    On 11-20-02 I experienced PROFUSE BLEEDING from my rectum. I can only assume that the SHADOW  DISINFORMATION AGENTS were working in tandem with the CIA to cause this to happen. In addition, my  doctor must be in on this since he refused to listen in earnest PER HIS OATH as a doctor. He "claimed" to be    convinced that this condition was due to penetration by a foreign object or member. His MELODRAMATIC KNEEJERK REACTION was to insist I participate in HIV testing. He was pretending to believe that I had  engaged in a homosexual liason. After arguing for 3 hours, I left and went to a clinic where they determined that the bleeding had stopped on its own. They provided me with a soothing ointment and some cotton balls.

    On 11-21-02 my doctor called and practically begged me to come down for HIV testing. HE IS KEEPING UP THE BIG ACT! Needless to say, his services will no longer be retained for my medical needs.

    I can only assume that the CIA is using their SECRET ELECTRONIC COUNTERMEASURES to make me   appear to be engaging in anal sex. Another pitiful attempt to convince my MANY MANY LOYAL FOLLOWERS  to walk away from me. The allegience of my LOYAL FOLLOWERS remains ROCK STEADY, so to the CIA, YOU HAVE FAILED!

Court and Law Enforcement abuses going on in Josephine County?

    The illusion that our courts are established as a medium of justice in our society must be exposed for what it is -- a fraud and an illusion.

    When tax payers begin to see our court system's primary mission is that of an assembly
line Warehousing/Processing operation designed to exploit (to mine) "Human Resources,"
(formerly sovereign citizens now reduced in legal capacity to "Wards of the state,"  i.e.
human chattel) to be drained of their wealth,  health, and even their lives, perhaps they'll
think twice about supporting the everincreasing levies to support an everexpanding
"Police State/Penal Industry."

    Through their long term, incremental media conditioning, they are not cognizant of the
fact that they are the ones directly responsible for financing their own
destruction/enslavement.

    The story of Steve Andrew's experience here in Josephine County will touch many
people who have become inured to the corruption and heartless misapplication of color-of-
law, legal fiction, enforcement policies.

    My compliments to John Taft for his courageous reporting.  I recognize that most people

There are many such forgeries authored by Government/Media Disinformation Agents posted under my name on these Bravenet Forums and USENET newsgroups.  This has been going on for years.  A reasonable person would simply ask the question -- WHY???

The average reader inundated with such mind control assaults upon their undiscriminating consciousness are ultimately affected by these "Big Lie" manipulative techniques.  Through repetition at the subconscious level, the suggestion is DRIVEN HOME.

A simple solution to stemming these forgeries would be for the forum administrator/webmaster to pay attention to the discrepancy in IP addresses of the senders and act accordingly.

Yet these articles persist while my articles are now being blocked from appearing on these same newgroups/forums.

All you spiritual sleepyheads out there might want to ask yourselves -- WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?!

                                           The Following is a Forgery

   Discrimination Directed Toward Me due to Medical Ailments by Raymond Karczewski

   On 11-24-02 the CIA has struck once again with their ILLEGAL DOMESTIC WARFARE against me. This    specifically addresses the governments program of causing me to experiece EXCESSIVE FLATULENCE via the  use of HIDDEN ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT in the hills beyond my compound.

   I arrived at the Yankee Pot Roast in Grants Pass at  approximately 7:30 PM, and was greeted by a rather rude young lady who stated that the establishment would be closing in about a half an hour. I informed her that until closing time, it was her duty as a public company to see to my needs until closing time. At several times while impressing my legal knowledge upon her, my flatulence overcame me with noisy, smelly expulsions. She had the nerve to point out that my gas smelled terrible, when several customers in close proximity started rudely gawking and acting like they could smell it 20 feet away.

   At this point the manager came out, and asked if he could seat us in an area that was already cordoned off for the evening. I have never been so insulted and embarassed in my life. The nerve of this young man, as an employee in the service industry, it is his job to pretend not to notice my flatulence, especially since it is caused by the CIA. I  flatly refused and DEMANDED A SEAT IN THE REGULAR CUSTOMER AREA.

   I was finally seated at 7:42 PM when several customers complained to the waitress that they could not stand the  stench of my flatulence. One very rude child looked at me and laughed. Parents have no control over their children today, what that child needed was a good sound beating.

   Our order was taken at 7:51 pm, and I demanded a steak, well done just on principle so that they would have to wait on me. At precisely 8:13 pm, my dinner was presented to me by a VERY RUDE YOUNG LADY. I overheard  her exclaim to a coworker that she homework to do, and couldn't wait for the "Gassy Jerk" to finish stinking up the place.

   I DEMANDED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER IMMEDIATELY!!! Upon notification of her rude behavior, I was asked to leave since my "excessive gas and rude behavior" had allegedly reached the threshhold of "abuse". His  nose remained wrinkled the whole time. At this time I noticed a feeling of moisture and felt my  pulse; my rectum  was bleeding again. The CIA must have followed me in one of their STEALTH TRUCKS and caused me to start   hemoraging from the rectum.

   I WILL NEVER eat at this establishment again. I have never seen such horrible reaction to a MAN WITH A MEDICAL AFFLICTION that was caused by the CIA. My wife had the nerve to ask if perhaps my flatulence had caused the bleeding, but needless to say, SHE WILL NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE, EVER AGAIN.

   I realize that this post sounds rather angry, but my anger is just.

    For those that don't know who this guy is, consider yourselves lucky. Following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, he published an article blaming America for the attack, saying, and I quote, "I TOLD YOU SO". His rationale for this statement was because his posts were being blocked. For that reason, he justified the terrorist sponsored death of 3,000 innocent civilians.

    Raymond also authored a number of anonymous writings that made death threats toward the forum  administrators of bulletin boards that blocked his posts. There were also a number of threats made toward detractors of Raymond that mentioned the use of "gun violence" against them.

    Raymond has a history of refusing to hear anyone's point of view if it disagrees with his. He refuses to expound upon his position with the defense that everyone is an IGNORAMUS or is LACKING the INTELLIGENCE to  understand. He is on record as recommending a violent overthrow of the government, which stems from his frustrations with the Josephine County Courts, where he has been convicted of various traffic infractions including "driving without a license", "driving without insurance", "making an improper turn - which means he didn't signal", and "driving under the influence of alcohol".

    As a result of his desire to cause physical harm to those he dislikes, he spams the living h.e.l.l. out of as many forums as possible with his pseudo-political messages. Recently he has authored a number of "forgeries" that make references to disgusting medical problems, then responded to them in an accusing manner. This was all in the name of playing the victim. This man is not only extremely mentally ill, but quite lacking in taste and ethics.

    Since Raymond has run out of things to rant about, he is now reposting some of his 2001 articles that recommend to law abiding citizens that they should refuse to pay taxes and refuse to recognize the authority of law enforcement officials. He makes dangerous statements inferring that ARMED REVOLUTION may be    around the corner. This man is a DANGEROUS MENACE to society and is filled with so much VENOM and MALICE that he should be locked away in a mental hospital for the remainder of his natural life.

    I strongly urge parents that use filters for their children's internet use, to include his website (www.arkenterprises.com) in the list of blocked sites. There are also numerous USENET and BRAVENET  forums that he spams, so it may be impossible to prevent your children from being exposed to him. It may be a    good time to start educating your child about people with mental illness.

the business records themselves may be admissible, their contents are not for want of a competent witness to verify their authenticity.  Furthermore, the officer, nor the prosecutor, nor anyone else can testify as aforesaid to your liability without violating their oaths and exceeding the scope of their purely ministerial authority in the administration & enforcement of the regulatory revenue scheme, prescribed in the Code of State Regulations, which provide the essential, implementing rules/regulations which define and describe the only legitimate legislative intent and purpose, and govern such administration & enforcement.

dgb:  The statute, when cited alone as having been violated, is a "naked statute," which does not have the force and effect of law for want of being cited along with it's essential, implementing, promulgating rule.  Unless it was self-evident you were hauling passengers or freight for profit or gain using a "motor vehicle" for such purpose, there is no evidence you were engaged in the regulated activity sought to be enforced.

dgb:  There being no liability evidenced in the charging  documents, and no competent witnesses to come forth and offer personal knowledge evidencing such liability, the charging documents fail to state an offense for which the relief sought may be granted against that particular defendant.  Since the charging documents fail to state an offense, the court is deprived of jurisidiction to hear the matter, because it is limited to hearing only matters involving those proven to be liable to the regulatory revenue scheme.  Obviously, if there is no offense, the court can't provide the relief sought.  Case must be dismissed.

     Ray, for an 'insane' deranged' 'mental nincompoop' you are remarkable accurate in your assessment.  (probably wasted on the ignorant). One point, where you use the phrase 'U.S. Citizen', I would suggest using the lower-case 'c' as they do in thier paperwork, and then you could post a copy of some material that uses the upperecase 'C'. You and I both know that the uppercase defines a Proper noun that has standing in True Law, and a lowercase noun is generally of a lessor body of Law. Especially. in usage of the First Place,;i.e. Person  vs. person. If we told these dolts to check their own State's manual's on 'Punctuation and Usage' they would  find this out. But it seems they want to hold to their childish flawed conceptions. I once read something that is  true here, '9/10ths of one's reality is defined by other people's opinions'. Thankfully there ar quite a few millions of us now that know the Truth.

    A point on your 'fleeing', an officer can only hold you in 2 ways, by placing one under arrest, or by 'detaining  as a witness to a crime or infraction'. It seems neither applies here since the officer allegedly said 3 times that  you were not under arrest.

    Something for you to check out personally, Ray. Your Birth Certificate sets up a Jurisdictional Transit, did you  'Forceably Deny the Assumption'??

Subject: FELONY Warrant Issued for RAYMOND KARCZEWSKI

lt:  A FELONY warrant was issued for Raymond Karczewski as of 1:15PST on Friday, December 6, 2002 for a failure to appear in Josphine County Court. An unnamed source inside the County Clerks office has stated that due to the unpredictable nature of the subject, Karczewski, he will be sought out and brought to justice. A  search for his person is under way. Karczewski's residence is scheduled to be searched, and his property shall    be seized if Mr. Karczewski fails to surrender himself. If the subject has fled the state to avoid serving a sentence following several criminal convictions, then the State of Oregon will assume jurisdiction and initiate  extradition procedures with whatever state he may be hiding out in.

 lt:    He has been convicted of Driving on a Suspended Operator's License and Driving Without Valid Insurance, and is currently charged with Failure to Appear on Summons, and will most likely be charged with Interstate Flight if he is found to be hiding out of state. "This man has considerable mental health issues, but this does  not preclude him from paying his debt to society." stated a county employee, under condition of anonymity. He    further remarked that Mr. Karczewski has demonstrated a pattern of petty criminal offenses in the past, but he was only facing a year in jail and $5,000 in fines; "Hardly the crime of the century."

     Dec. 10, 2002, 4:20 PM: Received a phone call from a male caller identifying himself as "Griff Holland" of the Oregon State Police, badge# 672 -- commission # 1072-01, who stated he was working in Salem with the Oregon Department of Justice.

     Holland stated that paperwork was sent to him via the Oregon DOJ from the Josephine County District Attorney's office, as the Josephine County District Attorney's office claimed it didn't make any sense to them. Holland referred to documents:  Conditional Acceptance/Proof of Claim and Invoice/Verified Statement of Account.  See:

     I told him I would rather not talk over the phone.  He asked if we could talk in person.  I told him I would rather not talk at all.  I said that if he had an investigation to do, to go ahead and do it. The paperwork speaks for itself.

     He said that's what he was trying to clarify, adding that "legally, the papers don't stand for anything."  I told him I was a Sovereign person and not a subject of the corporate county or state.  He then asked, "What does that mean?"

     He said the Josephine County DA's office asked them to come in to look at the case.

     I told him I had been before the courts and challenged the court's jurisdiction, stating that the Josephine County DA's office knows damn well where they stand and refuses to address the problem of jurisdiction as outlined in the Conditional Acceptance/Proof of Claim document.

     I told him I was not going to discuss the matter over the phone.

     Holland asked several times if I was familiar with "simulation of a legal process."  I did not answer the question, telling him I was not going to discuss the matter over the phone.

     The conversation ended when I stated my suggestion to him to look over the paperwork then take it to the lawyers with the Department of Justice and let them decide what they are going to do with this matter; that I will "stand on the paperwork."  He said, "I see, so you'll stand on the  paperwork"  I replied, "Yes I will."  He again asked if I was familiar with "simulation of a legal process."

      I told him once again that I would not discuss the matter over the phone, said good-bye, and hung up.

      Note that although I did not respond to the court's "unlawful invitation" to appear in court on Dec.  2, 2002 -- thereby bringing into focus the issue of Jurisdiction by either arrest or dropping the charges -- here it is December 10th, and the Josephine County Courts and District Attorney's office are tapdancing like hell in bringing in the Oregon Department of Justice and State Police.

     The plain and simple fact is that District Attorney CLAY  E. JOHNSON has failed to prove the claims in the Conditional Acceptance/Proof of Claim within the 10-day period and is thereby in default.  As such, there is no existing privately-sworn affidavit which brings a claim upon this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural person, and therefore NO CASE.
