With all due respect, we are going off on tangents that will only imperil any progress you may wish to have from this relationship. I do not and will not engage in small talk. I do not speak anything other than truth. Until you can see and come to grips with such holistic energy, you will have to deal with it as a mystery.
Part of the reason most do not do well with my manner of expression is that It comes from the Spirit of Truth that expresses itself through me and reflects back to them, the images with bind them and torture them. I do not speak from memory or book knowledge,, but from the unfoldment of energy experienced in the moment. I am not concerned with your past. I understand the nature of temptation for one who is struggling to cling to it.
The journey to Spiritual freedom comes from quietness and the development of spiritual discernment. the sensitivity to vibration, the ultimate coming to atonement with Truth, and not engaging in peripheral gossip, regrets, recriminations, etc. If you have a serious question about self-realization, ask it. We needn't ever meet in person, for it is the spirit that does the work, not personalities..

Raymond Karczewski was born in Chicago Illinois, an illegitimate child to a couple of Jewish alcoholic parents who immigrated from Warsaw, Poland. Ray was then sent to a mental hospital, detoxified (tested positive for alcohol, opiates, and amphetamines) and was diagnosed as Schizophrenic and Manic Depressive. After a week of molesting younger male patients, he promptly escaped and was caught a month later having "relations" with hens at a nearby farm. Upon closer examination, it was determined that Ray was also allowing donkeys, mules, and horses to penetrate his rectum and took 17 stitches.
Ray was then given a choice by a local judge: Get medicated and join the army or go to prison. Ray opted for the army although he remained in trouble from the time he enlisted to the time he was medically discharged for shooting himself in the foot to get out of service in the Korean War. Ray made a deal with his bunkmate (and lover according to later investigations) that they would shoot each other in the foot to escape being forced into battle. After practice on some mannequins, his bunkmate (and lover) shot Ray in the foot, Ray, having terrible aim, then shot his bunkmate (and lover) in the knee, groin, pelvis, and shin.
Ray discharged to San Francisco, California where he applied to the police academy repeatedly and was rejected repeatedly due to Ray's mental illness. Dear Ray,
Two Letters from you today-What a gift! I (word not readable) took 2 weeks & which is typical. The Marshalls took me from the sentencing hearing directly to Danbury. I was not able to return to Strafford at all. All my legal work was there, so I pray that all will be forwarded to me here. Ed was taken to (Devard?) the day before so Sept 30 was the last time we saw each other.
I remained at Danbury until Wednesday, Oct 7, when I was flown to Oklahoma City, That's the Federal transfer center. Because it was crowded there, some of us were placed in the Grady City Jail in Chickakasha Ok, just outside of OC. There I stayed for two weeks. Ray, I cannot tell you how absolutely horrible that place is. I do not know how anyone survives who has to be there for an extended time.
The food is unrecognizeable much of the time. The facilities are wretched, absolutely nothing to do, not even books to read.
We awakened for breakfast and head count every morning.at 3:30 then the lights go off, everyone goes back to bed. At 7:00 we are awakened again for head count. Lights go off and everyone goes back to bed. At 8:00 lights go on and are on for the day. Lunch at 10 - - 10:30, Dinner at 3:30 -- 4:30. Everything feels dirty.
It is a large room, tables in the center, bunks arranged around three sides. On the (word not readable) is the doorway to the bathroom, No door or curtain, so you can sit at a table eating while watching someone on the toilet. Disgusting.
There are also holding cells there. Five of us had to go into one when we first arrived while waiting to be processed in. This is an enclosed cell about 15- 18 with a toilet/sink combo. When we went in there were 5 women in there with orange jumpsuits lying or sitting on 5 mattresses on the floor, each with a blanket. Nothing else in the room. The mattressed took up all of the floor room. They had been there for days. No way to shower, nothing to do. (rest of the sentence unreadable)
Ray, it is hard to believe such conditions exists in this country. It is truly shameful. And I know that what I have seen is far from the worst that exists.
Perhaps you could email this to Kat Kanning so I don't have to write it all over again. She is at editor@newhampshirefreepress.com She and her husband put out the New Hampshire Free Press, and are part of the Free State Movement. She sends me and Ed her newspaper every month and publishes what we send her. Ask her to email you the article she sent me that Mark Davis of the Valley New wrote about my sentencing hearing. He was the only reporter we would continue speaking with.
So here I am back at Carswell, Thank You Jesus. If I have to be in prison, this is the best place to be for someone my age. I assume Ed is still at (Devard??) and don't know when his sentencing will be--probably in December some time. I pray he is safe. They did the same thing to Danny Riley, sent him to Devard?? also.

I was fascinated to read that you submitted a Security Agreement to the PD (Public Defender) Ed and I sent the same thing to the judges and the prosecutor. No Response.
Please note I told the court in my allocution statement before the judge imposed the sentence, that I do not accept/consent to any judgement, sentence, fines, imprisonment, penalty, punishment imposed by the court.
You are correct regarding the Jurisdiction issue. As in the first trial, all our pretrial challenges to jurisdiction were denied as frivolous. So we are seeking an attorney who will file suit against the U.S, and against the courts for fraud.
I was glad to read of your communication with Maid Marion. She has been writing to me for some time.and I love communicating with her. There are many I want to write to, to let them know where I am, but I have no money in my commisary accout, so I have to make do the few stamps until someone sends some money to my account.
I have started my new job.so I will be earning $18 a month.then I will be able to buy stamps. Until then, I have to apportion them.
I have no regrets about what Ed and I did. Certainly I do not enjoy being in prison but I know we did the right thing.and Yahweh will work His will in a way none of use will expect, and we will be freed.

Your account of sleep deprivation under the guise of headcount sounds like institutionalized torture to me. Such satanic measures always carry with them a logical explanation which hides their true intent.
I am concerned for you. The Stress you are under is taking its toll. You are lucid in your expressions, but you motor skills have been affected as revealed by your handwriting. I have been having increasing difficulty in parsing out some words. To that issue of stress that you are undergoing, I say observe without reaction and you will begin to feel the peace of the Spirit that cannot be caged nor controlled, by man's inhumanity to other men.
It is that spirit that the Josephine County Oregon Jail authorities were stymied by in my case. They had my body caged, but they never had my spirit under their control. It was that spirit of understanding my Sovereignty and knowing that I was a Child of God, that frustrated them at every turn. That and the two combined hunger striks of 55 days. I did not resist them, I did not obey them. In essence I gave them no power over me. I BOYCOTTED them. They did not know how to handle such peaceful resolution on my part. They had lost their power to intimidate. That is always a fatal blow to Satanic tactics.
Satanic power requires Invitation via either one's consent or resistance. When neither are offered or compelled into action, jails and prison personel are powerless to act in their normal satanically trained ways.

I am sending you a copy of my allocution statement. I made it at my sentencing hearing.
Yesterday I received a letter from Ed. He doesn't say how he is or what is happening to him. He is still fighting the good fight. His address is:
Elaine Brown: Allocution Statement at Sentencing.
My name is Elaine Alice of the family Brown, spelled in upper and lower case, a living, sentient, flesh-and-blood, sovereign woman, created by God, the Secured Party, Creditor for the defendant ELAINE BROWN, a legal fiction, for which I am neither the surety nor the accomodation party, and am thus held here unlawfully and by misnomer.
My husband and I started our journey years ago with the goal of awakening the American people to the fraud and corruption that has overtaken our Republic and our courts. Even Justice Edith Jones of the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals stated in an address to Harvard law students, that we no longer have any courts, they are corrupt and are gone to us.
I know that some people feel we should submit to authority and sort it out afterwards. I thank God that Moses did not submit to Pharoah, that Joseph and Mary did not submit to Herod, that our founding fathers did not submit to King George.
Article 10 of the New Hampshire Constitution, entitled "Right of Revolution" states, "The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind."
Our country was founded on civil disobedience. My husband and I are being sentenced to life in prison for nothing more thatn resisting that arbitrary power and oppression, for civil disobedience, for daring to challenge and to question this massive government. No one has been harmed by us, no one has been threatened by us.
This fraud is aided and abetted by an equally corrpt media. Margo Sanger-Katz of the Concord Monitor, has repeatedly written that we were convicted of hiding money to avoid income tax, and of money laundering. She was told time and again that the statements are false, yet she persisted. But the biggest lie of all was heard by me this very morning while waiting to be brought here, by Shaun McDonlad of WMUR-TV, when he said we were convicted of attempting to kill FBI agents. Where did that total fabrication come from? Well, Shaun and Morgo, you shoud hang your heads in shame. You actions go far beyond irresponsible journalism: your activities are criminal.
Our state motto is "Live Free or Die," which is exactly what we proclaimed over and over during our resistance. More and more the American people are being subjected to a tyrannical government out of control. Edmund Burke said, in the 1700's, "All that is needed for eivl to abound, is for good men to do nothing." Those Americans who choose to do something are held in ridicue, are vilified, and assaulted in order to dissuade and intinmidate more good men from acting.
I do not consent to the judgment of this court; I do not consent to this sentencing, or to any fines, punishments, pains, or penalties. I do not submit; I will never submit. And I will continue to expose the lies, fraud, and corruption, even from prison. I will always resist.
What you do to me does not matter. I am 68 years old, I haven't may years left in this life. But I have no doubt that my husband and I will spend eternity in God's Kingdom along with others who have fought tyranny and oppression in the name of freedom and righteousness.

Since our last communcation, I too have received a letter from Ed. He is back at Strafford after his thirty day stint at Ft Devens psyche evaluation. He sounded well, seemed in good spirits, considering he told me a bit about the conditions there and of an incident of a near suicide by an inmate who attempted to hang himself. but was rescued by other inmates only later to be assaulted by another inmate with a padlock filled sock.
Ed stated he caught the flu but passed through it in five day. He's exercising and running given the opportunity. It sounds like your hubby is in pretty good shape.
Elaine, I read your Allocution statement made by you at your sentencing. It looks like you covered all the bases required to demand that a fraudulent federal court set you free for their lack or proof of establishing jurisdiction over you and Ed, two non-subjects of the Corporate federal government.
Judges like SINGAL have made a mockery of our American justice system by thumbing their noses at the Constitution and Common Law by enveigling unaware souls brought before the bar into entering into "unlawful" contracts with the court through corrupt and soulless use of "lawyerly" trickery and deceit. Many Americans who are brought before the bar are completely unaware of the slick manipulation of language used by the courts to seduce these countless innocents, such as yourself and Ed into contracts into self-consenting imprisonment, all through such fraudulent and unlawful behavior. .
However, they failed with you via your allocution statement in clarifying your status as a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Woman, espousing your severance with the Juristic Defendants ELAINE ALICE BROWN AND EDWARD LEWIS BROWN.
If the American People only knew that the fictional corporate courts have jurisdiction only over their own fictionally government-created corporate Persons, those called JURISTIC PERSONS by seducing their consent to contract with them operating as Unconstitutional, limited jurisdiction Administrative Courts
. Your clearcut statement declaring your lack of consent to the court establishes unequivocally, your status as a free woman of the Sovereign People and places you beyond the scope of the limited sovereignty enjoyed by a limited Administrative Court, an Unconstitutional Article I court. (No such courts have been authorized or recognized by the Constitution). However, the People have the right to unlimited contracting. When they contract/waiver their rights away, the Contract court OWNS THEM.
I made the same statement of challenge at my Sentencing of Two Trials, one of which was a trial balloon for the newly passed "Patriot Act", wherein they charged me with "Simulation of Legal Process" i.e., PAPER TERRORISM, when I liened members of the OREGON Judiciary, District Attorney's Office and JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF's office in an attempt to hold them accountable for their fraudulent and criminal behavior.
On more that 20 occasions during the lengthy kangaroo court stint I underwent, I challenged the OREGON/JOSEPHINE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT and prosecuting DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S office to prove its jurisdiction over this "Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man of the Sovereign People during my false arrest, false imprisonment ordeal. They did not follow the law which states all proceeding must be halted until such jurisdiction is proven. The actual acts committed against me by the JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE were and and continue to be criminal acts of piracy, kidnapping, being held hostage for the percieved crimes/debts of another, To this very day, neither the STATE OF OREGON, or COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE have not answered the JURISDICTIONAL question. What they did do however, IS THROW ME OUT OF THEIR JAIL after their phony convictions, with no further courtroom contact with me.
I currently have JUDGE THOMAS M. HULL, in a prior Commercial Default monetized at $2,000,000.00 and he foolishly has stepped into his own self made doo doo again thinking he can bluff a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man of the Sovereign People into doubting his true estate by confusing himself as a slave-minded subject of the CORPORATE STATE AND COUNTY.
It was my view Elaine, that your case having such a high profile/visibility with the American public would shake the very foundation of the Satanic Intrusion into our Justice System. In my case, THEY SET ME FREE after two combined protest hunger strikes amounting to 55 days.. What kind of law do they practice in the federal courts of New Hampshire, when the same precedents are cited, yet opposite decisions arise. Must inmates RISK THEIR LIVES to be heard?
No Elaine, Yours was a trial balloon just as mine was back in 2001, (Cases. 02CR0617 and 03CR0170.) The political climate has changed considerably since my case and your's/Ed's. Now the Satanic Infiltrated American Judiciary MUST SCARE THE HELL OUT OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, in order to destroy our Constitutional Republic and grease the skids toward a NEW WORLD ORDER.
Such is the nature of TYRANNY.
