  Dear Ray,

     In your letter  you wrote about our being set up. The Marshalls used Ed's refusal to return to trial to set up a conflagration that was totally unnecessary.

     When Ed failed to appear, Judge McAuliffe immediately issued an arrest  warrant.  Why didn't the Marshalls execute the warrant right away before anyone came to the house, before I returned to the house? At the very least they could have blocked access to the house immediately.  That way, none of this would have happened.  Danny, Jason, and Reno would never have come, would today be continuing with their lives.  Ed and I would only be 2 1/2 years from being released.

     I believe the Feds seized upon the opportunity to make a very public example of us, aided by the media to intimidate people into submission, and also to play their war games with their big toys.

      I wanted the attorneys to ask that question of the head Marshal, Gary De Martini, at the tiral, but they wouldn't do it.  They also decided not to call Danny to the stand.

     Danny was there as the prosecution had him brought in.  Why didn't our attorneys" call him?  Danny later wrote a letter to "Ed's attorney, asking him why.  Danny was very angry that he wasn't called, as he wanted to testify about some of the lies the Marshall told.

     Danny was in the military, an MP for a time, and is very familiar with weapons.  He claims that the weapons the Marshalls had the day he was shot at, were not non-lethal ones as they testified, but were lethal, and the bullets that they shot at him were real, lethal bullets.  They do whatever wish with no accountability.

    Other friends of ours are now awaiting trial on tax charges not related to us.  Other friends have already been tried and convicted..  It is a sad time here, my friend.

    Yahweh's blessing to you Ray.  I have given this to him, and so, I am at peace yet eagerly looking forward to His favor creating our release.

     And well should the Sovereign People of America pray for God's infusion of Courage to stand up to a government which no longer serves them, but serves the corporation which has seduced them through an enslaving livelihood. 

    Elaine, you and Ed have indeed been made an example of.  Since the loss of our Constitutiion Article III courts here in America, along with their many corporate enforcement agencies, the Sovereign People of  America are reeling with confusion over the changes which have come about in their lives, which have stripped away their Unalienable Rights and which now expect the people will not object to their Infringments of Rights now being declared to be inadmissable in unconstitutional administrative contract courts which have hijacked our Constitutional Court System.  The People have been desensitized to the horrors that are daily being inflicted upon innocent individuals such as yourself and Ed because they have been reduced to being fragmented, unwhole entities via the satanic conditioning they excuse as normal Political/Religious" correct thinking. 

    People like you and Ed are dangerous to governments such as ours.  You know who you are, a Sovereign Woman and Man, Daughter and Son of God, and understand the hierarchy of Jurisdiction from God to man to fictional government to fictional subjects (Strawmen). 

   It is that question of Jurisdiction that they refused to answer in your case.  In my two cases, here in Southern Oregon (02CR0617 and 03CR0170), they too refused to answer the question of JURISDICTION even to this day.  The difference is they threw me out of their jail even though they convicted the fictional subject (Strawman)  they COULD NOT CREATE A NEXUS, to me, this Living, Breathing, Flesh--and Blood, Sentient,Narual Man, therefore they had to kick me out of their jail with no charges hanging over my head.  (of course, the 55 day combined hunger strike helped a great deal). 

  In my case, the crooked and corrupt JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTOREY CLAY E. JOHNSON, aided and abetted by the OREGON Attorney General's office sat on a Grand Jury secret indictment based on the Patriot Act for 6 months, until I filed the UCC Liens against the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE.  It was when I actually filed the multi-million dollar commercial liens against the corrupt Judges and Law Enforcement people and the government Agencies which employ them,  that they decided to come after me.  It was all done under the widely accepted practice of law enforcement and Courts call CYA (Cover Your Ass)

   Your subsequent pyramided charges following the bogus tax trial come under the same CYA governmental practice.  They had to make an example out of you as they attempted to do with me..

   To this day, they will not answer the question of Jurisdiction.  Their way out is to create a justification for Martial Law, then such questions of law will not matter.  They will have declared war on the American People,  They will begin to execute citizens as "Enemies of the State."  Only then, will an apathetic public learn the lesson of public APATHY.

    I have been writing for years now of a peaceful resolution to the current problems we face in our country, but to no avail.  Americans have been lulled into comfort and escape so that they have lost their ability to act.  Many will not survive.  I question whether I will survive.when they begin to round up those they consider dissenters who threaten their powerbase  I am a man of Liberty. A Simple man of Truth,   I am a dissenter to Tyranny.  So be it.

   What the readers of this forum are seeing since my arrival on this thread is the future of mind control exerted by Its Government/Media over the People of America.

   What I am referring to is the high intensity focus upon me since I began posting here.  It may seem like an outrageous statement for one to make, but I have been dealing with this intense level of Character Assassination for over a decade on the Internet.

  Soon, Martial Law will be declared.  War will be waged against the American Sovereign People by its own servant government.  The question is not a matter of IF but WHEN.

    My phony prosecution as a "Paper Terrorist" was a trial balloon following the passing of the Patriot Act.  I was told by Peter Sparacino a personal friend, journalist and political commentator here in Josephine County Oregon that former US Attorney General Ashcroft made a special trip to Oregon, conferencing with Oregon Governor Kulongoski regarding the upcoming trial to gauge public reaction.

   I'll not go into the details of the Trials as they are on my website for all to read.  They, the State of ORegon and County of Josephine  came at me with the threat of 35 years in prison, yet when everything was over and I held their feet to the fire, DEMANDING they, the fictional government prove Jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, which they have not, even to this very day,  they had no choice but to release me when I refused to accept the courts offer of Sentencing as I had not granted jurisdiction nor entered into a contract with the Unconstitutional Maritime Administrative Court through their usual trickery played upon unwary defendants. 

   An extensive expose of the Fraudulent prosecutions and crimes committed against me, (which are routinely played on Millions of Innocent defendants brought before the Bar) in real time reports submitted by a credentialed retired Police Sergeant and Private Investigator may be also read on my website.

   Unable to attack the facts, the message, the only alternative was to sic the dogs of government disinformation upon the Messenger.

   As to the facts below, I HAVE NO BROTHER NAMED ABRAHAM.  Disinformation agents know they can say anything they want on the Internet without fear of being discovered for few readers are wired toward penetrating the illusions to find Truth.  These Government/Media Disinformation Agents have stalked my writing wherever it appears on the Internet.  They have erected Websites, flooded the internet with Forgeries under my name, utilized every concievable libelous theme known, (all of which can be found in the Google Archives), created a host of fictitious family members such as ABRAHAM  to destroy my reputation.  Some of the forgeries appear on this forum. 

   I say this to you, the readers of this forum because If they can do it to me, they certainly can do it to you.  Will you hold up as well under such unrelenting satanic activity.  That is the question each of you must ponder.

Don't let Roymond fool you, he actually does want to be banned so he can carve another notch into his cross.  That is his goal. Roymond has been banned from so many venues, he actually won a kook award for his efforts.

What Roymond doesn't want the public to realize is his deep seated jealousy of Roy Masters.  Roy was able to secure a niche in the hobbiest religion market, a market that Roymond, despite his best (hahaha) efforts has consistently failed to break into.

Roymond even wrote a manifesto and called it his bible.  All one needs to do is search for the string "nine crucial articles" on groups.google.com to read Roymond in all his kooky glory.  Yes, Roymond is a kook and has won countless awards for being a kook, awards with Roymond in all his thunderous rage has been unable to conceal from the Internet using public.

Roymond's brother Abraham Karczewski has been trying to help Roymond for years and is the only family member remaining who will even speak to Roymond.  I came across various appeals by Abraham to get psychiatric help for Roymond, but thats the thing about mental illness; the organ that is ill tells the body it is not.

If the moderators want to truly do Roymond a favor, they should get him a mental health intervention.  Help Roymond to break out of this victim mindset and take responsibility for once in his life.

rk:  I know of no such person listed below as Mildred Eunice Oswald-Willard.  The post is just another one of their many libelous smears, (many of which have been posted under my name, thereby making them forgeries)  Note the subconscious references to the insinuation of JFK coverup via the middle names (Eunice, Oswald)  of said fictitious disinformation mind controller.

Raymond Karczewski: The Unauthorized Mini-Biography

Raymond Karczewski was born in Chicago Illinois, an illegitimate child to a couple of Jewish alcoholic parents who immigrated from Warsaw, Poland. Ray was brother to three siblings, his brother Abraham, 4 years his senior, his brother Desmond, 2 years his junior, and his sister Gretchen, 5 years his junior.

Ray began molesting his sister Gretchen when she was 6, was caught by his brother Abraham who beat him and was consequently sent to reform school. With Abraham out of the way, Ray continued to molest his sister Gretchen and began molesting his brother Desmond. It was during this period of his life that Ray developed his Christhood complex and began forcing his brother Desmond and sister Gretchen to consume his vomit, urine, and feces, as his flesh, blood, and spirit.

It was also during his teen years that Ray developed a taste for consuming his own vomit, urine, and feces. It was after being treated for an overdose of morphine sulphate and fecal poisoning that he explained to a doctor that he was Jesus Christ and that his consumption of morphine and feces helped him to arrive at this conclusion.

Ray was then sent to a mental hospital, detoxified (tested positive for alcohol, opiates, and amphetamines) and was diagnosed as Schizophrenic and Manic Depressive. After a week of molesting younger male patients, he promptly escaped and was caught a month later having "relations" with hens at a nearby farm. Upon closer examination, it was determined that Ray was also allowing donkeys, mules, and horses to penetrate his rectum and took 17 stitches.

Ray was then given a choice by a local judge: Get medicated and join the army or go to prison. Ray opted for the army although he remained in trouble from the time he enlisted to the time he was medically discharged for shooting himself in the foot to get out of service in the Korean War. Ray made a deal with his bunkmate (and lover according to later investigations) that they would shoot each other in the foot to escape being forced into battle. After practice on some mannequins, his bunkmate (and lover) shot Ray in the foot, Ray, having terrible aim, then shot his bunkmate (and lover) in the knee, groin, pelvis, and shin.

Ray discharged to San Francisco, California where he applied to the police academy repeatedly and was rejected repeatedly due to Ray's mental illness. Ray finally settled for a job as a night watchman at a discount clothing store where he eventually reported for work drunk and shot a mannequin, mistaking it for a burglar. After a number of brushes with the law, Ray was kicked out of California and moved to Nevada. After several legal problems there, he fled to Washington State, got into trouble there, and fled to Oregon where he lived for a while in a trailer park and eventually became the homeless loonie he is today who still denies being a multiply convicted felon who killed his drug addicted wife and attempted to kill his scarred for life daughter Kasia.

Ray killed his drug addicted wife slowly by forcing her to breath poisonous wood stove smoke from a poorly installed wood stove in the family trailer. This, in addition to enabling her drug addiction, administration of regular beatings, and chronic neglect, finally put his wife into the ground. A pattern of molestation similar to what he subjected his sister Gretchen and brother Desmond was inflicted upon his daughter Kasia who eventually fled the family trailer when Ray demanded she consume a plate of his excrement and worship him as Jesus Christ.

His daughter Kasia eventually tried to reconcile with Ray, but after her marriage to a Jewish immigrant from Sweden, he became even more rabidly racist than before, became a member in the Oregon Ku Klux Klan, and was eventually kicked out of the klavern after being caught wearing a skull cap while having relations with a donkey belonging to his Grand Wizard.

Ray has been treated for various mental illnesses, various sexually transmitted diseases, is a drug addict and alcoholic, a racist and anti-semite, a scat fetishist, has served time in mental homes, jails, and prisons, has killed several people (at least) and shot several mannequins. He thinks he is Jesus Christ and has inflicted staggering amounts of abuse upon everyone in his life. Ray has rarely worked, spent most of his life on welfare and a social security check for mental illness, and is now homeless and on the loose in Cave Junction Oregon.

When you read Ray's rants, remember who and what he is, remember what he has done to the people in his life.
