In protest of the courts continued refusal to answer the challenge of proving jurisdiction over this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient private man of the sovereign people, I have today, February 3, 2004, apprised the Josephine County authorities that I will not take any food until the twenty-three (23) Proofs of Claim, accompanied by affidavit, submitted to Josephine County District Attorney Clay E. Johnson and the other officials of the county and State of Oregon, have been rebutted, point-by-point, and the courts have resolved this jurisdictional issue in writing as per the law.

UPDATE !! MEDICAL UPDATE !!
Tuesday, February 24, 2004: Prior to Ray's release, both I and
my husband Raymond Karczewski© were told by jail personnel that due
to lab results of his latest blood test (his potassium level was so low that
he was in danger of his heart stopping), he would be taken to the
hospital for a medical evaluation and possibly kept for observation due
to his then 22-day-long hunger strike in the Josephine County Adult Jail
in Grants Pass, Oregon.
This hunger strike (his second hunger strike while incarcerated at
the jail), as was his 33-day hunger strike in 2002, was in protest of his
false arrest and false imprisonment by Josephine County Circuit Court
judges and District Attorney Clay E. Johnson who have not proven
jurisdicton nor answered his twenty-three (23) Proofs of Claim (in other
words -- they refuse to follow the law).
I was told by jail staff that Ray would then be released to
"Community Service," which was defined as "to take care of me"
during my own recuperation from my recent hospitalization. Our
daughter Lisa has quit her job, and temporarily left her home, husband,
and temporarily removed her son (6 years old) from school to come to
Oregon to care for me while her dad has been unlawfully confined in
the Josephine County Adult Jail.
At approximately 3:00PM Tuesday Ray had to phone home
"collect". He told Lisa that he had been driven to Three Rivers
Hospital in Grants Pass Oregon, was left at the door, and he needed a
ride home. Subsequently Ray told us that Lieutenant Brian Anderson
drove him from the jail to Three Rivers Hospital, stopped the patrol
vehicle in front of the Emergency Room doors, opened the patrol car
door and told Ray that he was on his own as far as seeking medical
evaluation and/or care for his physical condition. Ray told Lisa that he
needed to be picked up as he did not have the funds to pay for any
medical care needed (a result of his hunger strike in protest of the
courts' and the D.A.'s refusal to follow the law). A friend of ours
volunteered to pick Ray up since I did not have enough oxygen and am
too weak to do it myself. Our friend found Ray sitting on the floor in
the hospital lobby beneath the phone he had used to call home, and
brought Ray home.
When Ray arrived home, he was barely able to walk from our
friend's van to the house. His first night home he broke his 22-day-long
fast by having a cup of chicken broth and some soup Lisa had made.
Ray was very dizzy and unsteady on his feet and upon rising from a
chair, dizziness would cause him to fall back onto the chair. He did not
sleep well. Yesterday Ray had more broth and an omelet Lisa had
made. He went to bed early as he -- still dizzy and very unsteady on his
feet -- had pain in both feet.
Yesterday morning, I phoned the jail medical department and
told them I was outraged by the inhumane and cruel treatment of my
husband. As a result of Ray's lab test, the jail already knew that his
health was in serious jeopardy. To take someone in that condition and
drop them off, telling them they were on their own to seek the medical
evaluation they had indicated both to Ray and to me that he would be
taken to the hospital to receive, is unconscionable.
At about 4:00AM today (February 25, 2004) Ray called out to
Lisa to tell her that he was in great pain and was unable to walk. I
attempted to get medical care to come to our home, but was not
successful. Nobody in the medical community would come to our home
to check on him. At about 2PM this afternoon, I phoned for an
ambulance to take Ray to the hospital. By that time he was crying out
with the pain in his feet that had also begun creeping up into his legs.
Ray is presently in Three Rivers Hospital in Grants Pass, Oregon
-- Room 304. The code to speak to him personally is 7002. We are
waiting for the results of his examination.
Today I telephoned various court and county officials, and
governor Ted Kulongoski's office regarding this outragious conduct by
the court and jail personnel. It seems that everyone and their staff was
unavailable to take or return my calls.
My husband is in no condition to take of me. The jail medical and
regular staff knew that when they took him to the door of Three Rivers
Hospital and left him to fend for himself.
The court's sudden concern for my welfare did not prevent them
from having Ray arrested on Jauary 30 and leaving me alone for five
days (until our daughter arrived from out of state) to fend for myself,
unable to get firewood from the wood shed to heat the house or to get
groceries. If you are as outraged as I am by this, phone the numbers
below and express your concern.

Some 2000 years ago, this is what my Spiritual Brother, another Christ, a simple carpenter, a Man of Truth, said about the black-robed vipers of his legal system, the Pharisees we now call Judges in our age. The words have changed, but their Satanic grip over worldly affairs, unfortunately, has not.
Jesus thus spoke:
Matthew 23: 13 "But woe unto you scribes and Pharisees,hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men; for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.

Nothing has essentially changed in human society. The black-robed vipers who rule our country via the courtroom, are still operating as slave traders of humanity.
Once again, a simple man of truth, a Son of God, a Christ, stood alone under the full protection of God's Law, i.e., Truth, and exposed the hypocrisy of the Servants of Satan -- the corrupt judiciary of Josephine County, Oregon.
I invite all to read the full details of the two fictitious trials this simple Christ was forced to undergo. It is a lesson for all human beings presently living in a Satanically controlled modern-day society.
It reveals the true reality behind the image. It exposes the unmitigated corruption and criminality by modern-day black-robed hypocrites who hide behind a veil of respectability erected by prolonged Public Relation images so necessary to hide the warts and grotesque reality which lurk behind the professional, sustained PR image.
What was my Strategy? I placed my life on the line to force them to answer 23 simple questions which, if answered, would dismiss all charges and set me free instantly.
After more than 20 appearances before some nine judges (they ran out of judges to stand under of the light of truth and began importing them from surrounding counties to hear my case), in the sixteen months of this criminal persecution of a man who committed no crime, they refused to follow the laws of our country and prove, in writing, jurisdiction over a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural Man, a Son of God who had neither consented Jurisdiction nor waived his Unalieanable Rights conferred upon him by God.
I did not play their Satanic legalese word-twisting game; for in that, they are experts. What they could not cope with was the simple Truth. It was Truth that was my sword and shield against such deadly deception. As you can see, it has served me well.
What began as a threat of more than 35 years of incarceration was reduced to a plea bargain offer 2 days before the first court trial and consisting of twenty days jail time plus 2 years supervised probation. I nixed the deal from the court-imposed attorney whom I roundly rejected and petitioned the court to remove (which they repeatedly denied) as I stood sui juris under full legal capacity. I underwent a one-day trial before a Grants Pass, Oregon brain-dead jury who would have convicted a ham sandwich in their haste to be home in time for dinner. This dereliction of civic duty was actively supported by Judge Lindi Baker who was more concerned with wrapping up the case in one day than giving one the opportunity to defend his liberty in a court of so-called, but absent, Law.
The Second trial for "Simulation of Legal Process," presided over by visiting judge William Purdy of adjacent Jackson County, Oregon (by this time, none of the the local judges wanted any part of the trial; some, including Presiding Judge Gerald Neufeld, recused themselves from the cases because of the legal peril they faced in Common Law Copyright violations and the multiple Constitutional Rights they violated in bringing this matter to court instead of dismissing the charges as would be their only alternative had they followed the law. They refused to order Josephine County District Attorney Clay E. Johnson to do his duty and rebut the 23 Proofs of Claim, point by point, which had been accompanied by affidavit. Why? It would expose the massive multibillion dollar industry of the nationwide drivers license fraud our government servants have perpetrated upon the unwary, trusting, American Sovereign People. It was a Pandora's box that could not be opened under any circumstance.
Lastly, in 16 months, despite repeated challenges by me, they failed to produce anyone who had filed a claim against me, accompanied by affidavit, and who was willing to testify under oath and upon their own personal unlimited commercial liability that they were victimized by my actions. I stood under my rights of Common Law which states "NO VICTIM -- NO CRIME."
Judge Purdy was challenged by me, in court and on record, to state under what system of Law his court was operating, if indeed it was not following the US Constitution. He refused to answer.
THERE IS NO LAW in Josephine County, Oregon. There is only the the Satanic traditions of the Black-robed Pharisees which continues to operate to enslave a once free sovereign people who haven't a clue as to what's going on in these so-called
"Halls of Justice." Such ignorance shall beget the slavery they deserve for their inattention to their own freedom and liberty.
During Sentencing, I rejected the offer of 2-years supervised probation for the combined two felony cases as I continued to demand the court prove its jurisdiction in writing and produce a claimant to testify to being a victim by the acts of this Living Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Son of God. I was in custody of the Josephine County Sheriff's Jail at the time and fully expected to remain so for the entire two-year period, yet I was released from jail that same day.
Once again, several months later, they came after me and kidnapped me and returned me as a hostage, as a surety for the so-called conviction/debt of the non-existent Juristic Defendant.
In response to the outrage of pulling me away as the sole caregiver of my wife who is physically incapacited and on constant oxygen, leaving her alone for five days to fend for herself, a virtual impossibily, my daughter was forced to uproot her life and come to her assistance from out of state.
Damn these Satanic Vipers!
They were not going to get away with such blatant criminality. I went on another hunger strike. The first of this false arrest/false imprisonment ordeal resulted in my 33-day hunger strike which lasted 27 of days before the Grants Pass Courier, the major reporting print media serving the community, would break its stone wall of silence in their cooperative coverup with the Josephine County Sheriffs Department, and informed the public that a hunger strike was indeed underway at the Josephine County Jail.
So citizens of Grants Pass Oregon, if you think you are getting up-to-date news of what really goes on behind the closed doors of County Politics --- Have I got a News Flash for you!!!
This time I wrote to Sheriff Dave Daniel and Presiding Judge Gerald Neufeld on day one of the hunger strike, stating that it would continue until the juridictional questions and Proofs of Claim were answered by Josephine County District Attorney CLAY E. JOHNSON. My decision was arrived at after I was sentenced to 90 days for probation violation, which was outrageous since I did not consent to the probation contract and gave no consent to grant their (lacking) jurisdiction.
The hunger protest was a difficult one, no doubt because of my age and what life force was sapped by the previous 33-day fast.
On the twenty second day of the fast, it all came to an abrupt halt when Supervising Nurse of the Jail Facility, Dan Hughes, a true light in an environment of penal darkness, became alarmed at the change in my blood sample which showed my body's system was in extreme danger of imminent death. Faced with the possibility of another unexplained death at the jail facility and the vicarious liablity issue, I was escorted from my cell and told that within the hour I was to be delivered into the hands of Three Rivers Hospital where they would evaluate my condition, stabilize it, and keep me there; after which I would be released to go home, and no longer in custody of the Josephine County Sheriff's Department.
However, instead of the ten o'clock transport which would have taken place within the hour, it was not until 3PM that a decision was made by Judge J Pat Wolke that the remaining sentence of the 90-days incarceration he had imposed upon me just days earlier would take the form of release to perform community service in the form of being a CAREGIVER for my incapacited wife. What nonsense!! This was the very act they pulled me away from when they kidnapped me from my home nearly a month earlier.
The stone-cold hypocrisy of this modern day black-robed Pharisee attempting to put a positive spin on his and his fellow conspiratorial Josephine County judges in their crimes against the Sovereign People continues to outrage those who have been closely following this unfolding Travesty of "Justice" as it is commonly practiced in Josephine County, Oregon.
I was dropped at the front door emergency room of the Three Rivers Hospital by Lt. Brian Anderson and instructed that I was on my own, to seek and pay for any examination myself. That the Sheriff's Department no longer was responsible for my health and safety.
I called a friend from the hospital to return me to my home in Cave Junction. I was in a state of deterioration and it was not a day later that it was necessary for me to be returned to Three Rivers Hospital via ambulance as my deterioration from the hunger strike left me unable to stand, let alone walk.
I was admitted and treated for 3 days. It was the intravenous infusion which accounted for a rapid rebalancing of my system. The staff at Three Rivers cannot be commended enough for the care I received there. I shall never forget them. Compassionate and Professional throughout.
I came home last night, feeling well. Yet I look at our community and see no cure for the the political disease which has taken over and is killing our Constitutional Republic.
I sit with my wife, daughter and grandson and I ponder the question, just how many Christs are civilized human beings willing to sacrifice in order to maintain the Hell on Earth they have ignorantly chosen to create for themselves.

Marion County Sheriff Jack Utterback and his wife Dixie appeared in the
Crook County Courtroom of Judge DANIEL AHERN. The Utterbacks had been
ordered to appear to stand trial for numerous zoning code violations. The
ordeal the Utterbacks have endured at the hands of an arrogant and abusive
county was described by the Utterbacks when they appeared February 24,
2004 before a Special Grand jury was reconvened by former attorney and
public prosecutor Roger Weidner to investigate the wide spread corruption
in the Oregon court system. The sworn testimony of corruption and abuse
given by Weidner, and other victims of state abuse and systemic fraud,
including the testimony of the Utterbacks and others at that heart

After the February 24 hearing, Jack Utterback, his wife Dixie and Roger
Weidner and Jamie Jackson went to Oregon Chief Justice Wallace Carsons
office in the Oregon Supreme Court Building to meet with him again about
the severe corruption problem in the Oregon court system. Jack Utterback
told those with him that he had gone to gradeschool with Judge Carson and
knew him when he was Marion County Sheriff and Carson was in private law practice. Judge Carsons assistant politely told Utterback that Judge Carson was "tied up" and could not meet with him.
Two days later on February 27, 2004 Pamela and Will Gaston and Roger Weidner appeared before the Oregon Law Commission, whose members included Judge Carson and Atty. Gen. Hardy Meyers, and presented them all with the story appearing on this website about the Grand Jury in the federal hearing.
Before the March 2, 2004 hearing in Prinevile, on March 1, 2004 at 5pm,
Utterback, Weidner and Will Gaston were, after repeated request, able to
meet outside the Prineville Police Department with Under Sheriff Jim
Hensley. Weidner explained to Hensley that he was a former public
prosecutor who has been fighting the corruption in the Oregon court system for years. Weidner told Hensley that the judges openly admit that their courts are not constitutional courts of "due process". Weidner told Hensley that he and thousands of other outraged citizens are determined to restore constitutional government to the citizens of Oregon. Hensley was pleasant and understanding as Weidner explained the current court corruption problem to him, namely that people were, and still are, having their children, land and other property shamelessly stripped from them by corrupt judges in "sham" often "star chamber" type proceedings devoid of even a semblance of constitutionally guaranteed "due process" of law. Hensley listened respectfully as Weidner explained to him the nature of the problem and that the citizens will not and cannot allowed the corruption to continue.
The Utterbacks entered the courtroom with 7 supporters including Weidner,
Gaston, Patricia Wishon, Jason Wheeler, Tony Martin and Wishon's sister and husband. Weidner told everyone to remain standing until the judge came in
so there would be no voluntary public acknowledgement when Judge Ahern entered the room. While standing Weidner obtained the name of Dep. DA RAMEY and court guards Sgt RUSS WRIGHT and Under Sheriff HENSLEY. Judge Ahern entered the room and only Ramey moved when Ahern entered the court. Ahern in a stern orderly way read the Utterback case number into the record. Dixie and Jack stepped forward and she informed Ahern that Jack was hard of hearing and she would be speaking.
Dixie Utterback then at the prompting of Weidner read into the record the
information in the Special Appearance she had filed with the court.
Utterback read Supreme Court caselaw in that document that states if the
jurisdiction is challenged all proceedings must cease until jurisdiction is
established. This is the most basic right of a freeborn people to insure
that constitutioanl judicial due process is being adhered to. Utterback
said it was not a lawful court if the jurisdiction could not be stated.
She and Jack then said they were leaving the court.
Immediately Ahern, his mode and deameanor shifting noticeably to being
openly confrontational said in a cold threatening manner "if you leave you
will be arrested for contempt". Weidner said: "if you arrest one of us you
will have to arrest all of us". Ahern said he was only going to arrest the
Utterback's. Dixie, defiantly with rightous indignation said "they arrested my Lord for standing up to evil, so they can arrest me too for I am standing against this evil". She was arrested by Dep. Hensley as she walked through the door. Weidner told Ahern that he has repeatedly talked to Judge Carson
about the corruption problem and was told by Carson, during a December 12, 2003 meeting, to "keep up the good work". He also told Ahern that the
citizens are demanding a restoration of constitutional government.
Weidner told Ahern that he and others across the state are prepared to
take whatever steps necessary to see that the judges observe their oath of
office and conduct fair and impartial hearings where the citizens constitutional rights are observed by the judges. Ahern did not respond to what Weidner said to him. Instead Ahern sat with a blank look on his face.
Jack Utterback, still standing inside the courtroom said he did not want to
be arrested. Dixie said "Come on, Jack". Will Gaston said "I rise under
the authority of Amicus Curiae" and approached the bench unimpeded.
Gaston handed judge Ahern a pamphlet called "Vultures" containing the
research in Oregon about a court system in which judges do not have lawful
oaths or jurisdiction. Gaston said "I am filing this into the record of

Jack Utterback left with Gaston and Jack was immediately arrested by Dep.
Wright and another officer as he left the courtroom. Courtwatcher Wishon,
while she stood watching, openly condemned the deputies for their "police
state tactics". As Jack and Dixie were being arrested, 4 other deputies
were found hiding by Gaston and Weidner behind a door leading upstairs.
Weidner and Patricia Wishon and Jason Wheeler followed the four deputies as they led the Utterbacks from the Courthouse to the Prineville City Jail.
We encourage people to contact the judge at the Crook County Courthouse
about the release of Dixie and Jack Utterback. This is outrageous contempt for the people that judges are so corrupt that they arrest people for asking
if they are in a constitutional court.
Weidner is filing a Habeas Writ into the Oregon Supreme Court in the
morning to enforce their release. Now Utterbacks will have a jury trial in
which the only relevant issue is the still unanswered question of lawful
jurisdiction. The court bears the burden of proof that the actions of the
state are according to judicial due process of law.

Utterback read Supreme Court caselaw in that document that states if the
jurisdiction is challenged all proceedings must cease until jurisdiction is
established. This is the most basic right of a freeborn people to insure
that constitutioanl judicial due process is being adhered to. Utterback
said it was not a lawful court if the jurisdiction could not be stated.
She and Jack then said they were leaving the court.
Immediately Ahern, his mode and deameanor shifting noticeably to being
openly confrontational said in a cold threatening manner "if you leave you
will be arrested for contempt". Weidner said: "if you arrest one of us you
will have to arrest all of us". Ahern said he was only going to arrest the
Utterback's. Dixie, defiantly with rightous indignation said "they arrested my Lord for standing up to evil, so they can arrest me too for I am standing against this evil". She was arrested by Dep. Hensley as she walked through the door. Weidner told Ahern that he has repeatedly talked to Judge Carson
about the corruption problem and was told by Carson, during a December 12, 2003 meeting, to "keep up the good work". He also told Ahern that the
citizens are demanding a restoration of constitutional government.
Weidner told Ahern that he and others across the state are prepared to
take whatever steps necessary to see that the judges observe their oath of
office and conduct fair and impartial hearings where the citizens constitutional rights are observed by the judges. Ahern did not respond to what Weidner said to him. Instead Ahern sat with a blank look on his face.
Jack Utterback, still standing inside the courtroom said he did not want to
be arrested. Dixie said "Come on, Jack". Will Gaston said "I rise under
the authority of Amicus Curiae" and approached the bench unimpeded.
Gaston handed judge Ahern a pamphlet called "Vultures" containing the
research in Oregon about a court system in which judges do not have lawful
oaths or jurisdiction. Gaston said "I am filing this into the record of

Jack Utterback left with Gaston and Jack was immediately arrested by Dep.
Wright and another officer as he left the courtroom. Courtwatcher Wishon,
while she stood watching, openly condemned the deputies for their "police
state tactics". As Jack and Dixie were being arrested, 4 other deputies
were found hiding by Gaston and Weidner behind a door leading upstairs.
Weidner and Patricia Wishon and Jason Wheeler followed the four deputies as they led the Utterbacks from the Courthouse to the Prineville City Jail.
We encourage people to contact the judge at the Crook County Courthouse
about the release of Dixie and Jack Utterback. This is outrageous contempt for the people that judges are so corrupt that they arrest people for asking
if they are in a constitutional court.
Weidner is filing a Habeas Writ into the Oregon Supreme Court in the
morning to enforce their release. Now Utterbacks will have a jury trial in
which the only relevant issue is the still unanswered question of lawful
jurisdiction. The court bears the burden of proof that the actions of the
state are according to judicial due process of law.

If through Research and Analysis, you discovered our Government is misapplying a Law and holding us responsible for following it, what would you do?
If you notified competent authority of your findings and advised them of your intention to exercise your common right and not surrender this right for a privilege and they charged you with failure to abide by this privilege, what would you do?
Can Government compel you to convert a liberty into a privilege, license it, and attach a fee to it?
NO!! They are prevented from doing this. {1}
There is a man in jail (for 90 days) who has resisted and objected to surrendering his right to travel freely. He has compelled the Court and District Attorney to prove its Corporate jurisdiction over his non-corporate status. The Court and District Attorney without his consent are acting as though they have his authority to prosecute and imprison him.
I encourage all who consider themselves patriot Americans to call the jail and ask about Raymond Ronald Karczewski's health. He has committed himself to the defense of Rights by enduring a hunger strike which began Feb 3rd, 2004. He has been sentenced to 90 days. His life is at stake.
