rk:  Simply Stated, REMOVAL FROM FILES OF A UCC LIEN without JUST CAUSE is a CRIME.  Either OREGON Secretary of State BILL BRADBURY is the ACTUAL AND SOLE CRIMINAL in this matter, or another in his office, acting under his orders/directions, has committed the crime of unauthorized removal of records from his office WITHOUT SHOWING CAUSE
FOR SUCH REMOVAL.
