For your info!!

  Just wanted to keep you updated on the false arrest, false imprisonment issue with Joco authorities.  No news yet from Salem on the $21 million dollar Tort Claim I filed over the false arrest and incarceration.

  I have refused to make my second court appearance after having been warned that I would be arrested if I didn't comply.  I'm still walking around, a free, sovereign, natural person who does not and will not consent to waive his unalienable rights away through contract with the state.

  The court refuses to deal with me directly, and/or to utter my name in court.  After nine appearances and 35 days of incarceration, they still refuse to prove their JURISDICTION or state a  CLAIM over this sovereign person -- NOT A WORD!!!

  Instead of issuing a direct "legal summons" to me, it has been issuing all "invitations to appear" in court communications through a third party public defender whom they have attempted to impose upon me (and whose representation I have steadfastly refused in and out of open court) and thereby relegate my legal status to that of a "ward of the state."

  Unable to establish jurisdiction over and/or prosecute a natural person who is acting in "full capacity" and refusing to give consent to their own prosecution, the court has been "walking on eggs."  Is this what our founding fathers had in mind when they framed the Constitution?

  It is the "go-between" public defender whom the Josephine County Circuit Court has attempted to impose upon me that is called upon to speak my copyrighted name in court.

     Both of these security-challenging psychological conditions evoke fear and uncertainty in the minds of narrow minded, political and religious mind controlled, blindly-believing, hypnotically suggestible minions.  In a world of dualistic Hell, it has always been so.  In a world of dualistic Hell, it will always be so.

     Wars, poverty, exploitation, and unending conflict have become the normal daily fare experienced in the world of the SATANIC Intellectually-driven minion.

     ALL who live in their minds, LIVE IN HELL, bar none!  That is the life lived by most humans on earth.

     The leaders are not much different from those whom they lead.  Their only "perk" is their ability to manipulate the illusion of power and thus unjustly enrich themselves through such Satanic nonsense.  They too mutually share with their minions the Hell they have created, but they do it from their air-conditioned offices.

     The "United States," a corporate entity, which currently has enslaved its *mind controlled* population now presumes to launch wars in foreign lands in the name of freedom (that's spelled p-r-o-f-i-t).  These wars are being launched without the support of its vast populace.

     This is NOT the country in which I was born, raised, and lived.  My country was the *united states of America,* a government which has been called a "government of the people, by the people, and for the people."  In my country, the PEOPLE ARE THE GOVERNMENT, not the "public servants" they employ through the process of election and appointment.

     This present "foreign" government which regards the public as the "enemy" and now threatens to collapse our U.S. Constitutional Republic, IS AN ILLUSION which has been inculcated into the minds and hearts of a hypnotically controlled "politically correct-thinking" populace. This enormous control over "millions of minds"  could not have been accomplished without the MEDIA, the propaganda arm of government.

     This "shadow government" derives its JURISDICTION via the individual's waiver of their Unalienable Rights guaranteed to ALL by our Creator, through the simple act of CONSENT.

     In America today, we are ruled by the laws of commerce.  In Commerce, CONSENT makes CONTRACT; and in the courts, CONTRACT makes the LAW.

     That is why America's courts are no longer Constitutional Courts, but Maritime Law courts -- courts of commerce where all who are SUBJECT to the Corporation through their personal consent, have contracted away their Unalienable Rights and are considered by the courts as debtors, mere chattel, human resources, incompetent "wards of the state", to be used in commerce, considered expendable  by the Creditor State,  and therefore discarded when they have outlived their usefulness.

     That which is the property (homes, automobiles, cash, etc.) of their property (debtor/slaves), is the claimed property of the State, and can therefore be taken away at will.  Look at the headlines throughout our country regarding tax- foreclosures and forfeitures.

     Aside from the modern words we use, what fundamentally has changed since ancient Egypt and Medieval England?  Is not such a system of pharoahs and subjects, feudal lords and vassals, *masters and slaves,* still alive and thriving in these Corporate  "United States?"

     I invite all to read of my recent experiences with the courts of Oregon.  It shall be an eye-opener for most of you.  Read the links marked "Court" and "Rights and Privileges."

     What you will learn is that these courts have the power of the gun to  arrest you, and to incarcerate you, but they can never destroy the spirit of  freedom of one who understands his True (Sovereignty) Estate in Life.

   These Satanically (Opposition) corrupted courts and political structures gain their power over the intellect by virtue of life-long inculcated confusion and self-doubt upon fearful, security-driven, conditioned minions.  The latter SIMPLY BELIEVE the suggestion, and cannot overcome their feeling of impotence when told by their controllers  "you can't fight City Hall."  So they complain about their mutual plight. They hook up with other like-minded insecure minions.  They form fellowships with other "poor me's, poor me's," They sing hyms.  They trade anecdotal stories of governmental tyranny,  AND THEY COMMISERATE, COMMISERATE, COMMISERATE while continuing to do nothing about the solution to their mutual problem.

     I have written of the simple, yet effective act of BOYCOTT on these Internet newsgroups and forums.  It has apparently fallen upon deaf ears.

     If BOYCOTT seems too threatening for you to undertake, here is another simple act that can facilitate the return of our Constitutional Republic.

However, with your Christ Consciousness, and all that, you should be able to do better than average in the casinos, which should also help with the money side of things.  Some of the casino games operate on a very thin margin as it is, and with your Fearsome Powers, you should be able to turn thing just a little in YOUR favor, over the long haul. HELL, maybe you and Citizen X could even take a small apartment there for a few months, while you do the research for the book.  I'm sure she wouldn't mind getting out of the KKKarczewski KKKompound for a while, and have something to look at besides your crazy ass.

Anyway, think about it and get back to me.  I'm really worried.  A person of your advanced age, and precarious legal position can't afford any prolonged slump.  Your "Glory Days" are probably behind you, but that's no reason to just give up.

rk:  The first makes one a fear-bound, hunkering down slave, afraid to face the unknown.  The latter indicates an aware person seeing the big picture and who thus acts in a timely fashion, even though there can never be a guarantee as to the outcome.

rk:  I was *kidnapped* and *robbed* at gunpoint, by unlawfully acting armed and uniformed men who enforce corporate law which is applicable only to those who have waived their UNALIENABLE RIGHTS and thus consented (contracted with the corporation) to their being subject to corporate law.

rk:   I was incarcerated by the Corporation of Josephine County for 35 days total.  I was released from custody after having undergone a 33-day hunger strike.  The hunger strike was kept secret for 26 days by the Josephine County Sheriff's office.  Jail supervisory personnel told the GP Courier reporter that "reports of such a hunger strike at the jail were a hoax."

rk:   I didn't ask for for my experience.   However, I didn't evade it either.  There was no fence sitting to be done.  This is the actuality of law enforcement that is daily imposed upon a fearful but "trusting" public.  It is a far cry from the PR images the public is fed by government press statements made through the media.

rk:  Dabbling at the superficial level of theoretical/legal  constructs is part of the whole, but it at the end, it is the spirit of freedom or slavery which dictates the outcome.

rk:  I must tell you, mickey, so there are no surprises, that I am a retired California Police Sergeant living on pension here in Southern Oregon.

rk:  My advice to you, mickey, is to BEWARE of "laughing fingerpointers" whose job is to discredit, malign, and libel any one who challenges the status quo.  They are the betrayers of freedom and justice.  They are the mind-controllers/conditioners who cause many to "inertly sit on the fence and look for guarantees before they act."  One must face such mind-boggling hypocrisy to maintain a point of balance in one's life.

rk:  Because the deck is stacked against the average person by the rulemakers, and because authorities control the media (as in the "hoax" statement made by a jail supervisory officer to the GP Courier reporter) I have made it a point to post all relevant matters concerning my case publicly on the Internet so as to hold all parties accountable.  This alone played a major factor in holding our "public servants" accountable.  It leveled the "playing field" where indeed, ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL, judges and defendants alike.

rk: mickey, you, like many are looking for *pat answers,* guarantees before any action is taken.  Life is an on-going, unfolding process of  risk-taking.  It is unavoidable.  But risk implies there is no guarantee as to outcome.  One must either take intelligent, calculated risks or foolish risks.  It all a gamble in the final analysis, is it not?  Learn to "gamble intelligently," and life loses its ability to intimidate.

rk:  The bottom line is this.  Are you one of the Sovereign People who ARE the GOVERNMENT, or are you a slave to their "hired servants?"
