Re:  CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE -- REQUEST FOR PROOF OF CLAIM
 

 MR.  JOHNSON,

     This matter, referred to by the above Case Number, now before the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR  JOSEPHINE COUNTY, which has been assigned to Deputy District Attorney NEIL C. MOREY, requires closure.

    I have no desire to waste the Court's time, nor do I desire to tie up your office resources in prolonging this controversy.

     I, the Secured Party, a living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, natural person want to resolve this matter.  Therefore I conditionally accept for value, and agree to all terms of the presentment which has been made, upon receipt of the following PROOFS OF CLAIM.

     Proof(s) of Claim are enumerated below:

1.   PROOF OF CLAIM that the STATE OF OREGON, in its Corporate capacity, has Jurisidiction over this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural person, the Secured Party, Raymond Ronald Karczewski© in his private capacity unless consented to, and/or contracted for, by that natural person.

2.   PROOF OF CLAIM that the COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, in its Corporate capacity, has Jurisdiction over this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural person, the Secured Party, Raymond Ronald Karczewski© in his private capacity unless consented to, and/or contracted for, by that natural person.

3.   PROOF OF CLAIM that all "Officers of the Court," which include members of the JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S staff, are under oath of office to support and defend both U.S. and OREGON Constitutions.

4.   PROOF OF CLAIM that Deputies and/or Jail Staff, in their capacity as Agents for the CORPORATE JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, are bound by their oath of office to support and defend, both U.S. and OREGON Constitutions

5   PROOF OF CLAIM that the State of Oregon DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, DMV, through its Administrative Drivers Licensing process, has Jurisdiction over this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural person, the Secured Party, Raymond Ronald Karczewski© in his private capacity unless consented to, and/or contracted for, by that natural person.

6.  PROOF OF CLAIM that the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR  JOSEPHINE COUNTY, in its Corporate capacity, has Jurisdiction over this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural person, the Secured Party, Raymond Ronald Karczewski© in his private capacity unless consented to, and/or contracted for, by that natural person.

7.  PROOF OF CLAIM of the existence of the liability and how it was created.

8.  PROOF OF CLAIM of what 'state' the liability came from, the de-jure state ('The State') or the de-facto state ('This State'), a mere corporation.

     Please understand that while I'd like to resolve this matter, I remain confused by the presentment/indictment brought against the Juristic person RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKI© but applied to this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural person, the Secured Party, Raymond Ronald Karczewskiª.

     MR. JOHNSON, in your capacity as DISTRICT ATTORNEY FOR THE COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, OREGON, having superior knowledge of the law and access to the 'proof,' you can provide such proof to the points raised herein and therefore inform the Secured Party on how 'he' can lawfully resolve the present issue now before the court.

    Otherwise, this Secured Party/Creditor must ask, "What is my remedy?"

     The Secured Party/Creditor, Raymond Ronald Karczewski© respectfully asks that you reply to this matter within 10 days.  A non-response and/or failure to provide proof of claim will constitute agreement that charges brought against this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural person, Secured Party, Raymond Ronald Karczewski©
are unfounded in common law.
