     Mr. Wallace, in my letter of April 11 th, 2008, I reminded you that there is no "Statute of
Limitations" on Fraud, just one of the many crimes committed by agents of the COUNTY OF
JOSEPHINE AND STATE OF OREGON.

    You have had ample opportunity to study the overwhelming evidence of Fraud and
sundry criminal offenses arising from such fraudulent law enforcement/prosecutions via your
client's joint paticipation with the STATE OF OREGON's Administrative Courts,
Prosecutor's Offices, and Traffic Courts, etc under Administrative Court "Color of Law"
corporate policies, targetting this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural man
who is not subject to such "Color of Law" Corporate policies masquerading as Law.

    At my last count, there have been 21 Commercial Defaults based in your client's joint
refusal with the State of Oregon to respond to, point by point the 23 questions of Jurisdiction
over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural man the last six years, even
while they continue to persecute me and rob me of my "privately owned" property.    In
Commercial Law, merely ONE (1) default constitutes judgment.

Presently, your client, the County of Josephine and State of Oregon jointly stand in
Commercial Judgment for the full amount of $39,180,000.00 (Thirty Nine, One
Hundred and Eighty Thousand Dollars) when this matter be taken to the
Federal/International Court of Claims.

My intent is to seek remedy for the harm done to my Late Wife and myself over the
last six years. I have no intention of burdening the Taxpayers of JOSEPHINE
COUNTY OREGON and STATE OF OREGON, or your company as Insurance
Carrier for Southern Oregon Law Enforcement Agencies for the full amount.
