Johnson and the other officials of the county and State of Oregon, have been rebutted, point-by-point, and the courts have resolved this jurisdictional issue in writing as per the law.

Nor would the prosecution in either trial produce any one who pressed a claim accompanied by affidavit against this private man claiming to be a victim and/or was harmed by my actions. In Common Law No Victim -- No Crime!!
rk: You see Chris, the court, being a legal fiction can only have jurisdiction over other legal fictions, corporations, persons, etc. I did not resist the Evil of Man's Law, I stood firmly under the protective Shield of Truth and merely mirrored the evil of a corrupt court system. cg: I am intrigued and inspired by your actions and your passion for TRUTH and JUSTICE as common sense and the Word of God dictate. I understand what you mean by people can be Christ's and are Christ's with amnesia. Not Christ the Son of God de facto, but the name Christ takes on which literally means anointed one. So what you are saying is that you are an anointed one, anointed in the Truth of the LORD set free by the blood of Jesus Christ King of Kings and Lord of Lords (That's my interpretation of what you mean).
cg: I have read many articles on your site and I'm interested in taking a stance. I am not necessarily trying to change the system (no one man can stand against that kind of power, at least not without God's help) though I do agree with you that if the multitude of this nation simply took a stand such as, not going to work etc. ( for example the truckers in California that simply left their trucks on the highway in the middle of traffic recently) then we would regain the power that we have practically handed away on a silver platter in ignorance and through trusting the only ones that actually gain from the pain of the common man through his lack of understanding of his/her GOD GIVEN RIGHTS and secondly, the rights as stated under the Constitution of the united States.
cg: I understand your argument and I am seeking your advice in a similar (albeit different) matter. My interest is more of getting out of the State Mandated Licensing Contract as I call it, I was recently cited a speeding ticket and mind you, the officer reduced the ticket on the spot without me even asking. I was guilty of doing 45 in a 30 however he reduced it to a 39 in a 30, no lives were endangered nor was any property damaged yet he still felt I needed to be ticketed for exercising my RIGHT to LIBERTY as defined partly by several Justices as being the freedom of locomotion. I was not in a MOTOR VEHICLE traveling FOR PROFIT. The issue here is not the fine oh did I mention another $50 for not wearing a seat belt? What I'm trying to get at is I too would like to get out of the contract with the state.
cg: The problem is though, what do I do after I release myself from the contract? I certainly don't want to make a fool of myself and I can't really afford counsel and I'm not sure I'd even find too many attorneys willing to take this kind of thing on. I too am sick of our people being fleeced by the very people we employ and elect to protect us from Tyrants and criminals. They have become the criminals and the people accept it. I could go on and on about 911 and pentagon attacks and the following legislation that has empowered our government to do whatever it pleases basically. We may not agree on all things Mr. Karczewski but I admire your balls to the wall attitude and your understanding of freedom.
cg: Millions of people go to work everyday just to be stripped of the fruits of their labor by their government and then also by the banks which rob our people of their wealth through usury, which we have accepted (and it has torn apart families and caused children to be robbed of their parents wisdom and time to teach them what really counts in life since many have to devote the majority of their time to their "boss"). I can say that I am not in debt, I own my car (well, at least it's paid for, still have to pay a property tax on it every year so who really owns it?)
cg: If I have to go to jail or whatever, I have time as i am unemployed. I'm not a poor me baby by any means, I just do without some things for now until I can get back on my feet. I trust in the Lord and I try to do the best I can to love Him though I fall short much of the time, I know through repentance I get better all the time. I would love to change the world but the task is not something which man can do (at least not the RIGHT kind of change).

For example, I paid my taxes this year I wrote the check out to United States Treasury (Really The Federal Reserve Inc owned by a den of vipers) anyways the check cleared and when I viewed the check, they stamped over it UNITED STATES TREASURY in all caps. As an American citizen and a Christian, I commend you for fighting for what is RIGHT and making those officials days much harder. Make them EARN their pay. My husband wanted to see the video of the "beheading" of Nick Berg, PA. After hearing of what we've done to "our" prisoners in Afghanistan/Iraq, there is a gory curiosity on his part to see who does what to whom.
From behind black outfits and masks, young men fight for what their country demands -- five cowards recite a speech and murder an American
citizen.
A young man from Pennsylania tries to rebuild a society, an older man in Oregon tries to rebuild our society.
The younger man had ideals, the older man had experience.
The "other government" wears masks and recite speeches, then saws a man's head away from his body; "our government" wears robes and answers to no one. Our government answers not even to their own citizens and then convicts a man for a driving infraction (then compounds the matter with FELONY accounts of holding the government accountable to prove their jurisdiction over a human being) . Oregon (and the rest the the nation), buried this story when it happened because is was even worse than what our "enemies" were doing to us. Our government waited to see what "our" prisoner would do... The "story" was buried because our "prisoner" demanded his rights... Let him die or we have to admit the fact that we taxpayers are as disposible as our government believes us to be.
The younger man dies while his televised murder is watched by millions; the older man who dares ask about basic American Constitutional Rights was unceremoniously dumped at an Emergency Room so there is no "civil" lawsuit for this act (jailhouse medical personnel couldn't handle the problem, yet the jail couldn't be bothered to return "our" prisoner to the state from which he was taken)...
Because of our sheepishness to take care of OURSELVES and the
"unpublicized" actions of our government, the older man has a long, drawn-out battle that Americans have fought for since the inception of this country. We have God-given, unalienable rights.
Who's cowards will prevail -- the black-masked men or our black-robed men?
Maybe we SHOULDN'T prevail - if we treat the older man with such disdain, what would we do to those we HATE?
We can't fix the World, but let us fix our own evil. If you are the older man -- who will help you?

How dumb is the American public or for that matter the average, conditioned, civilized world citizen regardless of what form of government rules their daily life?
In this humble Christ's holistic view -- PRETTY DAMNED DUMB!!
Let us cut through all of the multiple veils of Satanic Illusion which civilized man has come to rationalize as "normal" and see (actually spiritually discern for ourselves) the simple self-revelation of Truth which continues to elude the average, unaware, intellect-guided person.
America is awash in a sea of conditioned "Dithered Demonic Dunces" who, in their collective hypnotic slumber find themselves impotent to resolve the problems of their daily civilized life.
The average person is divided in their consciousness -- from others and even within him/herself. There is found no intelligence operating in such Satanic (Opposer-ruled) dualistic intellect; a realm of consciousness incapable of "holistic perception"(seeing the Big Picture) and so is condemned to a life of "managing," not "resolving," their personal and collective problems.
The average civilized man is trained to react in partiality, in confusion, not act with holistic clarity and intelligence. Tis a damning statement, is it not?
Each of us come unto this life with a spark of Supreme Intelligence. Then conditioning begins. For many that "spark" is extinguished through the unrelenting repetitive pressure of partial "collective thought," the "norm."
For many the spiritual sight they were born with is switched (through the demonic light switch of Intellect) into the darkness of the collective civilized realm of the "blind leading the blind."
Millions upon millions have sold their souls for security. They have turned away from their own Supreme Intelligence--the source of direct perception, insight and understanding. Instead they have been pressured to embrace and worship Satan, the false "god" of Intellect, the petty "god" which rules the thought-based world of man.
In their collective impotence, they seek security in the illusion of "strength in numbers" by banding together in organized groups of commiserating, soul-conflicted, equally partially-perceiving, emotionally-directed, blind and stumbling ignoramuses. They do so in order to find the aforementioned security, comfort and fellowship. Yet they continue in their collective spiritual incapacitation through their inability to observe the divisive policies and reactions which manifest in our world as exploitation, slavery, and war. They do not SEE that the state of our human world affairs arises from such organized groups of the "blind leading the blind."
Those who have retained their spiritual intelligence can see the effect such Satanic, dithered consciousness has had upon civilized man's world through the repeatable manifestation of Hell on Earth, not only in this time of history, but throughout the bloody pages of past civilizations.
In a Satanic dualistic system, there is only OPPOSITES: Us and them. You and me. Dominant and submissive! Master and slave! Our voting system is a sham. Our (In)Justice system is a SATANIC joke. Our usurious Federal Reserve money system enslaves us. Our public Servants see themselves as Masters. BASSACKWARDS, is it not?
The fragmented intellect which operates in the partial, can never grasp the whole. Therefore it is incapable of understanding, dissolving the problems which plague the civilized world of man.
I have written a great deal about BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT throughout these past years on the Internet as a means of recovering our human sovereignty.
The Satanic dualistic intellect is incapable of understanding the nontechnical problems of life. Only awareness, insight, direct holistic perception, the pristine clarity of Divine Intelligence which bypasses the intellect, is the Savior of civilized man who remains mired in the muck of his time-bound intellect.
Pay attention, observe the reaction which arises in your consciousness to my statements of Truth.
As long as civilized man seeks to solve his nontechnical problems through a technically-oriented intellect, he is doomed to failure. Why? Because he can do naught but react and resist the very evil which encompasses his dualistic intellect. Such resistance to the evil within becomes projected as the evil without. If you can't solve your problems through anything you do that is based in resistance and conflict, why can you not see the only solution is to withdraw your personal participation, your personal energy, without which the collective insanity that is our world could not continue.

It is much too simple a solution for a complex, satanic ruled intellect to grasp, is it not? But in a moment of clarity, SEE THE TRUTH OF IT FOR YOURSELF. Check out Nick Gambos' latest experience with the SHERIFF'S OFFICE at the courthouse (below). According to his wife Kathy, he's been banned from the Courthouse under threat of arrest! I'm so tired, this is going to be quick. I promise.
1. Nick's hearing is on Monday, 23 May 2004, and since the Sheriff's Department just changed the chicken's owner, we need to see the new paperwork.
2. Changing the chicken's owner would change the Incident Report, Statement to the Judge, etc.
3. Nick went down to the Courthouse in Grants Pass to pick up the paperwork.
4. Nick took his video camera with him since he had just received new batteries and charger and wanted to use it.
5. Taking video pictures while standing on public property near a courthouse is not good idea. Found out hard way.
6. Cop immediately came out and told Nick he had a "agenda" to do something to the building like he was a terrorist, even after Nick identified himself. Cop wrote down all information on a pad.
7. Nick turns off camera and goes into courthouse to pick up paperwork.
8. Four sheriff's immediately surround him and prevent him from getting near the counter.
9. One of the four cops requested a fifth cop to escort Nick out. Tall guy in a blue uniform shows up.
10. The new cop agrees to help Nick, but Nick requests that the other four cops surrounding him back off.
11. They refuse to back off, but the new cop that showed up assures Nick he will keep an eye on them.
12. Nick gets near the paperwork he had ordered, just fingertips away, but one cop asks if that is a tape recorder he has in his hand.
13. Nick said yes, but he had shown it to them when he entered, and said it was on.
14. Nick hangs on for dear life since I told him if he ever loses it, he's in big trouble. Nick assures them all it is off. They tell Nick it is illegal to have a tape recorder in a court building. Nick asks for those Ordinance Numbers, but no one knew, plus no signs are posted.
15. Then they notice Nick's camera bag, but Nick assures them it is zipped up and off, which it is.
16. It's illegal to have a camera and/or camera bag in a court building, too, but no signs are posted.
17. The one cop that showed up last tells Nick to exit the building immediately before he gets a chance to grab his paperwork.
18. Nick explains that he will put both his camera bag and his tape recorder in his vehicle so they can be assured he has nothing on him so he can then get his paperwork.
19. The cop explains to Nick that if he is ever seen near the building, or ever tries to enter the building again, he will be arrested immediately.
20. Nick phones me to say phone our lawyer.
21. I then phone FBI agent we know hoping he can escort Nick back into the building to get the paperwork, but only get answering machine.
22. I phone State Police and they say that and I need to phone the Sheriff.
23. I phone back Nick and tell him to just do his other errands.
24. I e-mail and plus leave voice message for lawyer saying we know it is illegal for Nick to not show up at the Courthouse on Monday, but he can't.
25. If he shows up he will be arrested, if he doesn't show up he will be arrested. If he shows up, he could get arrested twice. Once for entering the building and a second time for not showing up at 1:30PM because he will be in jail. If he just doesn't show up at 1:30PM, then he only gets arrested once, which is really the best of the two options.

It is not my intention to redirect attention away from your case but to focus public attention upon the routine corruption that governs the Josephine County Courthouse.
They seem to be jerking you around in your case as they did with me. What amazes me is the total apathy and indifference of the taxpayers of Josephine County to the actions of their elected officials who routinely display they have no regard for the rights of the individual, the Constitution or the LAW.
For those who want to know the experiences one can expect to receive at the hands of the Josephine County Justice system, I invite them to read the following two links. There's good news and bad news attached to such revelations.
The good news is that people will finally be awakened to how their publicly funded government really operates here in Josephine County.
The bad news is such revelation will demand they get off their apathetic butts and do something about it.
