First of all I want to thank you for your exposure of the Sovereignty Issue before the people, your viewers, who are unaware of their True Political Status. I was wondering what kind of response your Station was receiving to the aired piece?

I wore the gun on my hip at the interview for a reason. To flush out Sheriff GILBERTSON once and for all to admit his policies and the conduct of his predecessor Sheriff Daniel and the courts were unlawful, criminal and scandalous in the nation-wide Multi-Billion Dollar Scam of Licensing non-commercial Traveller on Oregon Road.

As you know, I cannot get Anyone from Oregon Government from the Governors office to the Attorney Generals Office, to the JOCO District Attorney's office, to the Sheriff's office, to the Court, to the Board of Judicial Review to answer the question of does the court have jurisdiction over any LIVING, BREATHING, FLESH AND BLOOD, SENTIENT, NATURAL MAN OR WOMAN, who is not a member of the Corporate Defacto Government and has not consented to grant jurisdiction to such unconstitutional court. (Our Administrative, Maritime courts are not constitutional and operate by contract).

Until that night when I was pulled over by Josephine County Deputies shortly before my 65th birthday, I had NEVER been arrested. Had a clean record. The actions of the Josephine County Government politicos changed all that. They destroyed my reputation, Kidnapped me, Held me hostage for 128 days, 121 days in the "Hole", Solitary Confinement, for the presumed debts of their own JURISTIC PERSON creation, the pressure on my wife by their unlawful behavior killed her.

This issue of keeping secret that the fictional courts have no jurisdiction over living, flesh-and-blood people is reponsible for millions of men and women who have been wrongfully imprisoned for the sake of commerce.

Were anyone to look up my record, they would be directed to the JURISTIC PERSON, the fictional entity created by government and assume it is me. They would find that entity to be a convicted Felon, several times over. The fact is, It has nothing to do with me whatsoever, the Living Man, but the public cannot make that distinction.

As you know, a Convicted Felone cannot possess a firearm. I, the living man, went to that interview armed. Sheriff Gilbertson, when observing that news piece, should have been over to my home and arrested me on the spot. He, or his men, have not, will not, because I have pushed their backs to the wall in demanding they ANSWER THE QUESTION OF JURISDICTION accompanied by their Sworn Affidavit over me the Living Man

However there is no Statute of Limitations on Fraud, and those liens remain valid and lawful. (Former Oregon Secretary of State, Bill Bradbury committed a crime with the removal of such liens.) The criminal Conspiracy to cover up crimes committed against this Living man whom you interviewed, extends to all Oregon offices mentioned above.

Thats the story that should be pursued in the interest of the unaware public. That is the story that rivals or surpasses WATERGATE, because this kind of behavior is going on in every court in the land. only no one has stood up to them as I have. They can single me out and make me out to seem like a lone nut (And they have assigned a squad of Internet disinformation agents who have attached themselves for nine years with that specific intent.)

My request is this: Could you with your camera, approach GILBERTSON and DELASHMUTT about their violation of Oath of Office (presently being covered up by JOsephine County Chief Financial Officer/Risk Manager ROSEMARY DE LASHMUTT who refuses to process the Claim I have made on GILBERTSON's breach of Oath. And ask GILBERTSON why he has not ARRESTED me as a FELON WITH A GUN. The evidence is overwhelming to thousands of people who watched the interview that I was armed. Ask DELASHMUTT why she refuses to process the Claim made on GILBERTSON's BOND.

Therin lies GILBERTSONS predicament. Will he arrest me, or will the whole fraudulent House of Cards come tumbling down. Katie, I betting my life and my freedom on what your management's decision is on this.

I got a reply from Katie Connor, Investigative Reporter/Anchor for KTVL Television in Medford, in response to my question of whether a followup report would be done on JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S breach of OATH OF OFFICE, and its subsequent coverup by Josephine County Officials.

Katie is a lovely girl but like most of us, DO NOT CALL the shots concerning what subjects gets TV covered in politics in this point in time in our country's history. That state of consciousness is the state of Christ Consciousness. It is your God-given gift of Divine Awareness, direct perception of Truth. It is a state of Being, a state of Consciousness that each of you have given up in return for the Satanic enveiglin Promises of being a Somebody in this world of duality.

While listening, pay particular attention to, observe the thoughts which arise in your present state of Consciousness to such extraordinary simple statements which run counter to your every complexity oriented thought which serves as your guide in this topsy turvy, bassackward world of confusion and strife. For that is the only Savior you shall ever need in this lifetime to set you straight, to set you free. Cut the umbilical Cord which links you to Satanic Conditioning through your own Consent. For Satan can only operate through invitation by consent, contract, agreement, or capitulation.

It is your lifetime of political and religious conditioning which has left most of you imprisoned in your own self-created cell of Belief, to be Politically and Religiously Correct, thinking, Bleating "Sheeple" being repeatedly and incessantly shorn of your life's created production, energy, and assets and are now being led to the Satanic Altar of the New World Order for Slaughtering. You and millions of others shall join the rank of billions of other Human Sacrifices throughout millenia who've been offered up to Satan. In essence, nothing has changed in man's consciousness since Man's Fall from Grace. Civilized man has just become more technically proficient at killing his brothers, his sisters, his fellow man, all for such cockamamie beliefs promulgated by faceless, soulless, remote mind controlling handlers.

When you break the hypnotic trance which binds you through your satanic conditioning, you shall be reborn of the Spirit of Truth, Christ Consciousness, and you shall understand the Truth which has eluded you for a lifetime. You shall no longer suffer as a Christ with Amnesia.

There you will find, Peace, Love, Harmony, the natural state of being for all those who live in Truth.

Truth is Eternal, Illusion is Not!

Having just spoken a Truth, let us examine it for its veracity, its accuracy, its indisputable holistic essence, shall we?

God is Truth. Truth is God. Two words, interchangeable whose essence remains the same. Despite the configuration of words, or my manipulation of symbols, and concepts, just used, the essence of that statement is found to be beyond those words, symbols and concepts, is it not?

Life is eternal. It has no boundaries, no limitations, no points of intellectuality perceived via restrictive physicality. Its ephemeral forms (beliefs held as dualistic illusions) change constantly, but its (nondualistic) essence remains intact forever, does it not? What was true at the beginning of (thought perceived) creation is equally true today, this moment, this eternal instant of NOW! Truth remains untouched and unimpaired by the passage of Time. Only illusiond
Satanic intellectual manipulations are subject to time.

Have you been able to grasp what was just said, in your present state of intellectual capacity? Probably not!

You see, one cannot come to the Truth, to God via the venue of satanic intellectualism. Why? Because God, Truth is Nondualistic, Holistic, whole, complete, oneness, harmonious, peace, while fragmentary, timebound, nonholisic (dualistic) thought is Satanic, in opposition to itself and others which are merely projected opposition of itself outwardly, creating the satanic world (hell) they perceive their lives to be and therefore, at best temporary and always at war.

One cannot serve two masters is just another way of saying that one cannot serve Truth, and at the same time serve the Idea of Truth. One (Truth_ is Holistic which the other, (Illusion) is not, is but a mere reflecion of that which is whole.

How many of you live in Truth? In Divine Awareness, In direct perception, apprehension of Truth?   How many of you live in your minds, enthralled and bound to the counterfeit idea of Truth which is BELIEF? Can one live in Truth and in Belief at the same time -- Now? See what I mean?

   How many of you are capable of grasping the eternal moment of Truth, which is possible only through direct perception, apprehension of Truth? How many of you were TRAINED through psychological pressure to live, worship and abide in Belief? Despite of lifetime of unyielding reinforcement of such ideas, have you found peace, Love, harmony in your lives?

   How many of you live in fear and are subject to the repeated inculcations of the Idea of Truth via Political and Religious Conditioning? Are such remote controlled repetitious stimuli actually Truth, or are they mere dead (aftermoment based_ reflections of that which is beyond thought, that which is real, eternal, holistic?

One cannot serve God, Truth and also Mammon, Satanic Illusion at the same time. That is the Hell that all are born into on this planet, and must find their way back home, to Truth, to God. That is the purpose of this Life that civilized man is challenged to reconcile. Few find it, Many are lost from birth to death, without ever realizing what their life was all about. That's the Hell of it, Isn't it?

I am a Christ, a simple man of Truth. I have shared with you, a Truth that no politician, priest or minister is capable of sharing, for they are the satanic minions which condition and hold you captive to the psychological, hypnotic Trance that is "Civilized Life."

   You have been trained to DIE FOR YOUR BELIEFS, YOUR IDEAS OF GOD, OF TRUTH. But can you LIVE FOR TRUTH? GET THE PICTURE???
