KRAUSE aided and abetted by SGT
JOHN JUSTEMA of the
JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE. when KRAUSE , under the guise of arresting
me, drove me 30 miles from where
the traffic stop took place to
the Josephine
County Jail facility only to
drive in the jail facility through
one door to have he and SGT
JUSTEMA escort me out of the jail
through another door, without
booking, without
further adieu, leaving me
stranded in Grants Pass. That
sir does not compute as
"Interfering w/ Peace/Parole and Probation
Officer." That is more
like Law Enforcement's favorite
standby, "COVER YOUR
ASS" See Attached copy

CLAIM that the Motor Vehicle code
does not operate upon all ‘drivers’
of ‘all’ vehicles owned or
operated by ‘the United States,’
‘this state,’ ‘or any county,’
‘city,’ ‘district,’ ‘or any
other political subdivision of
this state’ … and thus operates

the time of the ‘stop’ to
subject himself to the motor
vehicle code by agreement and as

that, “In view of this rule a
statutory provision that the supervision
officials “may” exempt
such persons when the transportation
is not on a commercial basis
means that they
“must” exempt them, generally applies
in this matter. (State
