When next you see him, please give him my personal regards, and heartfelt appreciation. The same goes to you my dear. After reading the article to her, we realized what a burden you both carry.

I wish with all my heart, for a just and proper conclusion to your crusade.

P.S. The public was never permitted to know of the "fast until death" of Bob Schulz either. The Government, to avoid this from becoming a national embarassment, agreed to meet with him and his lawyers, and to produce proof the income tax is legal, thereby halting his fast. When time for the meeting arrived, the government refused to come to table. I suspect the same sort of trickery will be used to squirm out from the bind Ray has put them in.

I am ashamed of what I have witnessed in the decline of our "fellow officers." Yes, they are trained, but clearly lacking in intelligence. Generally, I observed them to operate as programmed automatons performing their tasks with a notable vacancy of judgment and awareness.

As to the corruption of the court I faced in my seven court appearances over the span of 33 days, some which were held in secret, unpublished, void of witnesses -- well, don't get me started.

Perhaps our fellow Americans are indeed awakening to the shift now well under way to destroy our American way of life. Anita has been deluged with supportive comments from all over this country and abroad.

All that is necessary now is to marshall that energy and take back our country from the hands of an errant government. I have written many articles on the Internet regarding the BOYCOTT of government and the ousting of the UN from our shores, and the disolution of the present fiat stranglehold the Federal Reserve has over a once sovereign people (see http://www.arkenterprises.com/dialchst.htm).

I would like to see a class action suit brought against the government regarding the Constructive Fraud perpetrated upon the American People through this Unlawful Commerce-based Drivers Licensing issue. The time for talk is over. I say don't pick up the gun. There is NO need to "Resist Evil" Let us, as a people, just not support the present Evil.

I guarantee that such a non-violent approach is vastly superior to the taking up of the gun and using it against one's brother in a shooting Revolution.

The 33-day Hunger Strike that I embarked upon when unlawfully arrested for "Failure To Appear" (although moments before, I, witnessed by my wife, friends and members of the press, sat and spoke from the court gallery to Judge ALLAN H. COON in his court) is such an example of non-resistance/non-capitulation which "mirrors" the empty threats of a null and void court operating without regard to our U.S.Constitution, and therefore lacking "force of law" in its corrupt and lawless findings.

It is time to revive our "dying Republic." Let it begin by taking back our sovereignty from those who have enslaved us incrementally throughout the years. Take back your money. Vote for the kind of government you want with your pocketbook, not with empty, rigged computerized elections. Let's get a Class Action suit going on this Drivers license issue. Enough is enough. If we can't do it now, we will NEVER do it.

NO ONE HAS POWER OVER YOU UNLESS YOU GIVE IT TO THEM. My hunger strike proved that. After thirty-three days, they were going to release me from custody--even if they had to try my case "in absentia," find me guilty, and release me for time served. They were well aware of the liability they faced should another prisoner *die* while in the custody of Sheriff Dave Daniel in his Josephine County Jail.

My thanks go to all who supported Anita and me in this ordeal. As to my personal future in the upcoming court appearance on November 12th, to friend and foe alike I say, "IT AIN'T OVER TILL IT'S OVER."

     I'm sure your aware of the on-going battle over what is defined as "income" when it comes to income tax reporting and liability.  Questions have been raised over the tax courts jurisdiction over hearing such matters as well.  There is an ongoing awakening of the people to the ways in which our leaders conduct their authority over the citizenry.  Not
that people don't want laws and enforcement along with judicial justice.  The question is really, where do these people get off overlooking the Constitution?  Are they bewitched by an uncontrollable compulsion to overstep their constitutionally granted authority to have the final say on a matter?  or  Do they just suppose that since they are the court and the usual place were people bring their legal questions, that they by default have omnipotent, cart blanch authority and jurisdiction over any legal question?  Perhaps a little of both.

     I truly believe that what we are seeing is a product of a breakdown in our education in America.  I'm sure that the Judge is sweating bullets over this issue in private.  He's probably never looked into such a thing before and wasn't properly educated on such matters in law school.  His colleagues can't advise him wisely because they went to the same schooling.  (They probably left that chapter out at the Law School?  Or somebody did?)

       Ray's point is valid.  Just as the public was exposed to the overwhelming liberal stronghold in the Supreme Court of Florida appointee's and their action in the Bush Presidential election.  It took the U. S. Supreme Court to point out their mistake and set the record strait so that the chips could fall legally were they may.  Again, with the Ninth
District flaming liberal view on the U.S. Pledge of Allegiance.  Most recently the (Vermont?) Supreme Court "creating new law" from the bench by allowing the Democratic Party to break the election laws and appoint a non-elected stand-in candidate to replace Torcelli in the Upcoming November election for Congress.  As I'm sure you are aware, the ability to "create new law" is strictly granted to the legislative branch of government by the
Constitution.

     These kinds of events should help open the publics eyes further to the importance of voting and the effect their candidate can have in the control of appointing "good" lifetime U. S. Supreme Court - Judicial Appointments by the President and the affirmation of appointments by a "responsible" Senate.  Something we haven't seen since Jumping
Jim Jeffords went independent.  - Nuff said about that.

     There isn't a lot I can do for you I know, but keep your head up.  How ever this turns out it wont matter if you stood for what you believed in.  God bless you both and America. - Ben

PS:  The silent majority can no longer afford to stay silent.  You make speak loudly at the polls this November.  Please include this point to your ongoing story so that maybe a solution will come in the future over just such issues being raised by your husbands courage.  Otherwise his stand may ultimately go in vain, over time, by "extreme" liberals sweeping it under the rug instead of dealing with the issue.

    A Republican isn't necessarily a guaranteed choice but I would rather take my chances with a "true" conservative than a "flaming" liberal.  (Unless I was trying to get away with something.  Ha,ha)  Human nature is a funny thing. Not an exact science to say the least.

     The Bible says that in the end days "right will be wrong and wrong will be right". That's where we are now. We have Godless men running this country who are selling their souls for money and power.

     Your husband is not a team player because he challenged and questioned the system. Your husband is intelligent. He is not a sheep. All of us who are not sheep will be in the same position as your husband very soon. It's just as bad here in Texas.

                       Courts, Hoops, and Yours Truly

     Once again we learned  that one cannot assume anything when it comes to dealing with the Court System in Josephine County Oregon.

     Although they have since reset a date of May 2nd of 2003 (next year) for a Docket Call at 8:15 am, wherein "pleas will be taken, settlements will be read into the record and trials will be assigned to specific judges," (followed by a 12-person Jury Trial set for May 6th, 2003,) Anita and I learned yesterday, while securing copies of court records, that the Hearing which Judge Coon set for November 12th, 2002, is STILL ON.

     The purpose of which, we were told by the Court Clerk's representative is a Status Hearing. (more busy-work for lawyers, clerks, officers of the court, etc., and an additional financial and emotional drain upon those unfortunate enough to get caught in the net of an errant, exploitive judicial system).

     I'm going to resume my stance of challenging the court to prove its jurisdiction over me, the flesh-and-blood natural person.  I fully acknowledge the courts have jurisdiction over the Juristic Person, the legal fiction that is named as defendant, whose name is spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. But, that is the specific legal issue Judge Coon and the other Josephine County Judges have been skirting and evading in the SEVEN appearances I have made before the court since September 12th, 2002; i.e., THIS LIVING, BREATHING, FLESH-AND-BLOOD, SENTIENT, NATURAL PERSON IS NOT THAT JURISTIC PERSON NAMED AS DEFENDANT. It is the former *Natural Person* who has been held hostage by the Josephine County Courts and Sheriff's Office and underwent a 33 day Hunger Strike in protest of the authorities' perceived *crimes* of the latter Juristic Person.

      Most of the primary culpable persons within the Court, DA's Office and Sheriff's Office in this Copyright infringement have been served with papers providing indisputable proof of my perfected interest in the Common-Law-Copyrighted Trademark/Tradename spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS (the juristic person named as defendant) and my Common-Law-Copyrighted Autograph, spelled in capital and lower case letters, i.e., my given and surname received at birth.

     I am the creditor of the debtor Juristic Person.  I am neither a surety nor an accommodation party for said Juristic Person, therefore I am not responsible for the debts/actions of the Juristic Person unless I consent to be so.  At no time during this lengthy ordeal have I consented to doing business with the Sheriff's Office, the District Attorney's Office, and the Circuit Court Judges for the County of Josephine Oregon. I have NO INTENTION of jumping through the myriad legal hoops set out by the court and its officers.
