STATES, UCC OFFICE, and copies of such files are retained by me,
although a crime has been committed by the Secretary of State in the
removal without cause and/or PROOF of lawful authorization to remove
such public records.
May I remind
you Mr. Wallace that there is no
"Statute of Limitations" on Fraud, just one of the many crimes
committed by agents of the STATE OF
OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE.
