As of this date, Nov. 17th, 2000, nine days after the Petition was installed at http://www.PetitionOnline.com/RayNita1/petition.html there exist 59 entries on the petition. only 7 of which are valid, documentable signatures. Consider the numbers carefully when looking at a country of some 260+ million people.
What in the world makes you think such government/media/intelligence black bag operations are limited only to VOTER FRAUD operations in certain states of our country?
Go to the site, see for yourself the trashing of the petition.
See for yourself that the rest of the entries are no more than misdirecting grafitti, plain and simple. They are submitted by the same individuals who would be the subject of the Federal Investigation itself.
Their anonymous/forged name entries are designed to intimidate, to ridicule, and to discourage others from screwing up sufficient courage to take decisive action and lend support to an investigation which will hold our government officials and agencies accountable for their (non)performance.
It allows (if such allowances are even possible at this state of our corrupted society) a people the opportunity (unlike the present VOTER FRAUD-tainted NATIONAL PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION) to take back control of their country from an errant STONEWALLING leadership.
Forgive me, my "Fellow Americans," there is no kind way to put this. But if this is the evidence of the spirit of the citizenry of the United States of America at the present time, we shall indeed get the kind of government we deserve.
Ask yourselves what kind of government exactly do INERT BASSACKWARD IGNORAMUSES deserve?!!

Ray monitors all visitors to his site, and has turned over addresses and ISPs to various government agencies since he's convinced everyone is in on the "AFAB/SKEPTICULT/ROYBOT government/media organized/funded/supported conspiracy" against him. He has already done this to several Usenet patrons, turning over their information to the FBI, CIA, various Congressmen, etc., and demanding the people who visited his site be investigated. Thank you for your comments. I receive so little feedback on these issues that I wonder if I am even speaking the same language as my fellow citizens.
I am convinced that changing the voluntary witholding (contract) tax agreement with one's employer, thereby receiving a full days wage for a full day's work would remove that necessary energy which fuels the machine of tyrannical governments in their use of the political machine against the common man.. What's more, it would do so instantly and bloodlessly. Even the elitists and world bankers pushing to consolidate their power through a New World Order would come to understand the "equality of man."
Such fundamental change in relationship between a citizen and his government is one seemingly too simple for the average person to grasp. They have been trained and keyed toward psychological reaction, when the solution lies in a simple act of human sovereignty.

The House of Representatives recently approved a massive appropriations bill that will fund various Treasury Department agencies at record spending levels. More disturbing, however, is the whopping 23% increase in funding for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) contained in the Treasury bill.
ATF gets more than $730 million dollars for fiscal year 2001, an increase of $166 million over its 2000 budget. Why the increase? The administration wants the agency to hire 600 new federal police officers to enforce ever-expanding gun laws. Never mind the obvious failures of gun control legislation and the clear Second Amendment prohibition against such laws. The politicians in Washington are determined to slowly abolish gun rights, and they are determined to use federal police to accomplish the task.
The American public gradually has become aware of the disturbing trend toward federal policing of our nation. Many Americans do not support ATF, especially after the disastrous events at Waco. I was widely attacked in the media and by members of Congress for questioning the government's actions at Waco, and for merely suggesting that many Americans were concerned by the possibility of federal agents taking violent action against American citizens. Now we have Congress spending more money to increase the budget for ATF, despite its highly questionable actions and the resulting public mistrust of the agency.
It is important to recognize that our federal constitution lists only three federal crimes, namely counterfeiting, treason, and piracy on the high seas. The founding fathers never envisioned a federal police force, knowing that such a force would trample on the right of each state to enact and enforce its own criminal laws. Hence there is no provision for the creation of a general federal police force in the enumeration of congressional powers. Furthermore, the 10th amendment explicitly reserves the general police power to the states individually. Washington politicians, however, have no interest in constitutional limitations when they seek to expand and consolidate their power by federalizing whole areas of criminal activity. They have consistently expanded federal criminal laws, particularly in the areas of drugs and firearms. The result of this expansion is the inevitable call for more federal police to enforce the new laws. We are told we need more ATF agents to monitor firearms, and more DEA agents to wage the "war on drugs." Congress is not concerned with its lack of constitutional authority to create, much less expand a national police force.
Washington politicians have successfully used recent excessive-force allegations against local police to further their goals. It is convenient to portray local police as violent or racist, and therefore in need of federal oversight and restraint. The question, however, is whether we should trust a federal police force more than we trust our own local authorities. I believe there is a growing recognition that our founding fathers were correct when they prohibited federal government involvement in law enforcement. In Waco, Americans had a vivid example of the impact of the growing police state. With the veneer being stripped from the myth of federal law enforcement, our citizens are beginning to realize that it is both unconstitutional and untenable.

On November 2nd, 1997, a criminal complaint was lodged with the Medford, Oregon office of the FBI by U.S. citizen Raymond Karczewski. The complaint called upon the FBI to investigate an organized agenda-based operation by anonymous, controlling disinformation disseminating provocateurs with established ties/direct links with the U.S. government intelligence community and international broadcast and print media at the highest levels. This organized mind control/disinformation campaign is still going on while our government and media refuse to make a public statement regarding this criminal issue which threatens our present way of life.
Such use by the U.S. government of its intelligence community resources to seed disruption and division amongst the computer using U.S. public is a crime against the People it has sworn to protect and defend.
As of this writing, no mention of this crime against the American public has been issued by the media to the general non-computer using public.
Since November 7th, 1998, followup written and oral communications which have made repeated demands upon Federal elected officials (President Bill Clinton, Oregon Senators Ron Wyden and Gordon Smith) to intervene on behalf of the American Public with the FBI in this issue have resulted in their erecting a STONE WALL of SILENCE.
Such unyielding behavior by our elected federal officials to the plight of its citizens constitutes a continuous breach of trust, duty and obligation imposed upon them under authority of the Constitution of the United States of America; and if allowed to continue, will have devastating effect upon the Rights, Privileges, Immunities, and Liberties of U.S. Citizens.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that WE the Undersigned Citizens of the Several States demand that the Congress of the United States act with swiftness and directness in compelling Director Louis Freeh of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to authorize full disclosure to the public of its actions regarding this matter so important to domestic tranquillity.
