rk:  Why allow them to ticket me.  They have the guns and the mindless adherence to corporate policy.  Deputy RAREY himself admitted that he was mechanical in his adherence to department policy (Just doing my job/ just following orders/the Nuremburg Defense) and do not use personal  judgement in the enforcement of them.  So much for the judgement of our Law Enforcement Officers whom the public puts their trust in to protect them. 

rk:  Rarey, was uncaring, indifferent to the facts.  His comment was "take it up with the judge."   That kind of arrogance is gonna get a lot of cops hurt, when the public finally gets fed up with attitudes such as that.

rk:  As to why I did not effect a citizens arrest which you disinformation agents are so intent on promoting on this forum, The traffic stop was on my son, not me.  I recognize such an arrest is a big step which has great consequences.  The policy makers are leaving no room for travellers to deal with such armed attitudes but to meet fire with fire.  I have no desire to harm anyone.  My desire is that our public servants follow the law, not Corporate Policy.

Travelers are not required to be licensed, Commercial Drivers and hoodwinked innocents who are intimidated into securing a license when one is not required -- ARE!  Noncommercial users of the highways accept all terms of the Commerical Driver's license application, IE. People of JOSEPHINE COUNTY, you are funding your own fear,  your lack of security, your unlawful imprisonment, fines, etc.   The provable fact, which can be witnessed on any given day, is that JOSEPHINE COUNTY Deputies routinely infringe upon the Rights of noncommercial travelers  and in doing so, commit acts of piracy  upon law abiding travelers bringing in $100 to the Sheriffs office for each impound release.  Slick moneymaker is it not?

rk:  Heaven help the Josephine County victim of such crimes in their  attempts to hold  Sheriff GIL GILBERTSON responsible for the actions of his men following his unlawful IMPOUNDMENT POLICIES, or to get him to answer a question(s) of law, which goes to this authority to arrest noncommercial travelers.  The Sheriff's office, backed up by the District Attorney, judges, etc.  swing into the age old Law Enforcement tactic of CYA (Cover Your Ass) and throw up a STONE WALL OF SILENCE.

    To all Subscriber of the IV New Forum, please reread the orginal article of this thread.  It contains an  AFFIDAVIT AND NOTICE OF DEFAULT/REVISED INVOICE sent to JOSEPHINE COUNTY COURT JUDGE THOMAS M. HULL, and a cover letter to OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL JOHN R. KROGER asking that a thorough investigation be conducted into such unlawful and criminal activities of our JOSEPHINE COUNTY Enforcement and Prosecutorial Officials.

    Many of you are in total disbelief, perhaps shocked to your very core of such unsettling news.  You don't want to face such possibility that it could be True because your carefully inculcated, conditioned  house of cards, Illusion of trust and belief in your officials would come tumbling down.

    I have, throughout the years kept the OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL AND DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AWARE of the ongoing criminal conduct, yet they have chosen to do nothing about it.  They have STONEWALLED the events, hoping to keep it quiet, keep it from reaching public awareness. 

   As stated earlier, the Illinois News, located here in Cave Junction has done a great service to the public in allowing such devastating information to reach the public ear. 

   In short, we are losing our country, our freedoms, our jobs, our money because of the actions of our political leadership and their enforcement arm who feel they can do any damned thing they want as long as the public does not hear about it and seek to hold them responsible for their actions. 

   I have received return Registered and Certified Receipts from Both the office OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL JOHN KROGER, and Judge THOMAS M. HULL.  Unlike the JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY, STEPHEN CAMPBELL, and SHERIFF GIL GILBERTSON who have  refused to accept registered mail which constitutes legal service of notice and instructs the mail man to return to sender unopened, the legal documents,  both KROGER and HULL have shown evidence of responsibility in accepting such legal documents.  ,

   All evidence submitted to the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE is in the form of written statements accompanied by affidavit and notarized by me,   Nothing VAGUE, Nothing IFFY Nothing UNCERTAIN.  I pledge my oath and affidavit as to its Truth, the whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth. Yet to date, no contact has been made by the Department of Justice to indicate that an investigation into the 7yr long crime spree of our JOSEPHINE PUBLIC OFFICIAL has been initialized.  There folks, you have your Government in action.  A GIANT EXERCISE IN CYA  (Cover Your Ass). 

   My charges against the courts, prosecutorial and enforcment arms of the law ARE OF EXTREME IMPORTANCE, to the People of JOSEPHINE COUNTY  and the united states of America. It goes to whether we, the PEOPLE are Sovereigns, the true source of government or SLAVES, mere human resources to be used, abused, and discarded by those we put into office.

   I, for one, AM NO MAN'S SLAVE.  That seems to bother most of you who feel the pressure of enslavement in your own lives and want to cut down another to size who stands up and is seen to ROCK THE BOAT. . 

   I am addressing this to all you who are sick and tired of being tyrannized by those you put into office to serve us. 

   The bottom line is this.  Crimes have been committed and reported to the Authorities we look to to investigate and prosecute those who commit crimes in our society. 

   Government can ignore the INDIVIDUAL till the cows come home.They have shown that for the last seven years with me.   They cannot however, ignore the public mandate of the growing cries of the Sovereign People who demand their public servants do the jobs they were put into office to do. 

   The OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL and DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE has been presented with a demand that an investigation into the crimes perpetrated by JOSEPHINE COUNTY JUDGES, DISTRICT ATTORNEY, AND SHERIFF'S OFFICE be conducted and prosecuted.  If such charges, after an investigation is conducted is found to be false, they MUST ARREST me for filing a FALSE REPORT.  By stonewalling the case, they are allowed to do neither, and that is the action they have chosen to take. 

   They, the government have STONEWALLED me for years.  Will they STONEWALL the voice of the TAXPAYERS OF JOSEPHINE COUNT and People of America?   I doubt it.  Former JOCO Commissioner HAROLD HAUGEN once confided to a friend of mine Peter Sparacino, that goverment responds to numbers not individuals. 

   Now's the chance for you to exercise your real power and demand your public servants do their job. 

    All you candidates running for County Commissioner, let's see what your made of, not by your words, but by your actions.  To all of your voters who live in political  "La La Land", there is nothing much I can say to you.  To others of you who are serious and responsible about the quality of life you are experiencing, here is an opportunity to put your public voice into real political action. 

   Lets get the crooks out of office and fill them with responsible representatives. 

   As for the STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, demand they do their jobs, and investigate and arrest those who have committed crimes. 

   Are the Charges Real or is there a FALSE REPORT.
