Many of you have been introduced recenty to the "Tyranny and the Natural Man" Forum and are shaking your heads in confusion of what is actually going on behind all of these misdirecting posts by the same people who dog my writing everywhere it appears on the Internet..
It is simply this. Ordinarily, you are "UNAWARE" of the mind control techniques that are imposed upon you by government/media mindcontrol/disinformation operatives/ provocateurs who are assigned to internet forums and newsgroups to control the flow of information and destroy any possibility of serious discussion concerning Freedom, politics, religion and social intercourse from taking place,
Mind control is an insidious and invasive predator. It robs one of their ability to perceive directly, the truth of what is presently unfolding in our world.
Through pressure, intimidation, threat, ridicule, gossip and libelous fiction, these subrosa mind controllers operate under a host of aliases in order to create the illusion of numbers in support of influencing the undiscriminating reader to "go along to get along" when political and world views are being incrementally changed through "politically correct" thinking.
It can be likened to the "Frog in the Water" illustration. Throw a live frog in boiling hot water and the frog will jump out of the pot -- Will WAKE UP. Put the frog in tepid water and slowly and incrementally turn the heat up and the frog will boil to death succumbing to it trancelike, comfortable sleep.
My posts are what happens when the water is boiling. It shocks the reader, and the reader reacts instantly. Usually with disbelief, some with consternation, but nearly all with stunned silence.
Why? Because it is a blow to one's carefully installed and controlled world/religious/political views that has been incrementally acquired through a life-long program of remote Controlled media-based conditioning.

You see, the courts have jurisdiction only over those who are subject to the courts jurisdiction (wards of the state, Infants in the eyes of the law) or by the waiving of their rights and consenting to examination.
rk: Yes, I spoke to the examiners but refused to cooperate with any tests. The result, the examiners reported to Judge Coon that they could find no mental illness and that I was lucid and balanced in my behavior.
rk: A fact the STATE of OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE wish would go away is that Judge Neufeld, Judge Coon, both of whom recused themselves from my case, fairly early on, along with former District Attorney CLAY E. JOHNSON, and Sheriff DAVE H. DANIEL, were forced into early retirement (fired) as a result of their mishandling of my case. Now that the heat has died down, Judge NEUFELD has come back to the bench. (Oh how the people soon forget) -- Thats right folks, four of the top policy makers of Josephine County Court and Law Enforcement people. FOUR!!! All because the STATE decided to clean house quietly and behind the scenes. They are falling short however, until we come together at the negotiating table and I let the JOSEPHINE COUNTY TAXPAYERS off the hook for Millions of Dollars in their elected and appointed STATE and COUNTY officials for their multitude of COMMERCIAL DEFAULTS.

It has been said, "those who hold the gold make the rules: those who make the rules win the game.
What is the game won or lost in America Today? Is is Political? Is it Religious? Or is it both, just opposing means of Satanic control over the minds of suggestive sheeple who have been made to capitulate to their own inherent self-doubt. That is the deadly satanic game which robs one of their holistic God Gifted energy as Sons of God, Christs, simple men/women of Truth. It is what transforms such Sovereign People into thinking they are Slaves, grovelling human resourses to be used and discarded when they are no longer of use and thus labeled as "Useless Eaters."
This is the satanic game of worldly power that has been played since Man's Fall from Grace, his fall from direct perception of Truth and his subsequent devolution into the confusion of his computer-like warring, opposing hypnotically controlled Intellect. ,That is when man fell into his own self-imposed slavery. It has come about through one's own self-imposition of Institutionalized self-doubt. .
Man was never meant to be a slave. Man is a Creation of God, possessed of Divine Awareness which is the Gift of Direct Perception of Truth.
Civilized man, however is a whole different issue, is it not? For such man has succumbed to the seduction of the Intellect. He has tasted the bitter truth of the fruit of the Tree of Good and Evil, and has yet to recover from his self-imposed spiritual poisoning.
My words cannot be grasped by the dull, the indolent, those who embrace self-pity. My words cut through the satanic conditioning that condemn all those who live through the images of their minds.
True life is lived via "Divine Awareness", the holistic and direct grasp of truth which can only occur in a Consciousness, unburdened by the seemingly infinite layers of intellectually grasped Ideas which form their worldy, conditionable Unhealthy Ego. The Self which rules all through their satanically acquired habits.
I have a proposition which would throw open wide the jail cell doors which presently imprison thousands of innocents in our country, if not millions.
How? Simple.
For nearly a decade I have waged a Spiritual Stand against our Satanic Government alone, and unaided. I am but one man, but a man who has stood up to the entire power base of the Federal, State, and Local Government and backed them down. Sounds like a boast, but the facts bear that out. It is undeniable that the combined satanic power at the federal, state and local level has proved impotent when mirrored by a Simple man of Truth, armed only with the sword and shield of Truth as his protection.
So what? What comes of it? How does that apply to any of you now reading this. Most of you cannot even comprehend that such a thing is even possible in this day and age, so you take the path of least resistance and write it off as the utterings of a misguided or misplaced man living in our normal society.
How normal is our society? Read the headlines. That is societies report card. How are we doing? How are you doing?
Government holds power over the masses by their control of numbers. One man, even though standing in Truth is easily deflected merely by the STONE WALL OF SILENCE which governments used when their backs are forced up against the wall and they have no place to go, but to REFUSE to ANSWER fundamental questions which go to the exposure of their very Satanic use of power.
Here's my proposition. Are you UP FOR IT?
Many of you are and have been enslaved by your own consent. By your own application to unlawful contracts based on pressure foisted upon you by your slave-overseer government. The Driver License is one such application in which you sell out your sovereignty and the rights attached thereto in return for the privilege of government permission to do that which without a licensed is deemed to be an unlawful act.
The is the definition of a license.
What is the illegal act committed when one has the Right ot Travel, an Unalienable Right given you by your/our creator. No fictional government has the power or right to convert such right into a privilege. To make a Sovereign man into a Slave.
I SUGGEST a CLASS ACTION SUIT be brought against the GOVERNMENT regarding the DRIVER LICENSE SCAM imposed upon non commercial Travelers on our publicly own roads and Highways of America.
For seven years I have brought that question to politicians at all levels of Government, Local, County, State, and Federal. and not a single, solitary agents at the varied levels of government would answer the question. They have defaulted according to their own laws (Uniform Commercial Code), and yet are not held responsible.
A CLASS ACTION suit of millions of Americans who have been unlawfully prosecuted, jailed and imprisoned on such a SCAM upon the American people would be the NUMBERS, that Government would have to listen to, and could not easily dissuade. .
We can take back control of our country through such a simple act. But it requires the numbers of thousands, perhaps millions throughout our country to create a momentum that cannot be dodged through legal trickery.
I am throwing this out for any and all who have the eyes to see and ears to hear. Including Lawyers who have the talent and capacity to pull off such a Revolutionary Trial.
We can take back control of our country without firing a shot in revolutionary anger. Whose up of it???
