                                                            RE:  Form 8300.  Suspicious Transaction
 To Whom It May Concern,

Enclosed, please find copies of the correspondence/documents identifying tax obligations admitted to by
the claimants of said correspondence/documents as identified therein.

Chief JOSEPH HENNER                            Mr. GARY W. BRANDT
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY     Trial Court Administrator
101 NW "A" Street                                      JOSEPHINE COUNTY COURTHOUSE
GRANTS PASS, OREGON 97526              GRANTS PASS, OREGON  97526

It appears obvious from the copier of said correspondence/document(s) that the claimants thereof clearly
have a tax obligation.  I have given written Notice that the property in question has been accepted by me for
value, accompanied by chargeback, and the same is EXEMPT from levy.  That Notice eliminates any exempt
status for the joint claims made by the claimants of the correspondence /documents in question.

The above mentioned claimants have the tax liability by virtue of an obligation to produce a fiduciary tax
return at my request.  Tax returns were requested on  October 11, 2007, followed by a  BILL OF
EXCHANGE AND NOTICE OF TRANSFER jointly on October 22, 2007.  This was followed by all
document to date sent to the U.S. Department of the Treasury, San Franscico Financial Center.  Evidence of
the receipt of the requests are enclosed.

My acceptance for value of the first account is exempt from levy, non-negotiable and pre-paid.
Therefore, the escrow is closed by the application of public policy HJR-192, which requires the discharge of
the public duty dollar for dollar.

The value of the accounts have not been released to me. The above mentioned claimants refuse to
provide the value of their claims and are clearly identified as delinquint for the amount of the tax.  Please
collect the tax accordingly.
                                                                            Sincerely

                                                                Raymond Ronald Karczewski©
