                                   STALE MATE

Hey Ray,

     How are you? I'm doing good. I just been studying lately spending most of my time in the library, reading a variety of different materials, from the Bible to the Constitution of the United States.

     I also got my hands on the book called the "Patriots" by A.J. Langguth which is pretty interesting and providing me a lot of insight into the events prior and leading up to the Revolutionary War.

     There was a patriot by the name of James Otis, a lawyer back then in 1761, who challenged the King's authority because the King was issuing unlawful search warrants (called Writ of Assistance) infringing on the common rights of the Englishmen. and a man by the name of Jeremiah Gridley Otis tutored in the law was acting as the King's Attorney in this cae, whose argument defended the principle of the Search warrant, basically saying "How could the State protect itself against foreign enemies or subversives at home?" And which was more important, protecting the liberty of the individual or collecting the taxes efficiently? He concluded that "gathering public money must take precedence? But the audience in the court room wasn't convinced.

     It was now James Otis' turn to speak in which he soared beyond that argument stating "every Man lived in a state of nature". Every man was his own Sovereign, subject to laws engraved on his heart and revealed to him by his Maker. No other creature on Earth could legitimately challenge a Man's right to his life, his liberty and his property" And that principle, that unalterable law, took precedence -- here James Otis was answering Gridley directly -- even over the survival of the State. Then Otis issued a guarded warning to the new King. The Writ of assistance represented the sort of destructive and arbitrary use of power that had cost one King his head and another his throne.

      Otis turned to the subject of English liberty, particularly freedom at home -- "A Man's house is his castle." he said, "And if a man behaves quietly there he must be as well protected as a prince." James Adams, 25 years old at the time, who looked up to Otis was in attendance. And when Otis finished his argument which lasted for more than four hours. John Adams wanted to rush out and take up arms against the unlawful writs and he was sure every man in the packed hall was ready to join him.

     Its revelation (revolution?) time my dear friend -- History continued to repeat itself is my conclusion. to all this madness we're faced with in this day and age. Why is it that back then, we the people had to draw arms and go to war against Britain and then due to tyranny and arbitrary abuse of authority, and declare our independence, yet the B.A.R. ( British Accredited Registry) is the watchdog of our country in this day and age, controlling all of our laws? Something just isn't right with this picture if you ask me.

     We the People must break these mental shackles and realize that a silent war has been perpetrated on all Americans regardless of race or religion. The 14th Amendment created a CORPORATE subject federal citizenship, different from the Sovereign Original State Citizenship. The federal CORPORATE citizenship was created specifically for the Negro originally right after the abolishment of slavery to allow Negroes to become apart of the public -- Now all Americans have been subjected to this degrading status due to ignorance in the law. (Google Slaughterhouse cases, U.S. Supreme court, for those of you who don't believe.)

     The corrupted Judges of the STATE OF OREGON, seated in MULTNOMAH COUNTY, are attempting to back me in a corner by means of sneaking me into secret court appearances without giving me or my family any notice of court dates, for my family and other supporters have been organizing the people and making sure to witness the underhanded tactics inflicted upon me by countless Judges and Prosecutors out of MULTNOMAH COUNTY,   So now they are resorting to desparate measures to hide their corruption by any means, Judge ERIC BERGSTROM, conspiring with PUBLIC PRETENDER RONALD FISHBACK (whom I fired at least eight times within the last six months ) and DISTRICT ATTORNEY SHANNON S. have attempted to discredit my character and make me waive my claim of Sovereignty by taking it upon themselves to send me to OREGON STATE HOSPITAL in hopes that I will consent to a psychiatric examination . These strong arm tactics by the OREGON GOVERNMENT are not only signs of last minute attempts to make me consent to their JURISDICTION, by using force and aggression but now is proving to the People of Portland Oregon that everything I'vee been preaching about sovereignty is Truth. Its the Great Awakening People of America -- STALE MATE!

     Prove Jurisdiction over the living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natset me free! Peace to all Sons and Daughters of Liberty!

Hello William,

     You begin your letter by announcing "STALE MATE" It is my view that you misperceive your position. You have them on the run. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY, they can continue their tactics without having to ANSWER UNDER OATH OR AFFIDAVIT, the question of their (the fictional court) JURISDICTION over a man of the Sovereign People, the creator of government who has bestowed upon them the limited sovereignty to conduct the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE'S business.

     The fictional court, created by its Creator, the Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Sovereign man and woman can NEVER be greater that its creator. Thus the need for creating the fictional JURISTIC PERSON. who is the ONLY entity government has jurisdictions over UNLESS CONSENTED to by those who waive their rights and/or contract with a MARITIME court, thereby granting them jurisdiction.

    What they are doing to you, they have tried with me in my two cases. (02CR0617 and 03CR01700 ) here in JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON. (Including the secret hearings to prevent public attendance)

     Even though they conducted themselves as UNCONSTITUTIONAL Fraudulent courts which ran counter to the Constitution and therefore had NO FORCE OF LAW behind it in pursuing and convicting the JURISTIC PERSON/DEFENDANT, the courts, prosecutors and State and County policy makers commercially defaulted on some 20 plus occasions in REFUSING to answer the question of Jurisdiction, over this Living, Breathng, Flesh-and -Blood, Sentient, natural man.

     This led to multimillion dollar commercial judgements via liens placed against individuals, the STATE OF OREGON, and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE. Although every practicing judge in Josephine County was called into my case, they even resorted to seeking judges from JACKSON County as my demand upon each and every one of these judges REFUSED to answer the questions of JURISDICTION over this Living, Breathing , Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural Man.

     How did they handle such a multimillion dollar liability to the State and County. The Secretary of State, BILL BRADBURY committed a crime by removing ALL leins (which could only lawfully be removed by the Issuer of the Leins -- ME) even leins not pertaining to the unlawful court trial from the State of OREGONS UCC records. This type of CRIMINALITY ran rampant in my case. Yet the public is blinded to the actions of their Judges/Prosecutors/Sheriffs by their entranced HYPNOTIC SLUMBER which prevents the American/Oregon public from seeing the Tyranny all around them.

     The Courts used the same Mental Health Tactics in attempting to have me evaluated, but the whole thing blew up in their face when their own mental health evaluators were stopped cold when I refused to assist them in their complicity in the false imprisonment made upon this living man.       Judge Coon, a real piece of work, testified at my trial during my cross examination of him that he had a secret "Plant" in the jury room reporting to him and advising him of my comments to other jurors. Whatever happened to the sanctity of the Jury 'Room. Whatever happened to prosecuting Judges for crimes while sitting on the bench?

      Coons admission are on the court record. All that happened to him is that he WAS FORCED TO RETIRE. when the STATE OF OREGON did their housecleaning as a result of his and another Judge, District Attorney, and Sheriff's complicity in FRAUDULENTLY prosecuting one over whom they had not nor could prove jurisdiction..

    I am also publishing your letter on the Internet to give the Sovereign American People some insight into the type of man, our courts are sending to mental hospitals for psych examinations because THEY,, THE COURTS CANNOT DEAL WITH THE SANITY, THE LUCIDITY, THE INTELLIGENCE, THE INTEGRITY of a man of the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE who knows who he is and his relationship with his fictional court system.

    William, your case is of HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE to the Freedom of the American People who find their God Given UNALIENABLE RIGHTS under current assault by Satanic Ruled, Pharisitical Courts. Yours is a Spiritual Test. You are holding up quite well. When the People of OREGON and AMERICA finally get what is going on in their lives with the loss of their freedom and sovereignty, THE SATANIC ILLUSION COMES TO AN END.

     Your stand is WAKING UP A LOT OF PEOPLE. Thousands of upon thousands of innocent people languish in American Jails because of IGNORANCE of their True Status as SOVEREIGN PEOPLE .

     You are demonstrating what a PATRIOT looks like.

A Letter to My Classmates

Here we are, approaching our 55th High school class reunion. Are we all satisfied with our lives? Or do we find ourselves still compelled to play the same silly games of power and division? The games the same. The stakes are just different.

I expect most of you are aware enough to see the changes in our society. Did you know you are responsible for them? You're responsible because you have allowed others to make life changing decision for you. You've relinquished your personal power in return for security.

You're not entirely responsible because most of you are just unaware of the part you have played in making this world what it is.

Have any of you lost your jobs yet? Your home? Your family? Your life savings, your freedom? If not, hang in there and do nothing, and you soon will.

Many of you know me, but do your really know me. Do we really know each other? Do we even know ourselves? That is the question I bring to you all. KNOW THYSELF. Know who you are and your relationship with those you have allowed to rule over you because you doubted yourselves.

Check the headlines. Have your secular and religious leaders served your best interests or have they served theirs, the corporation which employs them.

We are in a crisis of consciousness today. One which shall determine whether we return to our True Status as men and women of the Sovereign People, or be destroyed body and soul by planned attacks like 911, and the Gulf Oil Spill. Make no mistake about it. The Gulf Spill is a cover to launch a massive population control campaign and relocation of People from their homes and into FEMA CAMPs under the cover of humanitarian aid.

There is something to be said about the old adage, "Fool me once, shame on you." "Fool me twice, shame on me" How much more can you afford to keep playing the role of the "fool."

It is the false god mentioned in the First Commandment. Belief is a lazy man's Truth. Is that not evidence of confusion? One requires Satanic thought to resolve technical problems of life and to communicate with others. Tarry not at the Letter of the Word Level, but speak and write from the "Spirit of the Word level". Truth is revealed at that level. It is clear, holistic, stands on its own. This was a very important dialogue for everyone to observe for it goes to the heart of how man creates his own Hell on Earth. I have been writing for years on the Internet and Never have I engaged in such an important dialogue as this. You have taken Satanic Conditioned thought out of the theoretical and actually showcase the effects of Satanic Conditioning on one who is swept up and tortured by Intellectual thought yet exerts every bit of energy at their disposal toward defending their own source of confusion. Yours is the mind of one who seek a "Savior." You don't realize you are your own savior.

The Problems and Solutions Concerning the American People exist in Status

   Two Governments presently exists in America Today. The De Jure Government (Original Constitutional Republic based in Common Law and Constitutional Law) and the De Facto Government (Present Corporation arising from 14th Amendment Subjugation)

   The Sovereign People created the De Jure Constitutional Government of 1787.. They are the Masters, the true government. The government they created to carry out the directives of their Master, the Sovereign People was, is, and will always be their servant.   The 14th Amendment changed all that. The fictional government created fictional entities, i.e. Juristic corporate persons and made all such subjects to the fictional, legislative corporate policies called statutory law of such Corporate state.

   The De facto Government (fictional government) has complete power jurisdiction and ownership of its own created fictional entities, the Corporate Person. .It, however, holds absolutely no jurisdiction over the Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man/Woman, the Sovereign People who created government, unless the living man/woman waives their Unalienable Rights and consents to grant De Facto Government jurisdiction over them. It is all done by contract. Ignorant men and women have been tricked by their government into contracting their rights away. That is the moment Sovereigns became slaves.

    Many of you will be shocked at such a simple but devastating ploy which has eluded you for your entire lifetime. Many of you will react in violent denial, for you will understand how you have been tricked and betrayed by the very Public Servants you have placed your trust into, placing them in positions of power over you.

   The Sovereign is real. The government is fictional, perceived real only in the imagination of deluded sovereign people who have been trained to dream they are slaves.

   All of the problems we face in society today arise out of the actions of the De facto Government Unlawful/Unconstitutional, color of Law, fictional policies which exists in the imaginations of mind controlled corporate subjects.

   Take back your God-given, Natural Status as a man/woman of the Sovereign People. Rescind your 14th Amendment status from the De facto Government and take your rightful place of Sovereigns in the existing but dormant De Jure Government, and let the De facto Government and its satanically ruled blind believers go to the Hell they have created for themselves.

   No one can do this for you. You must do it for yourself and your Children. The choice of freedom or slavery has always been yours.
