June 18th, 2002: This is the FIFTH posting of this article since the 14th. Folks, pay close attention to the types of articles, subject matter, and persons involved in posts of mine which are being selectively censored by anonymous individuals operating from behind the scenes. You will begin to understand why my posts draw so much attention from those who control the subject matter on the Internet and do not want TRUTH to reach the average person.
Many USENET readers consider these repeated shocking revelations of Government/Media sponsored/supported mind control/disinformation operations on the Internet "old hat," not worthy of their attention. Through time and repetition, they have become inured to a demand for action on their part which surely, if pursued, would stop the momentum cold in its tracks and would restore balance to an errant, unbalanced government presently riding roughshod over the Unalienable Rights and freedoms of its citizens.
How did our once great country arrive at this sad place in history? How and why have we allowed the Satanic Few to rule the minds of the "inert many?" It is nothing new. All man made, Satanic/thought-based civilizations have repeated this "rise and fall" cycle since the beginning of recorded history.
It is this Satanic struggle for power that has gone unchanged. The only thing that changes are the myriad illusions, the peripheral and variable manifestations which occupy the superficial level of the conditioned, Intellectual thought of civilized and subjugated men.
It can only occur within a nondiscerning, belief ridden Intellect of a controllable, manipulable, conditioned mass public incapable of exercising deeper spiritual discernment.
Who are these people whose country (and world) is falling apart at the seams? Who are they who live in such fear, held fast at the level of Satanic (Opposing) thought?
Who are they who posture and threaten, but seem unable to move beyond the peripheral level of idle talk?
Who are they who are unable to resolve their collective problem short of taking up the gun and killing or being killed?
Go ahead, answer the question for yourself. The answer comes as no surprise. IS IT NOT YOU?!!
Such is the stupid, self-destructive nature of all armed revolutions launched by controllable ignoramuses. They play into the hands of the *Satanic Few* who have factored such Population Control measures into their plan for world domination -- a New World Order.
How many can still live in daily denial of a "shadow government" which has taken over our previous U.S. Constitution-based Representative Republic and replaced it with a Maritime-ruled Corporate government whose courts no longer recognize the U.S. Constitution, having replaced it with the law of contract and commerce?
Many have watched the government/media STONEWALLING campaign which has arisen to my request for an FBI Investigation into the Government/Media Sponsored/Supported Mind Control/Disinformation experiments being conducted upon the unwary users of the Internet. See: http://www.PetitionOnline.com/RayNita1/petition.html
I have learned that I cannot rely upon my government to fulfill their obligation to provide promised services. It, our errant government has clearly demonstrated that its allegiance is not to the people it purports to serve, but to its own self-serving interests and expansion.
The daily headlines readily attest to this fact, yet the blind are incapable of seeing it.
Realizing the present government is not a servant of the people, but looms as an uncaring tyrannical bureaucracy, I have resorted to the simplicity of contract (Uniform Commercial Code) law to resolve my/our problem.
May I suggest that readers interested in taking back control of their country and their lives read the complete thread of "Identity Theft, Your County Clerk's Office and You!!" Links found at: http://www.arkenterprises.com/dialchst.htm
Observe the simple solution to the problem which has remained unabated because of a citizen's misdirected dependence upon a Government which no longer perceives itself as a government "Of the People, By the People, and for the People."
An inspection of the Google archives under my name, Raymond Karczewski, will fail to show the following two posts "**" bearing my header address arkent@internetcds.com (See:http://www.arkenterprises.com/dialchst.htm ). They were sent repeatedly to USENET, yet did not reach their newsgroup destinations nor do they appear in the Google Archives.

Throughout the past 7 1/2 years on the Internet, I have given ample opportunity to those responsible for the Libel of my wife, my family, and myself to cease and desist in their libelous attacks. I have no personal desire to ruin anyone's life, yet such desire has been regarded by these Government/Media sponsored/supported individuals as an encouragement to increase their attacks. They have openly boasted of their immunity from prosecution and have "in your face" repeatedly admitted to their Intelligence community connections.
Through the copyrighting of my personal property -- my name, Raymond Ronald Karczewski, which was given me at birth and certified as a trade name/trademark via government birth certificate -- I placed notice upon those who would use such copyrighted trademark/trade name property that any unauthorized use of my personal property would constitute their agreement to enter into a self-executing contract under the laws of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and to compensate me for the use of said property in the amount of $500,000.00 per each and every unathorized use.
The individual who posts on USENET as "Chris (bluelawndart@yahoo.com)" and the one called "digger (bad@example.com)" have, by their actions, agreed to compensate me for each and every such use.

What most folks fail to see is that I do not resist such Satanic Techiques personally. I merely mirror them and allow them to unfold to their natural conclusion.
I pose the question: chris and digger, the clock is running on this self-executing contract. Do you really want to risk your financial and personal future over a job?
Should you doubt the dire circumstances you now find yourselves in, I suggest you contact and confirm the validity of the above contract with your attorney.
This article will be posted on my bulletin board at http://www.arkenterprises.com/dialchst.htm . Let us see if it too will be blocked from reaching the USENET newsgroups and forums?

Ms. Georgette Brown
County Recorder
County Courthouse
Josephine County, OR
Ms. Brown,
On Friday, the 7th of June, 2002, accompanied by my wife Anita Karczewski and friend Peter Sparacino, I arrived at your office to file my notarized Affidavit of Publication (Copyright Notice) from the Illinois Valley News published in that general publication newspaper on four consecutive weeks May 8th, May 15th, May 22nd, and May 29th, 2002 which satisfies common law requirements.
I was met with both snide and hostile resistance by your employees Kathleen and John. I was shocked by such arrogance and resistance to a member of the public who was making such a simple request. When asked for his name and capacity with the office, your employee John (wearing name tag) refused to give either his last name or his capacity in your office, saying that it was none of my business what his name or capacity was. Ms. Brown, I am a retired Police Sergeant. In the California Police Department in which I was employed, we would not have condoned such impudence and outright hostility coming from a public servant as was exhibited by your employee John.
My wife and Mr. Sparacino witnessed the entire encounter. The matter was smoothed over by Art Harvey who exhibited the only reasonable attitude I encountered that day in your office. Kathleen made a copy of the copyright notice. I left my name and phone number with her, and she and Art assured me that they would get this information to you and you would get back to me on the phone on Monday the 10th of June regarding this issue.
It is now Wednesday, June 18th, 2002, 11 days after that distasteful encounter, and you have not yet sought to respond to the request of a citizen who was merely asking for service from his county employees.
The language contained within the provisions of ORS. 193.080 contradict what your clerk indicated to me as reasons for not filing such affidavit.
I therefore insist upon either your office filing such record of Affidavit of Publishing (Copyright Notice) or show cause in writing the reasons for such "questionable" department policies which run counter to Oregon law. Please advise me of your decision in writing, and I shall proceed with the matter forthwith.
Should you seek to impose office policy over Oregon law, I must tell you that I intend to follow this up with our County Commissioners until your office abides by the Law as stated in ORS 193.080.

rk: Why do you write me privately about such a typical tyrannical encounter with a cop? SHOUT IT publicly to the world (newsgroups/forums).
rk: Get rid of the anonymous Internet handle. Step out of the shadows. Stand in the light of Truth. Establish your integrity. Then tell your story to the world. That is how you, I, and others will bring about fundamental (deep) change to this Insane Asylum we call a "civilized world." If you don't have the courage to do that, you certainly will not find a sympathetic ear in me.
rk: Since your message is devoid of any personal identification, let alone notice of copyright, I don't need permission to post this on my bulletin board/newsgroups/forums as a lesson to others as to the pitfalls involved when dealing with anonmyous Internet posters. (I am no stranger to internet "setups.") Example of blatant contradiction: Your two statements below, i.e.,
(1) "Removing the mattress and bedding in the room the officers left and I had no contact with anyone for over eleven hours." and
(2) "Finally, bail was posted by a friend before I'd even arrived at the jail from the scene of the crime." Such blatant contradiction begs the question -- If bail was posted even before you arrived at the jail from the "scene of the crime" (interesting characterization, is it not?), why were you held in the cell for eleven hours for a non-arrestable Traffic Infraction?
jm: > Recently, May 29, I was arrested for not stopping at a stop sign. When the code enforcer hit his lights I pulled into a strangers driveway (private property) and stepped out of the car.
jm: > The code enforcer shouted at me "GET BACK IN THE CAR". I, without thinking and instinctively took two steps away from my pickup truck. The code enforcer shouts at me again, "GET BACK IN THE CAR". By now, I am confused and scared. (Is someone shooting a gun somewhere and he's thinking of my safety, or is he using intimidation to deceive me?
jm: > Stepping further away from my pickup infuriated him. He walks up behind me, and under my arms, picks me up (I only weigh 150) (he about 250) and throws me on the hood of the vehicle. Pounds my head into the burning hot hood of the car (temp that day was 115) and handcuffs me. He then proceeds to body bounce me (bouncing his big framed body on my back while still over the hood of the car) with the intention of tightening the handcuffs on my wrists.
jm: > "Where's your license?" he asked.
jm: > I said, "My license in contained in my wallet. My wallet (with my hand over my back pocket and still in handcuff) is my property and I do not consent to your search of my property for your access to my license. If you have a warrant, please show it to me, and I will release to you whatever the warrant specifies."
jm: > With this he STOLE my wallet and rummaged through it. Going through every nook and cranny of the wallet, I said, "You won't find a knife your gun in that little niche."
jm: > As he grabbed my license I told him the information contained on the license is copyrighted property. It's been published in the local newspaper and recorded with the County Recorders Office. My financing statement, Common Law Copyright Notice is in the glovebox, where you will also find a Notice by Written Communication / Security agreement warning you that the use of my copyrighted property, without my consent, constitutes an infringement of my copyright. If you proceed with the use of my property you will be liable to me for each use of my property in the amount of $500,000.00 and I will enforce it. I finished with, "The license may belong to the DMV but the information on the license belongs to me and I do not consent to your use of my property.
jm: > His reply. "Tell it to the judge."
jm: > What is your name, badge number, drivers license number, and ssn#. He refused to answer. I said, "If you have nothing to fear, then release your property to me so that I may know exactly who it is I'm doing business with." NO ANSWER
jm: > So I asked, Who's the victim in this case. Who's the complainant? He responded with, "I'm the victim!!". I said, "really, do you have a list of torted damages? I mean, did I run over your toe, break your leg, steal money from your paycheck, explain to me exactly how it is I victimized you!
jm: > Searching for an answer the officer replies, "as a police officer it is damaging to observe a citizen violate the law".
jm: > I said, "let me correctly assess this, you've been mentally damaged by my offending the will of other men?"
jm: > YES!!! (shouting at me)
jm: > "Well then, it will be obvious to the court that you are mentally unstable and need to be terminated from your place of employment if you are mentally damaged by the simple infraction of a code."
jm: > (Mentally damaged by the mere observance of a code infraction should constitute termination for any code enforcer.)
jm: > Now at the jail the jailer asked if I'd ever been arrested before. I said I did not want to volunteer any information and please what is your name? Another officer overhearing this, walks over to me and forcibly grabs me under the arm and says, "Oh yeah, we've got a place for people like you!"
jm: > (Like me? For not wanting to volunteer any statements.) He and four other officers take me to a back air-conditioned (four vents at 60 degrees) 10 X 10 cell and demanded of me my shoes, socks, shirt, and belt. Removing the mattress and bedding in the room the officers left and I had no contact with anyone for over eleven hours. (for a moment or two I thought they were going to assault me)
jm: > Finally, bail was posted by a friend before I'd even arrived at the jail from the scene of the crime. At about 11:30pm I was released after making it known the "U" and "D" next to my signature meant that I was being forced to sign in order to be released. I finally got my truck out of impound somewhere around 3:00am.
jm: > What a day!!!!!
Problems. & QUESTIONS.
jm: > I can't get the Police Dept. here in North Las Vegas to release to me the officers report of the traffic stop.
jm: > They refuse to even supply me with a copy of a ticket. At this point I don't even know what the ($charges$) are.
jm: > I've invoiced the code enforcer (no response certified by notary) at his place of employment. (police station)
jm: > I'm now getting ready, using the Constable, to serve the officer my Notice and Demand.

I have been brought before the Oregon courts on this issue, and the the courts have BLINKED!!!
rk: The government HAS NOT MOVED/WILL NOT MOVE on this issue while there still exists a U.S. Constitution.

rk: Curt, your long-term conditioned ignorance is showing. Can't get beyond your narrow, naive, "politically correct" slave-minded mindset, can you?
rk: It is clear you have neither a clue nor do you possess the capacity to understand what it means to live life as a free, sovereign human being in a Satanically-ruled, unfree, automaton-populated world. Can you say S-H-E-E-P-L-E???

rk: drpostman, aka Jamie Eckles 106½ Graham, Apt C West Memphis, AR 72301, the following is testimony to your and the other AFAB BULLIES/SKEPTICULTISTS' ignorance. Recently, through the medium of Common Law Copyright, which corporate-governmental statutory (Maritime) legislation cannot defeat, I took back control over my STRAWMAN trademark/tradename previously issued by the government via birth certification (whereby government magickly transforms a living, breathing sovereign human being into chattel, a human resource).
rk: No longer a surety/accomodation party and therefore a debtor to my STRAWMAN name, I regained control as creditor with a perfected claim over such intellectual/juristic property.
rk: On these Internet newsgroups/forums before God and the rest of the World, notice was given regarding the terms of unauthorized use of my private property, my copyrighted name. By your (and other foolish AFAB BULLIES'/SKEPTICULTISTS') subsequent actions, taken with full knowledge, you/they agree to compensate me for each and every unauthorized use of such name/property and all derivatives thereof in the amount of $500,000.00 per use.
rk: Such is the nature of the binding, private, self-executing nonjudicial contract you/they have entered into with the living/breathing, non-juristic person Raymond Karczewski©. You may wish to consult the UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE (UCC), the venue of International Law which governs commerce in this world of ours. The deed is done. All that remains is a demand for payment -- one contract at a time.
rk: By the way, each and every subsequent use of that copyrighted property shall continue to add to the total amount of compensation owed. In your case, postman, as you have demonstrated below, you have forfeited your financial future. You might want to ask yourself the question -- FOR WHAT?

s: > This is a very welcome message to anyone who feels inherently guilty.
rk: The vast multitude of mankind has been conditioned to believe they are born in Sin (Contradiction). Most live their lives making it a self-fulfilling prophecy.
s: >The doctrine of original sin then seems to make complete sense.
rk: Yep!! That's how it's done alright!!
s: > And so we are carried into the organization, to be baptized, and to breathe a greate sigh of relief for now we are saved.
rk: Ah! The great sedative. You've just put your finger on the power of organized religion and the Hell on earth it supports. They're the "good cop" playing off the "bad cop" of government which between the two make up the whole of power on earth.
s: > But please read this for what it is: the initial perceptions of a child of fourteen, who could not understand the whole concept of latent sin, and therefore gave up the entire prospect of religion.
rk: Organized religion has nothing to do with Atheism. Nor does it have anything to do with GOD.
s: > This is the time when I became an atheist.
rk: In a Satanically ruled world, an atheist is not much different from his/her religious counterparts. They are both immersed in belief. One believes there is a "god," while the other believes there is no "god." Without the balance (the narrow way) which transcends intellect, neither has the capacity to grasp the essence which lies just beyond their limited intellect.
s: > The doctrines of honesty and kindness were easy enough, because as long as one follows them (and they are quite simple in their rules),
rk: That statement belies the consciousness of an intelligent human being. Why do you stoop to calling yourself an atheist? Your spiritual beingness is showing.
s: > one is justifiably beyond reproach. Violating them means that the scales of justice must be rebalanced, but once that is done, again one is OK.
rk: That balanced state of consciousness is the state of Love, It is the Christ State of Consciousness. It is the true estate of every human being who has understood the hell that organized governments and religions have wrought upon this earth.
s: > Against such a model, religion seems to set up an incredibly complicated system, where honesty, kindness and the other virtues are merely part of some larger game, whose rules we were never meant to understand.
rk: As said earlier, keep em codependent, keep em fragmented, keep em confused, keep em ignorant. Promise em Heaven, deliver them to Hell. Such is the nature of hypocrisy.
s: > Somehow we accept the fact that we are by default ``in the wrong,'' that the scales can never be rebalanced by our own efforts, and that we therefore stand in need of an All-Powerful, external Being Who will allow us to escape the punishment we were otherwise destined for.
rk: It's a formula of mind control which has given the Satanic (Opposer) worshipping "few" the power to rule over the "many" since the dawn of "civilization."
s: > Yet even this is not guaranteed at least in the brands of Christianity I was familiar with growing up.
rk: Be at peace. You have walked the gauntlet and survived with spirit intact. How many others do you know who can say that and actually mean it?
s: > Consorting with the wrong kind of people could just as easily send you to hell as giving up the church.
rk: Giving up "organized religion" is the first and last step one takes into the realm of Truth, God, the Ineffable, the Infinite.
s: > Faced with this impermanent salvation, I again discovered that the scales were forever off-balance, and that the omnipotent deity who was to secure my rescue demanded constant propitiation in order to keep up his end of the bargain.
rk: Ah! Sounds like you were trained to worship the "god" of this world -- that is, until you came to your senses. Seefan, yours is one of the most spiritual messages I have observed on these Internet newsgroups/forums, yet they come from one who has embraced Atheism. Go figure!!
s: > In this respect modern ``ecclesiastical'' religion is no different from the ancient cultures who make sacrifices to the gods each year in order to ensure a steady crop.
rk: Not much has changed has it? The two sides of the coin of power still remain in the hands of the "Warrior" and the "Witchdoctor" -- Government and Religion. Hell isn't it?
s: > If we let down our guard, the deities are immediately going to return to the realms whence they came, and then we are left on our own.
rk: It is necessary to drop the illusions which rule us if we are to be balanced, loving, intelligent "Children of God" (not to be confused with children who worship the "god" Satan, the ruler of this civilized world).
s: > Completely on our own. And needless to say, because of our imperfection, and the fact that the scales of Justice forever demand rebalancing, it's no longer countenancable to continue living without that deity's protection.
rk: Or so one is trained to "believe."
s: > This is such a simple, ``pray for the rains'' theology that it is surprising how inveterate it has become, even in the belief systems of modern day. With the advent of Christ, it became more glorified, and more intricate, but at heart the formula is identical. Man is bad, and does not deserve. God covers for man, and now man can live acceptably. But man must continue to implore God, or God will leave man, and man will perish.
rk: Hell, isn't it?
s: > Isn't this the idea of those street-corner preachers who say, ``Repent, for the end is near!''? The idea of expiating guilt is so attractive for anyone who feels guilty (and I am certain that many of us feel guilty about something, for life is a thing of mistakes), that it becomes a very strong selling point.
rk: What is there to sell to a man/woman of Truth?
s: > And perhaps this is why the current generation has become so heedless: because they are aware of this ``moral economics'' and are disgusted by the fact that the only real result is that the church gets fatter every year.
rk: Why does that surprise you? Hell, by definition, is the realm of imbalance, of contradiction, of power, of suffering, of exploitation, of endless wars fought over consolidation of profit and power, yet LEGIONS of Hell's "sheeple" slumber away their lives while consenting to have their pockets picked, the fruits of their labor stripped away by their parasitical, nonproducing "Moneychanger" leadership.
s: > Now that their sins are forgiven, so what? They have to live in constant apprehension of drawing all those sins back again with the least transgression.
rk: The greatest sin is found in a life of habit. Going through the motions in no guarantee that there is "Anybody Home." Talk to a scripture-quoting bible thumper sometime, you will see what I mean.
s: > It's like a judge who suspends one's sentence at court. The individual feels somehow lucky, but now he is afraid that on the next occasion he will have to pay for both the old sin and the new one.
rk: When will folks learn that in their indulgence of sin (habitual contradiction) they place themselves at the mercy of exploiters of sin -- the law, the courts, the goverment, the religions. When will folks learn that they are Sovereign human beings and must give their consent to the courts to be prosecuted, to the government to be ruled, to the organized religions to be sedated? It is all a matter of contract. But it is a bargain struck with "Satan."
s: > This is not a very complete salvation. At least not given the time and money that it costs.
s: > Some sects offer permanent salvation. Once you have accepted Christ as Lord, this is both the beginning and the end. Do what you like, for your faith has saved you. Of course, you should still try to be good, but it doesn't really matter all that much.
rk: People flock to such positive imaged schmoozing and indeed pay a dear price for it. But what is the world they wind up creating for themselves? Look at the shape of our civilized world today. Observe the present accelerated assault upon sovereignty by the Satanic New World Order elitists. See with clear eyes the outcome of dependence upon organized religion and government bureacracies and what it has brought to this earth. That oughta shake/wake you up!!!
s: > The only catch here is that you have at accept Him through a particular church, and remain a member of that church. I'm not very experienced with these kinds of churches, but it surprises me that they aren't more popular.
rk: Has it not been said, misery loves fellowship?
s: > The thing to notice here is that all of the focus is on the suppliant. Where is God mentioned, except as the Saviour of the otherwise hell-bound soul? Isn't He, after all, the Creator, the Source of all Good, the Knower and the Seer? It would seem that if religion were anything, it would be a source of knowledge about Him, since no other science or art can tell us anything about Him directly.
rk: Put your finger on it, didn't ya?
s: > This is the special purview of religion, this authoritative knowledge of God. Church is where one goes to discover the mysterious fact that there is another world beyond this world, one based on love and fellow feeling, rather than brute force and power.
rk: That world is here and now for the spiritually sighted; for life is infinite, life is eternal, life is NOW. Sadly, most are blind to it.
s: > All these things were created by God, Who has placed more capacities within us than we are yet aware of, and Who has much more in store for us then we have witnessed so far. The key is to make ready our perception so that we might be capable of comprehending the deeper mysteries of life.
rk: Life on earth is no more than a spiritual school. How many learn the lessons it has to teach?
s: > This requires a purifying our mind, turning our sight away from baser things, directing our inquiry to the soul and its needs, and providing it with the nourishment it requires to develop the capabilities it has been endowed with.
s: > Nothing but religion can educate us about the needs of the soul, for only God understands these needs, and so only God can tell us about them. This He does thorugh the mechanism of His Messengers, or Prophets, sent is just such a fashion that only those who are truly interested will listen long enough to find out what they have to offer.
rk: You can lead lemmings to the water's edge. The question remains, will they drink or will they drown?
s: > This is done because Beauty is only for the eyes of those who will appreciate it. Think of something astonishingly beautiful, and special, in your own life. Maybe this would be a sunset viewed from a particular spot, or the enveloping silence of a certain grove at a nearby beach. Now consider who you would bring there, to share your special place. Would it be just any one, no matter how crass or insensitive? Or would you reserve those places for only those people who possess the sensibilities necessary to apprehend what was being offered?
rk: It is a question of creation at the individual level, is it not? Each of us are Christs, most however live in a state of amnesia. We each create the quality of our lives by the actions we take in playing the cards we are dealt in life.
s: > God, too, has something wonderful to share with us something that is open to all. But only those whole hearts are ready can enter, because otherwise it would be waste, like a painting created for a blind man. This He achieves by tailoring His message with exactly the right amount of craft, such that it be ignored, or cherished, based on the predilection of the hearer.
rk: Don't wait for a new deal. Play the hand dealt you. You will soon understand why you are here on this earth.
s: > But my point is that religion is about God, and not about the question of our salvation. This plays a part, but not as expiation of our sins; rather it is about removing those obstacles which would prevent from perceiving His beauty. This is what is meant by salvation; to be awaken from a slumber which would have caused you to miss all the wonderful glory of life.

s: Thanks Raymond for your extremely interesting reply. I should clarify two points - I didn't write this post but a friend did. I found I agree with it totally and thought others would appreciate it. The other point is that J.W. is no longer an Atheist but is a Baha'i and is a member of the Baha'i Faith. I have to say that you have the unique ability to use words very effectively indeed. Thanks for your insight.
