     As you are the newly elected Secretary of State of Oregon, I am requesting you authorize an Investigation be launched  into the Criminal and Unlawful Removal of UCC liens, by your predecessor, former OREGON SECRETARY 0F STATE BILL BRADBURY,

    These liens were filed by me against  the following persons, and were the subject of the Paper Terrorist (Simulation of Legal Process)  Trial Conducted by the STATE OF OREGON/JOSEPHINE COUNTY COURTS. See: 03 CR 0170

    I have repeatedly asked for the Courts ruling in the Matter, but the Presiding JUDGE WILLIAM PURDY and SECRETARY OF STATE have both refused to divulge the specific Court ORDER to remove the liens. 

    The liens were filed by this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man of the Sovereign People, Raymond Ronald Karczewski© over whom the Court would not and could not ESTABLISH JURISDICTION, and were NOT filed by the defendant, the JURISTIC PERSON, RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKI©, a fictional corporate entity created by the State, but over whom I hold Common Law Copyright and Supreme Claim as Creditor/Secured Party. 

    As such, the verdict of the court is moot and carries with it no force of law, as they could not link this living man to the fictional entity over whom they presumed to exercize JURISDICTION.  As a result, I, this living man was set free when I rejected the Court's Offer of Sentencing upon the JURISTIC PERSON'S conviction..

    The following two liens listed below had no relevance whatsoever to the bogus court trials but never-the-less  were removed through a criminal and unlawful clean sweep of ALL liens filed by this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood Sentient Natural Man were made under the AUTHORIZATION OF FORMER SECRETARY OF STATE, BILL BRADBURY.

  Government/Media Disinformation Campaign Notched Up: They're Running Scared.

Today, Monday, Feb 14, 2011, I received a spate of Facebook email messages bearing my name as a member of the "Gentile Defense League" There are currently three internet links listed for such organization.

. I am not a member of this group, promoting anti-semitism,, have NEVER applied to this group for membership and learned of such group only today. As such, I removed all references to this Facebook group and to the apparent link to such group along with the link to an entity who goes by the Internet handle of Jim Townsend previously listed as an early Facebook friend of mine.

I have been the subject of a 15 year government/media/intelligence community disinformion/character assassination campaign which has failed to accomplish its goal, its agenda, that of destroying my reputation and discrediting me in my messages regarding the return of the American People to Sovereignty.

Recently, I began utilizing You-Tube videos to convey my spiritual and political messages. It seriously impacted the conspiracy to libel campaign launched by this government/media disinfo "dirty tricks squad" of folks who operate anonymously under multiple Internet handles and who headquarter their operation at alt.consciousness.4th-way, and alt.fan.art-bell usenet newsgroups from continuing in their anonymous postings in a sophisticated, well-hidden, untraceable format. Evidence of links of some of the authors of such libel to Media and the Intelligence Community have been established and given to Federal, State, and Josephine County Investigative Agencies. But to no avail.

These Agencies have all refused to investigate this Intelligence operation designed to destroy serious communication on the internet.
