Subject: Your comments and views on the JoCo. Justice system

I hope that all goes well for your friend Big Ray. I only write to explain to you that his case his situation is not the only like that.

In fact there are so many it is mind blowing. I have been in the new jail, and served time for a crime committed when i was 16 years old. It was my second time being charged and sentenced for the same crime.

There are so many other cases, and i hate to say it but Big Rays is but the tip of a gigantic iceburg. As hard as it will be to find out why don't you see JoCos innocent/guilty rate. In almost every single criminal case in the last 15 years, everyone has been found guilty.

Also, the little side trails they have with no witnesses and no jury, those happen every single day. I had 5 of them in a 6 month stay last time i visited that state. I feel bad for your friend because i know the outcome, they will find him guilty one way or another, thats what they do. How do you think they get the funding for such a huge jail. I am in a town now with over a 100,000 people and there jail in not half the size of JoCos new one.

I'm sorry, i didnt mean to talk you to death. I understand that when someone does something wrong they must do there time.

All i wonder is how can this county countinue to go agaisnt so many rules, and never be held accountable by anyone. My prayers are with your friend Big Ray. Sorry i typed your ear off. The following libelous attack upon my reputation and that of my family members, reveals the present panic experienced by a failed 8-year-long Internet smear campaign by government/media mind control operatives.

The author of the following article is just more evidence of how easily Internet users are daily manipulated by trained, anonymous media thought manipulators.

Note the protection they have received from government sources in continuing their anonymous smear campaigns. How many would stand up to this kind of "Big Lie" campaign after enduring 8 years of such unending, Internet stalking, libelous attacks?

Who is Raymond Ronald Karczewski? This is a list that details just what kind of person this sicko is.

1. A liar: He lies about everything. He accuses people of working for the government when he has not the foggiest idea who they are. He accuses them of working for the media. He accuses a lot of people of a lot of BS but never presents any evidence to back up his libelous claims.

2. A conn: He has started this scam ministry called the Church of the Truthful Cross or some stupid derivation thereof. I keep waiting for the "just send me" posts to start concerning this little scam.

3. The Antichrist: He keeps professing to be Jesus Christ. I have seen numerous posts that detail biblical versus that identify individuals making such assertions as minions of Satan, and perhaps Satan himself. I have checked these verses in tbe Bible, and they are accurate.

4. A bully: He tries to force his evil beliefs down the throat of everyone. If anyone disagrees with him, they find themselves to be instantly beseiged by malicious and libelous attacks.

5. Insulting: He calls everyone names, including people that have agreed with his sick, perverted ideas.

6. A criminal: He has been convicted of numerous crimes in an Oregon court. His criminal record speaks for itself.

7. An inciter: He wants law abiding citizens to take up arms against the government. The creep says he doesn't want people to think, just react.

8. Mentally ill: Just look at the sick ideas he promotes. He is a danger to himself, a danger to others, and above all, a danger to innocent children who have not yet been taught how to make critical distinctions between normal accepted ideals and the insane ravings of a hateful madman.

9. A racist: A recent spate against writers with German names says it all. He has been confronted too, and refuses to respond.

10. A coward: Every time a writer questions him about something that he has no real answer for... he runs like a little girl to hide behind his sick wife's skirt.

11. A paranoid skitzo: He claims everyone is out to get him, to put him out of business, or to censor him.

12. A hypocrit: He claims that mind control is being used on him and others, but then turns around and tries to control the minds of innocent people. He also uses sockpuppets, fake names where he pretends to be someone else that agrees with him.

13. A wifebeater: There are writers that have exposed his method of beating his wife. They say he makes her pick a pillow that she must then hold around her stomach area while he punches her.

14. A child abuser: Uncountable posts asking him where his children are and why they refuse to contact him. WHere theres smoke theres has to be some fire.

15. A spammer: Cross posts to so many different usenet groups it is pathetic. He calls himself Jesus on political news groups, complains about government on religious newsgroups, and pollutes the paranormal newsgroups with both religion and politics.

16. A welfare cheat: Wastes taxpayer welfare dollars in casinos. This is my and your tax dollars he is spending. If he can afford to gamble this money away, then he can afford to waive receiving it.

The following is my letter to the editor of the local newspaper, written in 1995.

April 17th, 1995

Recent letters to this paper regarding the backlash of Josephine Co. government officials to the recently failed Law Enforcement Levy has prompted this letter.

I am a retired police sergeant from a California police department. Additionally, I owned and operated my own security company for 12 years after my police retirement in the San Francisco Bay Area. In all, I had spent 20 years in the business.

Government is a realm of power. It is an illusory realm wherein the "Truth Be Damned." It is all done with smoke and shadows and mirrors. No cop can protect you in "your moment of need." In my personal twenty years, I was at the right place at the right time perhaps 15 times. That is, I was able to prevent a crime from occurring by patrol measures and my personal intervention. One can play with statistics and stretch the truth, but the figure I quoted you is well above the average for the average cop who is foreclosed upon speaking with such honesty because his job depends on it. The whole industry operates on images, words, symbolism, and illusion.

Law enforcement is an industry (police, sheriffs, judges, clerks, jailers, district attorneys, psychologists, stenographers....the list goes on and on) based in busy, largely irrelevant work activity which provide busy, nonessential activities for paid employees, at the same time building a power base through job dependency for those on the inside and through fear for those on the outside -- that is, the average tax-paying citizen.

They begin their ineffectual intervention only after the fact, after the crime has been committed and someone has been harmed. Then they play the game of words, weaving a web so intricate the average, dulled mind risks burnout if they were to think it through. Therefore they need others to do their thinking for them. Hence the professionals and the experts.

Laws are presently in force preventing law-abiding citizens from adequately dealing with a crime in commission. All one has to do is look at the insanity behind the gun laws and the legal profession's contribution toward our overly-litigious society.

We are made to be dependent upon the police to protect us. Call an officer when you need one. I have waited for days here in Josephine Co. before one showed up.

The courts are jammed with petty, frivolous cases, misdemeanors, petty drug cases, etc. while the selective enforcement policies of those "in charge" let the serious criminals have their way because they haven't been able to have their case given to them on a "silver platter."

Both the overworld leaders (the politicians) and the underworld leaders need crime to continue for their mutual exploitation of the masses through fear. One must be able to delve deeply to see this truth, not merely come to an easy conclusion and never budge from it. It requires thought, care, and concern for all, not just for oneself; otherwise it cannot be seen.

The average mind has been conditioned toward inertia; to be outer directed, stimulated to respond, not act. This mind is threatened with exposure if one looks too deeply. To do so would risk one being exposed to one's vested interest or advantage through their personal connection with the structure. Such is the substance upon which Hell is based. and continues to operate.

Those of you who have been exposed to my book and tapes, Journey Beyond Thought: Breaking the Bonds of the Conditioned Mind and Christs with Amnesia, along with my letters to this paper, know where I am coming from. If you don't, then I rest my case.

We must stop the momentum of the insanity that is bringing us to the brink of a cashless, Big Brother, soul-less government and take responsibility for our own lives and those we love. The dependence upon others who have a vested interest in "not being there" when you need them must be seen and understood if peace is to be manifest in our lives. We have to do this together, not hire others to champion our causes for us.

Peaceful Protesters Receive Rubber Bullets and Tear Gas in AlbuquerqueThe crowd of protesters in Albuquerque, NM was rather small. Only 100-150 people showed up for this evening’s march. I repeat there were only 100-150 people present. We gathered at UNM bookstore and then, escorted by police, we marched down Central Avenue, some side streets, and then back to the university. On the return march two protesters tried to sit down in an intersection and were arrested. One warning shot was fired by riot police. To keep the crowd moving up Central Avenue, they used pepper spray. Riot police were very quick to raise their guns directly to protesters’ faces. The march returned to UNM bookstore where the nonviolent protesters occupied an intersection. Riot police decided it was time to facilitate the flow of traffic. They decided we had voiced our opposition long enough. We were inconveniencing the city. WITHOUT WARNING (They gave no statement of "if you do not clear the intersection you will be arrested") riot police began shooting protesters in the intersection with paint balls and rubber bullets. One man who was kneeling in the street said that three riot police stood a few feet in front of him and shot paint balls directly to the front of his body, including his face. He had bloody marks on his temples from the impact. The first tear gas canister was thrown by a squad of riot police who had strategically moved behind the small group—there was almost no where to run except into another line of armed belligerent police. Burning and choking from the gas, we were forced onto UNM property in front of the bookstore. Here, off the streets, we should have been able to remain all evening in our protests. But our right to free expression was met with more tear gas. Another gas canister was thrown into the crowd on the campus property. A protester was struck in the head with the canister. Seemingly unconscious, she had to be taken away by ambulance. I do not know anything about her current condition. Children were present at this protest. My eyelids continue to burn as I write this. And I wonder why such action against a small group of nonviolent protesters seemed necessary. This must be patriotism I taste in my throat.

First I want to say that the emotion of the protestors last night and of people in the whole world community is so powerful and in solidarity right now.

We know that the increased internal aggression of the state correlates with the external aggression and is part of the effort to control and distract us from our focus. If we end up in confrontation with the cops (which is their plan), not only do we lose focus on stopping the war and regime change, but we also betray our love and peacefulness by becoming angry and aggressive in reaction. Many were brutalized and arrested for no reason other than just being there and expressing their rights. So it is difficult to not become consumed with anger when witnessing this--especially the scene in front of the bookstore when the cops surrounding the man in need of medical care, not allowing anyone to help him. Though it seemed that the cops were made to feel uneasy surrounded by all of us who chanted and shouted our outrage and concern. Did anyone else feel this?

Any news on how that man is doing? And any others who were injured/arrested? I wish that we could find or maintain a way to not let our focus be taken away, to keep united and strong in our peacefulness and positive feelings, when confronted by the police who want and are ready for us to react aggressively, (and the corporate press co-opts this and eats it up.) I was there last night and I was also appalled by the cops behavior. I'm from East L.A. and let me tell you, it seems that these law enforcements bafoons have been watching too much COPS & are following in the footsteps of the LAPD. Police were being very aggressive - for no reason except that people did not stop when told to.
