It is an Act of Piracy to impound such travel conveyance (privately owned automobile not held in Trust via State Licensing) without authority of Law being granted you.

Your Policy Makers, the District Attorney, STEPHEN D. CAMPBELL, and Josephine County Sheriff GIL GILBERTSON, have been apprised of this fact and have refused to Retrain You as to the Real Law.
I have not focused any attention on you, the beat cop, because you are just following orders, doing your job. I understand you must carry out the Policies of your superiors, at the risk of losing your job. However, when you too, violate the law by enforcing unconstitutional corporate policies, you can be held financially liable under your own private, unlimited commercial liability. You are not exempt for carrying out unlawful corporate policies under the excuse of "Just doin my job".
Since the last act of Piracy committed against me on Jan. 4th, 2010, I have continued to Travel about Cave Junction and Grants Pass in my privately own travel conveyance, my automobile, and shall continue to do so.
This communication serves as Notice to you JOSEPHINE COUNTY DEPUTY SHERIFFS, that I intend to make a Citizen's Arrest on the next Deputy Sheriff who attempts to commit an act of Piracy against me through such bogus impounds.. I shall affect the arrest without weapons and in a non-violent fashion, if possible. Such a Citizen's arrest shall not and Can not be construed as resisting a "Color of Law" arrest by any of you.
Should such event result in my being Shot, Tazed, Clubbed, or otherwise assaulted, it shall be your fault along with your Boss, GIL GILBERTSON, and District Attorney STEPHEN CAMPBELL, who refuse to follow the law, and are willing to expose you, the enforcement officer, placing you in HARM'S WAY.
As many of you well know, I am a honorably retired Police Sergeant from Pacifica California Police Department, now living in Southern Oregon. I was once, one of you. I am not your enemy. Dear Elaine,
Have you been receiving my mail? I sent a rather lengthy one to you last month and I suspect it was blocked. It is not like you to not answer your mail. I do know that Ed is not getting my mail, but I didn't think it extended to you.
Here we are in 2010. We as a country continue to deteriorate. Our laws have been substitued with corporate policies, while time grinds on.
I continue to do what I can and am still in the thick of it with the County and State. It boggles my mind that the American people still don't get it. I hear a lot of talk of the people waking up, but so far nothing comes of it.

Your spirit and Ed's spirit is reflected in it. It seems that this inertia amid a collective consciousness is nothing new.
You may take refuge that what you and Ed have done is a magnificent act of "Civil Disobedience." Thoreau would have been proud of you. I know I am.

To each of you reading this, I ask that you tell
three people of your honest opinion of what you have read, yea or
nay! Allow your family, friends, and neighbors the same
opportunity to read the forum articles here in the ILLINOIS VALLEY
NEWS, which can only be described as "Extraordinary and
Shocking" news of your government in action.
Government, a fictional corporate entity can
only operate against the best interests of the Sovereign people by
controlling the news media, mainstream and alternative. People
have been conditioned to react to images put forth by sanitized elected
images. Few are cognizant of the story behind the story.
Government cannot operate or service the public without heavy
dependence upon continued programs of PR, Public Relations.
My case will be considered an impossibility to
most of you since the average level of conditioned consciousness cannot
conceive of anyone surviving, let alone prevailing over a 7 year
onslought by its government.
Every word of it is the Truth of one man who stood
up to a corrupt government, Your County and State Government, JOSEPHINE
COUNTY AND THE STATE OF OREGON. I have, backed up everything I
have said with my own affidavit based upon my private, unlimited
commercial liability. Such affidavit carries with it the same
import and effect as that of swearing/taking an oath in Court as
to its Truth, the whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth.
According to International Maxims of Law of Commerce, any and all
unrebutted questions accompanied by affidavit stand as Truth.
i.e.,:
"In commerce truth is sovereign."
"Truth is expressed by means of an affidavit."
"An unrebutted affidavit stands as the truth in
commerce."
"An unrebutted affidavit becomes the judgment in
commerce."
The STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE has
not defaulted once, but more than 25 times in the last Seven
years. With all their power, facilities, unlimited money and
personnel, they have not been able to intimidate one who stands in
Truth, and so they stand defeated. Goliath was once again, slain
by the Rock of Truth. .
In another article on this forum: "JOSEPHINE
COUNTY OREGON Sanctions Infringement of Rights and Piracy upon Public
and Private Property" I stated. "The monetized defaults which face the
STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, now run in excess of
$40,000,000.00 Plus."
I am not concerned with the money, although I
realize that is the only way to get your fictional government's
attention.
I want my reputation back.
I want the false information concerning my bogus
driver license status removed from the police computer records
I want a public apology.
I want the repeated acts of Piracy on the Highway
to Cease and Desist.
GIL GILBERTSON is the Sheriff of JOSEPHINE
COUNTY. He is the highest law enforcement authority in the
County. The STATE cannot infringe upon his authority, neither can
the FEDERAL Government.
Sheriff GILBERTSON is answerable only to the
SOVEREIGN PEOPLE who have put him into office. That means you,
each of you. I am not referring to those of you who do not know
the power you hold in your hands, those of you who have been entranced
into believing you are SUBJECTS of the CORPORATION, and therefore have
given up your Rights accorded to Sovereigns, in return for gaining the
privileges of a Slave.
I recognize my writing poses a challenge to most
of you based on your limited public education. You have
been conditioned to believe, to trust, to rely upon your public
servants to act on your behalf, but are you satisfied with its
result? I am not! I seek to hold them responsible for
their crimes and misconduct, and I have and will continue to stand
alone if need be.
Lets put it to the Test, shall we? We
can start with Sheriff GILBERTSON, as he is the highest authority of
Law Enforcement in the County of JOSEPHINE.
It is a simple test. Voice your concerns to
him (and any other State and County Official of your choice) Let him

The Hell Transported By The British Empire
Before the ships of the British Empire (representing all the Royal Houses/Families/Flags of Europe/Ancient Egypt) arrived on Gondwanaland, there was no constitution, government, rule-of-law, democracy, commerce, banking, insurance, stock market, media, Hollywood, religions, New Age, etc, etc, but there was (and still is) Earth, Nature and MAN living sustainably. The British Imperialists relied on pieces of paper (books etc) to SELL (pitch) their constitution, government, rule-of-law, democracy, commerce, Christian religions, etc, but the pieces of paper were not to be found in Earth, Nature and MAN and did nothing to help MAN live sustainably. Even unto this day we can't find constitution, government, rule-of-law, democracy, Christianity, etc, in any forest, garden, mountain, valley, river, ocean or sky and yet we are continually sold the story these days that we need what ALWAYS remains invisible to provide us with freedom, truth, law, order and somehow live sustainably as well. Isn't this a bit strange?
Like a parasite hitching a ride, the British Empire transported secrets, lies, illusions, delusions, fantasy, fiction, chaos, destruction, mayhem, genocide, pollution, greed, selfishness, power and control, poverty, homelessness, separation, isolation, loneliness, disconnection, despair, anxiety, uncertainty, arrogance, ignorance, fear, disease and alien plants, insects and animals.
None of these things were here before then.
Why, then, should we fight for something that blossomed out of the HELL of the British Empire?
And why do we want to be "loyal Australians" when the British Empire's private corporation that is the "Commonwealth Of Australia" has brought nothing but more destruction to Gondwanaland and the people residing as caretakers thereupon? Being loyal to Gondwanaland seems a much worthier goal as that entails the removal of the hellish, evil systems of the British Empire and the healing of all that is life sustainable.
Hell Cannot Feed MAN
MAN is a living MAN who can only exist while he/she is surrounded by living things as part of the living world that is the living dream of the living creator, and this includes thinking and feeling life-sustainable thoughts and feelings and acting on these life sustainable thoughts and feelings. Can anyone demonstrate how the constitution, government, rule-of-law, democracy, commerce, banking, insurance, Christianity and all other religions, etc, is part of that life-sustainable world and how the constitution, commerce, banking, insurance, religions, etc, provide us with food, water, air, shelter and love?
MAN is like a plant, a life-sustainable organism reliant on other life sustainable organisms for life; without the living food growing on the earth, the living water flowing and the living air, MAN cannot exist. However, MAN CAN live without (and would no doubt be much happier and freer without) banks, courts, registrations, fees, charges, taxes, asphalt, steel, Maccas, beer, fashion, Hollywood, statutes, Judges, churches, priests, chakra readings, cosmic channelling, government, democracy, the Australian (British Empire) flag and the CONSTITUTION.
If we grew up in a world that contained nothing of the information of civilisation, it would be totally incomprehensible to us and yet we would still be eating food, drinking water, breathing air, having homes, co-creating gardens and communities and raising families. We just wouldn't have to be dealing with the attributes of hell as well. Remember, greed, hatred and selfishness are products of hell (fiction) that feed hell and not part of the real world, as is the belief that nature, that we are part of, is hostile and apart from us.
Working For Hell
Why is it that people are willing to spend hours of time over a piece of paper pitching the invisible but not on repairing the damage we have all done to the reality of the living earth that sustains us? Fighting for the constitution is fighting to get someone else to take responsibility for what we might or might not do. The assumption is that we need the constructs of civilisation (hell disguised as civilisation with its bogeymen/women of progress) in order to be able to have a life whereas the opposite is true; if we weren't constantly struggling to maintain the hellish world of the British Empire, we might be able to have a REAL life!
Fighting for constitution, government, law, commerce and religions is asking for a third party to administer the piece of paper that is the constitution because the piece of paper cannot do anything for itself and, when there is a third party administrator, there is always scope for (and always is) exclusivity, privilege, misuse of power, corruption and "boys clubs". Fighting for Constitution is fighting to continue a life of enslavement, just as a heroin addict knowingly buys more of the drug that is killing him.
The real laziness in people all over the world is their unwillingness to take full-responsibility for their thoughts and feelings and the actions they take as a result of those thoughts and feelings. Until everyone does this, we will have chaos and mayhem on the earth. When everyone does this, we will have peace on earth which translates as "COMMUNITY IMMUNITY".
Taking Responsibility To Step Out Of Hell
"Impossible!" "People won't do that!" "What about those who steal, etc?"
It is possible and "COMMUNITY IMMUNITY" is the ONLY remedy to our problems, which is why Love For Life is focused on the creation of Kindoms, Do No Harm Communities of men, women and children who are committed to learning to live in ways that Do No Harm to their lives, the lives of others and the earth. When we take FULL-RESPONSIBILITY for everything we think, feel and do, every area of life becomes one where we DO NO HARM. This also means that we take full-responsibility for our lives and our bodies because, to live in ways that do harm to our bodies (eating badly, drinking alcohol, taking drugs, etc) means we are forsaking our responsibility to keep healthy so that we can be of service to others and the earth rather than placing the responsibility for caring for our bodies on others when we become sick because of our misuse of our bodies.
Taking full-responsibility for the earth means learning to live in ways that nurture and support the earth, not in ways that destroy the earth. The invisible constructs of government, law and constitution all require destruction to the earth - trees to make paper, mountains destroyed to make Parliament buildings and court houses, brains taken over through BLACK-MAGIC-EDUCATION to provide the energy needed to maintain the invisible constructs - because they are not life-sustainable (not part of reality), cannot walk, talk, think or do anything without MAN's energy/power of creation. The powers-that-be worship the dead world (SATAN'S WORLD) that causes destruction to the living world - on which side of the fence does the Constitution sit? and, for that matter, the private corporation that is the "Commonwealth Of Australia"?
And while on this subject..... whose Commonwealth Of Australia is it, the men, women and children who are the stewards of Gondwanaland or The British Empire????
The Doorway Into Hell
Our British Empire education (the invisible information of hell that came out of the treasure chests brought on the imperial invading ships) teaches us to memorise the constructs of the British Empire so that we act upon them. We only use up to 10% of our brains (most only use 1%) because we only focus on the memories (constitution, government, commerce, taxation, insurance, rule-of-law, religions, etc, etc,) that are not life-sustainable and that need our constant attention which is how we have become slaves to these memories. This is the basis of black magic; the memorisation of the spells of the British Empire. We end up ignoring the rest of our brains that link us to the life-sustainable information (free without a fee) of the living world created by the living God that does not need to be memorised because it LIVES and is around us all the time.
The British Empire brought hell with it, taught us how to live in hell and now has us so addicted to hell that we invest lots of energy fighting to keep hell.
Whoever Controls How Others Think And Feel And Causes Them To Act On These Feelings And Thoughts Is Given All The Power By Those Whose Thoughts And Feelings Are Controlled This is how we went through the doorway into hell and is why we continue to survive in hell!
Taking responsibility means taking full-responsibility for the destruction we have ALL caused and are ALL causing every day of our lives in hell - unless we are one of the very few men and women on the earth who live in harmony with nature and do not cause destruction. Life is a team effort (as is freedom, truth, abundance, "community immunity", peace) but the only ones currently working as a team are the Satanic representatives of Hell, which is why they (The British Empire) are so successful at keeping the rest of us under their thumb.
For us, putting our energy into the CON-stitution is putting our energy into the dead world of destruction (hell) that CAN only cause death and destruction because that is how it has been designed. Life does not come from death, love does not come from hate, health does not come from disease, and our salvation does not come from fear, uncertainty, chaos, mayhem, destruction, greed, selfishness, righteousness, arrogance, ignorance, lies and secrets. Looking for peace through constitution, law and rules and regulations is like going to war to "solve" a conflict; all that ensues is more harm, more destruction, more reliance on third parties, more laziness, more passing the buck and letting others make the decisions and then complaining about them.
If life without memorising the constructs of civilisation sounds too hard to contemplate, just think about what will happen when, our brains freed up from the endless everyday worries of surviving the fairytale of civilisation (hell), we have time to contemplate deeply and start using the 99% of our brains that are currently dormant, and when we start working together, as a team, to co-create a world of peace and freedom rather than endlessly arguing over the constructs of civilisation that keep us divided and ruled as individuals (in divide u all s). The aim of Love for Life is to bring together everyone who has the dream of living in a world where we take on the responsibility to DO NO HARM.... 1st party to 1st party without any intermeddling, interceding, interloping interfering 3rd parties of hell (The British Empire and all its invisible constructs) getting in the way.
The Attributes Of Hell
The British Empire brought the system with them and then brought people to populate the system. The Establishment of the British Empire controls everything in their system; the education, all the courses, careers, degrees, titles and standings of university, the law, the religions, the commerce, the media, the medical system, the science, the private corporations of big business, the institutions, the think tanks and the childcare. They allow the crap food, the fluoride in the water, the medicines and chemotherapy that kill, the information and entertainment that dumb us down, the corruption in the courts and the government, the decimation of families and communities, the over-sexualisation of everything, the violence, the availability of drugs, alcohol and gambling, the waste, the pollution and the slow death of the natural world.
As the system of hell is a dead corpse, unable to do anything of the living, nothing can occur in hell unless it is organised and there are plenty of us acting as the cogs in the wheels of the machine that turns. There is no accident about what is happening to billions of men, women and children in hell. EVERYTHING about hell is "ORGANISED". Being an apparition, Hell appears to exist because we have been trained (educated over many years) to think it, feel it and act it and to get billions of men, women and children all thinking, feeling and acting (putting our energy/power of creation) on the same thing requires immense organisation. And all machines require ongoing maintenance and new parts to function properly.
It is the energy of the chaos, mayhem, despair, frustration, confusion and anger that feeds the Satanic world and its demons which is why the system is set up this way. The Establishment do not want us happy, healthy and using our brains - they want us stupid, distracted, stressed, selfish, financially impoverished, and struggling so they can pick us off (for extra milking) as it suits them; take someone's land here, steal someone's children there, bankrupt someone here and sexually abuse and sacrifice a child there. Our children are growing up in a world that is getting increasingly darker with their almost constant exposure to images of violence, sexual degradation and win-at-all-costs attitudes. How are they supposed to grow up to love and nurture their families and the earth when their own families are often the lone voice crying out for goodness amongst a sea of messages encouraging fear, trauma, uncertainty, selfishness, narcissism and destruction? How are they supposed to have healthy bodies and brains when they are fed on dead animals and cooked food that cause imbalances in the chemical structures and life-forces of their bodies?
The members of the Establishment are all third parties given the responsibility for our lives by all of us and they use every conniving trick imaginable, including the use of fear, trauma and takeover tactics, to administer their system and maintain their standing over the other 99.99% of the population. They use spells to keep us all in a trance so we willingly produce the dark energy they need and allow them to be the sowers and the reapers of that dead energy.
The system of hell IS The Beast Of The Apocalypse. We are living in a hell that sucks all our energy and perpetuating a hell that is all about destruction. There is nothing about the system of hell that is about life for the living. Everything that has ever been constructed from the information coming out of the treasure chest of the British Empire is dead and for the dead, mirroring the invisible dead God that they worship, the dead religion they use to worship him and the mayhem, bloodshed, destruction, chaos, genocide, war, death (murder) and enslavement they ritually and regularly perform as graceful sacraments (forms of baptism) to appease their invisible dead God, in their quest to join him by his side in the afterlife. Are they insane, or not?!
What is anything of the Satanic, invisible, dead world that has been superimposed over the living world doing for the living? We don't think anybody will be able to find anything beneficial or essential.
This is why the creation of a Kindom where we demonstrate how to live together in peace and harmony in the living world is so urgent. When we have hundreds of families living this way, we have "community immunity" and, should the powers-that-be send in their representatives on some pretext or other, we ALL come together to tell them that they are not needed and not welcome.
The Religions Of Hell And The Resurrection
Know your true enemy and how they operate - they are formidable, armed with brilliant intellects without consciousness embodied, and are capable of the worst atrocities imaginable upon MAN. They have a history behind them that documents their glorification of Chaos, Destruction, Bloodshed, War, Genocide and Enslavement. All this is part of the "practise" (worship) of their belief in their "resurrection" (joining) with their God (SATAN) and every other Black-Magic God or Son of God and his/her resurrection who is promoted via the construct of religion, including Horus, Zeus, Jesus, etc.
Note that the Pharaohs were placed in tombs to go to the other side, just as the Christians think they are going to go to the other side to join Jesus, who was also placed in a tomb and was resurrected --- meaning the reincarnation of the demon/thought-form/entity/apparition/ghost/phantom that is the construct. The whole history of Christianity is filled with mayhem, bloodshed, destruction, chaos, genocide, war and enslavement, just as the civilisation of Ancient Egypt was and all the other black magic civilisations of ancient Egypt have been throughout their recorded ages. These Satanists really believe what they are doing is right, no different to a brainwashed soldier believing he/she is doing the right thing by murdering innocent women and children in a far off country.
The image of the resurrection does not apply to the living world or the living God. A plant that is browning and ready to sink back into the earth passes on all the information of its existence (creation/consciousness) through its seeds; the information does not "die" to need to be resurrected because it is passed from living plant to living seed. The consciousness of a MAN (the body of the conscious-living information created in his/her life) does not die, it passes into the consciousness of the living dream where it is available to all who tap into that consciousness, and into another earthly body of life if it chooses. If there were a death, at the moment of death there would be nothing and there is no life in nothing. The only things resurrecting are the invisible thought forms and demons conjured up in Satanic rituals and reincarnated into physical bodies. Consciousness doesn't die; it is infinite, without beginning or end, just as the living creator of the living dream is without beginning or end. Consciousness does not reincarnate; it re-creates (expands), which is very different. Reincarnation is all about the survival of the demons (the information) of hell.
The Religions Of Hell (Civilisation) And The Resurrection (Of Civilisation)
The symbol of the resurrection represents the constant renewal of the civilisation of Ancient Egypt (HELL), as each version of hell collapses, DIES, and then rises again under a different guise. It is the SAME Ancient Egyptian garbage in a different wrapping. The memory of the program that is the demon of hell is not forgotten as the information of the invisible world of the invisible God continues and the masters of hell still maintain their power and control. Because there is nothing consciously-living in hell, the information of hell always wears thin and needs to be "reborn" as the latest civilisation with perhaps a new language or a new religion or a non-religion, almost always with a saviour/messiah ushering it in, just always something a bit different to distract those who actively look for an alternative to hell and to offer everybody when the current version of civilisation (hell) collapses. The batteries eventually need to be recharged so the Establishment allow their civilisation of hell to wind down into chaos as they talk up the next version to get us all putting our energy into it, just as now they are talking up the second coming, the resurrection, of the Son of God who will supposedly give us the remedy to heaven and paradise etc, but, all he will give us is the latest, updated, new-bells-and-whistles version of the civilisation of Ancient Egypt, which, like all the rest of the civilisations of Ancient Egypt, do absolutely nothing to co-create with the living world and expand it.
[And while on the subject.......... the Thirteen Gods of Ancient Egypt, Greece, Rome, etc, etc, are all one and the same thirteen gods of civilisation. Each god represents the individual constructs (information) that, combined, form the civilisations of commerce (to form HELL). Each dead god provided dead-corpse information for men and women to think, feel and act on.]
The members of the Establishment who are the children living and perpetuating the demonised information of their ancestors are all demonised themselves and don't realise that they are trapped in the demonic world that they maintain and control. They think that they will join their dark lord when they finally die but they are deluded because there is no "after-life", only consciousness and, having severed their links with consciousness, they face only oblivion. The demonic civilisations that they create kill not only those who suffer in them but also those who create them because, having no life of their own, they suck the life (consciousness) out of everything living around them.
We are still surviving in hell and perpetuating hell and there we remain until we stop thinking, feeling and acting on (remembering) the resurrected information of hell, instead thinking, feeling and acting on the information of life-sustainability that is found everywhere in the living world.
The Blind Eyes That Maintain The System Of Hell
So what does this tell you about the religions of the system of the British Empire? Do they spring as life forms from the living dream of the living creator or have they been created by our Satanic masters to keep us believing in their lies and feeding their distortions? If the Christian church (and others) stands for peace and love, why has so much bloodshed and mayhem been caused in its name? Why have we heard, first hand, so many stories of Satanic ritual abuse and abduction being performed on children behind the respectable fronts of well-known churches, particularly one in Sydney with a Hill? Why are the churches supporting the system of hell instead of offering protection from it? Why are they not standing up against the removal of children from their family homes where there is no abuse or neglect, only parents who do not agree with the system and have the guts to say so? Why are they supporting the commerce that leads to lives of struggle and hardship for the vast majority of people? Why is it that the churches, like the neighbours behind their twitching curtains, stand idly by while the representatives of the system abuse their power, and turn the other way when the victims pass by?
With the bloodlines of the aristocratic families, the fraternities, the orders, the societies, the cults, the sects, the priest hoods and brotherhoods going back hundreds of generations, all of whom have recorded the information of their dead-corpse-history, is it possible for them not to have realised the effects of the system of hell they uphold? No one but the privileged few have been able to read and write alphabet languages until very recently, so the only information available about the civilisation of commerce has been written in alphabet languages by the designers of the civilization of commerce and passed on to their heirs. Wherever they have gone, they have had a civilisation of commerce causing destruction and the reason they take their civilisation of commerce everywhere they go is that they remember the consequences of life under their system and the energy supplies they harvest.
Satanism is an ancient unbroken "practised" religion and the ancient unbroken bloodlines of the establishment, stemming out of Ancient Egypt until today, still worship their dark lord Satan (Horus, Ahriman, Lucifer, Baal, Moloch, Zeus, Jesus, etc, etc). How else can this ancient dead-corpse information have survived?
None of the members of the highest levels of the system of hell can claim ignorance of the effects of the civilisation and these members include the Pope, and many of the Queens, Kings, Cardinals, Archbishops, Llamas, Rabbis, Imams, Lords, Barons, Sirs, Presidents, Prime Ministers, Judges, Barristers, Lawyers, Directors, Professors, Academics, Experts, and the true moguls of big business, banking, insurance, media, entertainment, mining, oil, chemicals, etc, etc. What they don't realise is that every one of them is destined for permanent death as they have severed their links with creation (consciousness) meaning that, once their physical body dies, if they (the invisible demon) cannot get the dark-energy to reincarnate instantly (as a demon/construct) into another (using someone else's) physical body, it is all over. Like an astronaut severed from his/her life supply, floating aimlessly, lost in space, the demon, once a MAN, can never return to consciousness (life/reality) again. The dream (the form) of MAN needs the information of MAN (the consciousness of MAN) to create the MAN out of Earth. Without the consciousness of MAN no dream of MAN can be created consciously out of Earth. A demon can never create Earth Man, instead the demon must use or steal someone else's body. Every dream comes with full-responsibility otherwise the dream fades away and dies.

The key to freeing our lives from the hold of this demonology is to stop thinking and feeling the dead-corpse (death-style) information that keeps their system in place and is the demon. Only by thinking and feeling the information of the invisible demon do we remember the demon and invite it into our lives, where it possesses (cloaks) us invisibly. The more we think and feel upon the information of the invisible demon, the more we are possessed by its invisibility. When a Roman Catholic goes to church and kneels before the alter of the resurrected Jesus and the priests that administer the sacraments of the resurrected Christ, he/she is worshipping Satan, being milked of his/her energy. The same applies with required "practised" rituals dealing with banks (interest, debt, loan, credit, mortgage, overdraft, fee, etc), governments (taxes, superannuation, workers compensation, etc), private corporations (contracts, licenses, registrations, certificates, permits, titles, deeds, etc), education (courses, careers, titles, standings, distinctions, etc).
We are always being told that the Constitution came out of Christianity so why should we trust the CON-stitution? As recorded over the past two thousand years of Establishment history, Christianity has no track record of showing the way to freedom, peace and abundance for ALL. The Constitution, as well as Democracy, Government, Rule-Of-Law, Commerce, Banking, Insurance, Taxation and Jesus, is a symbol of our addiction to being milked invisibly by those that control the system of hell (of demons). Those that control the system of hell are quite happy for us to fight for the Constitution and even encourage our delusion that the constitution will bring us freedom because we are still putting our energy into their system!
What is going to have to happen before men and women are willing to go cold turkey and give up their addiction to fiction, to sever their supply lines to the Satanic world? How much harder is life going to get, how many more are going to suffer before we realise that the system can't be fixed because it has been designed to be the way it is and the design isn't about to be changed.

The Satanic Twist To The Tale
There was once a great MAN who stood up against the money lenders and the churches and brought many people together in freedom. The Establishment could not keep stories of him quiet so they twisted and tweaked until he was portrayed as super MAN, the Son of God who could perform deeds out of the reach of ordinary men and women and who died "for our sins" (and was "resurrected") so that we did not have to take responsibility for them. He showed us our true power and heritage but the Establishment fed us images of meekness, powerlessness and the story of the return of the Son of God who will fix all our woes, thus ensuring that we wait for him while we destroy and are surrounded by destruction and the Satanists have a feast on the dark energy we produce which they worship and revere.
The true message of the MAN that "Jesus" (the letter J wasn't invented until the 16th century and the name "Jesus" comes from Zeus and Lesus and Iesus) really was, is one of peace, love, service, strength, "community immunity" and responsibility. When we love (serve) one another, live peacefully with one another, are strong in our determination to stop the destruction and co-create with the living Creator of the living world, and take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for everything we think, feel and do, we will have peace on earth.

On January 5th, one (1) day after my motorscooter was stolen from me in an act of Piracy by JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES SEAN RAREY AND JAMES GEIGER,, I sent an Affidavit of Conditional Acceptance REQUEST FOR PROOF OF CLAIM to SHERIFF GIL GILBERTSON, DISTRICT ATTORNEY STEPHEN D. CAMPBELL, and TRIAL ADMINISTRATOR KIRK L. BRUST via Registered Mail

Trial Administrator BRUST, returned the signed receipt acknowledging its delivery almost immediately.
However SHERIFF GILBERTSON'S AND DISTRICT ATTORNEY CAMPBELL did not return the receipt, until Feb 1, 2010, long after the Default period had expired.. They, CAMPBELL AND GILBERTSON refused to accept the Registered Mail Articles and returned them to the Post office, where I picked it up as unopened and unclaimed today, Feb. 3, 2010.

Registered mail is accepted as legal process service in lieu of personal service by a process server.
It would appear that DISTRICT ATTORNEY CAMPBELL AND SHERIFF GILBERTSON, are ignoring the law they have sworn an oath to uphold. It would appear that they consider the public they serve as potential enemies.

I was near death after being thrown out of your JOSEPHINE COUNTY jail and dumped off at the curb of the Three Rivers Hospital Emergency Entrance by former Lieutenant and Undersheriff Brian ANDERSON. I have no more tolerance for the criminal and corrupt policies of JOSEPHINE COUNTY COURTS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT.
End this matter NOW, Bring this to the Negotiating Table, or be prepared to deal with the consequences your unlawful policies have set into motion.

In a Feb 10th, article regarding an O'Brien Community meeting regarding the increase in crime in O'Brien, attended by some 30 townspeople, ZINA BOOTH I V News Staff Writer quoted Undersheriff Don Fasching, of the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office as advising residents that they could help themselves in several ways. One such piece of advice was: If a burglar is climbing in through the window, announce, "Leave now. I have a gun, and I am in fear of my life."
A true formula for assuring more manpower, more facilities, more money for a sagging Sheriff's Department budget. How? By not solving crime or preventing crime, but by managing it. Hence the sheriffs department and the criminal form an unholy alliance at the expense of an emasculated public who are being conditioned to cringe in fear at the sight of crime in operation.
You folks in Obrien, are the Sovereign People, you are the true government, not the public servants you hire to protect you, and only find they, your public servants are turning the tables on you the taxpayer, the funder of their sagging "crime managing operation".
I was a Sergeant for eight years with the Pacifica Police Department, a suburb of San Francisco, followed by 12 years as owner/operator of Pacific Coast Investigations and Security, a 24 hr armed security patrol providing security to businesses and private homes. When I caught them "going in" or coming out a broken window, door, etc. with evidence that a burglary was in progress, I, and my employees took them at gunpoint. Thats the way to stop crime. I don't know Undersheriff FASCHING, but that was the dumbest statement I ever heard coming from a cop.
You folks in O'brien are being set up to be victimized with such advice. You are the Sovereign People, the maker of laws, the creator of government, the boss over sheriff Gilbertson and Undersheriff Fasching. They work for you, not you they. You dictate the policies that will protect you and your family/businesses from crime, personal and property. No public servant, no government can abridge your right to self defense and/or the defense of your property.
Your rights are forged in God's Law, Common Law, and Constitutional Law. It is not forged in Corporate policy which now masquerades as "Color of Law." The unconstitutional law that is designed to emasculate you, to victimize you. To Frustrate you. To anger you, to Unbalance you, so they may cyphon off more budget levys to fund their track proven failure to meet the crime problem in Josephine County. The tables have been turned on the American People by their public servants and they don't even know how it was done to them. It is done by accepting such DUMB STATEMENTs as fact as that uttered by Undersherrif FASCHING.
You tell the Sheriff and his undersheriff how you want them to do the job he was put into office to do. If he won't and creates policies which enable the criminal but penalized the taxpaying victim, i.e., YOU, , GET HIM THE HELL OUT OF OFFICE. HE DOESN'T BELONG THERE.

community. What he did was to add another layer of chains to

officer who will probably never get there in time to do anything
productive. It just adds to busy work for cops who are
never there when you need them. It feeds the insatiable
