This is the story of the WE, you and me.
You may ask, how can I be so arrogant as to assume that I may speak for you. Hold that question, and you'll have your answer after you read this letter.
Each of us come into this world complete, new, uncorrupted, open, inquisitive, and uncertain human beings. Welcome to life!
You look at yourself and you see a little round, chubby, energetic body. You're full of wonderment and soon begin to explore your surroundings.
As the link begins to solidify with those who are close to you, recognizable responses and a communication of sorts begins to emerge.
That's when your hell begins. You hear—Don't do that . . . Bad! . . .Mommy loves you . . . Daddy loves you . . . It's for your own good . . . This hurts me more than it does you—and you get confused. Because all you're trying to do is understand your world, and every time you act with that purpose in mind, you
are punished for it.The sudden openness of a big, wide, wonderful world begins the shutting down process. You know you are not going to hurt yourself; all you want to do is understand your surroundings. But you're blocked from it by somebody who "knows what's good for you."
You begin to see that this person who professes to "know better" is really fearful, anxious and reactionary, is closed down, has no life of their own, but they are sure to make certain that you follow in their footsteps.
They have to find their power somewhere, so guess who gets it--right, the one at the bottom of the hierarchy--you.
But what-the-heck, punishment and pain is still attention, isn't it; and you soon become corrupted toward craving such attention, so it doesn't matter how you get it, just so you get it--right?
Suddenly your body begins to change. You take on the shape of either a round peg or a square peg. Your body has lost its own intelligence and therefore accommodates itself to the type of pressure inflicted upon it. You shape yourself according to the kind of pressure that best serves you. You don't want trouble, you don't want problems, but they mysteriously and doggedly follow your every step. Ah—Life!
The training ground of childhood and adolescence is behind you and it's time to grow up. It's time to take responsibility, it's time to be what everyone wants to you be; but you don't know what that is because all that you know is what you are, and people are telling you there is something wrong with that.
You matriculate from the institution of Mind Control, and you are ready to face the world. This time of your life is new, exciting, uncertain and fearful. But then you realize that it is nothing new, life has always been that way for you, were it not for the pressures to please others. You step out into the world and see some who call themselves experts and leaders standing over others who have shovels in their hands digging holes all over the place.
Some holes are round, some are square. But when night comes and darkness makes it difficult to see, you find yourself falling into the purposely dug holes within the field of life that you must walk.
You are upset at all of the nonsense you see going on about you. You ask others why they are digging holes for others to fall in. You get no answer other than--that's just the way it is, I'm just doing my job.
A well-dressed, prosperous looking man walks up to you and in a soothing voice identifies himself as an expert. Don't worry, he says, if you don't fit well into your hole, you come to me, my name is Psychiatrist.
My job is to help you fit into your hole. Being a square peg, that round hole that you are now in will never fit you, so come to me and I'll shave a little off here and a little off there and Voila!, you're now a round peg. I've solved your problem. Now go and meet the world you wonderful round peg.
You step out of his office and guess what—the first hole you fall in is a square one and you again don't fit. Back to the experts. A little more shaving here and there and you're back once again to being a square peg. Although you are much smaller because of all of the sculpting work that has been going on.
But you have no choice, do you, but to follow the directions; because somewhere along the way you gave up the ability to think for yourself, and isn't that how you found yourself on the path which led you to where you are today?
The wondrous life you were born into has turned into the HELL where PEG SCULPTORS and HOLE DIGGERS are KING!

Amongst millions and millions of dualistically-thinking, emotionally reacting, fear motivated, fragmented blind believers who through the centuries have been and still are controlled and enslaved from the cradle to the grave by Satanically organized religious and politically ruled civilized authorities, the simple answer to the question of "who are the meek who shall inherit the Earth" has been and still is, quite frankly, well beyond their limited intellectual capacity to grasp; for they can only operate at the level of "blind belief." As such, the direct apprehension of Truth, the "SEEING" of it, eternally eludes them.
Plainly and simply stated, this regenerating multitude of blind believers is the army of conditioned IGNORAMUSES, the unaware offspring of their worldly predecessors, who have FALLEN FROM THE GRACE of Divine Intelligence through the seduction of SATANICALLY (OPPOSER) ruled dualistic thought. They make up the legion of countless minions who are compelled to serve and support the unholy agenda that is HELL ON EARTH.
The question is Why? Why would anyone want to live that way? Why would anyone want to spend their days on Earth in unrelenting confusion, conflict and violence but for the empty promise of SATANIC acquisition of power?
The answer to that lies within your own personal level of consciousness. Which God do you serve?
Are you an aware Child of God? Are you able to directly apprehend the nondualistic essence of TRUTH when IT MANIFESTS in your life? Or to you, is Truth merely an intellectual concept, and an incomprehensible one at that?
The Child of God, a Christ, resonates at-one with the nondualistic essence of Truth.
The minion of Satan lives in the eternal dissonance of never-ending confusion and conflict. When faced with the Mirror of Truth, the latter will opt to waste his life in defense of his rationalized stupidity.
Which LAW do you serve -- GOD'S LAW or MAN'S LAW?
INFINITE INTELLIGENCE --TRUTH -- IS GOD'S LAW!
SATANICALLY RULED INTELLECT-- ILLUSION -- is MAN'S LAW!
MAN'S LAW, the law of hypocrites, of Machiavellian Deceivers who cloak themselves in positive, power-based imagery as they parasitically eat away one's life-sustaining substance is responsible for the HELL which worldy man has wrought upon this Earth. Yet the average IGNORAMUS has been conditioned to be blind to this simple, stark, inarguable observation.
The solution to man's problems has always been present right under his nose. It is found in every moment of existence, in every breath one takes, in every timeless moment of Truth, yet it has been roundly ignored by SATANICALLY ruled, time-bound Intellectual IGNORAMUSES who are busily pursuing tangential illusions.
Can one live life in a complex society today, and do so simply and integrally at-one with GOD'S LAW, the LAW OF TRUTH?
What happens should one stand up, alone if necessary, to expose the SATANIC influence of MAN'S LAW? All HELL breaks loose, doesn't it?
What happens when the "courtroom" is cleared of the "smoke and mirrors" of SATANIC law which is designed to invoke fear, intimidation, and hopelessness in the minds of conditioned masses of IGNORAMUSES, and it is unable to shield itself from the simple, yet penetrating light of Truth?
The House of Cards which was so carefully and painstakingly constructed by "black-robed Pharisees" comes CRASHING DOWN, for the dualistic GATES OF HELL can never PREVAIL AGAINST THE SIMPLE POWER OF NONDUALISTIC TRUTH!
That, my spiritual Brothers and Sisters, is GOD'S LAW MANIFESTED -- AS ABOVE, SO BELOW. NOTHING can stand up to it that is not of its DIVINE NATURE. ILLUSIONS disintegrate - OPPOSITION falls away as Children of GOD do not, will not RESIST EVIL. They merely MIRROR IT.
The change in our world starts within each of us. Change ourselves and the world changes with us. DO NOT RESIST EVIL -- BOYCOTT IT!!
In BOYCOTT there is nothing that need be done other than to withdraw your personal financial or psychological support of evil.
Without such support, your support, SATAN has no power. Put it to the test -- I DID!!

Peace On Earth -- Good Will Toward Men: If Not Now -- When?

Mine is the story of a Man and Wife born and raised in a Country once regarded as the "Home of the Brave and Land of the Free."
It is a story of two seniors, both now in their mid 60's. They went to high school together, married 45 years, raised three children and served their community, much like countless other human beings. It's the story of a couple who struck out to live the American Dream, and succeeded in doing so, unlike countless other human beings.
I retired as a police sergeant from a California police department, after which I owned and operated a community serving private security patrol service for a remainder of 20 years of my work life. When our children grew up and were on their own, Anita and I sold our home and business and struck out together to live our remaining years in the peace and tranquility of retirement. We ultimately settled here in beautiful Southern Oregon.
I, belong to NO ORGANIZATION, political or religious. I am beholding to no man nor institution. I am a free man, a Sovereign, a simple man who understands the beauty of living a life based in TRUTH. I am a Christ (not to be confused with mind-controlling, superstitious christian myth).
It is that status of FREEDOM and PEACE which is presently under assault by emerging SATANIC New World Order government forces which has labeled such peaceful and independent TRUTH-BASED existence as "POLITICAL TERRORISM." Yes, because of my writing, I have been labeled a "PAPER TERRORIST," and have been falsely incarcerated as such.
I have written a great deal about CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS (Truth and Balance) on the Internet over the last eight years.
Because of it, the reputations of my wife, children and myself have been assaulted and assailed just about every step of the way by Internet prowling, Intelligence operative-linked, government/media sponsored/supported mind/control Disinformation Agents and Oregon local/State government bureacracies.
However, in those eight years of spiritual testing, the GATES OF HELL HAVE NOT PREVAILED.
On the contrary, it has demonstrated the efficacy of one living truthfully, simply, balanced, harming no one, yet standing firm, yet not resisting when SATANIC (Opposition) forces are brought to bear against one, all of which are designed to shatter such peaceful existence.
I have demonstrated the secret of immunity from the psychological "dis-ease" of living in a Hell-Bound environment. Simply it is this --- RESIST NOT EVIL. DO NOT SUPPORT EVIL --BOYCOTT IT.

We have been stripped of our Sovereignty through "legal presumption." The average person hasn't got a clue as to the legal chicanery which has enslaved them and converted their God-given humanity into "Satanic human resources." When it finally dawns upon them as to how they've been had, we may well have another bloody revolution on our hands.
I have been trying my best to head that off through the clear, bloodless, effective, non-resisting, individual action of BOYCOTT. However, it seems that emotionally-stunted, unaware, conditioned automatons (civilized ignoramuses) cannot solve the problem until it ultimately sneaks up behind them and bites them in their "you-know-where."
My situation is still open-ended. I refused to accept probation or abide by conditions of probation through the waiving of my rights and/or "consent" through "contract" when I was sentenced on Sept 22, 2003.
In open court and on the court record, I accused the Presiding Judge and 6 other Circuit Court Judges, along with the Josephine County District Attorney, several Assistant District Attorneys, and an Oregon Assistant Attorney General prosecutor of criminal offenses and corruption in the processing of my two cases. They released me from custody anyway. On the 24th, of October, the Probation Officer came to my home and asked me to submit to arrest. I refused. She went away and has not returned, with or without the backup of Sheriff's Deputies.
This is a question of Sovereignty or Slavery. It is a question of who owns you. Are we Sovereigns imbued with Unalienable Rights by our Creator, or merely "Chattel", property of the State? The State would have you believe the latter.
I continue to receive mail from the State appeals attorney handling my two cases. The envelopes are addressed to "Mr. K". They indeed are reluctant to engage in the unauthorized use of my Common-Law, copyrighted name. Make no mistake about it. They are indeed walking on eggs over this case.
I recently sent a revised invoice to Governor Kulongoski of Oregon for damages I suffered at the hands of the State and County private corporations. The State refuses to answer any of my questions regarding proof of JURISDICTION, nor will they produce a single victim who will testify under oath as to having a claim against me, the Secured Party/Creditor/Holder in Due Course.
In Common Law, without a victim THERE IS NO CRIME!! Not only have the conspiratorial Josephine County Circuit Court Justices ignored my Constitutional Right to a Speedy Trial on one case, the other case is equally moot as I never had an arraignment before I was brought to trial.
These two cases are studies in Outrageous Judicial Corruption, yet the public slumbers on, completely unaware of how their Justice System ACTUALLY operates beyond the "PR Image."
This issue has not yet run its full course. However, I do perceive they get the message that I'm not going to go away and if they think they can "WEAR ME OUT," they have another "THINK" coming.
However, it is clear to me that I can't do it alone. The people are going to have to wake up and ask Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski if the "People" are SOVEREIGNS OR SLAVES. It's time we get some straight answers out of our politicians.

This article is dedicated to the Anti-Federalists, to
whom we owe credit and steadfast gratitude for the
Bill of Rights - and to Rick Stanley, constitutional
activist and American patriot for "pushing the
envelope"."Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves.
Congress has no power to disarm the militia. Their
swords, and every other terrible implement of the
soldier, are the birth-right of an American. The
unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of
either the federal or state governments, but where I
trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the
people." Tench Coxe, (friend of Madison, member of Continental
Congress) Freeman's Journal, 20 Feb. 1778The Second Amendment to the Constitution reads as
follows:"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the
security of a free state, the right of the people to
keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."The Second Amendment has been a source of intense
political debate throughout American history, even
prior to the adoption of the Constitution. It would
appear that there were - and continue to be - two
schools of thought as to its definition and intent.
It seems clear that the framers of our Constitution
sought to protect the freedom of individual citizens
to defend themselves, their property and their
country. Some of the initial militia proposals called
for a "select militia" which would be regulated by the
government. These proposals were considered to be
potentially dangerous by others, including George
Washington. They were characterized as undemocratic
because a "select militia" would have amounted to
nothing less than the creation of a "standing army".
Our founding fathers shared great concerns about the
issue of standing armies, and this is why proposals
calling for government-regulated militias were shot
down at the time. The "select militia" was ultimately
established and became what is known today as the
National Guard. However, the National Guard is NOT
the "well-regulated militia" referred to in Amendment
II of the U.S. Constitution.Despite differing positions of people like Baron Von
Steuben, a proponent of "select militia", all of the
pre-Constitution militia proposals called for what is
known as a general duty of all citizens to possess
arms. That's right, they called it a general duty.
The second amendment continues on to say that "the
right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not
be infringed." Many academians and special interest
groups seem to ignore this part of the amendment - the
part which uses the words "the people". That would be
you and me. In other words, it is our natural right
to possess a firearm and to use it in defense of our
selves, families or homes.This interpretation has been challenged time and time
again by those seeking to convince average citizens
that defense is best left to "law enforcement" and to
the military. Back in the earlier times of this
nation, it would have been simply unthinkable to
surrender your firearms in the hope that someone else
would protect your interests. Yet, today, we swim in
a sea of special interests, with many powerful and
persuasive voices telling us the Second Amendment does
not mean what it means. To systematically disarm a
population is to place them in serious jeopardy. Our
Founding Fathers knew this all too well, which is why
they placed prohibitions within the Constitution.
It's safe to assume that these men learned their
lessons from the record of history.Home-Rule Ordinances vs. the U.S. Constitution
For the last two years, I have watched the ongoing
battle being waged between a man named Rick Stanley,
Denver law enforcement, and the Denver, Colorado
judiciary. Stanley is a former Libertarian
senatorial candidate for the state of Colorado and has
been perhaps the most impassioned, unrelenting and
outspoken American in current times on the issue of
the second amendment. Denver is one of 76 home-rule
municipalities within the state of Colorado. A
home-rule municipality, according to the Colorado
Municipal League, is one in which "citizens voted to
adopt a home-rule charter based on the principle that
local citizens should have the right to decide how
their local government should be organized and local
problems resolved." The purpose of this is to
protect a city from state interference, unless the
courts decide that a matter has statewide impact. If
this is the case, then the state law is said to
prevail over home-rule law.Home-rule would appear to be a tool of citizen
empowerment on its face. However, what happens when a
home-rule ordinance conflicts with a state
constitution or even the federal Constitution? Which
law prevails? For example, if the Second Amendment to
the U.S. Constitution tells us that every American
citizen has the right to keep and bear arms, and goes
on to say that this right shall not be infringed, how
can a home-rule city lawfully enact and enforce a
local ordinance that clearly violates the federal
statute? Rick Stanley is sitting in a Colorado jail
at this writing because he refused to abide by
Denver's local home-rule ordinance which prohibits
people from openly carrying a firearm. Stanley
insists that this ordinance violates not only the
Colorado State Constitution but also the Constitution
for the united States of America.In Section 8 of the Home Rule provision of the
Colorado Constitution, (Article 2, Section 6) it
specifically prohibits any home-rule city from making
any ordinance that violates a Colorado citizen's
rights in the state Constitution. This was affirmed
in SB-25, legislation which tells all cities in
Colorado - and specifically on the issue of "open
carry of a weapon" - that the cities are prohibited
from making ordinances that violate state
constitutional rights. City ordinances must be in
harmony with, not in violation of, the state
constitution. So what is Denver's problem with this,
exactly?Stanley was not arrested for brandishing his weapon
in a threatening manner or for using it in the
commission of any crime. He was arrested for having
his weapon visibly holstered. He was exercising his
natural right to keep and bear arms in a peaceable
manner, a provision which is succinctly spelled out
within our Bill of Rights. Rick Stanley's refusal to
defer to a home-rule ordinance which he deems
unconstitutional (simply because it is) has been a
constant thorn in the side of Denver law enforcement
and the Denver courts system. Stanley has also
challenged the jurisdictional authority of the
judiciary to even try his case. He cited the U.S.
Constitution in his defense and was pointedly ordered
not to refer to it again by one Judge Patterson. It
would seem that the Denver Judiciary is getting a
little too big for its britches, wouldn't it?
Incidentally, the Colorado State Constitution Bill of
Rights says:
" Section 13. Right to bear arms. The right of no
person to keep and bear arms in defense of his home,
person and property, or in aid of the civil power when
thereto legally summoned, shall be called in question;
but nothing herein contained shall be construed to
justify the practice of carrying concealed weapons."
Rick Stanley was not carrying a concealed weapon.The ongoing and escalating debacle in Denver with
Stanley, (a successful local businessman as well as a
constitutional activist) is relevant to us all. We
need to ask ourselves if his situation could happen to
any one of us in any state of the Union. Do home-rule
ordinances supersede state or federal statutes? Does
the Second amendment really apply to every U.S.
citizen or can a local municipality override a federal
mandate? How much power do local governments actually
possess? If a city or town can enact laws that
abrogate state and federal laws, then it is
conceivable that within the state of Colorado alone,
one could travel to 76 different cities and be subject
to differing laws from city to city and town to town.
How confusing is that? Moreover, how can this be in
harmony with the U.S. Constitution - the supreme law
of the land?Looking further into the issue of home-rule, it needs
to be clear that local governments have limited
authority. They do not possess inherent power or
authority. Even a home-rule city or town does not
have limitless authority to just do as it pleases.
City governments obtain their power from state
government. They are confined to dealing with local
matters only and are confined within the boundaries
of their state constitutions. Home-rule ordinances do
not free the people of a city or town from their state
constitutions nor are they freed of the provisions of
the supreme law of the land, the Federal Constitution.I was curious to know the educated opinion of an
academian on this subject, so I asked a professor of
political science, Mr. Joseph F. Zimmerman. Professor
Zimmerman is currently writing the 2004 Book of the
States. He is a noted researcher on the subject of
home-rule and related topics. When asked about the
Second Amendment and home-rule, Professor Zimmerman
replied:"You are using the National Rifle Association's
definition of the right to keep and bear arms as
guaranteed by the 2nd amendment to the U.S.
Constitution. You need to read the entire amendment
which stipulates " A well-regulated militia, being
necessary to the security of a free state, the right
of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be
infringed."Excuse me? The National Rifle Association's
definition? Isn't that interesting. As a matter of
fact, I've read and re-read the 2nd amendment a number
of times and I think it enunciates rather well the
spirit and intent under which it was drafted. Call me
crazy, but I'm convinced that this amendment says what
it means and means what it says. It's a shame human
beings invariably feel the need to twist, contort and
complicate what would otherwise be a very simple
matter. According to Zimmerman, there is more than one
definition or version of the 2nd amendment. I'm
reminded of a former president who liked to have fun
playing with the definition of the word "is". If you
recall, "is" does not necessarily mean "is". And now,
there are those who would argue that the 2nd amendment
does not mean what it says. These must be the same
people who think there is more than one version of the
truth.Zimmerman goes on to say " The Militia was renamed the
National Guard by a 1916 Act of Congress. The
amendment refers to the minutemen of the revolutionary
war period or citizen soldiers. The amendment does
not mean you have a constitutional right to own a
bazooka, a heavy caliber machine gun, or similar
weapons." Zimmerman had this to say about home-rule:
".there is no complete "home-rule" for any local
government. If a local government had complete
home-rule, it would be a sovereign political entity."So which law prevails and which is the higher
authority - a home-rule law or the federal law? The
Supreme Court had this to say:"The United States is entirely a creature of the
Constitution. Its power and authority have no other
source. It can only act in accordance with all the
limitations imposed by the Constitution." - Reid v
Covert 354 US l, 1957, Supreme Court decision

nation, including Denver, Colorado, where local
government apparently believes it answers to no higher
authority than itself. The rights enunciated within
the Bill of Rights are clear and they are applicable
to ALL Americans. There is no judge in any of these
united States of America - including Denver's Judge
Patterson - who has been granted the authority to
nullify the Federal Constitution or disallow it in a
supposed court of law. This type of behavior is not
only the pinnacle of arrogance, but extremely
dangerous to all of us. It sets a horrifying judicial
standard and a frightening precedent because it bears
tremendous potential to be duplicated in courts
throughout the country if left unchecked.As American citizens, we possess fundamental human
rights, granted to us by our Maker. We possess the
right to defend ourselves and those we love, and to
defend our property/land. The 2nd amendment is simple
to understand and has no obscure, multiple meanings.

Rick Stanley stood up to Colorado authorities. In doing so, he revealed the deleterious shift of freedom-destroying corporate policies of a Government which no longer serves the interests of its Creator, the Sovereign People.
Rick sits in jail because he demonstrated a level of consciousness which was common to a freedom-loving People only to learn the "Spirit of the People" has been annihilated (at least in the States of Colorado and Oregon). Sovereign People, through doubt by incremental mind control, have capitulated to the threats of their own creation - government. They have forgotten that the creation (government) can never be greater than its Creator (the Sovereign People).
I, too, stood up to the Oregon authorities and was jailed and convicted by an UNCONSTITUTIONAL COURT System. However, throughout the ordeal of dealing with two trumped-up trials by a SATANIC Judicial System, I maintained my SOVEREIGNTY and challenged the courts to PROVE their JURISDICTION. THEY COULD NOT AND STILL HAVE NOT PROVEN THEIR JURISDICTION over anyone other than a Juristic Person!!
I, as a living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man, refused to consent to my prosecution and probation terms imposed upon me by an unlawful Court. In open court at the sentencing of the juristic person, I accused the judge and prosecutor and other authorities in the Josephine County Justice System of crimes connected with the unlawful and unconstitutional prosecurtion and demanded an Investigation. That demand was additionally made of Governor Ted Kulongoski of Oregon in subsequent written communications, none of which have been answered to date.
Rick Stanley is in jail while I am not. When the "brain-dead" psychologically conditioned People of America who have sacrificed their "souls for security" understand why there is such disparate treatment of two men who love freedom, one incarcerated while the other remains free, the key to restoration of our country shall become a "done deal."
It is time to remove the "smoke and mirrors" of the courtroom, inserted there by word-twising, SATANIC serving attorneys and judges.
It is time for TRUTH to take its proper place in the courts of our land.
It is time for the Sovereign People to understand once and for all, whom and what they serve.

The Power lies in the hands of the Sovereign People. BOYCOTT government at all SATANIC levels. Strip away the energy upon which it feeds, your money and support, and it, like putrid, decaying fruit, shall die on the vine.
