This person who claims to be a Vietnam Vet is afflicted with an immature personality disorder of some type. Notice his constant use of the word 'scumsuckers." His constant referring to killing those that do not agree with him. His references to shoving the gun up your asses or down your throat. Now, from what I understand, the gun is a phallic symbol to some. If this is true, then it means the death threatening, scumsucker calling, vet is possibly a closeted homosexual who is few cards short of a full deck. Note this does not require the poster authored the threats you sent me, but that he conveys them subsequently, which according to your electronic information can be easily shown. The poster's counsel will undoubtedly offer up a psych defense, claiming the party is mentally incompetent to understand his offense. In that case, in the alternative, threatened parties can bring action against the poster pursuant to chapter 426 (Mentally Ill and Sexually Dangerous Persons), specifically ORS § 426.005 (1)(d)(A), which says "As used in ORS 426.005 to 426.390, unless the context requires otherwise: "Mentally ill person" means a person who, because of a mental disorder, is dangerous to self or others."
ON EITHER SCORE, YOU ARE LIABLE FOR MONEY DAMAGES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE THREATS THEMSELVES, AND IF THEY ARE ACTED ON, IT IS CRIMINALLY ACTIONABLE MURDER. I think the point is: this 'heinous' hi-jack-attack, obviously, was orchestrated by the same people who hi-jacked the country last November - end of story - I certainly hope there will be full and immediate disclosure to the American people so that they will not be duped into starting WWIII. The attorney quite clearly points out the authorship of the threats is not the legal issue: you can be demonstrated to have "conveyed" them, the posts can be traced to your website and ISP/address, and the fact some goon out there wrote them for you to begin with in no way absolves you of legal liability for issuing the threats repeatedly over the course of two days on various forums. The administrators of the boards did you a goddamned service by removing the threats. A word of advice you malicious jerk: learn how to read before you attack anyone else.

4. Abolish the IRS and the Federal Reserve System. Send them packing.
5. Remove the United Nations from American Soil. Cut off all Monetary Contributions to them.
6. Return responsibility for the coining of money to a restructured
Congress occupied by
those who will RESTATE and HONOR their Constitutional Oath of Office.
7. Bring back our Military from foreign soil. Let them protect their

Why can't you say something positive, for once? Are you so bent about losing your license that you must forever remain embittered about it toward the police, the state, even the Nation? You, buddy, have a big problem, probably fairly difficult to pronounce. And worse, only you can solve it.
At one time or another, we are all subject to the petty tyrannies of others, those others being public or private persons. The struggle to overcome them and move on into the bright sunlight of a new day is is perpetual, neverending, and rewarded by the aroma of freedom and liberty. However, in this nation at least, we can do so without fear of the midnight knock at the door, the death squads in the streets, or fanatical leadership usurping our state. It is when we allow ourselves to be convinced otherwise that we truly allow ourselves to be dominated and subjugated by the ultimate tyrant, the Ego.
