In protest of the courts continued refusal to answer the challenge of proving jurisdiction over this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient private man of the sovereign people, I have today, February 3, 2004, apprised the Josephine County authorities that I will not take any food until the twenty-three (23) Proofs of Claim, accompanied by affidavit, submitted to Josephine County District Attorney Clay E. Johnson and the other officials of the county and State of Oregon, have been rebutted, point-by-point, and the courts have resolved this jurisdictional issue in writing as per the law.

Let's address society. Let's look at what a social order is.
What is a social order and why does it exist?
Is it not a compilation of law? Is not the establishment of way to live? And does not social law declare what is acceptable and what is not?
But who benefits from the social law?
Social law is a structure of "norms." It defines what is normal according to the thinking of the majority.
Social law is more powerful than criminal law. A person has a right to be judged by his peers and the peers have a right to determine whether a person is guilty of a crime and what punishment the person receives regardless of what a judge infers is proper punishment.
If a social order is a "good" social order, it will protect every citizen. It provides for aid to those in need. It provides incentives for man to be creative and productive.
What happens when social law is commandeered by politicians or religionists? It becomes perverted and unjust. And those who suffer injustice in a perverted social order are those who are weak; the downtrodden; the disabled, ill, young or elderly. Why are they named "downtrodden?" They are walked on; put under foot; considered to be unworthy of protection or aid by others in a social order. Commonly referred to as "second class citizens."
If a social order does not protect the rights and privileges of the least it has no protection for any. Any person is subject to misfortune, illness or disability, creating an inability to work or be productive.
Old age is inevitable. New births are inevitable.
A statement by Jesus of Nazareth is misunderstood by most people. When he declared; "If you have done this to the least of these you have done it to me" he spoke of the social order. He spoke of persons who knew and complied with the will of God. Those who learned and obeyed the social laws of God. Those who are often hated and rejected by others in a social order.
This man was found guilty of disobeying and speaking against religious law. He declared there was a higher law of God people should learn and obey because this law structured a much better social order.
In his statement, he spoke of what man does to fellow man. If man is allowed by social law to harm fellow man, he creates a social order where he himself may become the victim. If man desires protection by social law he must create law that protects the least of the social order thereby insuring no person is allowed to harm others.
If he allows injustice in any form, he creates the possibility of being harmed himself.
Most place their faith in money. They believe money will buy their "good life" in a social order. Surely, man's "justice" is often bought by bribery of judges and others. Money is the measure by which most people are judged in man's social order and law.
What makes a good person is usually not considered for the standard of judging a "good man." Money is usually the standard.
According the law of God "Money is not the measure of a man." Knowledge of the law of God and obedience to the laws of God is the measure God declares to be accurate in measuring a person.
Love of money is said to be the root of all evil. When man loves money more than righteousness, his social order becomes perverted and polluted.
When people with money are subject to one law and people without money are subject to another law, there is perversion and pollution. The result is injustice and lack of equality in the way persons are treated.
There are two different sets of social laws that determine how a person is to be treated by others. Those with money have privileges those without money do not.
What a person sows is what he reaps. What a people sow is what a people reap. The sowing is the act of establishing belief in the minds of others; causing others to believe what is said. When man believes money is more worthy of love and respect than righteousness, he brings on himself, the consequences.
A look at the social ills in the USA is a look at the consequences of established social law. Morality cannot be legislated. This has been known for eons. Yet legislators continue to create more and more criminal law. Has
this prevented social injustice? No.
Criminals, or those who violate the "criminal law," seldom intentionally decide to be a criminal. They do sometimes decide to perform an act or action that is declared to be a criminal act. But do they decide to become a criminal or decide to do something based on personal gain in one way or
another?
So is it not the desire to have or possess something that is the motivation factor? Certainly it is not the threat of punishment that motivates a person to commit a criminal act.
When children are raised with teachings of what is right and wrong according to the law of God, they are different people than those who are raised with teachings of what is right and wrong according to the love of money.
Love of money corrupts morality. Greed and desire often causes a person to violate criminal law and social law. The epitome of a self centered, self loving person is the person who rejects morality because of love of money, and thereby rejects the protection of the social law, violating the morality
of social law.
A family is a social order. A family has established ways of interrelating with one another. They know what is right and wrong according to the family social law. Parents continually teach their children this law. When the law is violated the children are often reprimanded and in some cases punished in attempts to change their behavior.
Parents tend to protect their children. It is the law of nature at work, as seen in the animal world. They do not want harm to come to their young, even emotional harm.
When they fail to desire this same protection for the children of others, they fail to see what they are bringing on their selves.
Children grow up to be adults. The ways in which a child is raised determines for the most part, what type and kind of person the child becomes.
Again, the social ills of the current social order are merely the consequences of how children are raised and how they are protected or not protected from what is harmful.
A perfect social order is structured by perfect law. Certain and definite law that protects all people in a social order from harm. When this law is instilled in the minds of the young and children are raised with teachings of why it is important to know and obey this law, only then is a perfect world created; a perfect social order.
Man does not and cannot structure a perfect social order, or "world." Man does not have a desire for a perfect social order. He is too self centered as he has been taught while being "raised up."
However, God has created a perfect world; a perfect social order. All citizens of this social order are required to know and obey the social laws of God. These citizens know these laws are for the good of the people; these laws structure a life that has been described as a life of "peace, love, and joy." In this social order, the mind is free from the many entanglements found in the social order of man that prevent the proper functioning of the mind. The mind is free to be creative in the social order of God. The mind is free to feel and enjoy the love and good will which everyone expresses to one another.
In this manner, the mind is perfected. It is made perfect according to what God predestined a person to be. Man was predestined by God to be "perfect." The correct understanding of the word "perfect" is to perfect knowledge and obedience to the laws of God. In this perfection, is a desire to know and
obey the laws of God because the mind has understood "self" is much better off by knowing and obeying the social laws of God.
According to the law of God that is called "love" insurance is provided that any and all persons experiencing adversity are aided and assisted by all other persons. Those suffering adversity are not seen as "second class" citizens but are seen as the "self" who has experienced adversity. When people treat others as they would like to be treated, then the laws of God are seen. When people see others as "self," they treat others as they would like to be treated. This requires seeing any citizen of a social order being worthy of the application of the love that is of God. The love of God is a law, not an emotion. It is the act, generated by desire, to do for others what a person would like to be done to them in the same circumstances.
Only in and by this law is a person free from adversity; protected from adversity. Only in this social order is a person free from the criminal acts of others. Morality is created by seeing and knowing the laws of God provide for the needs of the people to have a "good" social order.
The law of God is what has created God. "God" refers to a superior person. A person possessing a superior life. God possesses a superior mind and any person of God knows and understands the need for law and order in a social
order, but a "good" law and order.
The example of a person "of" God is Jesus of Nazareth. This man learned the law of God and learned obedience to this law, not out of fear, but by recognizing the "good" that comes from obedience to this law. It was by desire this man learned the laws and principles of God; the desire to have or possess the life this law structures.
This man laid down the life man taught him to live and "took up" or began living life according to the laws of God. He was not the same man nor the same person he used to be. He had been changed and transformed.
Having experienced this, he taught others concerning the matters of God. He spoke of the life a person may live when a person follows the way he became one of and with God.
No man was able to take this life from him. This life continues when passing on from the physical body. This man now lives with the others of God. Those who possess this same mind and spirit as created by God.
If a person does not learn the laws and principles of God, and learn obedience to these, this person cannot be a citizen of the social order of God. There are no exceptions. The law protects the citizens of this family of God and the law declares no person may enter this family unless they are of the same mind and spirit, knowing and willfully obeying the laws and principles of God.
No person may possess this life unless they know and obey the laws and principles of God. It is the knowledge and obedience that creates this life. It is impossible to possess this life without the knowledge and obedience.
Life and death as God declares life and death, refers to this life. Those who possess this life are alive in this life. Those who do not are dead to this life. This life is not in them. There is no life in them and they are dead.
Adam once possessed this life, but died to this life. This death was caused by the act of Adam; the act of losing what God had given him and accepting what another gave him. What was given was "the way to live." Adam laid down the life God gave him and took up the life another taught him to live. Adam chose to no longer be one of and with God. Why? He was deceived. He believed
a lie. He believed life would be better by following principles and laws not of God.
Today, man follows principles and laws not of God. He is in the "death of Adam" by virtue of the "seed" of Adam; the seed that caused the death of Adam; that which was placed in the mind of Adam by another not of God.
Jesus of Nazareth died to the way of Adam. He laid down this way of life in order to live the life God gives. What was once in Adam was resurrected in the man Jesus of Nazareth; knowledge of the laws and principles of God. However, this man remained true and faithful to the laws and principles of God. Adam did not.
Jesus of Nazareth spoke of how man may return to the life God gives. He spoke of being "born again" which is to become a new person; of a new mind and spirit. There is only one way. By the Seed from God, which is what God places in the mind. Only God is able to impart the knowledge and understanding necessary to know and understand the laws and principles of God. In this way alone, is man saved from the death of Adam and raised up in the life God gives.
Religiosity of man is worthless. Religions of man are worthless. Only knowledge of truth is of value and only God is able to impart this truth into the minds of man.
The truth is, there is a far better way to live than what man teaches. There is a way to live life in peace, love, and joy, one with another. But............, the mind must be recreated. Every thing man teaches concerning God must be removed. This includes all religious teachings.
Then, a person must allow God to create the mind with truth. This truth includes knowledge and understanding of the better life structured by the laws and principles of God. Only in this way is man "saved." What is he saved from? The mind man creates in him. The way to live that man has taught him.
The problem man has, is in conceiving the reality of God and this life God structures. The unbelief he has that such a life is possible. Man has been conditioned by fellow man to remain in his box; his own little world the social order of man has created. He cannot take his thoughts away from the confines of the teachings of man. He has been snared and captured by belief in what man teaches. In his thoughts, he is held captive.
But, they are not his thoughts. They are thoughts generated by what man has created in his mind. He has been raised in the social order of man forced to conform to the "norms" man dictates according to social laws of man. Be he a religionist or an atheist; he is held captive by his own mind. He follows what he has been caused to believe.
Man has been taught and has believed he cannot be taught truth by God; cannot become the creation of God in mind and spirit. His beliefs keep him in death in regards to the life God gives. His beliefs keep him separated from God and what God gives. His beliefs prevent the works of creation by God in him.
Such is the work of man in creating the mind and spirit in fellow man. He uses the lies that caused the death of Adam. He refuses to believe the truth spoken by the second Adam; Jesus of Nazareth.
This second creation of man, by God, in mind and spirit was the coming of the "Messiah" of God, or the "salvation" of and by God. This man was saved from the death of Adam, raised up into the life God creates in man.
It was the second "planting" of the Seed from God, which is the "Word" from God. The teachings from God.
In this man is seen the example of the person knowing and obeying the will of God. It is the will of God that all mankind come into this same knowledge and understanding of this same truth. Without knowledge and understanding of this truth, man cannot have the life God gives.
Only God is able to cause man to know and understand this truth. Only God is able to "teach" man this truth.
Those who are "of" God teach others "this way" in and by which man gains knowledge and understanding of this truth. This truth, sets man free from what man has taught; sets man free from the lies.
Argue your beliefs and opinions all you want. It proves nothing. Only when you possess this life; this mind and spirit God creates; do you know the truth. Only then have you "proved" God.
"The way" is indeed narrow and difficult. It requires a lot of mental work, which is something man is not used to doing. Man would rather open the mind to fellow man and allow fellow man to fill it, never proving what is being fed to the mind to be truth or a lie.
Man is how he has created himself to be; in the image of fallen man; fallen Adam; in the death of Adam.
This word will have little if any effect on the majority of those who read it. But, a few will be seeking truth and seeking God. These, will have a desire to become one of and with God. And they will ask for and receive what God has promised. They believe God "is."
They are able to conceive this life I speak of. They are able to see "the way" I speak of. These, will seek and find God and shall be saved.
The others have their place with all other unbelievers; those who cannot enter into citizenship with the family, or social order, of God. Their place is to be together, living life as they now do, remaining separated from God.

Accepting that gift from the Lord and asking for forgiveness reserves a place for each of us in the book of life, and was promised in the bible so long ago. I write this to you and your followers in hopes that another facet in the return to freedom in our land may be observed by our sleeping brothers and sisters.
My case parallels yours in many ways. My approach in dealing with the criminal, black-robed Pharisees of our time has been that of nonresistance, of boycott.
I stood on God's Law (TRUTH). And for 16 months demanded that Man's Law, (our CRIMINAL COURTS), prove jurisdiction over this Son Of God -- a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural Man. I stood on my common-law rights and unyieldingly demanded the prosecution/courts produce a victim, willing to testify under oath or affidavit, to the claim made against me. In common law, NO VICTIM=NO CRIME. During that 16 months, they pulled every Satanic Trick in the book to evade addressing those two issues, including incarcerating me for 128 days in their efforts to intimidate me into waiving my Rights or consenting to contract to my own persecution/prosecution.
I stood under the protection of Divine Guidance -- GOD -- TRUTH. After two combined hunger strikes totalling 55 days while in custody, the authorities feared that I would die in their custody; and so, unceremoniously, after beginning with pyramiding charges (much like they have done with you) amounting to more than 35 plus years imprisonment (a life sentence as I am presently 66 years old) I was offered a plea bargain of twenty days and two years supervised probation (which I rejected and represented myself Pro Per). I underwent two felony trials, was found guilty but was sentenced to no jail time and two years of supervised probation. I rejected the offer of probation (as it too, is a contract). Yet they set me free.
After their bluff did not work, armed agents for the corporation of Josephine County, Oregon once again kidnapped me at my home and took me away from caring for my ailing wife, (she's on constant oxygen after extended critical hospital care) leaving her unattended for 5 days. Ultimately, on the 22nd day of the second hunger strike, when my health was being monitored and found to be diminishing, I was released from the jail. They did not want the responsibility of ANOTHER inmate death on their hands to explain.
There appears to be no further desire of Josephine County Courts and Government to expose their unlawful and unconstitutional conduct to the taxpayers of Josephine County, State of Oregon and People of America.
My approach was NOT to RESIST EVIL, but to BOYCOTT IT. Without my energy via waiver or consent, Government was impotent to hold
in custody one over whom they had no jurisdiction.
This Jurisdiction ISSUE is the key to liberation of the American People against an everincreasing errant, tyrannical government.
I hope this may guide you in your case. You, Sir, are a man I am proud to call Brother.

No, folks, my admission of being a "Living Christ" is neither a joke nor a deception being played upon ignorant and suggestible minds.
It is a wake-up call for millions of slumbering, spiritually-dead, mind-controlled slaves who "dream" of better days to come, while the SATANICALLY ruled world they support through their own manipulatable consent and finances is crashing down upon them.
In the name of GOD, what have you done to yourselves? What kind of world are you leaving for your children? Are you proud of such a display of IGNORANCE? Seems so, doesn't it?
Codependent, helpless spiritual children cower in fear in the shadows cast by threatening political and religious, mind-controlling "BOGEYMEN."
Long-standing psychological conditioning has damned spiritual children to live in a perpetual hypnotic dream state which renders them inert, fearful and hopeless, little more than immature, helpless, hopeless slaves.
It is fear which compels them to look to the very people -- their Machiavellian-manipulative leaders -- the people who caused the problem, to solve the problem. Ask yourself the question: Why should leadership, self-proclaimed experts, solve problems while they profit through such chaos? Wouldn't problem solving ultimately put them out of a job?
WAKE UP, FOLKS, you are BEING HAD! But you're being had at a Spiritual Level through SATANIC control of thought. It has caused you to live in fear, conflict, and unending exploitation. It has eaten away your life's substance, and reduced you to obedient automatons. Oh, you talk a great deal, but what actually do you do about your plight? You must answer that question for yourselves.
The secret to resolving the problems of a SATANICALLY ruled world is not found in violent acts of RESISTANCE through armed revolution. Have you not learned the lessons of history? Have you not learned that such opposition is the very secret of how CHILDREN OF GOD are reduced to mind-controlled minions of SATAN -- the petty "god" of Intellect?
The secret to deliverance from EVIL (endless opposition) is found in the spiritual act of BOYCOTT -- PEACEFUL WITHDRAWAL OF ONE'S SUPPORTIVE SPIRITUAL ENERGY.
Illusions exist only in THOUGHT -- nowhere else!!
Remove your support, financial and psychological. Do not succumb to satanic doubt. Do that, and Illusions die for their obvious lack of substance. See for yourself that the power attributed to SATANICALLY created/ruled illusions arise only through the medium of self-doubt and opposition.
If that simple revelation doesn't shatter the walls of a rigidly conditioned mind, NOTHING WILL!!
Are you ruled by TRUTH or by ILLUSION? Again, you must answer the question for yourself.
What happens when you WAKE UP? First of all, you stand alone and are regarded as an oddity; one who has lost the ability to "go along to get along." It is the trait of one who has shed the "herd mentality" that is indicative of SATANICALLY ruled human societies.
Break the bonds of mind control, and the SATANIC hold upon the individual falls away. Will you meet with resistance at the hands of existing authorities -- What do you think?
I have been addressing this issue of government/media mind control and government corruption since 1997.
Here is something for you to consider. In all that time, NOT ONE QUESTION I have asked of our LEADERSHIP -- which extends from the White House, Senate, House of Representatives, Oregon Governor's Office, Oregon Attorney General's office, Oregon Circuit Court and the Josephine County Oregon District Attorney's office -- has been answered! NOT ONE!
That, my sleepyhead spiritual brothers and sisters, is the actual performance of government -- NOT the PR illusion of performance which runs into the millions of dollars and comes out of your pocket via media campaigns.
