Administrators of these forums have removed and continue to remove my posts from their groups as soon as they are posted.
It appears that my simple Truth cuts through their propaganda, causing readers to question their leadership's authority. It is clear to me that both the Government and their counterparts in this country, the Patriot leaders are spoiling for a bloody Revolution, and therefore only exposed themselves as merely minions in service to those elitists who really control the world -- the International Bankers and Corporate leaders.

That statement is the basis of my challenge. The decision of inclusion has already been made and stated clearly in his unsolicited letter. It rules out any other method of inclusion, including voluntary submission of biographies to on-line Web Sites and/or links. His language was quite clear. He did not state "submit your information and we will consider you for inclusion."
I, for one, have no intention of purchasing recognition from any publication regardless of their reputation and/or standing in the publishing world. I have not paid a *red cent* for such exposure in the past and do not intend to do so now. If indeed such commercial hucksterism is the intention of the IBC, then they will have sold a priceless gem that once lost is damn near impossible to regain -- THEIR REPUTATION AND INTEGRITY.

Yesterday, Oct 15th, 2001, I received a computer printout from Canyonville, Oregon Justice of the Peace Carol Roberts.
It announced:
I have NO CONTRACT with the State of Oregon for a Drivers License!
I have not had such a contract with the State of Oregon since my prior license expired on Sept 23rd, 1999, and I knowingly, willingly, and deliberately did not renew it, re-establishing instead my Inalienable Right to Liberty which the US Supreme Court has determined includes the Right to Travel in one's private automobile upon the Highways of this country without requirement of a license if such travel is conducted for private purposes and the person is not using the highways for commercial, or business activities.
The question I just can't seem to get answered from any of our Oregon elected Officials, Judicial officers, and public servants, (see below) going back as far as July 1999, is how these Inalienable Rights can be converted by Government into a privilege without the person first entering into a contract with the state, thereby giving his/her personal consent and agreement to the terms of such contract.
Another way of asking the question is: How can the State of Oregon "SUSPEND" the privileges granted through a nonexistant Contract?
The answer of course is THEY CAN'T! At least not if they wish to continue the charade that they are abiding by the US Constitution, the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND!
What this bit of unconstitutional legerdemain by a faceless, runaway, color of office, regulation-spewing bureacracy supported by Admiralty/Maritime Courts which bypass our Common law and US Constitution has accomplished with this "IN YOUR FACE" act of TYRANNY is the declaration of Death to the US Constitution and a heralding in of a NEW WORLD ORDER.

s: Ah...there's the rub...actually, Ray, the contract still does exist. Just because you didn't renew your license doesn't mean that the contract does not exist anymore. Contract law says that the terms to terminate a contract must be stated. Please quote the section of your license application where the "terms of termination" are stated.

I am a retired California Police Sergeant living on my Police Pension. I additionally receive a Social Security Pension.

I recently severed connection with Corporate America by closing all previous bank accounts to which I was a party; i.e., SOFCU (Southern Oregon Federal Credit Union) and Home Valley Bank. I am personally known to the employees of SOFCU by sight.
My wife Anita continues to do business with Southern Oregon Federal Credit Union and with Home Valley Bank, both institutions located in our home town of Cave Junction, Oregon.
I have for years been debt free. In January 2001, I purchased an automobile on a 36-month loan contract through Southern Oregon Federal Credit Union (SOFCU) in Grants Pass, Oregon. I re-entered the credit system. That loan will be payed off well ahead of time when the final payment is made in December, 11 months after entering into the contract.
When that occurs, I shall return to the status of being debt free.
Several months ago when I closed the accounts, I changed my Retirement Check Status from Direct Deposit to snail mail to our PO Box in the Cave Junction Post Office. I endorsed my retirement checks to my wife who promptly deposited them into her account. In the beginning, the bank tellers noted my Oregon Driver License was expired but that did not pose a bar to the depositing of funds.
Today, my wife and I were told that I would no longer be allowed to endorse my retirement check over to my wife and have it deposited in her account, even though employees of SOFCU know my wife and I by sight and could verify the signature with their prior signature card. Identity is not a problem. So what is the problem?
Without a drivers license or State-approved ID card, my Federal Social Security Check and State Public Employee Retirement System check would not be accepted.
Does anyone see what is happening to our country?

Dear Ms. Zeltvay,
On September 3rd, 1998 my husband Raymond opened a savings account, which was required in order to open a checking account, and a joint checking account in both our names at the SOFCU branch in Cave Junction, Oregon.
He supplied all the information and identification that SOFCU required in order to open these accounts.
At the time, his California Public Employees Retirement check was direct-deposited into the checking account and in 1999 his (and later, my) Federal Social Security checks were also direct-deposited into this account.
We did not encounter problems and were happy with the service we received from the personnel at the Cave Junction office of SOFCU.
Since the savings/checking account was opened three years ago, Raymond and I have conducted business in person, together and separately, depositing and withdrawing funds, at the Cave Junction branch at least once a month and sometimes more frequently than that. He and I have been and are recognized by the employees at the Cave Junction branch of SOFCU. They know who we are.
In January of 2001, we purchased an automobile, and the Grants Pass office of SOFCU agreed to carry the 36-month loan for the purchase. No further identification for processing of the loan was required by SOFCU other than that supplied to you by the automobile dealer from whom we purchased the automobile.
We have made our payments on this automobile financing loan in a timely manner. In fact, this loan will be paid-in-full by December 5, 2001, well ahead of schedule.
In August of this year, 2001, Ray and I went to the Cave Junction SOFCU branch together and asked that his name be removed from the account. In order to accomplish that end, we were told that the joint account, with Raymond's name as the primary account holder, would have to be closed after all checks had cleared and that a new account, in my name only, would have to be opened. On September 26th, 2001, the original joint checking account was closed, and I opened a new savings account and a checking account in my name only. We were also told that the savings account in his name which was required to open the original checking account would have to remain open until the automobile loan was paid in full, at which time it also could be closed.
My husband Ray has his own personal reasons for terminating the original account, and they are not germane to my personal savings/checking account with SOFCU and/or the depositing of checks therein. He has since changed his status with the California Public Employees Retirement System and Federal Social Security from direct deposit of checks to having them mailed to our post office box. My federal social security check is still being direct-deposited by electronic transfer into my new account.
We asked and were told by your employee, that Ray's P.E.R.S. and federal social security checks would be able to be deposited in my account if they were endorsed by him and endorsed by me for deposit in my account.
While our joint checking account was in effect, Ray deposited and withdrew funds from that account although during that time, in 1999, he chose not to renew his Oregon drivers license. He encountered no problem using his expired license for identification while depositing and withdrawing funds at the Cave Junction SOFCU office. As I stated previously, the employees there are quite familiar with him and with me.
On September 26, 2001, Ray received his federal social security check in the mail and we went to the Cave Junction SOFCU office where he and I both endorsed the check and it was deposited in my account. We repeated this procedure on October 1, 2001 when he received his California PERS retirement in the mail.
Suddenly everything has changed, although, in essence, nothing has changed.
On Wednesday, October 24th, 2001, Ray received his federal social security check in the mail at our Cave Junction post office box. He and I went to the Cave Junction branch of SOFCU to deposit the check, a federal government check, in my account. Ray and I both signed the check and gave the deposit slip and check to the teller. Suddenly the atmosphere was no longer friendly. She asked Ray for identification. What was acceptable before was suddenly no longer acceptable as identification. Mysteriously, he had become a stranger! She would not deposit his federal social security check to my account. Even though it was endorsed by him and by me for deposit in my account. When we questioned the sudden change, she said that she would check with a supervisor and disappeared into another office. She returned shortly and said that she could not deposit the check in my account at which point my husband asked to speak to the supervisor she had consulted.
She directed us to Vicki Gill, the supervisor who had refused the deposit of my husband's federal social security check. She informed us that it was "company policy" not to deposit "second party checks," be they from the United States Federal Government or the State of California and regardless of the fact that my husband's identification was available to everyone in the office by virtue of the signature card from our former joint checking account.
Ray explained to her his lack of confidence in the banking system and electronic transfer of funds, mentioning also that due to the circumstances surrounding the stock market and World Trade Center, he wished to avoid the danger of being involved in a "bank run." Ms. Gill, an apparent bank supervisor, said she was not familiar with the term "bank run." We explained to her what that is.
I find that what we experienced is both incredible and capricious. There is no logical reason for what has occurred. As an account holder, I am responsible for the checks I deposit into my account and I still have confidence that the federal government and California Public Employees Retirement System have the funds to back the checks they issue and that I choose to deposit in my account. As far as my husband's identity is concerned, I know who my husband is. Yesterday, October 25, 2001, we celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary. The federal government knows who my husband is as is confirmed by the issuance of the social security check to him. The California PERS knows who my husband is by virtue of their issuing a retirement check to him. It seems that SOFCU is the only party that suddenly doubts my husband's identity and the ability of the federal government and State of California to back their checks with funds.
This morning, October 26th, 2001, I spoke to Vicki Gill at the Cave Junction SOFCU office by telephone. She indicated that she was about to call us to inform me that since our automobile loan is still open, my husband's federal social security and California PERS retirement checks will be accepted for deposit in my account without question. but that when the automobile loan was paid off and if the savings account in my husband's name was closed, his checks would no longer be accepted for deposit into my account. I thought this was an outrageous statement for a bank officer to make. For if all second party checks received in good faith required that the original endorser was required to be present at the banking institution before such check could be deposited, banking as we know it in America would cease to be.
If it indeed is the policy of SOFCU to not take second party federal, state or any other checks without verifying identity of the issuing party, please send me a copy of this policy. I have not found mention of it in the papers I received when I opened my account. This policy flies in the face of traditional banking procedures and you owe your account holders an explanation for such a policy. Is this policy known to all members of SOFCU, or is it a matter which is selectively enforced and/or with discrimination?

Further, there is a Constitutional Amendment against forced servitude (13th?): why do you think that Amendment should be abolished and this bank forced to provide you with services, when you won't even come clean with simple identification as required by law to prevent fraud? This is too strange, and suggests even more serious problems with your legal status than we already know about. All your obvious psychiatric problems aside for the moment, the fact you feel compelled to hide your identity indicates there is something seriously criminal in your backgrounds. If they're attaching assets to pay off legal judgments against Ray, the fact he closed his accounts and tried to hide his money in another account under his wife's name will not help him in the least. The bank will have to give up that information to legal authorities, and they can attach funds in her account as easily as they can reach money in an account under his name. The point is the checks are in his name, which means they can be reached to satisfy those outstanding judgments against him. Ray would have to come up with some fake ID, open up fraudulent accounts, do something about the payee name on whatever checks he's trying to deposit that way, and at that point he really will be in for some jail time. Screaming at the bank for doing what is required under state and federal law only makes Anita as big a kook as Ray. No bank is going to incur legal liability itself because it helped sopme nutcase hide assets from being seized in satisfaction of judgments legitimately entered against him by valid legal authorities.

Every business has the right to dictate the means by which it can protect itself from fraud, and requiring identification in banking transactions is a reasonable and minimal means of assuring the bank won't get dragged into Ray's stupid legal problems. Normally the law states that before an institution can change the laws regarding a person's account they have to provide advance notice to each person through a mailing or other means of contact. Were you contacted about the change in the laws governing your account? Is the money that you have in the account supposedly FDIC insured? If it is then some other rules apply which might have been broken.

He has a number of legal judgments entered against him here and in other states, and recently received notice of action being taken against him for running away from court proceedings in Oregon. They have obviously finally sent the notice his assets will be attached to pay his liability on the judgment here in Oregon, and he is trying to hide what little money he has from the state.

If the check is a government check there might be a regulation on that. I will read and pursue further. The checks were not just a regular citizen or private business check but rather social security and PERS. They might have a serious legal problem for not accepting these government backed checks.

This isn't a question of them not honoring the checks. That is simply not the legal issue. The problem is Ray hiding his identity, and attempting to conceal money from state attachment procedures by depositing second party checks in an account he proclaims he has no relation to. There's no way to argue this that will prevail legally or morally. Ray and Anita need to rethink the problems they've brought on themselves. If he wants to break the law, ignore outstanding money judgments againt him, and try and hide assets from the state's attachment procedures, he can't then turn around and expect the law to protect his illegal tactics. It's called dirty hands. He needs to grow up and decide: either he goes and lives in a cave somewhere, declines the money and banking system as he's constantly screaming about, and lives off whatever he finds, or he participates in the banking system, as he demands to do here, and accepts the responsibilities that entails. It's really that simple.
