I have directed the CHARGE BACK of this BILL OF EXCHANGE to my Treasury Direct Account Number 359280471 in the amount listed above,which is part of the tax estimate for use by the Republic.

    The account is charged for the fees necessary to secure and register (for priorty exchange for the tax exemption to discharge the public liability in accord with HJR-192) my personal property (preferred stock/unalienable Rights).   I am committing   the memory of account number 3-------- to charge the
same to the debtor's Order or the Secretary of Treasury's Order.Retour Sans Frais.
