHARGE BACK enclosed is $1,000,000.00 .
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
    Please charge back to my Treasury Direct Account  # 3--------- for the same value and
charge my account for the fees necessary for securing and registration  of my personal
possessions, and command  the memory of account # 3--------- to charge the same to debtor's
Order or your Order.

     This POSTED Registered Account #  RR463870667US fund, which is part of my tax
estimate, is directed for use (priority) for the Republic (Article IV, Section 4 of the United States
Constitution) in accord with public policy HJR 192 (discharge of the public debt),

    I instruct you, John W. Snow, Secretary and/or your Deputy-in-chief to take my acceptance,
this Article VII receipt, in exchange for the tax exemption priority. This "NON-NEGOTIABLE
BILL OF EXCHANGE," in accordance with HJR-192, is presented for the receiver to the
Federal Window for settlement (EFI) within the three (3) day Truth-in-Lending time for settlement
of retail agreements.

     With this POSTED transaction the CHARGE BACK  charge, documented by the enclosed
forms for use by the Republic, is complete.
