If I Were Sheriff Of Josephine County Oregon.

   The times, they are achanging, are they not?.  We as a People of these united states of America  have lost our Sovereignty.  We are in danger of losing our Constitutional Republic and are shifting into a war mindset that will destroy whatever vestige of freedom left in America.  We are heading for martial law in which the government declares open war on the America People under the guise of humanitarianism..

      I perceive the enemy not to be only foreign, but primarily domestic.  The enemy is US, not some poor, tragic Iraqi, or Afghanistee. who is merely trying to eke out a subsistence of a living and has done no harm to you or me.  . 

     We, as a once productive, respected Sovereign People have lost our Integrity, our initiative, the productivity of our own labor. the means with which to create the life we want for ourselves and our posterity, but is somehow always beyond our reach. 

      We lost our manufacturing base.  Our jobs have been shipped overseas into a cheaper employment market.  We do not have real  money.  We have Debt Instruments which prevent us from owning our homes, our property, from paying off our debts,  We have been stripped of our freedom, our Unalienable Rights are regarded as merely a once quaint idea held as a spiritual given..  We have been taken over by those who make the rules and manage the debt instruments, the Federal Reserve Note (FRNs)  which we mistakenly believe to be money.  We have been robbed of our souls by those in whom we have placed our sacred trust.

     All that could be changed in the blink of an eye.  It happens when we begin to understand who and what we are.  We are not slaves. We are Sovereign People.  No government can change that unless we believe they can.

    So what does this have to do with what I would do if I were Sheriff of Josephine County Oregon, the highest law enforcement position answerable to no one but the Sovereign People of Josephind County.

   Most Sheriffs, are but corporate managers, business entities.  The corporation is who they serve, not the people.  That would all change were I elected Sheriff. :

   I would maintain and honor the Sovereignty of the People at all costs.

   I would return to the enforcement of Common Law, an age old derivation of God's Law.  DO NO HARM.

   DO NOT HARM ANOTHER

   DO NOT HARM ANOTHER'S PROPERTY.

   DO NOT INFRINGE UPON ANOTHER'S RIGHTS.

   That is the whole of the law that I would enforce in the name of the People of Josephine County.

   I would no longer enforce "victimless crimes" i.e., statutory law, color of law, corporate law that has no other purpose but to enhance the coffers of the Corporation.  Presently, ALL CRIME IS COMMERCE..

   If no one was hurt or damaged, no crime was committed, therefore NO HARM DONE.

   I would lift the UNLAWFUL CORPORATE BAN on travellers who use their automobiles and other travel conveyances of the day  for non commercial purposes in going about their daily errands, duties, etc for that is not and never has been the intent of the Police Powers delegated to the States in dealing with commerce.

   I would no longer support traffic enforcement upon Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Men and Women .Traffic enforcement would apply only to those in commerce and those who have consented to enter into contract with the state via application for Driver Licenses.   Our People would have the freedom to come and go as they wish, as long as they did not harm others or another's property.

   I would not enforce municiple ordinances that have no other real  purpose other than to generate revenue.  The people would no longer be "customers" as is now depicted in the Parking lot sign at Cave Junction City Hall.  When and where  did the Sovereign People the creators of government, stop being Sovereigns and become the  "customers" of said government?

    I would do away with life destroying programs such as the WAR ON DRUGS now waged in Josephine County.  It has always been a sham, a money maker for the courts and law enforcement even during its early days when I was a California Police Sergeant  in the sixties.

   I would NO LONGER, suck off the teat of the Federal Government by accepting their grants and gifts with STRINGS ATTACHED.  I would maintain absolute control over other Agencies and their agents who enter the County enforcing any laws but Common Law.  DO NO HARM.

    I would get rid of every thug now wearing a uniform. Those who consistently use unnecessary force upon people just because they can.

    I would initiate a retraining program of all presently employed deputies from "specialists" to "generalists" allowing them to follow up complaints from beginning complaint to prosecutorial end, as long as such investigations did not take them off their beats.  

    I would get rid of all but a few high paying positions of Investigative  specialists  beyond the patrol/Jail level and return them to the Street, where True Crime is faced and dealt with.

   Such redistribution of budget would more than compensate for the present BLACK HOLE of increasing budgetary demands. 

    In other words, I would get rid of the SHAM which fuels contemporary law enforcement today.

   Would Crime go down?   DAMN RIGHT!

   Would People of Josephine County Oregon get "MORE BANG FOR THE BUCK?"   YOU BET!

   Would People of Josephine County Oregon be FREER knowing they are not being targeted for "VICTIMLESS CRIMES"?   THAT'S A NO BRAINER

     If I got elected, would I be ASSASSINATED?   PROBABLY!

rk:  Note, #2, #3, #4 #5, #7.  By the State and County's default they have admitted my position is True and Correct.  That is why they threw me out of jail, when they could'nt break me or overcome the law. (Maxims of Commerce)  I haven't been kidnapped (falsely arrested)  for doing what brought on the original arrests since.  By my refusal to accept their offer of sentencing (contract) they admitted both prosecutions were FRAUDULENT.  FRAUD is a crime with no statute of limitations.

rk:.  The Feds and State are using the same tactic the court used to protect itself  when they forced unwanted and unauthorized  attornies upon me in the two cases, then repeatedly refused to remove them when  demanded they be removed.  Should they pull the payments made to the JURISTIC PERSON, they would be admitting my position is true and correct and they would be, responsible for damages in the amount of approximately $40,000,000.00 and growing.

rk:  But if I were Sheriff of Josephine County, the Taxpayers could rest easy that such massive 8 year criminal coverup and scandal involving, Sheriff's Deputies, Sheriff DAVE DANIEL, District Attorney, CLAY E. JOHNSON, the above mentioned court judges, and the Secretary of State  BILL BRADBURY would never repeat itself.

Open letter to Ed and Elaine Brown, and to the World of Civilized Man

Ed,

   You and I probably share a great deal of similarity in experiences while growing up. We found ourselves in a world of images, harsh images.  They tested the mettle of our spirit. the questions we asked ourselves were, are we merely going to survive at the cost of capitulation to pressure, both peer and authority?  Or were we to stand apart from these ever-present collective pressures which engulfed us on a daily basis.  Our characters were forged by such strife, both from within the family and without.  That Ed, is the basis for our relationship.

    Ed, I am not a joiner. I trust my fate to Truth, Whom I perceive to be God, the Creator of All, Negotiator of None.  You, on the other hand, sought strength in numbers.  Where are those numbers now?  Where were the U.S.C. Rangers, the organization of which you were a Commander in your time of need, prior to your incarceration?

     You placed your faith in "worldly resistance."  I in Truth.  We both stood apart, alone in our time of facing the Satanic Powers of the world.

     You resisted.  I Boycotted.  We both served Truth.  You in your way, I in mine. The outcome was quite different. Our JURISTIC PERSONS (STRAWMEN) were both convicted, yet you and Elaine were sent to prison, while I was freed.  You must ask yourself, What was the reason  which brought about the two different outcomes? 

     When one resists "Evil", they give power to that which they resist.  When one Boycotts Evil, no power is transferred, and the parasite illusion of fictional government dies for lack of energy, support.  Resistance  fuels the operation of illusions. 

     I have been attempting to share this spiritual Truth with all who have the Spiritual "Eyes to see and ears to hear" for over 15 years on the Internet.  You can see that almost NOBODY gets it. Not you, not thousands of Others.  I must admit however, I do perceive that Elaine, your loyal wife and life's companion does get it.  She has placed her life, her future, in God's (Truth's) Hands.  A burden has been lifted from her.  I can see it in her words, I can see it in her actions.

     In your letter, you say "i am obligated to remain on the path of americas enemies and expose them whenever and however i can."

     As you can well note, I too, Expose them, but I do not consider them to be my enemy, ever though they consider me to be their enemy.  They are but misguided minions who have sold their souls for the meagre power they receive in this lifetime.  They cannot touch the hem of Truth which  protects me from their seemingly unabatable power, for their power is the power of Illusion.  Satanic Illusion.  That is the edge they have in enslaving a world of mind conditioned men and women who believe they are subject to the powers which enslaves them. 

    When such illusions come face to face with Truth.  Well, all can see what the outcome will be. 

    Millions are being prepared for war, for accepting the role of supportive slave to the whims of their Satanic Masters. 

    Not I, for I understand they have no power but the power given to them by the people.  Ed, you cannot reach the people with your present tactics, for they have been trained for a lifetime to act in the manner which you propose, "Resist Evil.".  Ask yourself, who programmed them, and whose agenda does it serve? See what I mean?. 

    No Ed, when people awaken to the fact that they are the SOVEREIGN, and Goverment is their SERVANT.  That is when our world changes.  The illusion of the Corporate elitists, the Bankers, the warmongers, the slavemasters disintegrates and Truth once again becomes the cornerstone of Paradise on Earth --- BUT ONLY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THE EYES TO SEE AND EARS TO HEAR.

In call with HEIDI, Court Clerk who said there was “No hearing set for Friday” (June 9, 2010), and she saw nothing in the schedule that showed the hearing set for September 14, 2010 was changed to Friday July 9, 2010. She further said the computer was just update (today) per order signed  July 12, 2010 by Judge YOULEE YOU that William was unable to Aid and Assist in his own defense with an order of transfer to Oregon State Hospital and the Hearing scheduled for September 14, 2010 has now been changed  to October 7, 2010 at 1:30pm. I asked Heidi if that was normal procedure and she was very evasive and stated a “normal procedure is not the same as a formal process.”

I received a call from Stephanie who told me that my Son was moved to the Oregon State Hospital in Salem again. I talked to my Son later in the day and learned that he was placed in a Maximum Security Unit (48-C) with  individuals with (370) disciplinary issues and some with serious mental disorders. He told me that a new Doctor, LEWIS VAN OSDEL was assigned in this new unit and when my Son got there Dr. VAN OSDEL stated something  to him like ‘well you should be out of here’ because he saw that my Son was release from the Hospital on July 7, 2010. He than stated ‘what did you do to come back here.’ My Son further questioned Dr. Van Osdel why he was in this Maximum Security Unit because he has no disciplinary issues, and he responded, “Because you burned your bridge with Dr. Riechlin.” My Son asked if that was the reason he was placed in this unit or was it the per the Judge’s order. He basically didn’t response to his questions and stated the  reason for being put in the Maximum Security unit was ‘due to bed space.’ Also during this phone call with my Son he told me that another Hospital staff, JIM WALKER was going through his (my Son) paperwork to check for any contraband. My Son also said that he was told that by Jim Walker that he has ‘seen people kept here for 23 years.

After talking to my Son again today (approximately 7:15pm) he gave a little more information about the Hearing that was held on Friday, July 9, 2010 that only Judge YOULEE YOU and RONALD FISHBACE did all the talking at the hearing. (Of course not allowing my Son to speak again.) That District Attorney, RYAN LUFKIN did not say a word that all action was done by YOULEE YOU and FISHBACK. He said the report that was submitted against him by Dr. FIELDS stated that he (my Son) was assessed with Drug Abuse, Hypotension, and (some sort of) Seizer Disorder that was used as the bases to justify the Judge YOU decision that he could not ‘Aid and Assist’ in his own defense, and the Order to send him back to Salem. I asked my Son who hired this Dr. Fields, and he told me he did not know. I also asked him how long did this Dr. FIELDS talk to him (because I knew that he did not give consent to an Evaluation and Dr. Fields stating something about him basing his evaluation on what the others told him if my Son did not talk to him.) My Son said he talked to him less than two or three minutes.

Talked to my Son today to check on his well being, I have some concerns about the unit they put him in. He said he has been placed in a room with two others people, that it smells very bad and he is very uncomfortable with these individuals. He told he has been mostly reading the Bible and studying his legal documents.

Talked to my Son again today to see how he is. Things about the same and I am still very concerned about him being on the Maximum Security Unit and his safety. Stephanie has been calling the Hospital trying to find out why my Son was placed in the unit he is in. She said they have been giving her the run around.

When I talked to my Son today he said he was doing ok, but I still am very concerned about his well being, he told me the Staff on this unit are even more forceful and he has witness their aggressive actions on other people there (forcing medication, etc.)

Call with my Son again to see that he is still doing well, again I have many concerns. He said he has not consented to anything and has maintained his position. He continues his studying.

July 19, 2010
In a call with my Son this morning he told me that he is having trouble trying to get a shower. He said they told him he needed to take a shower between 7am to 8am, at approximately 8:50am he tried to get into the shower, but  was getting the run around about clean clothes. By the time his cleared that up it was about 8:55am, and when he tried to get into the shower he was than told it was too late. He was finally allowed to have a shower late in the afternoon. He also informed me that a (woman) Hospital Staff approached he and said that she was “legally required to offer him some medication” while she tried to hand him some forms. He told me he responded, “I do not accept your offer or presentment and do not consent to any medication.” He said she told him she needed to leave the paperwork (consent forms), he told her she could do what she wanted. When she just left the forms next to him that he just tore them up and disposed of them.

In a call with my Son this morning (approximately 9:45am) he was very upset about an incident that occurred with a person in the room his was placed in. One of the men was up very early (approximately between 5am to 6am) pacing back and forth in the room. My Son became very concerned over this man’s behavior, he asked him what was going on and informed this man that his actions was disturbing my Son’s sleep. My Son further asked the man to please stop pacing back and forth, which he would not  do. When my Son asked him did he have a problem, he responded to my Son, “you’re my problem N*****” (racial slur), my Son said he felt threatened at this point but maintained his composure. My Son said he had to finally get one of the Hospital Staff to come in and check on this guy. He said the Staff got this man to sit down but only for about 5 minutes, than he said that the Staff had to finally give this man medication to get him to calm him. My Son communicated his concerns over what had happen with the Staff and was at least moved to another room later that afternoon.

In another call with my Son he told me that he has been trying to get the Hospital Records they are keeping on him and that Dr VAN OSDEL keeps avoiding him. My Son said the Dr VAN OSDEL keeps telling him that “you need to fill out the paperwork.” While I was on the phone with my Son I overheard him ask again about the Medical Records and in the background I heard something said about the forms or paperwork. I than heard my Son ask, “do I have to send you a written notice to it”, in the background I than heard something to the effect of “you need to talk to the Social Worker.”

In another call to my Son he said that the Staff told him and another man there that both of them ‘could not’ go outside unless they have a picture taken of them he told me both of the ‘did not consent’ to having any photos taken (both of them have registered copyrights.) I than asked my Son if  his has been outside or had any fresh air since being there. He told me “No”, he has not got to go outside, or had any fresh air since being transferred there on July 14, 2010. (At 5 straight days without fresh air now.) And he was again refused to go outside because he would not consent to a photo being taken. My Son said he talked to Dr VAN OSDEL and showed him a copy of his Registered


Copyright Notice and he said the Dr Van Osdel appeared a little nervous while reading it and asked if he could take it to his office to review it. I asked my Son if he has seen the name used and he said yes that it is posted on some board, over a door, and on some list.


My Son said he had a further conversation with Dr VAN OSDEL regarding ‘Why he (my Son) was sent back there after he had already been discharged on July 7, 2010.’ The Doctor replied that he “still did not received the paperwork yet”, but “this is just all I heard,” “because you would not give consent to having your fingerprints taken again, and because of your hunger strike”, and “when they took you in front of Judge YOULEE YOU, you acted crazy.” So my Son asked the Doctor is this was a continuation of the same order as Judge BERGSTROM’S first Order, he said Dr Van Osdel stated “No, this is a hole new Order.”

It requires Spiritual Sight to grasp that which is beyond the psychological limitations of the satanically ruled Intellect. What they cannot grasp is the State of Consciousness that is Holisttic, that is TRUTH.

Hence, I'm going to talk to you in your own piddly, meandering no focus language, the level just above "UGH," Forgive me if I throw caution to the wind and in fact, insult your level of intelligence. But after 15 years of not coddling you with your required positive imaged illusions and giving you a direct dose of Truth, all I can say is -- Give me a break.

The simple Truth is that you have all been conned for all your lives. from cradle to the grave.. The two major Institutions of deception responsible for all of the ills of the world and experienced by each of you is based on blind belief. They are that of Politics and Religion. Both are SATANIC driven, in that they rely upon unbroken remote mind control, concepts, symbols, ideas, etc, and are designed to divide and split one in one's otherwise "Holistic" (holy) consciousness.

The state of Grace civilized man toppled from is the state of undivided consciousness of Divine Awareness, which resonates at-one with Truth.

TRUTH IS GOD. TRUTH IS DIVINE INTELLIGENCE. TRUTH IS CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS. Truth is foreign to the average civilized man.

A Christ is no more, nor less than that of a Simple Man or Woman of Truth whose very nature is TRUTH, undivided, holistic and harmonious.

Each of you reading this are CHRISTS, but you suffer from Amnesia. Your Amnesia has arisen from your Satanic Conditioning. You have become blind to your own true spirtual estate, your Christhood.

You cannot see truth, because you have BEEN MADE TO DOUBT YOURSELF through dependency upon MIND CONTROL. Now you can only BELIEVE in the SATANIC images that occupy your split consciousness , in other words, YOU BELIEVE in the IDEA of Truth. That was your step away from Paradise, Heaven on Earth, and personal plunge into HELL, a plunge from Truth into Illusion.. And what a plunge it was, for you all LANDED ON YOUR HEADS, and haven't been the same since..

Every problem existing in your present state of consciousness can be solved IF YOU PAY ATTENTION to what I am about to say. And I am going to say it as simply as I can.

Each of you ARE A CREATION OF THE DIVINE. (GOD, TRUTH, many names for the same thing.)

A CREATION can NEVER BE GREATER than its CREATOR.

As a CHRIST, you are a CO-CREATOR with DIVINE INTELLIGENCE, GOD, TRUTH ETC. of your life, as Divine Intelligence is HOLISTIC. In other words, YOU and I ARE ONE. Not a concept, not an idea, JUST FACT.

SATAN is not the enemy of a CHRIST. For CHRIST in his/her wholistic consciousness has no enemies, The divisive and opposing spirit of SATAN is seen and regarded by a CHRIST as a poor spiritual SCHLUB! One who cannot STAND ALONE, but seeks power in numbers and does it through confusion and confoundment.

To a spiritually sighted CHRIST, Satan has NO POWER. Like the writhing, slithering, forked tonged creature that he is, SATAN has only the APPEARANCE of power. The power of Illusion. The power to confuse. The power to divide and separate, one from their SPIRITUAL WHOLENESS. That is why another Christ, Jesus of Nazareth, some two thousand years ago told SATAN to TAKE A HIKE when SATAN attempted to seduce Him away from His Divine Awareness, via illusory powers of the divisive, opposing Intellect.,

Look at the state of the World as it is today. Guess who created that? Not Satan. Not Politics. Not Religion. YOU DID. Because you, being the Co-Creator of your world fell prey to the DOUBT which obliterated the FACT of who you truly are -- a LIVING CHRIST.

YOU are the Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man/Woman. You are the Creator of your FICTIONAL GOVERNMENT.  All Fictions are dead. They have No Life.  They are parasitical in nature, requiring a living host for for very existence/survival. They, along with Religions are merely two sides of the Same Coin of illusory Satanic Power which rules the world.

But what kind of POWER can they have over you, their CREATOR?

THE ANSWER IS NONE!

A CREATION can NEVER be greater than its CREATOR. . That is SPIRITUAL LAW.

So what is the purpose for the existence of an ILLUSION called SATAN, GOVERNMENT, RELIGION? They are NOT YOUR ENEMIES, for they have no existence but for the existence YOU, the CREATOR give them through the Intellectual power of Illusion.

How do you know you are under the Spell of Satanic Mind Control? Read the headlines. Watch TV. Listen to Radio, Try making sense out of MAINSTREAM and PATRIOT talk shows. Your INTELLECT has been SO SCREWED UP due to constant and unyielding MIND CONTROL that your throw up your hands in despair, and CAVE IN to the SATANIC pressures which consume you.

You are controlled by your very thoughts. Whose Thoughts are they? Are they REAL. Or do you merely BELIEVE them to be REAL? A False god? a Graven Image?

REMEMBER, a FICTION is dead, a Parasitical concept that has NO LIFE but for the life you GRANT IT. YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF THAT THOUGHT - NO ONE ELSE..

DO YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW HOW to end, once and for all, this NEW WORLD ORDER NONSENSE, which is SATANIC in origin?

We are spiritual beings and WE as individuals hold all the answers to our problems, we need to unite in the WAY we think ONLY not as a religion, Country or political group. M. Not at all, we all need a belief in 'something' ... what you advocate is a belief? simple simply means a step away from 'complex'. No-one will listen if you strip them of belief 'completely'. You can't take away everything and give back nothing. Wanting and asking for freedom, justice, life is not a fantasy, Even you still have a fantasy concerning satan ... M. I didn't think you did, and nor do I ... Collective thought is something we have been brainwashed into believing it is a bad thing, yet that is how we have been subjugated ... ever hear of "fight fire with fire" ... You once again use Satanic as a positive, yet satan is a misnomer and religious in it's origins ... Is that "satanic mind control at work? I too advocate  awareness ... awareness of self, an individual of divine "consciousness" ... Think how hard it must be for those who don't recognise their worth, to themselves or to the rest of humanity or to undertstand the enormity of what the elite have done to them in the name of religion.

Another Day in Josephine County Courthouse:  Another Runaround by Courthouse Employees.

July 26, 2010, 2:00 PM,   Contacted employee TRICIA (no last name given) at JOSEPHINE COUNTY RECORDER/CLERK's  office. Two other unidentified female employees present. 

I asked to see records of Oath of Office concerning JUDGE THOMAS, M. HULL, DISTRICT ATTORNEY, STEPHEN D. CAMPBELL, AND SHERIFF GIL GILBERTSON, along with records of Bonding Company which hold the performance bond of the above officials.

Suddenly a freeze occurred.  TRICIA stated she did not know if their office had such records and would not know where to look for them if they did.  Imagine that, if you will.  A Legal Filing Office employee would not know where to look for such records.

Tricia indicated her boss, ART HARVEY was not available, and the only other one in the office, JOHN (no last name given) was out to lunch but would return shortly.

Moments later, JOHN walked in the office and TRICIA and the others deferred to him.  JOHN did not want to get involved. He would not address me personally.  The upshot was they had no information regarding Oath of Office and Bonds of JOSEPHINE COUNTY Public officials.  With regards to JOHN, Read what the late Peter Sparacino wrote about JOHN's attitude toward me in a former contact under another adminstration.  SEE: Identity Theft, Your County Clerk's Office and You!!  http://www.arkenterprises.com/dialch56.htm#Identity

Their suggestion was that I contact the Commissioners Office elsewhere in the Courthouse.  Contact was then made with Female employe TERRY along with another unidentified Female working in the Commissioner's office.  TERRY was pleasant but she did not know anything about Oath of Office and/or Bonding records.  She indicated the oath was administered by one of the Judges in the building but did not have any specific info as to the whereabouts of the Oath of Office records or Bonds would be. 

She gave me the Business card of ROSEMARY DELASHMUTT, Chief Financial Officer for the County, who also was not available but would be tomorrow.  I suggested I had made a special trip from Cave Junction to secure this information and would not be available to return tomorrow.

TERRY suggested I email my request for information from MS DELASHMUTT.
Let's see if I have any better luck as I outline the Information wanted.

1.  Copy of Records of Oath of Office for each of the three officials, HULL, CAMPBELL, AND GILBERTSON.

2.  Name and address of BONDING COMPANY OR INSURANCE CARRIER holding such bonds displaying case or bond numbers.

3.  Copy of Bonds/Bond Numbers

Lets see if I have any better luck with employee STONEWALLING with the change of Administration.

   What is so difficult for the American People to understand about their relationship with their governmental servants? 

   It is so simple. so inarguable, yet it appears the civilized mind is not geared for such wisdom, such clarity, such simplicity.

   Lets give it a go, shall we?   It is not my intention to insult anybody, but DAMNNNN, what's it gonna take to get the public to pull their heads out of the dark place it now calls home.

   You gotta be NUTZ to think that normal behavior is INTELLIGENT behavior. 

    One is born into this world, a clean slate.  Then the conditioning begins being written on the slate. :  Thou shalt, thou shalt not.  Pressure is applied by the parents, the conditioners of the child who they themselves were conditioned by their parents, and their parents by their parents to the very beginning of the family.

   Out of the infinite awareness of the clean slate, worldly limitations (Satanic conditioning) are imposed by pressure, both positive and negative, until the child performs according to the trend of the norm. He becomes Civilized.   Such pressure never leaves you.  From cradle to the grave, it goes on, inexorably until one passes on from this life bathed in confusion, confoundment, and contradiction.

   Did you learn anything? What was it all about?  Why were you here? Did you leave a better spiritual entity than when you came in?   Did you find fulfilment, happiness, contentment, balance?  Or did you leave, screwed up, angry, frustrated, praying for death to take you away from the quality of life you seek to escape from, even until your last breath?

    WELL HERE'S WHAT YOU DIDN'T GET!

    YOU ARE LIFE!   YOU CREATE YOUR LIFE IN EVERY ETERNAL, TIMELESS MOMENT OF NOW.

    But you don't know that, because you're too busy THINKING trying to resolve the unresolvable, because you are the CREATOR of both.

    You are spiritually blind, so you cannot SEE the Truth all around you.  As such you are the victim of your own Satanically ruled Intellect, controlled by remote conditioning sources, corporate elitists, bankers, politicians, priests and ministers of all cloth. You have been trained to have no FAITH in yourself, so you put it in the hands of strangers, those who tell you they know and you don't know.  They will solve your problems for you.  YOU GIVE IN AND BINGO!   You are now suffering from Self-Doubt.  You've just been Satanically converted. 

   You grow accustomed to being co-dependent, seeking out others of like mind, looking for a break in the ongoing insanity which dogs your every step, but you never find it.  they never find it.  What you seem only to share with each other is MISERY LOVES COMPANY clothed in a lot of high sounding, positive imaged, feel good sentiments.  .

   Do you want the solution to your travail.  Do you want RELEASE now?

   Eternity does not begin when you die.  Eternity is TIMELESS.  You therefore  are living in Eternity NOW.  Continue to live in your Intellect and you will spend Eternity in HELL.  Open your eyes.  Become Aware, Observe without judgment, allow the Intellect to lay fallow, while your DIVINE AWARENESS is RESURRECTED when the pile of CONDITIONED CRAP no longer takes precedence in your consciousness. 

    Keep in mind that what I am telling you does not require that you agree with me.  Agreement is still a reconcialtion of the Intellect.  You must see the Truth for yourself.

    Here is the greatest Truth which has eluded DAMN NEAR all of you for your entire lives.  YOU, THE LIVING MAN/WOMAN are the CREATOR of Government, a fictional entity born of thought, YOUR THOUGHT!  IN your state of Satanic imposed SELF-DOUBT, you are caught off-guard by the Intellectual FICTIONAL GOVERNMENT, which then creates a subset of a FICTIONAL persons bearing your name but spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.  Thats your JURISTIC PERSON, YOUR STRAWMAN. a corporate entity subject to the JURISDICTION of the fictional government. 

    THAT IS THE ONLY PERSON THE GOVERNMENT HAS ANY SATANIC POWER OVER.

    GOVERNMENT HAS NO JURISDICTION over you the Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man or Woman, UNLESS you consentually bind yourself through contract with the fictional entity you call government.  Oh, you're not AWARE of it when it happens.  You are tricked into it by clever satanic word manipulators.  Some are called Judges, Other are called Prosecutors but ALL ARE LAWYERS.

   All the bailouts, the wars, the foreclosures are fictional events which work only upon spiritually sightless, intellectually dumbed down entities who perceive themselves to be slaves and therefore act like it.

    The reality however is that each and every one of you, at the core of your spiritual being, ARE CHRISTS.  Simple men and Women of Truth, but you SUFFER FROM AMNESIA..

   Life, is TRUTH MANIFESTED.  Hell is the idea of Truth twisted by SATANIC CONDITIONING as experienced in one satanic ruled Intellect.. 

    Was that simple enough for you?  Or do you prefer the energy of contest, of competition, of pitting yourself against the odds of a world gone MAD. 

    Don't RESIST EVIL.  REMOVE your support from Evil, and it disappears for the illusion that it is. IN OTHER WORDS, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT Evil.  That is the nonviolent way, that is the Spiritual Way to returning yourself to your True Spiritual Estate, that of manifesting Truth in all ways.   After all, you are Christs.  You are the TRUTH, LIFE, AND THE WAY.

Investigation into JOSEPHINE COUNTY CLERK/RECORDER'S OFFICE.

Sir,

I ask that an investigation be launched into the operation of the JOSEPHINE COUNTY CLERK/RECORDER'S Office in their repeated refusal to accomodate requests for public information  regarding records under their custody and control.  The records sought were Oath of Office declarations of JUDGE THOMAS M. HULL, DISTRICT ATTORNEY STEPHEN D. CAMPBELL, AND SHERIFF GIL GILBERTSON and bonding information.

As you can see by the statement of Chief Financial Officer/Risk Manager Rosemary DeLashmutt, the County Clerk's Office had the records of SHERIFF GIL GILBERTSON  all along but would not divulge them.

 This is the third time of the three occasions of contact with the County Clerk/Recorder's Office that I have been arbitrarily been denied service which shows a clear and distinct pattern of concealment by employees (are they following department policy?) of the County Recorder's office.  This cannot be tolerated in a Free Society.

I asked to see records of Oath of Office concerning JUDGE THOMAS, M. HULL, DISTRICT ATTORNEY, STEPHEN D. CAMPBELL, AND SHERIFF GIL GILBERTSON, along with records of Bonding Company which hold the performance bond of the above officials.

Suddenly a freeze occurred.  TRICIA stated she did not know if their office had such records and would not know where to look for them if they did.  Imagine that, if you will.  A Legal Filing Office employee would not know where to look for such records.

Tricia indicated her boss, ART HARVEY was not available, and the only other one in the office, JOHN (no last name given) was out to lunch but would return shortly.

Moments later, JOHN walked in the office and TRICIA and the others deferred to him.  JOHN did not want to get involved. Their suggestion was that I contact the Commissioners Office elsewhere in the Courthouse.  Contact was then made with Female employee TERRY along with another unidentified Female working in the Commissioner's office.  TERRY was pleasant but she did not know anything about Oath of Office and/or Bonding records.  She indicated the oath was administered by one of the Judges in the building but did not have any specific info as to the whereabouts of the Oath of Office records or Bonds would be. 

She gave me the Business card of ROSEMARY DELASHMUTT, Chief Financial Officer for the County, who also was not available but would be tomorrow.  I suggested I had made a special trip from Cave Junction to secure this information and would not be available to return tomorrow.

TERRY suggested I email my request for information from MS DELASHMUTT.
Let's see if I have any better luck as I outline the Information wanted.

1.  Copy of Records of Oath of Office for each of the three officials, HULL, CAMPBELL, AND GILBERTSON.

2.  Name and address of BONDING COMPANY OR INSURANCE CARRIER holding such bonds displaying case or bond numbers.

3.  Copy of Bonds/Bond Numbers

Lets see if I have any better luck with employee STONEWALLING with the change of Administration.

If this is not within your purview, please direct me to the proper source.  At this point, the County Clerk/Recorders office and Commissioners office deny any knowledge of where this information is sourced in Josephine County records.

Mr. Karczewski,

The County Clerk's Office has the oaths for County Elected Officials, including Sheriff Gilbertson.  A copy of those can be purchased at the Clerk's Office.  Judge Hull and District Attorney Campbell oaths of office were performed at the State of Oregon level.  A copy of those should be available from the Secretary of State's Office.

We do not individually bond County elected officials but they are covered under our professional liability coverage through City County Insurance of Oregon.  As Risk Manager, any claims would be submitted to my office.

   Dear Ed,

     Thanks for the heads up on your cost of using the email system for communication.   I wasn't aware of it.  Perhaps a solution to the problem would be for me to snail mail you my comments since they are rather lengthy, while you respond to me via email.

   I hope you and Elaine have not been put off by my last couple of communications as they may have been perceived rather brusk and negative.  It was written for the Internet audience but pertained to the essence of court action which distinguished your case from mine. 

     The FIRST words out of my mouth at the first court appearance made all the difference.  I was not the defendant, and challenged them to prove JURISDICTION over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, not the JURISTIC PERSON (Strawman)  I also served the Judge, ALLAN H. COON a Written Communication/Security Agreement (private contract) advising him that each unauthorized use of the name listed as defendant carried with it a fee of $500,000.00 . (I spoke to Judge Coon from the gallery -- I did not enter into the court's jurisdiction by stepping beyond the bar.)  That ticked him off and thus began my ordeal with the corrupt JOSEPHINE COUNTY COURT SYSTEM. 

   I held to that position throughout the whole ordeal until all court hearings/trials were concluded, despite the trickery and deceit, employed by the numerous Judges and Prosecutors brought in from other State and County jurisdictions to garner JURISDICTION.  At Sentencing, I REFUSED to accept their offer of contract (sentencing) because THEY HAD NOT PROVED JURISDICTION, and this court was not recognized by me to be a lawful, Constitutional, Article III court. 

  I maintained my Common Law Status, while I stood in an Administrative Court which operated on the presumption that I was a 14th Amendment Citizen, and therefore subject to the rules of the Corporation which they serve and represent.

   Ed and Elaine, that made the difference in our respective case outcomes.   The first words out of your mouth at the first appearance were not PROVE JURISDICTION. 

   The subtle stages of the Government Conspiracy to Destroy our Constitutional Republic are long gone.  One was labeled a "Kook" back in 2002 when I stood up to the Government.  When I used the term "New World Order."   Millions were asleep and did not want their  conditioned comfort zone disturbed.  Although millions still remain asleep, many have awakened since 2002. 

   Your release from Federal Prison, and the release of thousands of other held in jails and prisons throughout the land lie in the hands of the AWAKENING PUBLIC.   When they DEMAND of their courts, prosecutors and police  that the question of JURISDICTION by fictional courts over Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural men and women, who maintain their status as men and women of the Sovereign People and have not granted JURISDICTION to the courts BE ANSWERED.  (It can't be done, is an impossibility, and the prison industry/slave scam would be revealed for all to see.)

    Ed, the People KNOW the government is corrupt.  Its just a matter of when they finally are motivated to do something about it.  Therein lies the key to yours and Elaines release.

   I recognize the People do not understand my position, as it conflicts with their lifelong conditioning.  A freeman is highly disturbing to the comfort zone of satisfied Slaves. 

   Whereas you Resist, even while confined to prison walls, I BOYCOTT them as this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient man am  the "Real  McCoy" while the courts understand they are the FICTION BEING EXPOSED. 

    A Fiction can Never Trump the Truth. 

    What you and Elaine have set into motion will have its outcome but it will not depend on you from inside prison walls.  It will come from a MANDATE of the people to DEMAND the courts, prosecutors and law enforcement Agents ANSWER THE QUESTION OF JURISDICTION. 

   Relax Ed, follow Elaine's tack of peaceful nonresistance.  LET THE BOYCOTT OF GOVERNMENT BEGIN from the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE where it justly belongs.
