rk: I suggest you look up the definition of "Juristic Person" in a law dictionary. There you will see that IT IS A LEGAL FICTION, a legal construct, an intellectual concept which HAS NO LIFE OF ITS OWN and is not the living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man or woman that the average person "thinks" it is.
rk: In Truth, the courts have no jurisdiction over living breathing, flesh-and-blood sentient natural persons without their employment of this fraudulent legal device. Most people are conditioned from an early age to think (they are conditioned by government institutions of learning/public schools) that the courts are a place of justice, of fairness, of equitable resolution. That's the PR image, without which the courts would not last out the day if the masses discover that the "emperor has no clothes," no authority but the authority granted them through consent.
rk: The average person would be shocked to learn that they are prosecuted, jailed, fined, and yes, even put to death by the court through their own consent. Without such contractual agreement, the courts are stymied in their prosecution of a living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient natural SOVEREIGN man/woman. My own personal experience with the State of Oregon, and the County of Josephine throughout the last twelve months bears this SHOCKING REVELATION out.

Jack, your recent posts insightfully honing the question of the People of America being regarded as Sovereigns or Slaves is both important and timely! It needs to be widely exposed and infused with an energy which lies well beyond the mere asking of "sound byte" questions.
My personal experience in the courts with JOSEPHINE COUNTY and the STATE OF OREGON goes to the very question of WHO IS THE GOVERNMENT?? Is it you and I? Is it our neighbors? Is it the People at large? Or is it the elected, appointed and employed public servants we hire who have now donned the ominous cloak of tyranny?
Are we finding ourselves returning to the feudal system which makes some masters and others slaves? Have we ever left it?!
This fundamental question needs to be aired on a wide scale -- NATIONALLY, if not INTERNATIONALLY!
This can all be done quite simply. The foundation has already been layed. All that is necessary now is to focus public attention upon my case (for what they have done to me they can do to anyone -- do not wait for a big catastrophe to befall our country while you are "being nibbled to death by ducks") and public pressure be placed on Oregon Governor TED KULONGOSKI to launch a statewide investigation into the corruption arising from the Southern Oregon Courts and extending to the Secretary of State's Office and Office of the Attorney General in a statewide judicial coverup.

Put it to the test for yourself. Think of NOTHING. Have you truly grasped the infiniteness of NOTHING, or have you merely entertained the superficial THOUGHT of nothingness?
The Intellect requires THOUGHT to ensure its existence. Without thought where is intellect?
ALL THOUGHT is SATANIC -- BAR NONE!! It is dualistic and therefore adversarial/opposing in nature.
There is no GOOD thought, nor BAD thought. THERE IS ONLY THOUGHT! And it brings with it endless wrangling over petty beliefs, religious and political. Understanding the truth of that simple fact causes THOUGHT to come to an end. Understand the priori of conditioning, and you have already transcended the SATANIC bonds of thought.
Civilized man worships the god of Intellect, the petty god of knowledge, SATAN. Human life on Earth is based in such SATANIC thought.
SATAN rules the lives of confused men and women who serve the agenda of conflict, violence, opposition and power. After all, the very basis for Intellectual thought is OPPOSITION. How can peace exist in the realm of Intellectually-posited OPPOSITION?
The Christ State of Consciousness is the TRUE NATURE of all men of integrity. These are those who have risen above petty intellectual pursuits and resonate in the unmistakable essence of nondualistic energy, which is TRUTH. The rest of humanity suffers from "conditioned amnesia" of their True estate as CHILDREN OF GOD, the Estate of Divine Intelligence, of Spiritual Grace.
The SATANIC intellect, partial and fragmented in nature, is incapable of grasping such simplicity. It has formed the multitude of institutions which wield SATANIC power over the minds and hearts of confused masses. The SATANIC intellect must have the priori of myths and legends on which to build their mind control agendas. Civilized man has always been, and continues to be, ruled by force and fear, either by the WARRIOR or the WITCHDOCTOR, either POLITICS or RELIGION. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
It is all done through the TABOOS instituted through mind control.
Example: The Christian Ten Commandments. The subject does not matter; the key to control blind believers is found in the introductory phrase THOU SHALT NOT! Since Man's Fall from Grace (Direct Perception of Truth) Millions and Millions have succumbed to such basic SATANIC deception.
TRUTH cannot be arrived at through the incrementalization of partial thought. It emerges through the NEGATION of THOUGHT.
TRUTH is grasped directly through holistic (holy) DIRECT PERCEPTION. It resonates AT-ONE with the nondualistic essence of TRUTH when the NOISY OPPOSING INTELLECT comes to an end -- when it is quieted. In that timeless moment of NOW, TRUTH IS! That is the simple message another Christ, Jesus of Nazareth, brought to His contemporaries. That is the message that caused His execution. SATANIC leaders sacrificed HIM upon the altar of Human IGNORANCE.
Therein lies the CHRIST state of Consciousness -- THE TRUTH, LIFE, AND THE WAY! It is this nondualistic essence which poses an eternal threat to SATANIC dualistic thought.

In view of the dominance of Christian conditioning in our Western world, that is a rather shocking statement, isn't it?
It is the kind of statement which inevitably unhinges rigid mind control programing held by masses of suggestible blind believers who have been precluded from looking deeply beyond the "letter of the word" -- the level of empty intellectual patter they have been traditionally conditioned to parrot and worship.
In their ignorance, these blind believers worship SATAN, the petty "god of Intellect," the "god of OPPOSITION, FRAGMENTATION, DIVISION". The "god" responsible for HELL ON EARTH.
All mind control is SATANIC in nature -- BAR NONE. It requires forceful/seductive manipulation of SATANIC (OPPOSING) dualistic psychologically-based principles. It is the antithesis of TRUTH -- the nondualistic essence of WHAT IS.
With his "Fall from Grace" (the descent from direct perception of TRUTH to indirect belief of the illusion, the "Idea of truth") "fallen man" has, in confusion and condemnatory self-doubt, damned himself to function at the deepest reaches of a personally self-inflicted HELL with its everlasting pain, suffering, misery, and despair. Codependent, helpless spiritual children cower in fear in the shadows cast by threatening political and religious, mind-controlling "BOGEYMEN."
Long-standing psychological conditioning has damned spiritual children to live in a perpetual hypnotic dream state which renders them inert, fearful and hopeless, little more than immature, helpless, hopeless slaves.
It is fear which compels them to look to the very people, their Machiavellian-manipulative leaders -- the people who caused the problem, to solve the problem. The secret to resolving the problems of a SATANICALLY ruled world is not found in violent acts of RESISTANCE through armed revolution. Have you not learned the lessons of history? The secret to deliverance from EVIL (endless opposition) is found in the spiritual act of BOYCOTT -- PEACEFUL WITHDRAWAL OF ONE'S SUPPORTIVE SPIRITUAL ENERGY.

Once again, you are not getting the subtlety of conditioning as it affects your daily perceptions of the world.Beliefs are conditionings, no more, no less. They are divisive, separative. They do not lead to understanding but account for the ills of the world.
Beliefs are the illusions which pass as a "Lazy Man's Truth." Belief per se is responsible for HELL ON EARTH.
