Hi Ray:
The US Attorney's office has finally put me back in Marion USP in the C.M.U.
I have been here for the last few weeks after being kept in solitary confinement for the past couple of months. I've sent constant letters to Elaine but I don't think she received any of them. God! I miss her so much.
Most of the food at Brooklyn Transfer was slimey and aI couldn't eat most of it. I had stringy,m mucous lime in it. 3 wks there.
Then I was sent to Oklahoma Transfer where the food was pretty good. But for the first ten days of the 29 days, I was held there, the cell was kept at 110 degrees almost constantly. I almost lost it in theat confined heat. Even with my taking constant showers every hour or so and having to sleep on the floor where it was a little cool by the window, the anxiety was tremendous. My bloodpressure was going through the roof. When they finally shut it down on the eleventh day, it became cold. I did not complain aout the cold after the extreme heat.
They leave me alone for a time then they come at me out of left field with something to abuse or punish me. I don't know why.
Th current abuse is that they have returned what property I have except they went through it all and removed every bit of pertinent legal documents, books,(law) files, dictionaries and most important of all my 8 GIG memory stick that Elaine and I hae all our work on from both bogus trials. I have until April 8th to submit an affidavit regarding the appeal and the people have shut is all off.
I just saw another inmate receive over a dozen large boxes of his legal documents and files today. I had three and the B.O,P. stole one. They always say it was the last place, which of course you have no way to confirm or deny. There is only the illusion of remedy for anything. There is no remedy. There is no help within these walls only abuse, torture, isolation, boredom and instilled fear that is always orchestrated by B.O.P. (*Bureau of Prisons rk) management. When you complain, the look of hate in their eyes is palpable. The warden gave me a dose of her condescending, oppressive (dance around the issure) abuse last thursday.
I constantly remind these people that its easy to abuse something that can't fight back.
As you probably already know, the court did exactly the same thing to us that they did to us in the first trial. No witnesses-no evidence- and the judge removed me from court to silence me.
He also removed the jury so they would not hear the truth. We still have never had a trial. If we had a legitimate court we would not be in here. We would be home. I do not believe we have any lawful courts in America anymore.
All attorneys are freemasons (see "Inn's of court" in Black's Law dictionary) as every government attorney is of the B.A.R. (British Accredited Regency) which is another Freemason group. The US Attorney ---Judge---Court appointed attorney are all Freemasons and stand against the accused. The accused stand no chance in a Federal or State Court any longer.
The US Attorneys office runs the Department of Justice---FBI---Bureau of Prisons---Courts. There is no separation of powers in the United State government any longer. Its all Executive Adminstration for the bankruptcy.
Ray! People do not know that the United States is in Washington D.C. and is nothing but a bakrupt piece of paper as a Corporation which went into backruptcy on March 9, 1933, and on June 5, 1933.the Zionist-Freemason Franklin-Delano-Roosevelt created the "New Deal" declared all State Citizens alien enemys of the UNITED STATES CORP. by using the "Trading Withe the Enemies Act of 1817, and enslaved every American.
Even in court, on record, I brought this up to the court and the Judge (SINGAL) refused to accept it when I told him "I have here in this envelope the name/names of Organizations that are the largest terroist organization in the world in the history of mankind and I must subit it to the nearest available Judge."
The judge refused to accept the documents on the record. I told him that this organization was responsible for blowing up the World Trade Center, as well as blowing up the Oklahoma-Murrah Building. The judge refused to acknowledge The court is in collusion with this terroist organization by suppressing evidence.
The cover-up of all these national crisis by the Freemason court and Freemason US Attorneys offices and the Freemason Congress/Senate virtually wherever you have an attorney in government youhave a Freemason--BAR Member.

We are put in these units because we use the Commercial remedy rather than the Judicial remedy. The Judicial remedy is slave law or non substantive law.

People need to know that what we did and continue to do was and is for them. We do what we do for the love of God and our fellow man and country.

Elaine and I have thought about where we will retire to when we leave this bondage. It looks like we are going to head in your direction for several reasons.
We like the rain. We don't want to be too far from the ocean. We are tired of the cold/snow. We are going to build small upscale security castles. Our New Hampshire home was a prototype of various methods of construction.
Life is far to short. Just as you get it all figured out yourl old and die. Elaine and I had just made it when we caught the United States Government stealing from us and because we were exposing them, they have destroyed our economy and freedom.

I'll say this for you. You don't send letters often, but you sure as hell send them long. It was good to hear from you. For awhile there, I thought they were blocking my letters to you. I sent a few that got kicked back, but a few did not return and there was no reply from you.
Ed, I don't know what to say. I read your material from the memory stick on your court preparation, Elaine sent me and have been putting the information on the internet. The American People need to hear your side of the Story. They need to see the Stacked Deck they are facing when they are forcibly brought before Courts that do not follow the law and make it up as they go along..
The Rogue government can only continue operating in their unlawful manner if they are allowed to control the news reaching the public ear. I am doing my utmost to educate the people as to the True operations of their government but so far they have been struck dumb. I noticed you followed the same tactics I used in my two trials, yet when the judge even refuses to look at them or rule on them, you haven't a snowballs chance in hell of not being railroaded.
Wherein they threw me out of their jail, even though they convicted the Juristic Person/Defendant, they had no choice but to release me when I refused to accept their offer of sentencing because they had not proved JURISDICTION over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man. They dodged the bullet again, when the appeals court refused to even look at the case which would have exposed the tyranny of a fictional court exercising JURISDICTION over one they had no JURISDICTION OVER. Thats the Ace up their sleeve. THEY DON'T HAVE TO FOLLOW THE SAME LAW THEY HOLD THOSE WHO STAND BEFORE THEM.
I presently have a complaint of criminal conduct by our Local Judges, District Attorney, and Sheriff before the States Attorney General. I have given the Attorney General the ultimatum of either prosecute these officials, or prosecute me for filing a FALSE REPORT. He has to do something. He'll play hell prosecuting me for a false report after 7 years of Affidavits and written testimony/statements made by me which I will stand by to my dying day.

Life is Problem Solving. We,
each of us are born into this world to come to the Understanding of Who
We are. (Children of God, Infinite Intelligence, Divine Awareness),
What We are (Spiritual Beings encased in Space suits of Physical Bodies
controlled by a Computer-like Intellects which functions on a linear
timeline, dualistic-opposing, action-reaction basis)
Being creations of God, we,
each of us are possessed of Christ Consciousness. i.e., Divine
Awareness, an holistic, direct apprehension of Truth. In Truth,
the state of holistic understanding, We are all One. In
Truth there is no you, there is no me, there is just Truth and WE ARE
THAT. That is the state of Love.
Problems arise from the finite realm
(fictional realm) of body and mind. Body and mind are necessary
and required to function in the protection of We, the Infinite
Spiritual beings operating in the finite, gross, dualistic,
opposing atmosphere of this fictional world satanically ruled by

Such is the nature of Man's Fall from
Grace. We suffer from Amnesia of who We truly are, Spiritual

Such spiritual Amnesia occurs when
Truth is replaced by "fictional truth" False, counterfeit, graven
images of Truth BELIEVED to be Truth. The petty god of Intellect,

The fictional Intellect is the
creator and resolver of all fictional Truth. It has created a
world, a system of such fictional truth and through belief, inundates
consciousness with never endingproblems which ultimately enslaves the
body, mind and spirit to such illusions.
Fictional Satanic ruled Government
are created by such Intellect. Fictional Religions are created by
such Intellect. All who do not understand their intellects are
therefore enslaved to such worldly institutions which rule them via
mind control. Thus, those blind believers have been made unwhole
(unholy). They are divided in consciousness, ruled by the satanic
fragmented energy of endless opposition within and without. That
is the world of civilized man. They are completely UNAWARE of
it.
How does one solve the
problems of the Intellect. Via Divine Awareness, Paying Attention
allowing such attention to dissolve the dualistic illusion via non
dualistic Truth. When the confusion of the dualistic Intellect
drops away, all that is left is the Clarity of Truth. One has
brought closure to dualistic thought and that thought will not
return. Others will replace it until one has dissolved through
understanding one's Satantic Conditioning which exists in most from
birth to death.
When one is Truth, the illusion of
truth has no power over that spiritual entity. One is Free. One
is Sovereign. One is Christ. One does not need law other than God's
Law, DO NO HARM, LOVE ONE ANOTHER AS ONESELF. That is the law of
Nature, the Common Law. existing in eternity. It is the fictional
law of Mammon, the Law of man with its thousands upon thousands of
Statutes, policies, regulations which masquerade as "Color of Law"
which rule the ignorant among us. By their support, and labor
they have created HELL ON EARTH, and, while remaining in their
spiritual stupor they dig themselves deeper into hell with each mind
controlled suggestion imposed upon them by their satanic mind
controllers.
They, these masses of ignorant sheeple have
not learned the lesson of how to resolve problems, for they rely upon
others, experts who say they know to solve their problems for
them. Thus begins the split of the Haves and the Have nots.
A redistribution takes place transferring the wealth of the illusory
Have nots, the Slaves, the Human Resources, into the hands of the
illusory HAVES. the Elite, The powerful, the wealthy. Since
such transference of wealth is all an Illusion. the opposites
cannot exist but for the other.
Withdraw support, financial and
psychological, and the Illusion (Problem) comes to an end. That
is how to resolve the problem of HELL ON EARTH. Any effort to
change the system via Intellectual thought is to fortify the system,
strengthen it. The short-sighted Intellect is blind to such an
obvious solution as it continues to react in the way that it has been
trained to react.
I have tried to make this as simple
as possible. As you can see it is no small undertaking as the
Satanic Intellect has been dominant in ruling the lives of mankind

One either follows God's
Law, the creator of all law when one DOES NO HARM to anyone or their
