      I am not aware of whom you investigated, nor am I satisfied with the depth of your
investigation regarding the tort claim filed with the Josephine County Commissioners Office on
the  3rd day of March 2003 and referred to Mr.KENT GRANAT Director, Department of
Administrative Services for  processing.

      My name is copyrighted and on file with the Oregon Secretary of State Office, UCC Division
and filed with the Josephine County Court Clerk's Office.  I have never been known by the name
addressed on the letter you sent  dated June 3, 2003.   Nor does that name appear as an "identifier"
in any of the court records bearing the case number above.  It, therefore comes as no surprise that
you found no violation of rights of the person bearing that name.

     Please  resume a full, complete, lawful and timely investigation into this matter and advise me
of its outcome and time expended. The taxpayers of Josephine County are observing this case.

    All information is considered Public Information and will be treated as such.

     The following link is, as they say, -- CHECKMATE!!

     Note the county refuses to arrest me.  They can't without upping the tort claim damages to the point that taxpayers won't sit still for such unlawfulness.  So they bluster and bluff and hope the statute of limitations will run out on the tort claim which I have filed against the county.

    You DO KNOW there is a warrant out for my arrest and that I have purposely refused to appear at my last four scheduled court appearances (Dec. 2, 2002, April 30, 2003, May 6, 2003, and May 20, 2003), testing whether our county government will follow the law or thumb their noses at it.

     You do know, don't you, Pete, that THEY CAN'T BRING ME BEFORE THEIR COURT WITHOUT FIRST answering the PROOFS OF CLAIM District Attorney CLAY E. JOHNSON has so far, twice refused to do. THEY CAN'T DO IT!! JOHNSON IS IN DEFAULT, and therefore has no case.

     Pete, my only protective Shield is the simple TRUTH.  TRUTH always outs illusion.  That is what our courts and judicial system is -- AN ORGANIZED SATANIC ILLUSION.

    My hope is that Josephine County Taxpayers observe how their county government ACTUALLY operates with TAXPAYER MONEY, and get off their duffs and do something about it.

     How many more times can this county government break the law in not proving its claim over a man brought before the court on trumped-up charges and still expect to get away with it.

     I'd appreciate it if you'd include my comments along with the following link on your page.  You have the ear of the politicians in SALEM.  Maybe they'll wake up and do something about the out of control lawlessness in Josephine County, if for no other reason than Self-Preservation.

    Nine months ago, I was falsely arrested and imprisoned by the Josephine County Sheriff's Office.  I was released only after a 33-day hunger strike.  After nine appearances before the Josephine County Court, three Josephine County Judges refused my challenge to follow the law of the land and either prove jurisdiction or dismiss the charges.  .

   Twice, Josephine County District Attorney CLAY E. JOHNSON has defaulted in establishing the State's Claim over one who unyieldingly demanded they prove their claim in writing or dismiss the charges. Although JOHNSON has refused to answer my written interrogatories, he nevertheless sent my communications to the Oregon State Police for investigation of "Paper Terrorism."

     While I have openly exposed the unlawful and corrupt practices of our County's government on the internet, the normal media remains strangely silent.  See:

     I have refused to appear or cooperate with the unlawful orders of the Josephine County Court on Dec. 2, Apr. 30, May 6, and May 20th.  On April 30th, a warrant was issued for my arrest, yet they refuse to arrest me. The bar to that arrest remains their inability to prove their claim.

    Three months ago I filed a 21.6 million dollar Tort Claim with the State of Oregon regarding this matter.

    On June 9th, I asked Oregon Governor Kulengoski to intercede on behalf of the People of Oregon and myself, and to launch an investigation into the out-of-control law enforcement and court practices of Josephine County.

    Is Oregon Government a blueprint for Tyranny?

rk:    Those who make the rules win the game.  The solution for the intelligent is -- don't play the game.  But if corporation enforcement personnel - police, "federal prosecutors, defense lawyers and even judges" - track you down, strip away your freedom, leave you no option, and force you into the game; then by all means, use their own rules to mirror the tyranny they have come to represent in a dying society.

jm:    Inmates at the federal jail in Brooklyn are copyrighting their names and  filing multimillion-dollar liens for unauthorized use in legal papers and transcripts.

rk:   You bet!!  Those "legal papers and transcripts" have been the means by which the "federal prosecutors, defense lawyers and even judges" have systematically extracted massive amounts of  wealth via negative claims against one's future productivity.  After all, what is slavery if not "inmate labor" (being paid at 18¢ an hour)?

rk:   In the "Justice System" men are undeniably considered as merchandise, chattel, human resources (outside prison walls,  plausible denial still shrouds such damning truth). The jails are warehouses to store merchandise and forcibly extract the life force and work output of slave laborers.  "Legal papers and transcripts" are merely the warehouse receipts and work orders to accomplish that task.

rk   The "IDEA" of Justice in our world today, is the true scam.  Mind control is the "shaper" of ideas.  Millions of Satanically (Opposer) ruled civilized ignoramuses have been convinced that living a life of suffering, conflict, exploitation and wealth extraction/redistribution  is NORMAL.  The Hell of it is, that for most, IT IS!

rk:  I assure you, those who have made the rules and are now themselves bound by them ARE NOT LAUGHING.  Their techniques of manipulation and wealth extraction have been discovered by "some of the common folk" and it has come back to BITE THEM.

jm:     But Jenks wasn't smiling recently when he got an invoice from a former client, Luis Rual Rodriguez, notifying the lawyer that he owed $41 million.

rk:  True justice is a double edged sword -- it cuts both ways!!

jm:     Assistant U.S. Attorney Noah Perlman was socked with a $30 million  bill for using Rodriguez's name 60 times in court papers. Another prosecutor, Scott Klugman, racked up a $2 million bill for four mentions.

rk:  They're not so secure now in their exploitation of others, are they?  The pleasure of power has turned on them.  They're not so eager to serve their "Satanic" masters now, are they?

rk:  The inmates have discovered that although their bodies are under lock and key, no one can lock up the spirit of Freedom -- every man's true estate unless they can be made to DOUBT THEMSELVES.  It is DOUBT and the power of suggestion that is the essence of mind control.

jm:       At least two other federal prosecutors in Brooklyn have been slapped  with liens that are now being contested by the U.S. attorney's civil division.

jm:    Another defense lawyer, Harry Batchelder, was targeted by two clients,  Felipe Johnson and Jaime Gonzalez.

jm:     Yesterday, Gonzalez was sentenced to life in prison for running a drug crew. But Federal Judge Allyne Ross, who presided over the case, recused herself because Gonzalez had filed an action against her.  Another judge did the sentencing.

rk:  Ask yourselves, why did the judge recuse herself?  Where there's smoke there's fire.   The Satanic system of HELL ON EARTH  has turned on its Satanic Administrators?

jm:    "It's a scam," said Batchelder, who has asked Federal Judge Frederic  Block - hit up for $60 million by Johnson - to dismiss the claims.

rk:  "What's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander."  Let millions of value producers who have lost their property to a corrupt "smoke and mirrors" financial system take back the property seized from them by the IRS through the use of the same lien process.

rk:   Intelligence reveals that through attrition alone, those who live by the sword shall perish by the sword.  And the "boycotting" meek shall be around to inherit the earth.

jm:    Copyright expert Susan Buckley said there is no legal basis for the claims the inmates are making, and it's extremely likely they will all eventually be dismissed.

rk:  "Likely?" "Eventually?"  Anyone pick up on such expert Spin control? Plainly and simply stated, our opposing/adversarial-driven Legal System, despite its enormous ongoing campaign of Public Relations positive imaging, still remains SATANIC (Opposer) in its essence.  Now any ignoramus can get a glimmer of why HELL exists on EARTH.

     I am a 65-year-old retired California Police Sergeant.  I have served my country in Korea, and came home to raise a family of two daughters and a son.

     After my disability retirement from the Pacifica Police Department in the San Francisco Bay Area, I continued to serve my community for twelve years through my private security patrol/private investigation business.  When the kids grew up and were on their own, my wife and I sold our home and business, climbed into our motor home, and scoured the country in search of a place for the two of us to spend our retirement years.

     Anita, my wife of 44 years, and I chose to spend the rest of our lives here in beautiful Southern Oregon.  It was the icing on the cake.  Great life, good kids, our needs met, beautiful surroundings and, above all, FREEDOM.  What a wonderful life -- and then it happened.

     On September 5th of last year (2002), for the first time in my 65 years, I was arrested.

     Let me give you some background.  In 1999, I rescinded my Oregon Driver's License, as I had begun to awaken to the changing realities of our country.  Without devolving into legalese, let it just be said that in my combined 20 years in law enforcement and security, I remained as ignorant as almost everyone else who is oblivious to the Truth which is "hidden in plain sight," yet which few are capable of seeing.

     What is that Truth?  Simply this:  We Americans are mind-controlled, unwitting pawns/chattel/human resources used, misused, abused and exploited by those we elect to lead us.  We are constantly being reinforced by the media with the idea that we are a Free People.  But are We?  Do you feel freedom when you probe deeply within your being?  Do you know anybody whom you can honestly say is free?

     This so-called "American Grand Experiment" called Freedom, affects each and every one of us.  No one is exempt.  Most of us have endured 12 years of academic conditioning in our public conditioning centers.  There our beliefs are formed, our  loyalties established, our duties delineated, our fledgling, habitual responses reinforced.

     From that power-packed, peer pressure environment we step out into life, the great unknown.  We are expected to be productive contributors to our society.  Look around you.  Is that so?  If not, what happened to us?  Where did we take the turn away from freedom and toward the adoption of  the ignoble status of the obsequious, who can do naught but bow and scrape before the illusion of tyranny?  Were we ever Free?  Or was it only a dream wherein we imagined we were free?

     All that occurs in the moment of creation can be traced from stillness to motion, from the subtle to the gross, from the ethereal to the material -  from the slightest stirrings of consciousness to the shaping of thought, and ultimately, the manifestation of action.

     The simple fact of life is that in this intellectually constructed world that man has fashioned for himself, those who hold the gold make the rules, those who make the rules control the mind, and those who control the mind rule the world.  Any wizard will tell you that, if only they had the courage to speak the truth.  Unfortunately, wizards and Truth don't mix.  Mysticism is illusion.  Truth is What Is.  It has always been so.  It will always be so.

     Back to the question -- are we freemen and freewomen living in the best country in the world?  Or are we merely hypnotically controlled "munchkin's" living in the land of Oz -- a land of Illusion, ruled by magick-wielding sorcerers who resort to hiding behind the curtain of secrecy, out of public sight, busily pulling levers, strings, and a host of other doodads, all for the express purpose of creating an intimidating image, one which strikes fear and confusion into the hearts and minds of somnambulistic munchkins, brainless scarecrows, heartless tin men, and cowardly lions, all of which are, in effect, but fragments of a mind controlled, depleted human being.

     Are not the sleeping, brainless, heartless and cowardly but isolated fragments predominant in the makeup of the average limited-thinking person?  Put them all together, along with the rest of God's Infinite gift of wisdom, and they make one whole human being -- an intelligent, balanced human being.  How many intelligent, balanced human beings have you known in your lifetime?  Let's make it easy, shall we?  Can you count them on two hands?  On one?  How many fingers?

     Is an intelligent, balanced human being a free soul or an unwitting slave to the outer direction of Satanic man's law which demands total obedience?  Is the intelligent/balanced human being, by nature, independent or codependent?  Do his/her actions and behavior engender love (bring together), or do they foster hate (separation)?

     Does an intelligent, balanced human being stand alone under the protective umbrella of the Infinite as a Sovereign being, or does he/she flock together in fear, commiserating in intellectually conditioned fellowship with like-minded others who have been declared by the State as incompetent wards, infants in the eyes of the law?

     Do the Intelligent live by the guiding hand of Divine Intelligence, or are they goaded into blind reaction through the outer directed intimidating forces of fear and compulsion? These are questions each must ask of themselves.

     A little over two hundred years ago in this country, our predecessors fought a revolution to free us from the tyranny of the ruling monarch of England.  Supposedly, we gained our freedom.  But did we really?

     Pull back the wizard's curtain, and you will see that little has changed since the "not-so-merry" days of feudalistic England.  There and then, serfs and slaves, the common folk of the land, were ruled by Lords and Masters, the elitists of the time.  Although today's labels are different, the relationship remains fundamentally the same.  We haven't broken away from England, we merely imported it here and attached different labels to the same Satanic power structure.

     The lawyers, the judges, the law which rules America today is still tied to the English Crown.

     Our promised rights as a sovereign human being are stripped away from us shortly after birth when unwitting mothers sell their newly born into slavery through the birth certificate registration application (contract).

     At that moment, a contract is struck between the mother and the government wherein the mother waives her rights as mother of that child and unknowingly adopts the duty of being the custodian of the government's property, the newly-born chattel, human resource, whose future earning power can be taxed, traded upon, and used for a host of commercial transactions.

     How else, do you think, one is held accountable for a "fictitious" National Debt?

     When government owns the person/chattel, they own all that is purportedly owned by the person/chattel -- real estate, private property, etc.  Through registration the government holds Title, while the parent holds the "Certificate of Title."

     The newly born child, in law, is regarded much as a newly purchased automobile wherein, through the process of registration, the government (trustee) holds Title, while the parent/motorist holds the "Certificate Of Title."  In fact, that child is the natural born creation of God and no man holds title over such a living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural being.  It is only Satanic Law which presumes such.

     The same process of birth registration applies to the registration of real estate purchases.  Without government holding Title through the registration process, one cannot be subjected to property taxes.  How else do you think the government can arbitrarily seize/confiscate/foreclose upon one's life-long, hard-earned estates/property except through their ever-increasing bastardization of God's Law?  That is the nature of Tyranny.  Look around you.  What do you see occuring all around you?

     The simple Truth is all men are "Christs with Amnesia."  They are Sovereign Sons and Daughters of the Infinite Intelligence which has created them.  They are Sovereign Sons and Daughter of that quality of Intelligence which transcends the "Fallen from Grace" Satanically ruled, dualistic, intellectually based thought forms and material actions.

     A Christ is a "simple man of Truth."  Nothing mythical about it.  No belief is involved or required. Live in Truth, and one lives in that "unknowable" but palpable essence of Truth that man, in his feeble intellect, has named GOD.

     What the following means is that Paul and I would have been drugged last year when we were requesting a jury trial on the banking fraud on our mortgage.  We did not have attorney representation because attorneys do 'legal' not 'lawful'  processes.  There's an enormous difference and 'legal' means no one has to uphold the constitution of the united States of America or the Bill of Rights.  Legal is what is done in the UNITED STATES, STATE OF COLORADO, COUNTY OF GRAND.  These are private corporations.  Our country used to be the united States of America.  There is an enormous difference.

     This is beyond offensive.  I always wondered how Nazi Germany got to be that way.  Now I know.  We're living it.

     When one goes into court with an attorney representing him/her, they become a ward of the court and the attorney is representing (look it up in the dictionary) a monster, a lesser being, or in otherwords a human being.  That human being has no rights.  Attorn means to take away from.  Attorneys are members of the BAR, which is a foreign corporation.  They swear allegiance to the BAR, which is in England.  So who do attorneys really represent?  Themselves?

     The District Attorney of Grand County sent word to Paul and I last year through the sherriff that he was working on charging us as felons.  Let me see,  with the business downturn of 911, poor snow that winter, and forest fires the next spring, we didn't have the income to keep up our mortgage payments.  Some of you have said 'tough luck' you knew you had to pay your bills.  What we found out in our research is that bank never had sacrifice or risk in creating money out of our signature.  Banks get to compound interest on thin air.

     We weren't allowed to record documents with the county recorder, we weren't allowed a jury trial, and we were going to be Felons???  As you can see, owing a debt to a bank and trying to have due process supposedly guaranteed under the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, somehow turns a couple into Felons.  This could only happen in Amerika.  Some of you say, if we don't like it why don't we just leave?  Where would you have us go.....Afghanistan or Iraq?  Or perhaps Iran the next site of American democracy.  Maybe Syria, Jordan or any one of the rest of 60 countries that need to be shaped up by America.

     An acquaintaince of mine, Hartford Van Dyke, a very knowledgeable lawyer (one who knows the law, not an attorney) represented himself in court fall of 2002 in Oregon.  33 of his 34 witnesses were not allowed to testify.  He was declared guilty.  He was moved 5 different times in 6 weeks, never sentenced and then sent to a mental 'facility' in North Carolina.  As far as I know he's still there.

     Bill Mayhar is another acquaintance from Washington state.  He had also been imprisoned several years ago and drugged to the point that now that he's out of prison, he's still dependent on some of the drugs they used.  He writes extensivley about this type of information.

     Pamela and Will Gaston have extensive experience with the courts and have written the Sui Juris book.  They must be onto something.  The Sui Juris is working and is getting truth into the record.  The unlawful system can't stand the truth, so drugging will now be the solution.  This is beyond being a travesty.  Thank God all of you are leading normal, sheltered lives from all this riff-raff.

     There was a poem written in the 1940's that went something like this:

        "First they came for the Jews and I didn't speak up for them because I was not a Jew,   Next they came for the catholics and I didn't speak up for I wasn't a catholic,  They came for the protestants and I didn't speak up for I wasn't a protestant.   Then they came for me, but there was no one left to speak up for me."

     What's it going to take to restores the Constitution and the Bill of Rights?  I know only one thing for certain.........it isn't going to be indifference.  It isn't going to happen if the focus in our lives is American Idol and the golf tournament, baseball game, football game, hockey match, or one of the endless parade of anesthetizing of Americans.

Supreme Court Upholds BAR FRAUD:

OK's forced drugging of defendants who refuse attorney representation and demand jury trials in their cases.  They call it "Prosecutorial Delusions" for saying a judge is corrupt", or proceeding Sui Juris (without Representation).  I have seen these orders and the actual words they write are as stated above.  They also write "for thinking they know more about the law than the judge" for making the record of the deprivations of rights in the outlaw process proceeding in the "courts" today.

This is a favorite method and operation and we have personally seen it used against three different advocates in Oregon to imprison them and keep them tortured in the mental hospital.

The ruse is they use a prostitute "counsellor" to assess the individual as "unfit to proceed" when they demand jury trials and to proceed Sui Juris.  When the people appear for the psych eval they are arrested during the interview.

In Oregon there have been lawsuits recently regarding the states practice and policy of jailing people with "mental health issues".  This is the blatant retaliation for insisting on excercising your Sovereign Inherent Rights.

The "US Supreme Court" is a quasi-judicial administrative tribunal of limited jurisdiction and is upholding the policies of the new Justice 2020 Courts of Arbitration and Mediation.  It is not a constitutional jurisdiction, that is how they make unconstitutional policy and enforce it as law even though it is unconstituional and VOID of law and unenforceable.

We turned over an order to "get a mental health exam" in l998 - the attempt to render us.  We refused to go, and filed a counterclaim affirmative defense to the violation of the judicial order.  We won a RICO Complaint against many perpetrators - Dr. Suckow, the jail "doctor" in Oregon is one of the ones we hear of most often violating his postion to cause the arrest of advocates and those who demand their rights.

These are compelled contracts, unlawful, and everyone has to say no all together now.  Often , and in our  own case, they ordered this WITHOUT BEING CHARGED WITH ANY CRIME. They generate all kinds of orders against people now and seize their children and property without charging anyone with a crime or judicial due process.

Making the Record without representation is the only way your voice is heard in the record, and the only way you can defend yourself is to make the record of the facts they cannot dispute.   Every level of court just rubber stamp the others or refuse to hear anything of constitutional merit, and dismiss with contempt the authority of the people.

Even though upholding the drugging, both the district and appellate courts admitted that Dr. Sell posed no danger to himself or any others. He was even denied writing materials to contact his attorney.

Many of these drugs have life threatening side effects and known to make people psychotic in documented law suits won by the victims relatives, often after the victims have committed suicide or homicide.

The ACLU was involved as well Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS)  <http://www.aapsonline.org/>www.aapsonline.org/  "It's a shocking, inhumane decision. Now, all the government needs are allegations and a cooperative psychiatrist to forcibly drug any citizen," said Andrew Schlafly, General Counsel for the AAPS.  That group filed an amicus brief opposing the government drugging.

Last March, In the Motion for Rehearing, AAPS argued:
"The Decision holds that merely by alleging fraud, the State may inject mind-altering drugs into a prisoner against his will, based on government testimony. The panel majority even rejected any limits on the type or quantity of the drugs injected, and implicitly allowed drugs that have not been fully tested and approved for the specific purpose.  "Because the Decision is at odds with Supreme Court holdings, adherence to Rule of Law requires a rehearing en banc."

Court documents filed by the ACLU echo those arguments:"The Panel's holding that an intermediate level of scrutiny is required for the government to administer involuntarily antipsychotic medication for the sole purpose of rendering a non-dangerous pretrial detainee competent to stand trial conflicts with the decisions of other Courts of Appeals that strict scrutiny is required to satisfy a non- dangerous pretrial detainee's due process rights.

"The Panel's opinion fails to determine if the government's interest is compelling before applying its balancing test, and fails to acknowledge the fundamental liberty status that the Supreme Court has granted to non-dangerous people to be free from involuntary medication by the government." All these facts constitute CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT.  What is happening to Dr. Sell should SCARE THE HELL out of EVERY AMERICAN!  The fact that some one could be imprisoned for 7 years without benefit of his day in Court is scary enough!  But for the highest court in the country to say it is OK to medicate ANY ONE against their will is repulsive, disgusting and beyond measure!   He was not even charged with a violent crime. This one story alone should be sufficient enough to awaken every American to the tyranny in our midst.   This decision today proves your courts have NO JUSTICE in America!  YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS!  We have a bought and paid for US Supreme Court which selected our president in the tying vote cast by Justice Sandra Day O'Conner (CFR), so what else can we expect -- certainly not justice.  With the new ruling today they could keep Dr. Sell a lifetime.

By a 6-3 vote, the court allowed forced medication if the treatment was medically appropriate, substantially unlikely to have side effects that may undermine the trial's fairness, necessary to further important governmental trial-related interests and less intrusive alternatives were unavailable.

The court ordered more proceedings in the case, which involved Dr. Charles Sell, a dentist from a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. He was charged in 1997, along with his wife, for Medicaid and insurance fraud.

Government and defense psychologists diagnosed him as suffering from "delusional disorder, persecutory type." He was found to be suffering from mental illness that made him incompetent to stand trial.

Sell has been held in a mental health facility at a federal prison while awaiting trial. A U.S. appeals court upheld a federal judge's decision that Sell could be medicated against his will so he can stand trial.

Breyer said the appeals court was wrong in approving forced medication solely to render Sell competent to stand trial.

In setting aside the appeals court's ruling, Breyer said the appeals court did not find that the required circumstances existed in this case.

Civil liberties groups, an organization representing criminal defense lawyers and an association of physicians and surgeons all supported Sell. The American Psychiatric Association supported the federal government.

     Upon arriving home yesterday evening, after spending 2 days in Franklin County Jail, after my trial on June 17th, I was informed that the local media was announcing that I had been convicted as a “Habitual Offender.”  My “crime?”  Daring to use a private auto on the public roads without first getting a state-issued “Driver’s License.”  Who convicted me?  A woefully ignorant, biased, prejudiced & deceived jury of 12 residents of Franklin County.  Now, if Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney, Robert Parks has his way, these people, along with the rest of their fellow citizens, will pay for my incarceration in a state prison for fifteen years, for refusing to have a piece of plastic in my pocket while using my private property in exercise of right of locomotion.
 

     My position is very simple:  I have carefully studied this legislative regulatory revenue scheme (Section 302.020, RSMo.) and found it to be mandatory ONLY upon a specific class of “persons” engaged in a specific class of activities, in use of a specific class of “motor vehicles,” used EXCLUSIVELY for profit or gain.  It IS NOT a legal requirement for the citizen who is using a private vehicle simply to transport himself and his property upon the public roads.  Thus, as this law is being applied against me (& most all others), it is misapplication of law, and Parks should know this.  Apparently, Mr. Parks is either incompetent, or he is a quisling (treasonous), pettifogger, shyster lawyer, knowingly & willfully pursuing a collusive action, based upon an abstract, contingent, & hypothetical state of facts, for an unlawful purpose.  Said purpose is to deceitfully impose a political absurdity on the public, and therefore a legal absurdity, for unjust enrichment, inducement to slavery, and usurpation of the inherent political power held inviolate by the people of Missouri.  Parks is also committing oppression in office in a vain attempt to silence me and prevent me from exposing the scam and fraud for all to see, & impairing my obligation of covenant with Almighty God, with specific intent to violate my rights.

     Parks has stipulated to me that this statute is a “creature of the legislature,” and therefore de facto, extra-constitutional, administrative law.  As such, it can be enforced ONLY upon those afore-described “persons” for whom it was written, & applies, and NOT arbitrarily & capriciously enforced against everyone, as is the general practice & custom today.  The simple fact is, most people make the application, and get the license, upon their pre-conceived, vague and imprecise notions, and general habit of blind obedience built upon strong delusions, ignorance & deception, called “public policy,” and not the law itself.  This has resulted in this legislative revenue scheme escalating into a gargantuan protection racket of legalized plunder & extortion.  It, combined with the TOTALLY VOLUNTARY “Social Security” scheme, has become a means by which the masses are rendered into controlled & regulated enumerated, dependent subjects, who fund their own enslavement, & limited liberty & freedom, which is part of the planned communist conquest of America.  “Woe unto ye lawyers!” (Luke 11:46-52)
In reality, the Driver’s License does absolutely nothing to provide so-called “public safety!”  There isn’t anyone in their right mind who would act less responsible if they did not have a Driver’s License.  It is purely a source of revenue, or a tax on the aforesaid specific privileged commercial driving activities, & one of the planks of the communist manifesto.  In fact, the state legislators DO NOT possess any political power to compel ALL citizens to get licenses for the purported purpose of “public safety,” for the simple reason the citizens themselves do not possess any such power to grant in the first instance, and therefore have not done so!

     Yes, I’m very proud to be labeled a “habitual offender” by Parks.  Why?  Because if the 56 men who signed the Unanimous Declaration of Independence were alive today, they would be standing right with me in resistance to such misapplication of the law, and usurpation of political power.  These brave men were also labeled “Habitual Offenders” by political usurpers like Parks. Unless someone is actually engaged in a specific commercial activity, which may be lawfully regulated by government, the Driver’s License is a badge of slavery.  When the citizen makes the application, it is an admission that said citizen is either engaged in the activity which actually requires the license (tax), or, that said superior citizen is wholly incapable of being fully responsible for his actions when using an automobile on the public roads, and so is paying his inferior public servants to be responsible for him.  ALL government-granted benefits, entitlements, privileges and protections MUST be TOTALLY VOLUNTARY!  One must, knowingly, and willingly make application to become a recipient of same.  Unless, & until one makes such application, one is a “non-state-party,” or ineligible for any such political largess, and one remains a free & independent holder of the inherent political power over all internal government, “and police thereof,” retaining ALL antecedent, unalienable rights, Liberties & freedoms including use of a private auto for locomotion.

     Submission is a form of idolatry called “Baal worship,” where the people bow in fear, worship, support and dependence upon their own corporate fiction creature government, and mere humans they allow to run it, as opposed to “seeking first the kingdom [government] of  [Almighty] God.”  Since the source of law in any society is either Almighty God, or it becomes a “god,” the peoples’ own corporate fiction creature (image-ination) comes between them and their Creator in breach of the first 3 Commandments, and our sacred Liberty, and freedom to exercise & enjoy it is lost.  Everyone then becomes subject to the whims of men on whatever pretext they dream up in their foolish, fickle, and vain attempts to be as “gods” tampering with that which is already absolute, unalterable, perfect and eternal. Just like I tried to explain to the folks on the jury, who did not have eyes to see, or ears to hear truth which will make them free.  That is, to owe no man anything but to love Almighty God, and love our neighbors as ourselves.  To love God, is to “keep His Commandments.” So easy!  Can government compel me to disobey Almighty God?  How can my inferior public servants be responsible for me instead of to me?  Who gave them authority to rule over me?  Who is the victim?  I am!  Parks is pursuing a criminal socialist/communist agenda, invoked by fascism; the very thing our founders feared, and why they established the State & U.S. Constitutions, to prohibit such wicked & evil overly intrusive, abusive government.

     You people of Franklin County/Missouri & America:  THINK about this REAL HARD on this upcoming 4th of July celebration when you are having your fun.  Are you really free?  Or are you an unwitting slave who merely has the illusion of freedom?  As for me, I know I am worthy to celebrate, because like the 56 men and what they did we honor on that day, I’m taking a stand without compromise, pledging my life, property, and sacred honor, in the Sacred Liberty our Savior & King, Jesus, the Christ gave us in which to be free, here in this wonderful land of our birthright, covenant & promise, America.  I submit the vast majority of Americans are unwittingly unworthy, and celebrate in vain.
