cl: 2. My source IP address is not displayed in any of these forums, but this information is immediately available to the forum moderator as well as Bravenet. My ISP uses a class B network and DNS which means that my IP address can change every 3-7 days, but the first 2 octets of the address remain static. If the forum moderators choose to enable the display of IP addresses on all public posts, this will immediately identify the originators of all posts, thus rendering Raymonds complaints about anonymity moot.

cl: 3. It is obvious to anyone, that two identical articles, are undoubtedly posted by the same person, even if the name rendered on some of them is "anonymous". There is no disingenuous attempt at deceiving anyone, since the average internet surfer is perfectly capable of seeing this for him/her self. In answer to Raymond Karczewski's perpetual claims of disinformation, I will always include the phrase "by Clouded Leopard" in the text of all of my posts, even when I am forced to post anonymously.

cl: 4. I hereby admit to being one of Raymonds critics. I routinely post articles that contradict, disagree, and occasionally insult him. His repeated failure to comply with my requests for civil, interactive debate have been ignored. What do you have to fear, Raymond? I am perfectly willing to discuss anything you choose to talk about.

cl: 5. I have seen this pattern repeated by other posters, as well. There are a number of articles floating around Bravenet where he has been intellectually challenged, and without exception, he has declined.

America is being raped by the very officials we elect to protect her... to protect us, our families, our children. What are YOU going to do about it?

That was a recent question publicly posed on the Internet. It is one likely shared by a great number of us living in America today.

My response was, "Isn't it rather late for one to state the OBVIOUS?"

Americans keep drawing and redrawing their "line in the sand." They then retreat to redraw the line over and over and over again, until all freedom, all space is stripped away. When they have nowhere else to go, when their back is against the wall, when their time is up, then the SHOOTING WILL START.

I am a retired Police Sergeant now living on pension. I publicly declare that I personally am ashamed of my present day law enforcement brothers in uniform, those who are oblivious to their purpose of serving the Federal, State, County and Municipal government bodies as "Society's Hired Thugs." This characterization of the street cop is not mine. It came from a respected California Police Chief (now deceased). Although the words are his, my experiences in the business leaves me to say that I couldn't agree with him more.

Most street cops are confused as to their purpose for wearing the uniform, donning the badge and strapping on the gun. They join for the excitement, the power, the conditioned, distorted images of justice which rule their youthful, idealistic consciousness.

Most cops are not deep thinkers; they are reactors, order followers. As such, they haven't a clue as to how they are placed in harm's way on a daily basis by their rear guard decision makers -- politically driven department heads who make it a point to stay well clear of the "thin blue line" between order and chaos on the streets of our country and who only emerge when the dust has cleared and the PR lights and cameras start rolling.

Cops are a peculiar breed. Many go into the business with idealistic aims, however short lived these ideals may be.

Therein lies the moment of truth for all "rookie" cops. Which way to go? Who do they "serve?" Do they serve the tax-paying public or the corporate Federal, State, County or Municipal organization which employs them?

Cops are a step above soldiers when it comes to the use of force. Both, however, are mission oriented. They are trained not to think, but to follow orders, to follow policy. And so the corruption begins. Rookies adjust to the pressure of the prevailing department philosophy set by their corrupt leaders. They go and grow with the flow within the organization. In the process, they step onto that slippery slope of corruption. In the process, Rookies become Veterans.

Such is the step away from their God-given Intelligence and into the "doo doo" of mindless robotic training. They become "good" at what they do. They become proficient in their narrow field of expertise. But the rest of their lives generally goes to hell. In the process of serving the corporate "god" which promises them power, they have sold their soul, their humanity, their compassion, their God-given gift of discernment in return for a paycheck and the dangled carrot of retirement.

Few cops will act in a crisis without first relying upon the security blanket of numbers, i.e., fellow officers to back them up. They find their courage, their initiative, in their carefully cultivated, collective armed-gang mentality. They hang together. They believe the only people they can trust are their fellow officers. This self-enclosing fear breeds an attitude amongst police officers of US VS. THEM.

New words creep into their vocabulary. They regard the public, as "civilians", as "creeps," as "dopers," as the "enemy."

I repeat, cops are no different from any other "organized gang." One well-respected California Police Chief ( now deceased) once described police as "Society's hired thugs." My experiences in the field leaves me to say -- I couldn't agree with him more.

Indeed, the police ARE IN FACT, the "thin blue line" between order and chaos. But who and what is responsible for the CHAOS in our society?

Why are police needed? Do the organized structures in place
control crime? Or is it all just a Public Relations Illusion foisted upon an unwary public while extracting millions upon millions of dollars to feed the insatiable appetite of an evergrowing Justice/enforcement/penal system?

The time is coming when the freedom of the American way of life will be but a distant memory, a reverie of how things once were.

Back in the 60's, my old street-wise boxing trainer gave me a bit of wisdom which has stuck with me throughout life; he said, "If rabbits had guns, who would go rabbit hunting?"

GUNS, the Right to Bear Arms, to Protect ourselves and our Families, remains to be the ultimate tool which shall guarantee our freedom as a people and protect us as a country against enemies, foreign and domestic.

When cops or foreign soldiers are being trained to raid our homes and neighborhoods to confiscate arms from law-abiding citizens, one need not look any further to know who the real ENEMY is.

When outlaw cops, and judges are held accountable by the public for their acts of piracy and kidnapping, will they continue to act in defiance of our US Constitution?

If they don't understand the law of accountability, then all that is left for them to learn is the law of the gun and the law of survival.

As Presiding Judge for the Circuit Court of the State Of Oregon for Josephine County, the purpose of this open letter (it is being sent to the department heads listed below and posted publicly on the Internet so that all may be held equally accountable under the light of truth) is to advise you of unlawful actions perpetrated against me and the abuses of my guaranteed Constitutional protections by subordinate judge(s) and the District Attorney for Josephine County.

From the 12th of September 2002 to the present day, after enduring eight court appearances and 33 days of a hunger strike in protest of the false arrest and false imprisonment of this private man held in the Josephine County Jail, the Josephine County courts have adamantly refused to prove jurisdiction and have thumbed their judicial nose at the Common Law, our U.S. Constitution and the Oregon Constitution.

Without proving jurisdiction or establishing Proof of Claim over this living, breathing, flesh and blood, natural person/private man, who at no time during eight court appearances has consented to contract with the Circuit Court for Josephine County Oregon and thereby confer Jurisdiction, the Circuit Court of Josephine County Oregon has demonstrated that it operates in violation of both the United States of America and the State of Oregon Constitutions. It therefore is an unlawful court and rulings/directives issued therefrom are null and void and carry with them no force of law.

Attached you will find copies of communications sent to District Attorney CLAY E. JOHNSON, to the Oregon DMV and received from the State of Oregon Department of Revenue.

All subsequent actions of the Josephine County Circuit Court and Traffic Court arose from the false information issued on affidavit/citation and arrest reports regarding insurance and unlicensed status of this private man by Deputy MICHAEL S. BURKE of the Josephine County Sheriff's Department.

This bogus information resulted in a wrongful conviction of this private man during a traffic court trial held in absentia (while the courts and Sheriff Department knew full well that I was in custody in the Josephine County Jail, a victim of false arrest and false imprisonment).

This wrongful conviction precipitated the present unmerited collection action initiated by the Oregon Department of Revenue. See attached exhibit.

As such, the Josephine County Sheriff's Department, the Josephine County District Attorney's office and the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Josephine County have irreparably damaged me and my good name/reputation in the community.

The attached exhibits will show that as a result of this unlawful attack upon my person on the early morning hours of September 5th, 2002, I filed criminal complaints on two occasions against Deputy Michael Burke and other Deputies of the Josephine County Sheriff's Office with the Josephine County District Attorney's office. Our District Attorney, however, by his inaction has demonstrated that he appears to operate under two distinct sets of standards, one for the public and another for law enforcement.

It is this departure from justice that has caused the growing distrust of the public toward their elected, appointed, and employed public servants.

It is a crime in itself that one who defends himself against False Charges brought against him by his public servants be construed and investigated as a "paper terrorist."

I demand closure in this matter, nothing else. The only question remaining is: Will Justice or Tyranny be served?

This evening I listened to President George Bush deliver his State of the Union Message to a Nation.

Has our Country gone NUTZ??? What happens to a country of formerly free men and women who find themselves unable to separate the hidden reality behind repetitive ceremonial rhetoric?

You are seeing it unfold, here and now.

Fear. Distrust of government. Uncertainty of the fate which awaits American families as a dawning of a "New World Order" threatens our American way of life.

We are being told that America is preparing for war, but against whom? Who is the enemy -- I mean, who is the real enemy? Is the enemy foreign or is it domestic?

Our loss of jobs and manufacturing base which had made America great in the past can be traced to cheaper labor forces in countries long known for their government policies of slave labor. All in the name of profit.

Our people live in fear today.

Fear of Unemployment.

Fear of Homelessness.

Fear of Crime.

Fear of disease.

Fear of getting sick and not being able to afford medical care.

Fear of abandonment by those whom we have put into political office and placed our sacred trust in.

Fear of an errant Justice system which no longer recognizes our U.S. Constitution and now deals with criticism by concerned Americans by prosecuting them as "Paper Terrorists."

Fear of attack by enemies, never fully substantiated and decisively dealt with, but who are presented to the American Public in the form of psychological shadowy images of death and destruction dangled before the collective psyche as they take turns as the pick-of-the-month, mix-and-match enemy of the American People.

Fear of the dark forces which allow for psychologically reinforced predictions of the next Terrorist Attack upon the American People, but are helpless when it comes to stopping it.

Fear of the looming spectre of Martial Law behind a policy which leaves our borders an open invitation to terrorists, yet clamps down on the Unalienable Rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness of its citizens.

The question arises -- who is this person who makes these inarguable observations?
