The public may look at my writing ans ask "Where's the Beef?" What's my problem? Why an eight year campaign to expose the corruption in JOSEPHINE COUNTY GOVERNMENT AND THE STATE OF OREGON.?

How can all the things said about the inside behavior of elected OREGON AND JOSEPHINE COUNTY government officials be possible?. Would not more people be AWARE OF IT, were it to be True? The answer to that is a RESOUNDING --- NO!

People don't want to be disturbed, for disturbance requires they, the individual must take ACTION to REMEDY the problem. Via prior conditioning and timely intimidation, the public opts out of the solutions and retreats into a govelling, mumbling, grumbling malaise which allows them only to complain about their predicament.

Along comes someone like me. One who uses "their" law to hold them accountable, yet finds they do not follow the law they expect the people to follow. They consider themselves to be a Law onto their own.

Jim, you are well aware of my problem, but for those reading on, they are STILL asking themselves "WHERE'S THE BEEF?" Simply stated, here is what THEIR OWN LAW STATES: Corporate administrative rules, regulations, and legislation do not apply to non-corporate natural persons who stand in Common Law and in full legal capacity as one of the sovereign people. The law states: "There, every man is independent of all laws, except those prescribed by nature. He is not bound by any institutions formed by his fellowmen without his consent." CRUDEN v NEALE, 2 N.C. 338 (1796) 2 S.E. 70.

So you see, my efforts to hold my public servants accountable over the last 8 years is NOT A MATTER OF SOUR GRAPES. The State and County has jailed me on unlawful Charges, then threw me out of their jail when they could not prove jurisdiction. They have been instrumental in the death of my Wife of 49 years, with their stress imposed upon her. They have damaged me, assailed my reputation, have stole my property from me. Kidnapped me, Held me as hostage for the percieved crimes of another Sheriff Gilbertson has KISSED OFF every criminal complaint sent him by me regarding crimes committed by his Deputies. Sheriff GILBERTSON has further COMMERCIALLY DEFAULTED ON FOUR OCCASIONS in his refusal to answer the questions sent him regarding the above simple question of Jurisdiction.

When those who hold the power of Life and Death in their hands, over "We the People" will not answer simple questions which go to the basis of our law of this society, put to them regarding our Rights as Sovereign People, Tyranny must inevitably come as an ultimate result.

Civilized Man has forgotten who and what he is. In actuality, He is a Spirit operating in a material world perceiving himself to be manifesting as a belief-ridden mind and body, occupying... a dreamlike state of consciousness.

Man's fall from grace occurred through the Satanic control of the Intellect, the computer like instrument which has trapped him within the narrow confines of a controllable, suggestible, dreamlike reality based in his own beliefs and through his own consent. All illusions must be consented to by man for them to have power over him. Thus One invites his reality, He Co-creates his reality.

The satanic ruled intellect is the Master of men. Foolish men worship and serve the false images projected by their own divisive, opposition based Intellects. Thus man has fallen from Grace, from the paradise of holistic, Divine Awareness, that of Infinite Intelligence unfolding in the Timeless moment of NOW, and has willfully chosen to accept the Time-Bound, Dualistic reality, the Hellish abyss of a finite, divided reality which forces one to be competitive, to see the world as an arena of conflict, violence, and exploitation. There only the Satanic Ideals of the Strong and the Weak emerge, the Haves and the Have Nots, the Rich and the Poor. That is the way of the world, a divided Kingdom, and everyone must pass through it, without exception.

It is the lie, the satanic deception perpetrated upon blindly believing spiritual entities who have forgotten who and what they are. These men have given up their Christ state of holistic consciousness, Divine Awareness, in return for empty promises which rob them of their Life's energy, strips them of their freedom, converts them into Slaves. These fearful and self-doubting entities are stopped from progressing spiritually by the walls they erect for themselves.

There is another way of life, but it is lived by only those who are guided by the Hand of God, the Direct Perception of Truth. They live in a world with no walls, no barriers, no obstacles, for in the State of Divine Awareness, such satanic devices do not exist. Their world is a world of Love, a world of Oneness where cooperation dominates one's actions. In a few days, I am going to reveal to you the how and why the life of mankind on this earth can easily be transformed.

Many of you will reject it because you prefer the security and predictable regimen of being a slave. You will do it by choice, by consent. Others of you will be shocked to see how you have been enslaved and how easy it has always been for you to rise above such slavery. You shall be blessed.

This Time of Societal Change Need Not Be Fearful

...Much concern is given by many, regarding the rapid, fundamental changes to our way of life here in American and Around the world. I have written a great deal over the last 15 years on the c...hanges that have brought us to where we are today. Yes the signs were there, but most were asleep to them, as they clung to their Safety Net. Many have been jostled awake, with the loss of jobs, homes, freedom and collapse of the economy. But the jostling has left them with a fear that has overtaken them. It is their conditioning which has kept them in fear. A crisis is upon us. What do we do? Do we give in to the fear, or do we see the illusions which have bound us for most of our lives? I suggest that we awaken to the true State of our Sovereignty as Children of God, and begin to live in the manner we were meant to live. To do that Calls for fundamental insight into why we have been trained to be competitive and not cooperative. It is time to right that wrong, by action, not just by thought.

I bring this to your attention because I sincerely perceive this to be the solution to the problems we are going to face in the future.  I have recently joined this enclave of "gifting private individuals" and have put my money where my mouth is. If you pay attention to the structure of the "By Invitation Only" gifting group I and increasing others now participate in, I perceive you will see the efficacy of such a shift in attitude for yourself.

We, in America are heading toward financial and social disaster, but out of America's ashes shall arise opportunity to those who are spiritually sighted and understand the reasons for its dissolution/forced entry into a "New World Order. To those who are spiritually sighted shall be given the opportunity to transition their lives from one of competitiveness to one of cooperation,

This simple system/philosophy is based on the fundamental expression of Freedom and Sovereignty wherein private individuals no longer compete with each other but pull together and cooperate through gifting one to the other. Such gifts are Tax Free as one is allowed to gift up to $13,000 per year without it being taxed.

It is of prime importance that each of us be held responsible for their own lives and extricate themselves "legally" from the public tyranny of the bankers and of our out of control "Caesar" Government.

By understanding the tyrannical outcome of their own presently held 14th Amendment slave Status, and rescinding it, along with the necessary shift in Consciousness in dissolving the illusions which have brought most of our friends and neighbors to this point of destruction, "gifting" to others rather than competing with them reveals itself as a "No Brainer."

The solution lies, well beyond the jurisdiction of public government intervention, the source of the present momentum which now threatens our freedom, our wealth, our lives. It lies in the "blessed" consciousness of those who understand the true meaning behind the sage advice "Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesars, and to God, the Things that are God's". Hence, those who barter, gift and assist one another are living and acting beyond the reach of any economic collapse. How many of our friends and neighbors have already lost their jobs, their homes, their life-long possessions under the cloak of banking foreclosures and Corporate bailouts?

There will always be the poor amongst us, but it doesn't have to be you. For such poverty arises out of governmental and societal inculcated conditioned mindsets of poverty, based and accomplished via the transference and redistribution of wealth from the Haves Nots to the Haves.. Many live their whole lives without ever discovering why they "think" the way they do.
The crux of this unique relationship, as said earlier, is a private circle of gifting individuals (The Key Word is PRIVATE) who have chosen to function with one another beyond the PUBLIC yoke of a government controlled "credit based money" system, a system created and consisting of Masters (Creditors) and Slaves (Debtors).

I suspect the average reaction of most people who read this, will be that of psychological shock and fear to a situation that is completely foreign to their present life-long mind conditioning, a conditioning which fosters in one an inherent fear of change, an inherent desire to be secure and to avoid risk. Moreso, and more importantly, an expected conditioned hesitancy to act as it is perceived to be a lot of money to risk ln these trying times. But, when viewed deeply, directly, quietly, Insight arises in one and introduces them to the revolutionary shift in consciousness which can set them free.

As I have said earlier, I have already put my money where my mouth is. I see the future of our country, and it does not evoke fear in me.. I am not trying to sell you or persuade you or others in this matter. I am just sharing with you, drawing to your/their attention to a unique, private system of relating to one another, one of non-division, one of love, not competition, one of sharing, not exploitation, one based in God's way of "Do no Harm, Love one another, Giving and Receiving. It is a system that can change the quality of your life and introduce you to your true purpose of living in this world..

Meditate on this. Pray on this if you will. Let your God-Gifted Faith be your Savior and guide you in your actions..

   It would seem that I touched off a "Feeding Frenzy" of Disinformation sharks, hoping they finally got something to feed on after fifteen years of striking out. 

   Well, have at it. It will turn out just like all your other unsuccessful Campaigns.  I can hear it fizzling out right  now.  I have been protected all my life via Divine Awareness  from the Satanic nonsense that most people fall prey to.

   This is definitely not a MLM, nor a Pyramid Scheme.  Its uniqueness speaks for itself. It is that uniqueness that drew my attention to it.

   Freemen, Sovereign men and women can gift each other freely and voluntarily as well as contract with each other..  Even the Government acknowledges that..  Slaves are precluded from doing anything  unless granted permission by their masters.

   Apparently, you mistake a Living man for a Fictional Slave with your remarks.

  At any rate, my comments were made for those "who have the eyes to see and ears to hear" and the courage to act upon their circumstances, not the Blind and fearful who live and serve under the thumb of tyranny and are too damned afraid to get out from under it..  I'll leave that for the likes of you government/media disinformation agents..

    I'm talking about a New way of Life to be lived on this Earth, a life of COOPERATION not COMPETITION.  One that slaves dream of.

What you will find is whether you are a Freeman or a Slave in your heart, in your soul. You'll find whether you've had enough of living a life where your public servants, your government have become the source of your fear.

The Revolution I speak of does not require guns. It does not require doing harm to another. It merely requires that you decide for yourselves whether you wish to continue living as you are now living.

Without your psychological and monetary support, government is a DEAD, INERT, FICTIONAL MACHINE with NO FUEL to run it, should you on your own behalf and BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT IT. YOU ARE LIFE, government is an idea, an idea of whom YOU ARE THE SOURCE..

You all know your circumstances. You are responsible for your lives. You have lost control over your life by avoiding your responsibilities in favor of having another make decisions for you that only you can make for yourself. Has Government.ever done for your what they have promised to do in return for the money and support you have given it? I Betcha Not!!
