       I am in receipt of your letter dated February 12th, 2008.  Received it today, March 31, 2008.

        Perhaps the enclosed series of reports chronologically layed out will clear up what is presently unclear to you.

        I and my family have been harmed by your client JOSEPHINE COUNTY AND THE STATE OF OREGON Law Enforcement Agencies who unlawfully have infringed upon my Unalienable Right to Liberty, which included my Unalienable Right to Travel as a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural man of the Sovereign People  without the requirement of Licensing.

        I hold the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE jointly accountable for the recent death of my wife who shared with me the unrelenting stress imposed upon us via Law Enforcement Policies which are Unlawful and punitive.

        The reports speak for themselves, and tell a story of persecution and prosecution, spanning a period of 6 years, even to the point of declaring me a "Paper Terrorist" for attempting to hold my public officials and Law Enforcement Officers of three jurisdiction accountable for their unlawful,  criminal behavior.  (GRANTS PASS PUBLIC SAFETY DEPT. JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE, AND OREGON STATE POLICE)  Such criminal behavior continues to this very day through its unlawful corporate policies which are attempted to be passed off as law, over a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, natural Sovereign man of the People. 

        You will find as you read on that the STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPALITY of GRANTS PASS, OREGON, have defaulted on occasions too numerous to count.  They have refused to REBUT the 23 questions of JURISDICTION, accompanied by notarized affidavit  put to them repeatedly by this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural man.

        Their refusal to rebut, point by point the 23 questions of JURISDICTION,  accompanied by their own sworn testimony and/or affidavits,upon their own private personal unlimited commercial liability places them in COMMERCIAL DEFAULT as well as the STATE AND COUNTY AGENCIES they work for as the principal agency is responsible for the acts of its agents.    The present amount NOW DUE AND OWING this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man is $33,180,000.00 (Thirty Three Million, One Hundred and Eighty Thousand US Dollars).
