  This is in response to Managing Editor E Pruneau's article "Man Faces Prison Term for Driving Without License".

   After reading the article, I questioned whether I still lived in America, the "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave."

   When prosecutors and judges, charged with the prosecution and adjudication of crime, become criminals themselves by violating the Unalienable Rights of the People who stand before them, that society cannot last long.

   How can a man be charged with a felony as a Repeat Offender because he lives and loves freedom, the lifegiving essence which motivated our Founding Fathers to break loose the stranglehold of an occupying foreign government tyranny by fighting a war and
forming a new government wherein sovereignty remained with the People, not with its new servant "government," which was granted limited powers?

   How can a man be charged with a felony for not seeking government permission for an  activity which is his sovereign right, his right to liberty?

     What happened to us since 1776?  Are we a nation of freemen, or have we been diminished to the status of serfs, slaves, chattel, human resources, owned and ruled by lords and masters?

   The only question I have is, what in the world went on in the minds of the 12 jurors? Have they not heard of Jury Nullification?

   If one man can be sentenced to prison for demanding his unalienable right to liberty,  then all men may suffer the same fate when tyrants come to rule.

Hi Pat,

   I read you article on the Republic bulletin board.  I truly am sorry that your early life experience was as you described it.

   Know however, that there was a reason for it.  That reason is for you to discover and grow by.

   Life is infinite in it possibilities yet we are thrust into the finite to put to the test our humanity.  Look back at your own life, observe yourself today, and you will see the truth of that statement.

   Life will always be the swirling hurricane of Hell, all around you.  The lesson to be learned is BALANCE which places you smack dab in the eye of the hurricane where peace of the Spirit is undisturbed.

   Learn to be quiet and just observe what comes up in your consciousness.  This kind of meditation is easier said than done for most, but I assure you, it will accellerate you liberation from your pervasive negative memories.

   Your survival is testimony to the lesson you have already learned in your early years for I experience the resonance of love rather than resentment in your words.

rk:  Think that comment is a stretch?  Put it to the test.  For a brief, fleeting moment, STOP THINKING and just LOOK.  Look again at our world today; this time with a fresh, untainted, unconditioned perspective.  Then you will know the solution to civilized man's neverending problems.  Then you will know just what  it takes to open the "eyes and ears" of the "blind and deaf."

rk:  Look at what you both are saying.  You each propose the same end, although promoting different paths to it, while arguing endlessly over whose path is better.  All the while, you remain immobile, inert, because you are caught by your own thoughts and cannot see the "forest for the trees."  Hence, while you continue to argue, you can do naught else.

rk:  Ponder this, if you will.  What do you ultimately have when you have reached your goal?  It is plain to see that you guys just don't go FAR ENOUGH in your peer-accepted attempt at problem solving!!

rk:  That's not a cheap shot, fellas.  It was not meant to be insulting.  It merely points out the pervasiveness of limited thinking in society, which accounts for the state of Hell our world is in.  Another word for such "limited thinking" is IGNORANCE!  Has it not also been said that "the road to hell is paved with good intentions?"

rk:  The real solution is simple.   STOP the SATANIC THOUGHT which presently rules you and divides you from one another.  In the pristine moment of nonjudgment of others, look at them again with clear eyes, untainted by the prejudice of SATANIC thought.  I guarantee you will see them differently -- as they are, not as you think they are.

rk:  In that transcendent moment of Spiritual Rebirth which cannot be touched by the SATANIC Intellect, resonates the Living Spirit of Truth.  It is the manifestation of all "simple beings of Truth," Christs -- Without Amnesia.

rk:  It's time for us to face ourselves and take responsibility for the world we have created in OUR image.  The conditioned, codependent, blind and obedient, image worshipping, bible thumping ignoramuses out there who await the "Second Coming of Christ" to save them from themselves, are but hymn-singing lemmings already on the march toward their fate.

The following Letter to the Editor was printed  in the July 2nd, 2003 edition of the Illinois Valley News, Cave Junction Oregon.  It was written by Don Schwarz of Stoughton Massachusetts.  It addresses the Right of Americans to travel upon *their* publicly owned highways without being required to be licensed by the State.

Dear Editor:
 

It was lawful to travel upon the public rights-of-way during the time of the Pilgrims.

It was lawful to travel upon the public rights-of-way during the time of the Revolutionary War.

It was lawful to travel upon the public rights-of-way during the time of the Civil War.

It was lawful to travel upon the public rights-of-way during the time of the Spanish American War.

Cave Junction resident Raymond Ronald Karczewski was denied his constitutional right to travel upon the public rights-of-way, even though he paid the very excise tax used specifically to fund the very road he was on.

Am I to believe, that if you pay a "use tax" such as are excise taxes used to fund road construction and maintenance, that you can be denied the use of that which you paid the tax upon, based upon some arbitrary and unproven "license" stature which negates the very tax which has been collected to secure the right of travel?

Pay the use "excise tax," be denied that which the tax you paid was collected so you could use it.

"Oh we're sorry Mr. Karczewski, even though you paid the "use tax" on the very public right-of-way you are using as intended by the "excise tax" which you paid on gasoline, oil and tires, you will be denied this right, unless you have purchased a commercial license to use that which you have a right to use under the Constitution and by the fact you paid the "use tax" on same.

"You see, all users of the public rights-of-way will be considered 'commercial users' subject to licensing laws.  Have a nice day."

When did it become unconstitutional and unlawful, to travel upon the public rights-of-way for all constitutional purposes under the First Amendment of assembly or by the right that all public
rights-of-way exist at taxpayer expense for their use?

Show me the constitutional amendment which has now denied to the American people this right.  I'm not speaking of licensing and registering commercial uses of the public rights-of-way for commercial gain, but only of an American's right to travel freely upon the public rights-of-way for all constitutional purposes.

When did the right of freedom of travel become a licensed privilege by a constitutional amendment?

     In our conversation at your home last week, I told you my momentum was not politically based, but rather that which is found in the Spiritual path of balance.

   I have long ago learned the lesson of "Resist not Evil."  In the place of resistance arose a Mirrored Shield of Divine Protection.  It afforded a protection like none other experienced in life.  It is an enveloping protection, one which resonates with all those who live and love TRUTH, and serves as the instrument which brings self-destruction to all who live their lives in Satanic opposition to Truth.

     The current liens of $21,600,000.00 placed jointly on JOSEPHINE COUNTY and the STATE OF OREGON for commercial damages sustained by me will stand as my MIRRORED SHIELD OF TRUTH.  Both Corporate entities/bullies are in default and the total monies are now due and owing.

      You will note that NOT ONE AGENT for the STATE OF OREGON, from the Governor's Office down to the COUNTY COMMISSIONERS of JOSEPHINE COUNTY, has been willing to swear, under oath, an affidavit establishing their proof of a COMMERCIAL CLAIM against me.

     I have challenged the court and DISTRICT ATTORNEY repeatedly to prove its jurisdiction/claim over me.  Yet none have come forth, even though I was incarcerated for a total of 35 days in the Josephine County Jail and released only after the authorities feared the consequences of having to face the public over another death in the Josephine County Jail should I have succumbed to the
effects of an on-going, lengthy hunger strike.

     I understand a public town hall meeting  is scheduled with the County Commissioners for tomorrow July 9, 2003.  Though I will not attend, you have my permission to use any statement I have made to you regarding my case, on or off the internet.

     This indifference to the Josephine County Taxpayers by Judge Neufeld & company goes back in time and is not a recent phenomenon.  You may or may not be aware of the experiences of my wife Anita as a Grand Jury member back in 1998.

     What's missing in Anita's account of her grand jury duties is her request for dismissal from the jury due to her lack of confidence in the handling of the investigation by then District Attorney Tim Thompson.  Judge Neufeld's order to the Court stenographer at the short legal dismissal proceeding was that it was not for public record.

      Thank you, Jack, for your zest and zeal for the restoration of  justice in JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON.

The following report written by Anita was presented to her fellow Grand Jurors on Wednesday, September. 30, 1998. (All names of Grand Jurors were edited out by Raymond Karczewski.)

rk: After review of the report, and although agreeing with its accuracy, the other jurors elected to continue on with the present course now laid out for them by District Attorney Timothy Thompson. After all jurors read Anita's report, a vote of confidence in District Attorney Thompson was taken which ultimately resulted in a 6-1 vote in support of Thompson. Anita being the sole dissenter. For reasons that are obvious, Anita felt she could not in good conscience participate in any further Grand Jury investigation regarding said vote fraud matter and asked to be dismissed from the jury. Subsequent to his reading of the following report in his chamber, Judge Neufeld formally relieved Anita from her service on the Grand Jury in a courtroom hearing. Present at the dissmisal hearing was Anita, Assistant D.A. Steven Campbell, Grand Jury Foreman M. U., Judge Neufeld. and an unidentified court reporter. The court reporter transcribed the proceedings at the direction of Judge Neufeld who instructed the reporter that the minutes were not to be entered into public record. The whole contact with Judge Newfeld, both in his private chambers and courtroom hearing, lasted approximately half an hour. This is submitted for further background info on the vote fraud issue. This is an example of our government in operation..

August 26, 1998

At the conclusion of its scheduled agenda the Grand Jury informed District Attorney Steven Campbell. of its intention to look into the matter of voter fraud in Josephine County. D.A.Campbell said he didn't know how that kind of thing was handled and would have to check with "the boss," District Attorney TimThompson, "if he was still in the building."

District Attorney Thompson. responded to the jury room and was told of the jury's intention to investigate the possibility of vote fraud in Josephine County. Due to the fact that there were only four weeks left of our term of jury duty, the jury asked for his assurance that it would be held over until it completed its investigation. D.A.Thompson said something to the effect that so few people voted it hardly seemed worthwhile to pursue an investigation. He asked what prompted the investigation and was informed that an account on the Internet home page of Peter Sparacino, a representative of a candidate in the last election, telling of his personal experience and observations regarding the security, handling, remarking, and method of tallying votes in the county election indicated there were serious flaws in the procedure that needed to be investigated to ensure the security and integrity of the election process in Josephine Country.

D.A.Thompson said he would give the jury's investigation his personal attention and that the jury "may" be held over if there were "probable cause" to believe that vote fraud had taken place. He also offered his opinion that Mr. Sparacino saw conspiracy around every corner. He asked what the focus of the investigation would be. Juror N. P. then said that we would start with Mr. Sparacino and would let that "lead us wherever it went for as long as it takes" to complete the investigation. D.A.Thompson said there had never been an investigation into the election process in the 16 years he has worked in Josephine County, and he had no previous experience in such an investigation. He stated that we were in "uncharted waters," but that he would follow whatever orders the Grand Jury gave him.

It was agreed between D.A.Thompson and the jury that the investigation into vote fraud would be scheduled on the agenda to take place from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM each Wednesday after the regular agenda had been completed.

Due to J.L. and D.M. having previously asked to be excused from jury duty on September 2, 1998, the Grand Jury ordered  D.A.Thompson to subpoena Peter Sparacino to appear before it to testify on September 9, 1998, the next date on which all the members of the Grand Jury would be present to hear testimony. Mr.Thompson also suggested that County Clerk Georgette Brown testify on September 9th, 1998 as she would already be in the building and available. It was the jury's decision to hear the testimony of Peter Sparacino before proceeding to examine any other witnesses.

September 9, 1998

Upon convening it was immediately noted by the Grand Jury panel that the agenda for that day contained two different and  conflicting cases scheduled for 3:00 PM. The first item scheduled for 3:00 PM was an indictment presented by the District Attorney's Office for action by the Grand Jury. The second item scheduled for 3:00 PM was the investigation into vote fraud in Josephine County. Mr. Peter Sparacino and County Clerk Georgette Brown were listed as those persons who were to testify.

During her weekly update to the jury of changes not noted in the agenda for the day, Angie, the court clerk, was questioned about the two conflicting items scheduled for 3:00 PM. She said that she had been gone for the past week and didn't know anything about it and that "Tim" (District Attorney Tim Thompson) would fill us in on that himself at 3:00 PM.

After all items on the agenda had been acted upon by the Grand Jury, District Attorney Thompson. appeared in the jury room. When Anita Karczewski asked why he had failed to carry out the order of the Grand Jury to subpoena Peter Sparacino, D.A.Thompson said that due to a "family emergency" (it was later learned that his father-in-law was ill) he had not gotten around to serving Mr. Sparacino with a subpoena to appear. He said that the fault was his, he would shoulder all the blame, and that although he had intended to contact Mr. Sparacino, he had never gotten around to it.

When Anita Karczewski asked him why he had not delegated someone in his office to subpoena Mr. Sparacino, District Attorney Thompson said to her, "Anita, why do you and I always argue?" Mr. Thompson said that since he had told the Grand Jury that he would give the investigation into vote fraud his personal attention, he felt that it was his duty to take care of it himself.

When Anita Karczewski again asked Mr. Thompson if the jury would be held over until their investigation into vote fraud was completed, once again the District Attorney said that they "may" be held over. At that point she expressed her strong feeling that Mr. Thompson's use of the euphemism "may be" indicated to her that the jury would be delayed out of existence. Mr. Thompson said he did not intend to let this investigation into vote fraud turn into "a Starr" investigation that "dragged on and on for months" (referring to the Grand Jury investigation led by the Independent Prosecutor Kenneth Starr appointed by Attorney General Janet Reno to look into Whitewater and other allegations against President Clinton, Hillary Clinton and their associates which after nearly two years ended with Monica Lewinsky and her testimony that she had had an affair with Bill Clinton).

When the same juror asked if Mr. Sparacino. would be subpoenaed to testify the next week, Mr. Thompson said that "hopefully" he would be able to do that before the meeting on Wednesday September 16, 1998. He said that it takes time to draw up a subpoena, print it out, and have it served. Mrs. Karczewski said, "There go those euphemisms again; "may be," "hopefully." District Attorney Thompson's face turned a deep red and he angrily asked her, "What do you want me to say?" She replied, "That the jury will be held over until the investigation is completed," "That you will subpoena Mr. Sparacino" To which Mr. Thompson replied that the jury will be held over, and that he would contact Mr. Sparacino. "right now." He then stormed out of the room. Juror D.M. commented to Anita that Mr. Thompson. seemed to be familiar with her and asked her how long she had known him. Anita replied that she had met District Attorney Thompson on July 1, 1998, the first day of her Grand Jury duty. On Friday, September 11, 1998, Mr. Sparacinot received a letter from District Attorney Tim Thompson directing him to appear before the Grand Jury on September 16, 1998.

September 16, 1998

At approximately 4:45 PM, upon completion of actions taken regarding indictments presented to the Grand Jury by the District Attorney's Office, D.A.Thompson appeared in the jury room bringing with him enlarged pages of Chapter 254, "Conduct of Elections", of the Oregon Revised Statutes affixed to panels approximately 2 1/5 feet wide by 3 feet high and announcing that Peter Sparacino was waiting outside to testify. He also passed out 8 1/5" x 11" copies of Chapter 254 to each member of the jury panel. When juror N.P. asked if the personal copies the jury received could be taken home or if they had to remain in each juror's folder and left at the courhoused, Mr. Thompson at first replied that they had to remain at the courthouse, he then changed his mind and said that each juror could take their copy home with them to read. Mr. Sparacino was called into the jury room by District Attorney Thompson. and sworn in by Jury Foreman M.U.

Mr. Sparacino was questioned at length by members of the jury and District Attorney Thompson. Mr. Thompson drew a diagram of the office of County Clerk Georgette Brown on the blackboard and details of the room, the placement of tables for the processing of ballots, positions of candidate representatives during the processing of the voter's ballots, position of the AIS machine and other items pertinent to the investigation were filled in by both Mr. Thompson. and Mr. Sparacino. Mr. Sparacino supplied the jury with names of persons he knew of who had also expressed their concern to him of the precedure used by County Clerk Georgette Brown to process the ballots and to declare the outcome. During the course of the questioning juror D.M. asked Mr. Sparacinot what his main concern was regarding the election
process. Citing his previous experience as part of the security force surrounding the handling of money in a Nevada casino, Mr. Sparacinot replied that his concern was for the security of the voted ballots against tampering and the accounting for and place of destruction of the unused ballots. Juror N.P. then commented that "we're looking for a crime." Once again District Attorney Thompson commented that the jury was in "uncharted waters" and was on its own in pursuing this investigation. At the end of his testimony Mr. Sparacino was asked by the jury if he would be available to give further testimony during the investigation to which he replied that he would. Juror Anita Karczewski requested that District Attorney Thompson make copies of Chapters 246 - Administrator of Election Laws, Vote recording; 253 - Absent Electors; 258 - Election Contests, Recounts and 260 - Campaign finance regulation; Offenses of the Oregon Statutes for distribution to the jurors the next Wednesday.

September 23, 1998

In her weekly update of changes in the agenda for the day, Angie, the court clerk, informed the jury that County Clerk Georgett Brown would not be available as scheduled by D.A.Thompson and that if it were not too late after we had finished our regular agenda he had planned a tour for the jury of the county clerk's office in its stead. At approximately 4:45PM District Attorney Thompson arrived in the jury room and explained that County Clerk Georgette Brown was not there to give testimony because she had a previous commitment "for which she had paid money." He then led the jury to the office of the county clerk. Upon arrival we were introduced to Assistant County Clerk Arthur Harvey who showed us the room(s) where voter's ballots were processed, described the way in which the tables were arranged where the remarking of the voter's ballots took place, the area in which candidate representatives were seated to observe the process, the AIS machine that read the ballots and put forth a total, the eprom (erasable/programmable) chip used in the AIS ballot counting machine and how it was stored between elections, and the security measures that were in general use in the office. He informed the jury that he had programmed the chip for the last election. Many times during the tour Mr. Harvey stated that he had only worked there for about 11 1/5 months and could not answer their question. At the conclusion of the tour Anita Karczewski mentioned that Mr. Harvey had not been sworn in and was not under oath when answering jurors questions whereupon, after the fact and in the presence of District Attorney Thompson,
Grand Jury Foreman M.U. administered the oath which had preceded all testimony heard by the Grand Jury up until September 23, 1998 and inserted the words "the testimony you have given" in place of "the testimony you are about to give." Anita Karczewski voiced her feeling that such after-the-fact swearing in was not valid. District Attorney Thompson. remained silent.

1997 Oregon Revised Statutes

Probable Cause: OR131.005 (11) "Probable cause" means that there is a substantial objective basis for believing that more likely than not an offense has been committed and a person to be arrested has committed it.

8.690 Advising and representing county officers and employees. Upon request of a county officer, the district attorney and deputies of the district attorney shall advise the county court and other county officers on all legal questions that may arise. When any action is instituted against any county officer or county employee for damages for an alleged wrongful act or omission in the performance of official duty, the district attorney shall defend such action. The district attorney shall also prosecute and defend all actions, suits, and proceedings to which the county may be a party. For such services the district attorney shall receive no compensation other than salary.

[Amended by 1957 c.151 s.1; 1965 c.419 s.1]

8.710 Disqualification; appointment of special district attorney. If a district attorney fails to attend any court at which the district attorney is required to be, or is related to the accused by consanguinity or affinity, or, prior to the district attorney's election as district attorney, represented the accused in the matter to be investigated by the grand jury or the crime charged in the indictment, or is associated with the accused in business, or is interested financially in the matter or property out of which the alleged crime or criminal action arose, or is a stockholder in any corporation, any officer or stockholder of which is charged with the commission of any crime, or declines to prosecute or participate in proceedings for the imposition of sanctions for a contempt of court under ORS 33.065, or because of any other conflict cannot ethically serve as district attorney in a particular case, and such facts appear to the satisfaction of the court by affidavit or otherwise, the court shall appoint a regularly licensed and practicing attorney of this state who is not counsel for an interested party to perform the duties of district attorney during the district attorney's absence or inability to serve, or the trial or investigation of such accused. When the district attorney is disqualified as provided in this section, the person so appointed by the court shall receive reasonable compensation for that person's attendance, to be allowed by the court. The court in such case shall order compensation to be paid by the county, except that when the person so appointed performs the district attorney's responsibilities under ORS 25.080, the court shall order compensation to be paid by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services of the state from funds available for that purpose. [Amended by 1985 c.611 s.1; 1991 c.724 s.16]

Petition for Independent Prosecutor

Since the inception of the Grand Jury's investigation into vote fraud in Josephine County, Oregon, District Attorney T.T. has failed to advise the Grand Jury on the proper legal procedure to follow. He has not offered his guidance or assistance in any way and has distanced himself from this investigation through his actions and statements. All delays in this investigation have been on the part of District Attorney T. who, having been directed to do so by the Grand Jury, has failed to subpoena witnesses in a timely manner and has offered excuses for his failure to do so. He has sought to present the testimony of the department/person(s) under investigation prior to the presentation of testimony upon which to determine what or if any charges may be brought against them by the Grand Jury. He scheduled the appearance before the Grand Jury of a witness and then excused the witness from appearing by reason of their having a prior commitment. He has clearly demonstrated to the Grand Jury that he has a conflict of interest regarding this investigation. Based upon sections OR131.005 (11), 8.690, and 8.710 of the 1997 Oregon Revised Statutes the Grand Jury petitions the court to appoint an independent prosecutor to advise and guide us through this investigation.

I am familiar with your case, and I have to say that your troubles are only being perpetuated by your refusal to pay a small fine. People who drive without a license are breaking the law, yet you make a federal case of it? You will obtain no sympathy from this forum, because the police were right in charging you. This forum is aimed at the discussion of law enforcement officials and departments which are corrupt. The speed trap which you accuse Mr Owen of "whining about" IS illegal due to it's purpose. Revenue is generated in the form of taxes, not fines, and police departments are expressly forbidden to engage in the collection of revenue. Speeding tickets are given out for the purpose of safety, not revenue.

I realize this concept if quite out of reach for you, as you have been chronically complaining about the Josephine Sheriff's Department, District Attorneys, Judges, Senators, Governors, the FBI, and I await your escalation to the President. Hasn't this experience taught you anything?

Personally, I find your actions reprehensible. You were released from jail pursuant to an agreement (which you signed) to return to court and answer for your crimes. You have elected to boast about having arrest warrants filed in your name, stated that you are not subject to the law, and yet you insist upon harassing those who advise you that your actions are irresponsible and foolish.

You, my friend, are the sleepyheaded sheep, and you, my friend, are a good example of why police become angry and take out their frustrations on other people. Your past and present behavior is indicative of a child who would rather hold his breath until his face turns blue, than play by the rules.

Anita could not get specific information on the delivery from the postmaster who said it "was so long ago the mail deliverer would not remember" the details. There you have it, folks -- another example of Government Service, Fees paid for service not performed, and not a single reasonable answer to explain their nonperformance of contract.  Where else can one get "something for nothing" but through government employment?

My question of the post office is: What ever happened to the terms of the contract for a SECURED, REGISTERED/RESTRICTED DELIVERY REQUIRING A SIGNATURE OF THE RECIPIENT for which consideration well above normal postal rates was paid?

Has law in JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON ground to a halt?

Are we at the mercy of quick-to-excuse but slow-to-perform bureaucrats?

Is our country in the grip of such questionable governmental tactics by those who care not a whit for the People they purport to serve and who are the source of their salaries?

Can Government and/or their agents avoid responsibility/accountability so simply, so easily?

Is this the level and kind of service Sovereign People ought to be paying taxes for?

In short, folks, JOSEPHINE COUNTY, despite such evasive tactics by parties concerned, has indeed been served with process.  Let us see how they respond further to it.  Will they act honorably, or will they continue to dishonor their office?

Keep in mind, folks, that since this ordeal of False Arrest and False Imprisonment began on September 5th, 2002, NOT ONE SINGLE SOLITARY OREGON GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL from the STATE OFFICES IN SALEM TO JOSEPHINE COUNTY have answered or addressed my challenge to them to prove JURISDICION and/or provide a sworn affidavit establishing proof of a commercial claim over this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, natural private man.

ALL are equal in the eyes of the Law -- the People and Government officials alike.  There are no exceptions.

rk:  A "Motor Vehicle" is a COMMERCIAL conveyance.  I am not engaged in "COMMERCE when I travel in my personal private property on the publicly owned highways." Therefore I am not required to possess a "license."  The State's POLICE POWERS apply only to the regulation of commerce and to those "subjects" who have contracted their rights away to the Corporate State.  Your argument falls apart at its very inception, doesn't it?

rk:  See Above!  Only if one's intent is to engage in commerce while in the use of the public highways or IGNORANTLY waives his rights through contracting, licensing and consent.

rk:  See above! However, your attempt at misdirection from my original article and going off onto an argumentative tangent is duly noted!

rk:  I am not "unemployed."  I am 65 and retired.  Why does that trouble you disinformation folks so?  You seem bent on rattling the cages of the slave-minded who must rationalize their bondage with statements like "if I have to do it, you have to do it."  Such childish ignorance only brings endless pain to ignoramuses who see another living in a state of FREEDOM not possible for them, doesn't it?

rk:  We can resolve this issue simply and expeditiously by your explaining what you perceive that I mean by my use of the word IGNORAMUS  and SATAN.  I have written thousands of posts explaining what I mean ( See: http://www.arkenterprises.com/dialchst.htm and GOOGLE archives)  yet you do not get it.  Let's put the shoe on the other foot. After all, that's where it belongs, doesn't it?  Explain what you understand of my statements.  It is quite obvious to me that we are not communicating; or that you really don't want to communicate, but your intention is to judge, misdirect attention, and argue.

rk:  The problem experienced by you (not understanding me) may be traced to your different interpretation at the "letter of the word" level.  I communicate at the "Spirit of the word" level. The energy of my words probes and plumbs the depths of the troubled human psyche and exposes the deep ignorance manifest in the average civilized, "fallen from grace," intellectually ruled  IGNORAMUS.

rk:  It is that Spiritual Mirroring process which raises such hell and brings out the cheap shot, libel slinging, government/media disinformation wordsmiths in droves.  In short, it's called RAISING HELL that masked IGNORAMUSES create for themselves!

rk:  More disinformation!  Perhaps you will pull out ONE such statement to that effect.  After all, there are thousands of my posts archived.  Howver, be prepared to establish that the source
IS NOT A FORGERY written by another while using my name.  Many disinformation types such as yourself have forged such posts in my name.  In essence, my challenge to you is to PROVE your statement that I have said that I was/am Jesus Christ.

rk:  Nonsense!  I merely ask the judge to prove jurisdiction or claim over this natural man.  The rest is history.  If that scares the judge, so be it.
