As you know, I am a Retired Police Sergeant. I have dedicated my life to Truth and Justice. To many who read this, they may find such statement from a 73 year old man to be naive. Nothing could be further from the Truth.

After my retirement from the police department, I spent a semester in Law School. It didn't take me long to see what I was getting into. My real education into Law and how it is applied by the courts came when I was arrested for travelling with my High-beam headlights on, and no drivers license (which I rescinded in 1999) then began to hold my public officials accountable.

I remember vividly the night that I was arrested, (first arrest of my life) It resonated with stories of Nazi Germany and Mother Russia. I vowed then, they would not get away with it. It has cost me dearly, especially with the stress they put on my wife and contributed to her death.

I now understand one cannot right wrongs with the system, especially when doing it with their Rules. Those who hold the gold make the rules and those who make the rules usually win the game. I am putting that premise to the test. My only weapon is TRUTH.

Such truth is not transferable to satanically conditioned human beings. They have to listen, they have to be quiet to penetrate the noise of their own conditioning.

Until the American People, and Oregonians specifically are able to see the insanity of my case, and that what happened to me and my family can happen to any of them. NOTHING WILL CHANGE.

Criminal Cover up of JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON PUBLIC OFFICIALS,

Josephine county Sheriff Gil Gilbertson is currently holding public office while conducting himself in commercial Dishonor. Presently, by law, that means that Sheriff Gilbertson is UNLAWFULLY HOLDING OFFICE.

There is a COVER UP of this fact of Law, being conducted by JOSEPHINE COUNTY Chief Financial officer/Risk Manager Rosemary De Lashmutt whose Oath of Office also was accepted and challenged.

Ms. DE LASHMUTT is also in Commercial Default and is NOW continuing to hold office while in Commercial Dishonor.

Is it the will of the People of JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON to endorse Criminal Behavior (Felony conspiracy to cover up criminal acts of its public officials)? If it is, such criminal behavior by our public officials does not bode well for the future of the taxpayers of JOSEPHINE COUNTY.

rk:    Deb, Apparently you misunderstood me. I did not write the book "Cracking the Code, Third Edition". That was written by another. I do have a book and several books on tape which may be found on my Website, but I have no idea where you may find the Third Edition of Cracking the Code. If you find a copy on the Internet, GET IT. Its worth its weight in gold. Be careful though, there are other books titiled "Cracking the Code." What you want to look for is "Cracking the Code: Third Edition".

rk:   By the way Deb, thanks for the feedback. I get so little feedback from people who still live in fear of their government. Most of what I receive are negative slurs from Government/Media Disinformation Agents who stalk my writing everywhere it appears on the Internet. Little do these Disinformation folk understand is that they validate my 15 years of contributions in a left-handed sort of way. The evidence supporting my writing is that the system threw me out of jail and will not arrest me. rk: You see, government responds only to numbers. That's why poll taking is such a valuable tool for them. They use the tactic of CHARACTER ASSASSINATION, IGNORING or STONEWALLING the individual.. They usually have the ability to destroy the credibility of an individual through their tactic of "Divide and Conquer.   The only "Ace up their sleeve" left to them when the public WAKES UP and takes action is to scare the Hell out of the PUblic through False Flag Attack Reports which would then justify their declaration of Martial law. That is why I recently turned to You-Tube Videos instead of just writing. It certainly has put a crimp in the volume of attacks made upon this man's messages.

ORS 801.207 defines a commercial driver license. Again

commercial motor vehicle if the holder also has any
necessary endorsements to the license. [1989 c.636 §3;

Oregon DMV uses Oregon statute to determine what is
meant by different license types including when the license
