candidates for County Commissioner, Sheriff, etc put their money where
there mouth is. DO SOMETHING.
To all you Folks who are taxpayers and supporting your servant
government with your hard earned labor, let me remind you that you are
the Government, the True Government. Only you can change what is
going on Nationwide with runaway violence by Rogue Police Officers
shielded from prosecution by Department Policies which allow for acts
of Piracy, Theft, Robbery, Kidnapping, False Imprisonment etc. It
is all done under the excuse they are "just following dept policy,

Sheriff and District Attorney have been Lawfully Noticed of the ongoing
crimes of their Enforcement personnel, due to false information on the
Police Computer, yet the Department Heads will not change these

from the Circuit Court of
JOSEPHINE COUNTY, the DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND THE SHERIFF'S
DEPARTMENT.

The Oregon Department of Justice has quite a large
file on this issue, yet your
predecessor, HARDY MYERS refused to act on any of it.
I formally ask that a full Investigation be
made into this out of control criminal
conspiracy, and charges be placed against the JOSEPHINE COUNTY Public

fraudulent prosecutions presided over by you regarding subsequent
convictions and judgments meted out to the JURSTIC PERSON, RAYMOND

Ronald Karczewski©, a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood,
Sentient, Natural Man was acting as an accomodation party/surety for

arises after your proceeding in prosecuting this natural man despite
your repeated Commercial Defaults, along with those of District

Judge HULL, you are well acquainted with the following Maxims of
Commerce recognized by the International Law of Commerce.
1. All are equal under the law (both moral and natural law).
2. In commerce, truth is sovereign.
3. Truth is expressed by means of an affidavit.
4. An unrebutted affidavit stands as the truth in commerce.
5. An unrebutted affidavit becomes the judgment in commerce.
6. A matter must be expressed to be resolved.
7. He who leaves the field of battle first loses by default.
8. Sacrifice is the measure of credibility (if one has neither
been damaged nor incurred a risk, and is unwilling to swear an
affidavit -- i.e., "true, correct, and complete," the commercial
equivalent of, " the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth"
-- on his unlimited commercial liability for the veracity of his
statements and the legitimacy of his action, he has no credibility, and
therefore no basis for asserting claims/charges or claiming authority).
9. A lien or claim can be satisfied only through rebuttal by

information of Suspension from the OREGON Police Computers, yet he and
DISTRICT ATTORNEY CAMPBELL, having repeatedly defaulted on the Question
of Jurisdiction, have steadfastly REFUSED to change their Corporate
policy regarding impounds, discipline, fire, or chazge the crime
committing deputies, who infringe upon and violate the
Unalieanble Right to Liberty of Travellers who are not engaged in
Commercial Activities while using the public roadways That sir is
a criminal action that you have lent yourself to in the present
criminal coverup of JOSEPHINE COUNTY JUDICIAL SYSTEM.
