   The following action of Lis Pendens was attempted to be filed with the County Recorder of Josephine County this day, September 24th, 2008. For six years the State of Oregon and County of Josephine have refused to address the question of JURISDICTION over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man. They have hidden their Fraudulent and malicious prosecution behind a unified, impenetrable STONE WALL OF SILENCE.

    The Oregon Secretary of State BILL BRADBURY unlawfully removed UCC liens without authorization, a criminal act. No Court Order was found in the file of my unlawful prosecution (03CR0170) for "Simulation of Legal Process" (Paper Terrorism) ordering such removal by Bradbury. The criminality and coverup of my fraudulent prosecution extends to all levels of Oregon Government. It has remained intact as long as they could avoid the question of JURISDICTION and control the people through PR and Disinformation campaigns, on and off the Internet.

    Today, an attempt was made to change all of that. The filing of the Lis Pendens action would have effectively stopped the County from going further with their upcoming Sale of County Property until the issues relevant to their Unlawful, Fraudulent Prosecution has been answered. See: Exhibits A through H.

    At 10 am, this date, accompanied by Cave Junction Businessman George McElroy, and Michelle Binker, managing editor of the Illinois Valley News. I attempted to file the Lis Pendens Action, one that is quite common to the County Recorders Office. However when the clerk observed the size and content of the Document, she met with another female employee and decided that they would have to refer the document to Art Harvey of the Recorders office.

     Harvey, an amiable and pleasant man, balked at filing the document and said it would have to be referred to Steve Rich, the County Attorney for review. I brought Harvey's attention to the fact that the County of Josephine was party to the Issue and any such determination not to file would be tainted by a conflict of Interest.   Harvey did not respond.   The three of us trekked over to the County Attorney's office. He was not in. I left information for Rich to call me and mail me his reply. I suspect, Rich shall be in contact with Officials from the State of Oregon, and County of Josephine, putting their heads together to determine their course of action, in dealing with this important question of fictional Government's JURISDICTION over a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural man, a Sovereign man of the People.

    I, Raymond Ronald Karczewski© at the age of 71, am in good health, have never in my life considered suicide, nor have I committed any of the crimes for which I was charged under the corporate Jurisdiction of the State of Oregon and County of Josephine. . I stand under God's Law and Common Law, and I seek justice in a land of Tyranny. I ask that each of you reading this, pay close attention to the unfolding of this matter as it portends the future for the People of America,   Will they be Sovereigns or will they be Slaves?
