Here are the first two Paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence.


"When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bonds which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes Which impel them to the separation."


"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed".


I bring to your attention to the phrase in the first paragraph: "the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them" and "In the second paragraph the phrase "governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed"


Simply stated the hierarchy of Power and Law is as follows:


God, The Creator creates Man, the creation, who is  subject to the Laws of God..


Man, the creation creates/institutes Government, a, non-living fictional Agency


Government, a non-living fictional Agency creates  "PERSONS," non-living  fictional Corporate Entitlies, which are subject to the rules, regulations, and legislative policies called "Color of Law," i.e., the law of Mammon.


The Creation can Never be greater than its Creator.


Hence there exists two forms of law. 


The Law of God, and the Law of Mammon.


Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Men and Women serve the Law of God.  They are the Sovereign People who create government and are the Masters over the created fictional servant  government and its equally fictional Law of Mammon.


Non-living, fictional "PERSONS" are subject to and thus brought under the JURISDICTION OF the law of Mammon.


These fictional corporate  "PERSON'S " whose names are spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS are created by government via Birth Certification when the mother of the newborn signs the application.


This JURISTIC PERSON is the only entity fictional government has ever had or will ever have JURISDICTION over.


Through her signature, the unwary, trusting mother has contracted with the government, signed away her child, sold her child into slavery as a Human Resource making the child, the property of the servant government, giving such subservient government Title to the child via the status of "JURISTIC PERSON."


It was all done through the trickery and deceit of lawyerly constructed Contracts, through uninformed consent. 


Has the mother given True Consent, making it a binding contract?  Were all terms of the Contract between mother and government disclosed.  Was the mother aware of what her signature meant? 


The Government has NO JURISDICTION over Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Men and Women, unless they waive their Rights and Consent to be ruled by the Laws of Mammon.


A man cannot serve two Masters.  One either follows the Law of God or the Law of Mammon.


I, Raymond Ronald Karczewski©, a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural Man follow God's Law and REFUSE to consent to the law of Mammon.


I am currently under attack by the STATE OF OREGON, and the COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, two corporate "governments" which rule by the law of Mammon.


For Seven years, I have stood up to the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE. I have been arrested repeatedly, jailed, threatened with 35 years of prison as a "Paper Terrorist."  refused to accept a plea bargain offer which would have set me free for time served.  I nixed the idea and went to trial twice, standing Sui Juris, defending my right to live free in an "unfree land". 


Keep in mind, the government has JURISDICTION over over the JURISTIC PERSON.  The JURISTIC PERSON was convicted in both trials. 


When sentencing came along, I, this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man understanding the fictional, law of Mammon government had no JURISDICTION over me, refused to accept the contract offered by the judge which would have convicted me, the living man through my acceptance.  I had challenged the court to prove jurisdiction of me at the onset of the first appearance and maintained that challenge through some 20 plus appearances in court.  All Judges and prosecutors  refused to answer the question of JURISDICTION, and the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE continue to refuse, even onto this day..


When they ran out of local judges to hear my case, they began importing them from an adjacent county, JACKSON COUNTY OREGON.as well as bringing in a Special Prosecutor from the Oregon Attorney General's Office to try me as a "Paper Terrorist."  to assure a conviction under the newly legislated "PATRIOT ACT."


Although the JURISTIC PERSON was convicted twice by the Court of Mammon, I, the Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man was thrown out of their jail, near death, from the effects of two combined JAIL HUNGER STRIKES amounting to 55 days with no probation, no charges hanging over my head..


God's Law had triumphed over the law of Mammon.


However, the problems did not stop there.  The corporate law enforcement JOSEPHINE COUNTY Sheriff Deputies are now engaged in repeated acts of Piracy.  They will not arrest me and take me before a Judge at my request to bring closure to this JURISDICTION issue, They merely stalk me and whenever they see me traveling in my private automobile or motorscooter, they IMPOUND the automobile and bike based on FRAUDULENT information that a driver License which was rescinded in 1999, is suspended.  The arbitrarily imposed suspensions came when no such license, no further contract with the State existed. 


I fully understand the way of God's manner of testing the truth of one's spirit, one's faith, as it unfolds in "mysterious ways". 


My issue and the Issue underlying Ed and Elaine Brown, a New Hampshire couple  now in prison for Income Tax issues, are actually, in fact, the test of whether FREEDOM exists anymore in America as found in the Courts of America.


Ed and Elaine's challenge to the court was "SHOW ME THE LAW."  Mine is "PROVE JURISDICTION OVER THIS LIVING, BREATHING FLESH AND BLOOD, SENTIENT, NATURAL MAN. 


The courts, who daily  hold the freedom and lives of others in their hands in their decisions,  REFUSED to answer the questions in both cases, even though their own law of Mammon requires them to do so.  .


Am I, Raymond Ronald Karczewski© above the Law?  The Law of God?  NO!


Am I, Raymond Ronald Karczewski© above the law of Mammon?  HELL YES!


For all you who cower in fear at facing Black Robed Hipocrites who adminster the law of Mammon,  WAKE UP from your present dream state of slavery and understand you are being tricked and deceived every time you face the administers of the law of Mammon. 


Join me in demanding the STATE OF OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY court judges and, prosecutors ANSWER once and for all, under Oath or Affidavit, the questions of JURISDICTION of a Court of Mammon over a God following man of the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE, the creators of such fictional servant governments.


Do that and the NEW WORLD ORDER, also a fictional illusion  will dissolve in an instant.

In Common Law and Constitutional Law, the Supreme Law of the Land, there must be a victim who was harmed before one can be prosecuted for a crime.  Where is the victim in Ed and Elaine Brown's Case?   Who was harmed by their action? Who have they personally harmed?   Without facing the claimant who states they have been harmed by the Browns, claiming so under oath or affidavit, there is no crime under Common Law and Constitutional Law, the law upon which Ed and Elaine Stood and gained their Rights..

In Judge SINGALS court, there was only "Color of Law" crime dispensed,  which is no crime at all.  What was used to railroad Ed and Elaine Brown was Corporate Legislative Policy, contract law which under Constitutional Law is Null and Void and carries with it no force of Law if defendants did not grant consent.. 

Corporate administrative rules, regulations, and legislation do not apply to non-corporate natural men and women who stand in Common Law and in full legal capacity as one of the sovereign people.  The law states: "There, every man is independent of all laws, except those prescribed by nature.  He is not bound by any institutions formed by his fellowmen without his consent."  CRUDEN v NEALE, 2 N.C. 338 (1796) 2 S.E. 70

On the other hand, are not Ed and Elaine Brown the True victims in this New World Order tyrannical show of force?  How many Wacos? How many Ruby Ridges, how many Plainfield New Hampshires before Americans awaken to what is rapidly happening to their "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave?"

Have not the Browns been the victims in this Tyrannical Corporate show of force?  Have  they not been harmed?  They faired better than Randy Weavers, wife, son and infant, but their lives have been destroyed, their Home and Business stolen, yet the court did not seem fit to answer a couple of questions. "SHOW ME THE LAW" AND "PROVE JURISDICTION."

It is they who repeatedly challenged the court to SHOW THEM THE LAW, while Judge SINGAL refused their requests.  It was they who repeatedly challenged the court to Prove JURISDICTION over them, Two Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man and Woman of the Sovereign People while SINGAL operating as a fictional judge in a Fictional Court created by the Sovereign People turned his head and his back on two Americans who have Rights.  .  It is a fundamental of Law that  A fictional court, the creation, can never be greater than its, Creator, the Living, Breathing Flesh and Blood, Sentient, Natural Men and Women of the Sovereign People.

The Browns convictions are the real crime committed.  They were victims of a "color of law" court ruled by Tyrants. 

When a Judge, who holds the life and freedom of anyone brought before him can sentence anyone to 37 and 35 in prison as SINGAL has with  Ed & Elaine Brown, while  REFUSING to SHOW THE LAW which convicted them, in addition to refusing  to answer the defendants challenge to PROVE Jurisdiction in writing ,as present law requires, it is He, the judge, SINGAL, the TYRANT,  who has committed the Crime of FRAUD"

Such lack of Justice is what is going to BRING THIS COUNTRY DOWN. 

It will be done by such Judges who skirts the Constitution, snubs their noses at the Common Law and it is those judges who should be in Jail. 

Why are innocent men and women being convicted in UnConstitutional Administrative Courts on a daily basis, when these men and women stand on their Rights granted them through God's Law,  Common Law and expect a trial by Jury in a Constitutional Court?. 

SINGALS court is an Unconstitutional Court, It is an Administrative Court, a Contract Court, therefore his verdict, in law, is null and void, and carries with it, NO FORCE OF LAW at all. It is the law of the Tyrant.  Yet Ed and Elaine Brown are sitting in Prison.
