REQUEST FOR PROOF OF CLAIM made to you on June 23, 2003.
July 3, 2003 is the date of default should the STATE OF
OREGON, through your agency,
refuse to rebut the 23 proofs of claims presented.
Sir, this communication will be shared publicly, not only
with the People of Oregon, but the
People of our Nation via the Internet. It is being made public
in order to assure that all are held
equally responsible for their actions under the law and stand equally
under the same light of Truth.
I am uncertain as to whom you perceive you are addressing
in the letter I received yesterday,
June 30, 2003. The name you addressed in your letter, "MR. KARCZEWSKI",
is my common-
law copyrighted trademark/trade-name. It is my private property. It
is a non-living Juristic Person,
a legal fiction. It is not me, this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood,
sentient, private, natural man,

I am not now, nor have I ever been, my property.
It is this confusion of identity which accounts for the
joint claim I have pressed, under sworn
affidavit, against the Corporate entity JOSEPHINE COUNTY and the Corporate
entity STATE
OF OREGON for the damages sustained at the hands of agents of
both Corporate government
Entities.
I am the Secured Party, the Creditor, and hold the supreme claim
over the debtor, juristic person
RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKI©.
I am held harmless against all legal actions/claims
pressed against the debtor juristic person RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKI©.
The
COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE is well aware of this fact, as certified court
filed documents show it.
The STATE OF OREGON, if it conducted the required thorough investigation
it was charged to
make, ought to be aware of it.
Yesterday, June 30th, 2003 was the first relevant response I
have received from anyone from the
STATE OF OREGON in 120 days since I first filed a claim with your office
on March 3, 2003. It
is also 300 days since September 5th, 2002, the date of my false arrest
and false imprisonment by
agents of JOSEPHINE COUNTY. In those 300 days, court records
will show that I was
unyielding in my demand that the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE
prove
jurisidiction in writing, and/or prove in writing, its claim over this
private natural man. The
COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE and the STATE OF OREGON have failed to produce
one single
individual/person who is prepared to swear under oath/affidavit and
testify to having a claim
against, or establish this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient,
natural/private man's liability
to STATE STATUTES.
Sir, I repeat for you the following relevant Foundational Maxims
of Commerce which apply to
this non-judicial remedy concerning the bogus and fraudulent claims
made jointly by the STATE
OF OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY against this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood,
sentient, natural/private man. They are:

*All are equal under the law (both moral and natural law).
*In commerce truth is sovereign.
*Truth is expressed by means of an affidavit.
*An unrebutted affidavit stands as the truth in commerce.
*An unrebutted affidavit becomes the judgment in commerce.
*A matter must be expressed to be resolved.
*He who leaves the field of battle first loses by default.
*Sacrifice is the measure of credibility (if one has neither been damaged
nor incurred a risk, and is
unwilling to swear an affidavit -- i.e., "true, correct, and complete,"
the commercial equivalent of,
" the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth" -- on his
unlimited commercial liability for
the veracity of his statements and the legitimacy of his action, he
has no credibility, and therefore
no basis for asserting claims/charges or claiming authority).
*A lien or claim can be satisfied only through rebuttal by counteraffidavit
point-for-point,
resolution by jury, or payment.
Mr. BAIRD, as CLAIMS MANAGER and agent for the STATE OF
OREGON in this
COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION, you and/or your subordinate claims investigators
are charged
with addressing the Affidavit requesting proof of claim submitted to
you on June 23, 2003, and
rebutting such affidavit point by point. As indicated, the LAW
OF COMMERCE, states that All
are equal under the law (both moral and natural law); i.e., STATE OF
OREGON, JOSEPHINE
COUNTY and Raymond Ronald Karczewski©
acting in full capacity and not limitedly as a ward
of the State. It further states that such unrebutted affidavit between
equals stands as TRUTH and
an unrebutted affidavit, i.e., TRUTH, becomes the judgment in
Commerce.
UCC LIEN # 624711 was filed on June 18, 2003 with the STATE
OF OREGON, OFFICE OF
THE SECRETARY OF STATE, Corporate Division, against JOSEPHINE COUNTY
for its
criminal and fraudulent actions conducted in concert and jointly with
the STATE OF OREGON
Court system for JOSEPHINE COUNTY. Since both CORPORATE ENTITIES
acted in concert,
jointly, the full amount of damages, $21,600,000.00 (Twenty One Million
Six Hundred Thousand
United States Dollars), have been presented to each party, whereupon
they may determine for
themselves, their appropriate share of the damages owed.
Should you be unable to answer the questions, which to date NO
ONE from either Corporate
Government Entity has been able to do, a similar UCC Lien shall be
filed against the STATE OF
OREGON and referred to the Secretary of Treasury for collection.

I have already spent 300 days of my life dealing with this nonsense.
I shall not allow the STATE
OF OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY to delay and postpone action until the
Statute of
Limitations runs out in this matter. It ends on July 3, 2003.
