In protest of the courts continued refusal to answer the challenge of proving jurisdiction over this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient private man of the sovereign people, I have today, February 3, 2004, apprised the Josephine County authorities that I will not take any food until the twenty-three (23) Proofs of Claim, accompanied by affidavit, submitted to Josephine County District Attorney Clay E. Johnson and the other officials of the county and State of Oregon, have been rebutted, point-by-point, and the courts have resolved this jurisdictional issue in writing as per the law.

Truth and Christ Consciousness

There are several reasons why I'm writing to you, and all of them have to do with the spiritual and social improvement of the human condition.

Truth; Most Dreaded and Useful

Furthermore, to suggest that reality exists quite apart from the notion of humanity as the center of the universe or universal attentions, (such as the eternal fight between cosmic good and evil, God/Satan played out on an Earthly stage) is to invite condemnation by senator and janitor alike.

With Truth in place, imagination, desire and whim are no longer the center of the Universe, implying that everything society now stands for is utterly false. Society tells us that human beings and their desires, are far more important than the content of a hundred billion galaxies and everything in between. It falsely claims that our own emotional gratification reigns supreme in the cosmic scope of things, while all that matters is whatever we wish to believe. That's why there is such popularity in the belief that, "there is no Truth", or that there is only, "my truth" and "your truth" which is basically saying the same thing as "there is no truth". If truth is relative to each individual person, then how can two people with diametrically opposed view sit in the very same room together, without annihilating one another with their minds? Obviously there something more to truth than whatever we wish to believe upon waking up in the morning. Modern social structures can't EVER afford to acknowledge that life has inherent meaning, one that does not need human approval or restructuring, without simultaneously admitting that long cherished norms are based upon nothing but arbitrariness. For if it did acknowledge truth then consumerism would become practicality, religious faith would become clarity, tradition would be replaced by innovation, national boundaries would dissolve, patriotism would be seen as misguided loyalty, logic would replace randomness, clear reasoning would transcend gossip and blind following, peace would replace war, and wisdom would
arise where there had once been only ignorance.

The natural laws of physics do not hang on the thread of human whim in order to find their fruition. The very question reeks of a center-of-the-universe sentimentality, presupposing that nothing at all can occur without our perception or permission. For the vast majority of people who believe this folly, there is a simple way of regaining basic sanity, and that is through HONESTLY answering the following question. Many will probably find they lack the personal power to do so,and yet it MUST be done.

Yet the example is so completely flawed, so utterly irrational, as to be ludicrous. First of all, the analogy only works if you assume that all people are not only blind, but also incredibly stupid. Even a blind person should be able to tell that there is more to an elephant than trunk, leg or tail, just by using their ears. Furthermore, we DO have eyes that see, ESPECIALLY when they're open.
mw: > Secondly, the analogy assumes that the elephant is somehow changed just because it was misperceived in three separate ways. But the fact remains that the elephant, in its' entirety and sophistication, remained the same creature regardless of human views about it. The most logical conclusion here is NOT that each blind man, "had his own truth" or that truth is somehow, "subject to perception", but that the truth was and is unchanged, regardless of what anyone likes to imagine. It is not that each blind man was, "right in his own way", but that ALL THREE WERE WRONG. You can no sooner do justice to the reality of an elephant by calling it, "trunk, tusk or leg", than you can an ocean by calling it a, "drop, wave or wet". Some will perhaps
read this and say, that the three blind men are likened to what we still don't know about the universe, and that our sciences are still in their infancy. Yes, of course our sciences are. But given this they will further seek to evade responsibility for the truth by concluding that, "truth is still evolving as our understanding of it evolves", or that, "we will never fully understand truth, therefore we don't need to take reality seriously, since that concept will change radically with each passing decade". Truth does not evolve as our understanding of it improves. The truth remains the same regardless of our understanding. Secondly, just because we don't yet know EVERYTHING about reality, does not mean that we KNOW NOTHING. It is for those known basics THAT WE DO KNOW, for which humanity MUST hold itself accountable. We ALL know certain facts about the truth, such as people need to breathe and sleep, that love is more healthful for the body than fear, we know that the heart beats and the lungs take in oxygen, that apples are better to eat than driveway gravel or arsenic, and that gradations of feeling and intelligence exist. These basics and countless others, are part and parcel of our daily existence. We know that water runs downhill, that the natural laws of resonance, vibration, spectrum, harmonics, dissonance, gravity/attraction, the proofs of geometry, polarity, the principles of circuit and energy flow, and a huge host of other basics, form the basis of repeated experiment and consistent technology. We know that pollution is damaging to life, that the Earth is not flat and that we orbit a stellar body known as a SUN. We ARE accountable for these and many other obvious facts, which compose reality. There are none so blind as those who will not see this.

In international relations, what is assumed to count most is not the truth, (facts) but who can put the most convincing "spin" or "interpretation" on any given incident. In everyday conversation we find that it is not facts that are most often quoted in honest debate, nor logic given to support conclusion made, but rather, who can tell the most convincing lies and project their self image most forcefully. On the religious scene we see that every faith says, "our God is the only God", and/or that, "our scriptures are the highest among all" while at the same time taking great pains to avoid factual discussion, or logical analysis of their own beliefs. It is not that every nation, person and religion has, "their own truth" (as if all these different and often contradictory "truths" could possibly exist simultaneously). What little truth there is contained in the modern world is only had in small part by each person, nation and belief, and it is this, "thread of truth" as it is called, which forms the only REAL common ground between all beliefs, nations and persons. It is not that each largely erroneous belief system is in turn,"right in it's own way" but like the three blind men, they are ALL in the vast majority, mostly WRONG. If the human race is to survive all the largely false and arbitrary notions of the modern world, then it MUST begin using truth as the foundation for all debate and wise action. The same may be said of every individual, so that they might actually mature into wise, intelligent and progressive beings.

With truth as our foremost guide in life however, we then can address reality on its own terms. Through the years I have written on the Internet of the Spiritual Solution to free one from the SATANIC influence Civilized Man has endured on Earth since the Beginning of time.
The same solution to the worldly problems endured by His comtemporaries was revealed by our Spiritual Brother Jesus of Nazareth some two thousand years ago. One sees where it landed Him. I recommend all see, at least once, the Mel Gibson Movie "The Passion." Why? It shows the bottom line of man's inhumanity to man based on conditioned ignorance.
Let's face it folks, most of you are JUST PLAIN DUMB!!!
Is there a cure for DUMBNESS, or are you to be condemned to live
the rest of your days in slavery and servitude to the "god" of the world -- SATAN (Dualistic Intellect)?
How many times must it be repeated, repeated, repeated, that resistance only strengthens that which is resisted?
Whomever sets the momentum in the world of Intellect has the power of SATAN (the OPPOSER) behind him/her.
This truism is found in the maxim "Those who possess the gold make the rules, and those who make the rules win the game. And it is a deadly game indeed!
Whomever reacts to that SATANIC power of opposition only feeds it with their own life's energy.
The "LIVING, BREATHING, FLESH-AND-BLOOD, SENTIENT, NATURAL MAN/WOMAN is a CHILD OF GOD, A SOVEREIGN; yet when he/she succumbs to the temptation of the Intellect (SATAN) they fall from grace and are plunged into the time-bound Hell of Opposition which enslaves them through the worship of thought.
Throughout the recorded history of mankind, subsequent to Man's Fall from Grace, SATANIC Intellectual deception has ruled the Civilized World. CHILDREN OF GOD, have been made to doubt themselves. In that moment of doubt Sovereign Children of God have been reduced to slavery to their leadership.
This may be clearly seen regardless of what cultural, political or religious system of SATANIC thought they are bound by.
For SECURITY, they have sold their souls. In confusion, they worship SATAN, the author of MAN'S LAW on earth.
How does one know they are serving Satan, the petty "god" of Intellect? Step into any court in the land. Observe the SATANIC serving, wordtwisting lawyers and judges busy at work fleecing the only producers of wealth in the world -- YOU!!!
One finds that the lawyerly manipulation of language when applied to fictitious plights imposed upon the uninitiated ALWAYS results in the latter's dualistic dilemma of "DAMNED IF YOU DO AND DAMNED IF YOU DON'T."
It is through the confusion of consent given to these legal fictions that LIVING, BREATHING, FLESH-AND-BLOOD, SENTIENT, NATURAL MEN/WOMEN bring on and are responsible for their own prosecution and imprisonment. I ask you. HOW DUMB IS THAT?
Enough foundation has been layed for what I am about say. If you haven't got it by now, YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET IT. Such Ignorance is never Bliss. Such ignorance merely seals your fate and the fate of your children as slaves to the SATANIC Masters of Thought.

There is nothing theoretical about it. It is a sound solution for taking back our Country and our lives from the SATANIC grip of a New World Order leadership. What stops most people from implementing this simple solution is the perceived loss of their own illusory wealth and status. Ask any deposed world leader what happened to his power when he fell out of SATANIC favor and they will tell you directly the power of SATANIC illusion.
How do I know that BOYCOTT is the Spiritual Solution to man's problems? My recent 16-month ordeal with the corrupt Josephine County Oregon courts was an example of the efficacy of BOYCOTT when implemented at the personal level.
Through the simple act of BOYCOTT and HUNGER STRIKE PROTESTS of one man standing in Divine Protection, all the King's horses and all the King's men could not put away a simple man of Truth -- a Christ.
The articles speak for themselves, so I shall not add to them here. What I did in facing the SATANIC courts which implement MAN'S LAW was to hold quietly and balanced onto my Sovereignty as a Son of GOD, one who is adherent to TRUTH (GOD'S LAW) and one who demanded that MAN'S LAW prove jurisdiction over this LIVING, BREATHING, FLESH-AND-BLOOD, SENTIENT, NATURAL MAN. In all that time, the courts DID NOT, COULD NOT prove such jurisdiction.
That, my Spiritual Brothers and Sisters was the microcosmic demonstration of TRUTH in action. You can see the results for yourself. The same witholding of one's personal energy at the macrocosmic level is equally effective; for the simple Truth is WE ARE ALL ONE, when we are not deceived by the Intellect.
Peace on Earth is experienced by the peaceful man, the unconflicted man, the man of clarity. Such are the nonresisting MEEK who shall inherit the Earth while SATANIC resisters insanely kill each other off in their SATANIC surge of SELF-RIGHTEOUSNESS.

This information addresses the CORE of the corrupted courts
issues we are turning around now - the BAR takeover, and how
words are not what they seem in a courtroom.....
In the U.S., they're collectively called everything from "attorney" to
"lawyer" to "counselor." Are these terms truly equivalent, or has
the identity of one been mistaken for another? What exactly is a
"Licensed BAR Attorney?" This credential accompanies every
legal paper produced by attorneys - along with a State Bar License
number. As we are about to show you, an 'attorney' is not a
'lawyer,' yet the average American improperly interchanges these
words as if they represent the same occupation, and the average
American attorney unduly accepts the honor to be called "lawyer"
when he is not.
In order to discern the difference, and where we stand within the
current court system, it's necessary to examine the British origins
of our U.S. courts and the terminology that has been established
from the beginning. It's important to understand the proper lawful
definitions for the various titles we now give these court related
occupations.
The legal profession in the U.S. is directly derived from the British
system. Even the word "bar" is of British origin:
BAR. A particular portion of a court room. Named from the space
enclosed by two bars or rails: one of which separated the judge's
bench from the rest of the room; the other shut off both the bench
and the area for lawyers engaged in trials from the space allotted to
suitors, witnesses, and others. Such persons as appeared as
speakers (advocates, or counsel) before the court, were said to be
"called to the bar", that is, privileged so to appear, speak and
otherwise serve in the presence of the judges as "barristers." The
corresponding phrase in the United States is "admitted to the bar".
- A Dictionary of Law (1893). From the definition of 'bar,' the title and occupation of a "barrister" is derived:
BARRISTER, English law. A counselor admitted to plead at the
bar. 2. Ouster barrister, is one who pleads ouster or without the
bar. 3. Inner barrister, a sergeant or king's counsel who pleads
within the bar. 4. Vacation barrister, a counselor newly called to
the bar, who is to attend for several long vacations the exercise of
the house. 5. Barristers are called apprentices, apprentitii ad
legem, being looked upon as learners, and not qualified until they
obtain the degree of sergeant. Edmund Plowden, the author of the
Commentaries, a volume of elaborate reports in the reigns of
Edward VI., Mary, Philip and Mary, and Elizabeth, describes
himself as an apprentice of the common law. - A Law Dictionary
by John Bouvier (Revised Sixth Edition, 1856).
BARRISTER, n. [from bar.] A counselor, learned in the laws,
qualified and admitted to please at the bar, and to take upon him
the defense of clients; answering to the advocate or licentiate of
other countries. Anciently, barristers were called, in England,
apprentices of the law. Outer barristers are pleaders without the
bar, to distinguish them from inner barristers, benchers or readers,
who have been sometime admitted to please within the bar, as the
king's counsel are. - Webster's 1828 Dictionary. Overall, a barrister is
one who has the privilege to plead at the courtroom bar separating
the judicial from the non-judicial spectators. Currently, in U.S. courts,
the inner bar between the bench (judge) and the outer bar no
longer exists, and the outer bar separates the attorneys (not lawyers)
from the spectator's gallery. This will be explained more as you read further.
As with the word 'bar,' each commonly used word describing the various court
officers is derived directly from root words:

Although modern usage tends to group all these descriptive
occupational words as the same, the fact is that they have different
and distinctive meanings when used within the context of court
activities:
Solicitor - one who petitions (initiates) for another in a court
Counselor - one who advises another concerning a court matter
Lawyer - [see counselor] learned in the law to advise in a court
Barrister - one who is privileged to plead at the bar
Advocate - one who pleads within the bar for a defendant
Attorney - one who transfers or assigns, within the bar, another's
rights & property acting on behalf of the ruling crown
(government)
It's very clear that an attorney is not a lawyer. The lawyer is a
learned counselor who advises. The ruling government appoints an
attorney as one who transfers a tenant's rights, allegiance, and title
to the land owner (government).
Feudal Tenancy
If you think you are a landowner in America, take a close look at
the warranty deed or fee title to your land. You will almost always
find the words "tenant" or "tenancy." The title or deed document
establishing your right as a tenant, not that of a landowner, has
been prepared for transfer by a licensed BAR Attorney, just as it
was carried out within the original English feudal system we
presumed we had escaped from in 1776.
A human being is the tenant to a feudal superior. A feudal tenant
is a legal person who pays rent or services of some sort for the use
and occupation of another's land. The land has been conveyed to
the tenant's use, but the actual ownership remains with the
superior. If a common person does not own what he thought was
his land (he's legally defined as a "feudal tenant," not the superior
owner), then a superior person owns the land and the feudal tenant
- person pays him to occupy the land.
This is the hidden Feudal Law in America. When a person (a.k.a.
human being, corporation, natural person,partnership, association,
organization, etc.) pays taxes to the tax assessor of the civil county
or city government (also a person), it is a payment to the superior
land owner for the right to be a tenant and to occupy the land
belonging to the superior. If this were not so, then how could a
local government sell the house and land of a person for not
rendering his services (taxes)?
We used to think that there was no possible way feudal law could
be exercised in America, but the facts have proven otherwise. It's
no wonder they hid the definition of a human being behind the
definition of a man. The next time you enter into an agreement or
contract with another person (legal entity), look for the keywords
person, individual, and natural person describing who you are.
Are you the entity the other person claims you are? When you
"appear" before their jurisdiction and courts, you have agreed that
you are a legal person unless you show them otherwise. You will
have to deny that you are the person and state who you really are.
Is the flesh and blood standing there in that courtroom a person by
their legal definition?
British Accredited Registry (BAR)?
During the middle 1600's, the Crown of England established a
formal registry in London where barristers were ordered by the
Crown to be accredited. The establishment of this first
International Bar Association allowed barrister-lawyers from all
nations to be formally recognized and accredited by the only
recognized accreditation society. From this, the acronym BAR was
established denoting (informally) the British Accredited Registry,
whose members became a powerful and integral force within the
International Bar Association (IBA). Although this has been denied
repeatedly as to its existence, the acronym BAR stood for the
British barrister-lawyers who were members of the larger IBA.
When America was still a chartered group of British colonies
under patent - established in what was formally named the British
Crown territory of New England - the first British Accredited
Registry (BAR) was established in Boston during 1761 to attempt
to allow only accredited barrister-lawyers access to the British
courts of New England. This was the first attempt to control who
could represent defendants in the court at or within the bar in
America.
Today, each corporate STATE in America has it's own BAR
Association, i.e. The Florida Bar or the California Bar, that
licenses government officer attorneys, NOT lawyers. In reality, the
U.S. courts only allow their officer attorneys to freely enter within
the bar while prohibiting those learned of the law - lawyers - to do
so. They prevent advocates, lawyers, counselors, barristers and
solicitors from entering through the outer bar. Only licensed BAR
Attorneys are permitted to freely enter within the bar separating
the people from the bench because all BAR Attorneys are officers
of the court itself. Does that tell you anything?
Here's where the whole word game gets really tricky. In each State,
every licensed BAR Attorney calls himself an Attorney at Law.
Look at the definitions above and see for yourself that an Attorney
at Law is nothing more than an attorney - one who transfers
allegiance and property to the ruling land owner.
Another name game they use is "of counsel," which means
absolutely nothing more than an offer of advice. Surely, the
mechanic down the street can do that! Advice is one thing; lawful
representation is another.
A BAR licensed Attorney is not an advocate, so how can he do
anything other than what his real purpose is? He can't plead on
your behalf because that would be a conflict of interest. He can't
represent the crown (ruling government) as an official officer at the
same time he is allegedly representing a defendant. His sworn duty
as a BAR Attorney is to transfer your ownership, rights, titles, and
allegiance to the land owner. When you hire a BAR Attorney to
represent you in their courts, you have hired an officer of that
court whose sole purpose and occupation is to transfer what you
have to the creator and authority of that court. A more appropriate
phrase would be legal plunder.
The official duties of an Esquire
Let's not forget that all U.S. BAR Attorneys have entitled
themselves, as a direct result of their official BAR license and
oaths, with the British title of "esquire." This word is a derivative
of the British word "squire."

the title of a gentleman next in rank to a knight. 2. In Great Britain,
an attendant on a noble warrior. 3. An attendant at court. 4. In the
United States, the title of magistrates and lawyers. In New-

During the English feudal laws of land ownership and tenancy, a
squire - esquire - was established as the land proprietor charged
with the duty of carrying out, among various other duties, the act
of attornment [see definition above] for the land owner and
nobleman he served. Could this be any simpler for the average
American to understand? If our current U.S. BAR Attorneys were
just lawyers, solicitors, barristers, advocates or counselors, then
they would call themselves the same. They have named themselves
just exactly what they are, yet we blindly cannot see the writing on
the wall.
The BAR Attorneys have not hidden this from anyone. That's why
they deliberately call themselves "Esquires" and "Attorneys at
law." It is the American people who have hidden their own heads in
the sand.
Knowing these simple truths, why would anyone consider the
services of BAR Attorney-Esquire as his representative within the
ruling courts of America? Their purposes, position, occupation,
job, and duty is to transfer your allegiance, property, and rights to
the landowner, a.k.a. STATE. They are sworn oath officers of the
State whose sole authority is to transfer your property to their
landowner-employer. Think about this the next time you enter their
courtrooms. From now on, all Americans should refuse to enter
past the outer bar when they are called. Who would voluntarily
want to relinquish all he has by passing into their legal trap that
exists inside that outer bar?
We must all refuse to recognize their royal position as Squires and
refuse to hire them as our representatives and agents. They can't
plead or argue for you anyway; all they can do is oversee the act of
attornment on behalf of the ruling government whom they serve as
official officers. Nothing stops your neighbor from being a
barrister or lawyer. No real law prohibits any of us from being
lawyers! Even Abraham Lincoln was a well-recognized lawyer, yet
he had no formal law degree. Let the BAR Attorneys continue in
their jobs as property transfer agent-officers for the State, but if no
defendant hires them, they'll have to get new jobs or they'll starve.
Fire your BAR Attorney and represent yourself as your own
lawyer, or hire any non-BAR-licensed lawyer to assist you from
outside the courtroom bar.
Refuse to acknowledge all judges who are also licensed BAR
Attorneys. Every judge in Florida State is a member of the Florida
BAR. This is unlawful and unconstitutional as a judge cannot be
an Esquire nor can he represent any issue in commerce, such as
that of the State. Every Florida State judge has compromised his
purported neutral and impartial judicial position by being a State
Officer through his BAR licensure. This is an unlawful monopoly
of power and commerce.
The Unauthorized Practice of Law
Fire your BAR Attorney. Refuse to acknowledge their corrupt
inner-bar courts of thievery. Formally charge them with the illegal
act of practicing law without lawful authority. Why? A BAR
Attorney is not a lawyer by lawful definition. An Esquire is an
officer of the State with the duty to carry out State activities,
including "attornment."
State officers have no constitutional authority to practice law as
lawyers, barristers, advocates, or solicitors. Americans should
begin formally charging these false lawyers with unlawfully
practicing the profession of law since their BAR licenses only give
them the privilege to be Attorneys and Squires over land transfers.

Hunger Strikes certainly haven't been able to grab public attention. Perhaps a rescued CHICKEN IN PERIL will do so.

Nick Gambos is heading home from his gym workout at 10:00 PM, and stopped by the closed Ray's Market in Murphy on his way home to Williams, Oregon, to pick up a copy of the "Nickel" advertising newspaper.
He sees a chicken huddled in an open crate next to the Nickel stand. The chicken looks abandoned and lonely, so Nick, the animal lover, takes compassion on the chicken, picks her up, and drives her home.
For all Nick knows, the chicken is abandoned, on free range. The chicken is not in a closed or even locked pen. For all Nick knows, the chicken found a spot to rest in with minimal protection for the night. Dogs, cats, or any other predator might have scented her out in that open crate There is a nameplate over the open fruit crate, designated "Speckles".
Nick builds a chicken pen at home for his lost bird, and he goes out to buy two other chickens to keep her company. He feeds her good grain and feels like he's done something good.
Nick tells a neighbor how he got the bird. The neighbor tells Nick the bird is a "regular" in the parking lot of Ray's Foods, getting scrap from what was thrown to her by patrons.
Nick calls Ray's Foods and tells an employee not to worry about the chicken. She's well taken care of and provided for now. The employee tells Nick that's just fine.
The next day, Nick gets a call from a different and angry Ray's Food employee, telling him he "stole" the chicken, and she must be returned.
Now you have to consider the environment this chicken was living in. She was living on scrap food tossed to her irregularly by passersby, and she was dodging parking cars all day in the parking lot of the grocery store. The chicken was not held in a pen, and was allowed to freely wander around. The chicken was an abandoned fowl on her own, and she was not purchased by Ray's Foods for the entertainment of the locals.
The next day, Nick gets a call from a Josephine County Sheriff's Deputy by the name of Tripp, telling him he has "stolen" the chicken from Ray's Foods, and that he'll be charged with a felony if he doesn't return the chicken immediately.
Nick calls the local animal protection agency, which employee tells him to keep the chicken, since the chicken is now in his loving protection, away from the very dangerous environment of that parking lot.
The next thing that happens is that four Josephine County Sheriff squad cars loaded with militarized, jack-booted deputies show up at Nicks home at 1:00 AM, armed with a tainted search warrant. They arrest Nick, a Viet Nam Veteran, handcuff him and drag him off to jail wearing nothing more than his red Speedos.
He's charged with theft from private property and kept in jail overnight. The arresting officers injure him.
The manager of the Ray's Foods store is quoted by a reporter from the Medford Mail Tribune as saying "The chickens are not owned", telling everyone this chicken happened upon the parking lot, was given food by customers and store employees as the opportunity came, and nothing more.
As such, the chicken was an abandoned domestic fowl.
Under Oregon's strict animal protection statutes, Nick was totally innocent of "theft" from private property, and in fact, he is to commended for taking the abandoned hen under his care. If Nick could "take" a copy of the "Nickel" publication from its stand after hours, why should he not also be permitted to take an orphan bird he found next to the stand, huddled in an open crate? Any dog, cat or coyote would have made a meal of her had he not done so.
So we have to ask ourselves, what in the world happened here? What the Hell is going on in America here?
What kind of moron Nazi Sheriff (By the name of Dave Daniels) would dispatch a squad of four Sheriff's Deputies' squad cars to serve a tainted search warrant on a guy who had given a safe home to a hen chicken at 1:00 AM in the morning???
Maybe Nick is considered a terrorist under the Patriot Act. Is that what happened in Williams, Oregon? A chicken terrorist? No, it's worse.
The DA of Josephine County is leveling several charges at Nick. They are hoping Nick will plead to something less, but they've got something else to contend with here, and it's called the Southern Oregon Militia. They are in big trouble. We don't take prisoners, and we smell blood in the water.
When the SOM heard of this outrage, we immediately contacted Nick's wife, Kathy, to provide support, and to refer her to our favorite attorney, Foster Glass, of Bend, Oregon. He has taken the case.
Here in Southern Oregon, we have this good ol' boys group of retrograde southern law dogs and attorneys, who don't want anyone to think otherwise, but the fact is, they almost all work together.
The SOM figured this out a long time ago, so we use attorneys from the nethermost regions of the state to fight our legal battles in matters of civil rights violations in local disputes. Foster Glass is a former prosecutor who helped us win a huge federal lawsuit settlement of 1.8 million dollars for the beating (read wrongful) death case of Jeffery Stuart Anderson, a 29 year-old father of two, against the Jackson County Sheriff. Anderson was beaten to death while incarcerated at the Jackson County Jail, and the only people who had access to him were four deputies and a jail nurse.
We are confident Attorney Glass will take the pound of flesh for us that this maggot Sheriff dearly deserves in this so-called case of chicken theft.

A Williams man has been ordered to stay away from the chicken he claims he tried to rescue from a Grants Pass area store.
"No more contact with Speckles," said Josephine County Sheriff Dave Daniel, referring to the chicken that Nick Gombos kidnapped from a local Ray's Food Place.
Gombos, who is facing theft charges, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. Wednesday morning at his home, where officers reportedly handcuffed him and placed him in a patrol car wearing nothing but his underwear.
He was released from jail later that morning, five days after he took Speckles home from outside Ray's Food Place, where the chicken is a longtime mascot and local favorite.
Kathy Dean, Gombos' wife, said they were not regular shoppers at the store and were only thinking of the chicken.
Dean said Gombos stopped by the market after-hours Thursday for his weekly Nickel newspaper when he noticed a chicken huddled inside the magazine rack.
Assuming it was abandoned, and could easily fall prey to animals or highway drivers, he took the hen home.
The next day, Dean said she learned that the chicken actually lived at the market, but she feared for the chicken's safety next to a busy parking lot. So the couple purchased a companion hen and rooster, and were making a new home for Speckles.
She called the store and told employees she had the chicken.
"Up until the day before yesterday, everyone at Ray's was fine with us having the chicken," said Dean.
Eleanor Edmondson-Collins, president of the Josephine County chapter of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, said she's familiar with the situation at the market, and has been investigating it for some time. She said Speckles has a high-risk lifestyle strutting around a street and parking lot.
"The chicken could get killed," she said
But Josephine County Sheriff Dave Daniel said chickens have been safely living outside the market for several years.
He said deputies tried to keep the situation low-key, but Gombos wouldn't return the chicken when asked earlier Thursday. So the sheriff's department had to get a search warrant signed by a judge, which took until 1 a.m.
Sheriff Daniel said deputies asked Dean if she wanted to get clothing for her husband, but she was also uncooperative.
"So he went to jail in his red Speedos," said Daniel.
Dean said she didn't hear a request for her husband's clothing, and to be accused of theft is ridiculous.
"The last thing I need is a chicken," she said. "Nick's not going to steal a chicken."
Meanwhile, Speckles was returned to the market Wednesday.
"The rooster was super excited to see her," said Nate McCully, Ray's store manager. "He came flying out of a tree."
Gombos is scheduled to appear in court Friday.

4/27/04 Folks the AP wire story below demonstrates how wacko JoCo has become. The Big Ray Saga was and is an important story, yet it did not make the AP wire. THE GRANTS PASS DAILY COURIER featured the Speckles story on their front page but did their level best not to give much ink to Big Ray during his 33 day fast in our JoCo Jail and again during his subsequent 22 day fast there based upon his principals and the issue of jurisdiction according to his understanding. The fact that he is a retired Police Sergeant whose original problem began with an alleged failure to lower his high beams to an escalated charge of 7 counts of Simulation of Legal Process with a potential sentence of 35 years in the state prison certainly is equal to the Speckles story, yet not treated as such. MURPHY — A Williams man has been ordered to stay away from the chicken he claims he tried to rescue from a Grants Pass-area store.
“No more contact with Speckles,” Josephine County Sheriff Dave Daniel said, referring to the chicken that Nick Gombos kidnapped from a local Ray’s Food Place.
Gombos, who is facing theft charges, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. Wednesday morning at his home, where officers reportedly handcuffed him and placed him in a patrol car wearing nothing but his underwear.
Kathy Dean, Gombos’ wife, said they were not regular shoppers at the store and were only thinking of the chicken.
Dean said Gombos stopped by the market after-hours Thursday for his weekly Nickel newspaper when he noticed a chicken huddled inside the magazine rack.
Assuming it was abandoned, and could easily fall prey to animals or highway drivers, he took the hen home.
The next day, Dean said she learned that the chicken actually lived at the market, but she feared for the chicken’s safety next to a busy parking lot. So the couple purchased a companion hen and rooster, and were making a new home for Speckles.
She called the store and told employees she had the chicken.
“Up until the day before yesterday, everyone at Ray’s was fine with us having the chicken,” Dean said.
Eleanor Edmondson-Collins, president of the Josephine County chapter of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, said she was familiar with the situation at the market, and has been investigating it for some time. She said Speckles has a high-risk lifestyle strutting around a street and parking lot.
Josephine County Sheriff Dave Daniel said that chickens have been safely living outside the market for several years.
He said deputies tried to keep the situation low-key, but Gombos would not return the chicken when asked earlier Thursday.
So the sheriff’s department had to get a search warrant signed by a judge, which took until 1 a.m.
Sheriff Daniel said deputies asked Dean if she wanted to get clothing for her husband, but she also was uncooperative.
“So he went to jail in his red Speedos,” Daniel said.
“The last thing I need is a chicken,” she said. “Nick’s not going to steal a chicken.”
“The rooster was super excited to see her,” said Nate McCully, Ray’s store manager. “He came flying out of a tree.”
Gombos is scheduled to appear in court today [Friday].
